What a beautiful hotel! The front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful. It was a quick visit for us but we did enjoy getting coffee at the little coffeeshop and sitting out on the Terrace with it in the morning. The location is perfect for being bale to walk downtown. It was nice having covered parking during the summer. We didn't have to worry about any storms rolling through. We will definitely be back!

The Elizabeth Hotel ended up being such a core part of our wedding weekend. We stayed in the Music Suite, which was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect space to get ready and soak in those quiet moments before the day began. We even took some of our wedding party photos there—it felt like such a special backdrop. Kylie was wonderful to work with and made everything seamless, from coordinating our suite to helping with our guest room block. So many of our guests stayed at The Elizabeth and had nothing but good things to say. One of our favorite memories was spending the night before our wedding listening to live music at The Magic Rat right downstairs. It set the tone for the entire weekend—fun, relaxed, and full of good energy. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

I was here for a wonderful wedding this weekend. From the room, to the staff, to the terrace wedding and the reception at their Sunset Rooftop lounge… everything was perfection. A great vibe. Restful beds. The Emporium restaurant. The bathrooms are like spas. You are allowed to borrow musical instruments and vinyl records to use in your room. And all ADA accessible.

Google
I picked the hotel for the location and it was fine. I was curious what "Autograph" provided and basically a nice basic room. Nothing luxurious about it. The staff was great. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't try the dining. One of our party left a pillow behind and they weren't able to locate it and required filling out a form online which never received a response. Not a luxury customer service experience.

Super friendly staff. Nice new hotel. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Loved the free rental e-bikes and the records to play in rooms. Great Old Town location.||We also love the rooftop deck bar. Fitness center is fine. Exterior courtyard on the second floor is lovely.

We stayed at The Elizabeth Hotel (Autograph Collection) in Fort Collins for four nights—three adults and one child. Overall, I’d rate our experience as average, and unfortunately, we didn’t feel we received the value for the price we paid. Pros: The hotel’s location is excellent—safe surroundings, walkable, and very close to Old Town and some great restaurants. The rooms were clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and offered great service. Cons: We had a few issues that impacted our stay. The AC fan in our room was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep the first night. While it was eventually fixed, it was frustrating and still the noise was annoying. We also had problems with our room key twice, once getting locked out for about 30 minutes at night. On top of that, we ordered room service one afternoon and it never arrived—we had to follow up with reception. Although we were compensated with chips for complimentary drinks, it felt like a small gesture considering the inconvenience. While the staff handled the issues professionally and were apologetic, we didn’t expect to encounter these kinds of problems at a hotel in this category and price range. The rooms themselves were fine but nothing special. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us disappointed. There are definitely positives, but the inconsistencies made it hard to justify the cost.

Google
Really interesting decor and decent location. Helpful front desk people. You can also borrow a really nice guitar (acoustic or electric with amp) for the duration of your stay. Rooftop lounge was closed for renovation. Hotel is adjacent to college area with shops and great food. Not far from anywhere else. Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour drive. Highly recommend. Live music most every night.

If I am back in Ft. Collins I will definitely be staying at the Elizabeth again. It is in a perfect location & the staff is phenomenal! Debbie was incredibly helpful for our group at check in & all of the staff during our 3-night stay was on their game. The rooms are great (we stayed on the terrace level) & the entire hotel is kept very clean. The sunset lounge was a great evening hangout with awesome views of Ft. Collins. The parking was $23 per day & the garage is right next door & clean. There were many walkable options for food and drinks.|This was one of my favorite Marriott hotels.

Yelp
The Elizabeth Hotel, Autograph Collection is a gem located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. This luxury Fort Collins hotel features deluxe amenities, locally loved dining, an energetic live music venue, & a chic rooftop lounge with mountain views. I'm originally from Fort Collins so I couldn't wait to experience everything The Elizabeth had to offer. We arrived at The Elizabeth and headed inside the hotel to check in. There was no valet but there was a parking garage directly adjacent to the hotel with ample parking for hotel guests & there were luggage carts in the lobby for our use. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful & engaging with crown molding, a spiral staircase, and an array of local artwork showcasing Fort Collins' fun-loving, laid-back personality. The front desk staff were quick with service and provided a seamless check-in. Once we received our room keys, we headed up to the 5th floor. We had the privilege of staying in the Music Suite & this suite was stunning. The suite captured the elegant embodiment of music with black & white finishes (highlighting the baby grand piano in the room) to bronze metal elements, like the ornate chandelier in the kitchen inspired by brass instruments. The suite featured a living room with a seating area, a state-of-the-art sound system, an oversized soaking tub, a full kitchen, and a spacious balcony with sweeping city views. We couldn't get enough of this suite! The King-sized bed was so comfortable, and we slept like babies. We took advantage of the 'Pamper Your Pup' package and Forbes was treated to a small bag of doggie snacks, customized bones, toys, & a food/water bowl from The Elizabeth's local pet friendly partner Wagz. The entire hotel was pet friendly, so we were able to take Forbes throughout the property. With The Elizabeth being in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, we had so many great walking routes to choose from. Needless to say, Forbes got to play and take in the city with us which was a special treat. During our stay at The Elizabeth, we dined at their restaurant - The Emporium: An American Brasserie - twice (once for dinner & once for brunch). We were very impressed with the food quality and level of service on both visits. It was so nice to be able to stay onsite at the hotel, relax, unwind and have creative dishes & stellar hospitality at our fingertips when it came to dining. Once we finished with brunch at The Emporium, we headed to the front desk to rent two electric bikes. We took the bikes and explored Old Town Fort Collins and Colorado State University's campus. CSU is where Ross and I met, so it was really fun & sentimental to ride around & reminisce. We were able to cover a lot of ground easily on the bikes and got to check out our favorite CSU spots. Following our bike ride, we headed back to The Elizabeth to grab an afternoon pick-me-up at their coffee shop, Bowerbird Coffee. Here we enjoyed two Chai Tea Latte's and chilled in the cutie seating area attached to The Emporium.   For a night cap, we ended our night at The Elizabeth's live music venue - Magic Rat. The place was popping - Rudy Love Jr. and the Encore played when we visited and they had the entire room on their feet, dancing and having the best time. Magic Rat certainly delivered entertainment & good vibes. The Elizabeth Hotel represents the best of Fort Collins, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Yelp
Stayed here on a short trip through Fort Collins. It's in the heart of Old Town so you can walk to so many good restaurants and coffee shops from here. If you are a music lover you will especially love this place - record player and records in the room and a cool music vibe throughout the lobby. They also had great live music the night we were there.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The decor was fun yet classy. The hotel is starting to show some wear but still provides a beautiful and comfortable stay. The only issue I encountered was that the heater was fairly noisy but this is not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay again considering value for the price!

Yelp
The truth of the matter is, everything about my experience at The Elizabeth Hotel was exceptional. From the service to the accommodations to the Downtown location, tickle me impressed. Sure, it's worth noting I haven't traveled as frequently since the start of 2020. But this isn't one of those times where just because it's been awhile makes it automatically awesome. The hotel is spotless, the employees are well trained and knowledgeable, and the stunning, second floor terrace is the cherry on the top. The staff was so accommodating during my stay. They gave me a late check in AND a late check out! I'm not typically one to ask for more than what's provided, but I had two strong reasons for this. The front desk employees were so pleasant, and treated my requests like they were no trouble at all. I had no idea when I booked it, but the hotel has a slight music theme to it. In the lobby there's an area with antique guitars on display. Scattered throughout the lobby there are crates of vinyl records. The key to my heart...Taking it up a notch, every room has a record player in it. Records are on the honor system, where you can take one up to your room as long as you bring them back. THIS IS MY HEAVEN. Speaking of the rooms, they are spacious and well equipped. Coffee station, TV, comfortable bed, refrigerator, storage, etc. Also worth noting, this was one of the finest hotel showers I've had in some time. It's the little things that make a big difference, right? Had I known it was this nice, I would've showered twice, haha. Additionally, I was here for a work event taking place on the second floor terrace. Talk about a beautiful and spacious patio. No need to go into details about the event, however the staff was, again, exceptional. Overnight parking wasn't bad, $20 in a covered garage right next door. Much more affordable than many other nice hotels, which charge you the shirt off your back! The Elizabeth completely has my stamp of approval. With its prime location, amenities and accommodations, I don't have anything else to add. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
We attended an event held on the outdoor patio. The patio has ample seating and firepits for those cooler Colorado nights. There was live music, ice sculpting, a small bar and delicious appetizers. The hotel is beautiful. When you walk in, you are greeted with a beautiful white marble staircase that leads to the outdoor patio. The hotel is nicely and tastefully decorated. The hotel theme is music and they offer guests an instrument lending library and in room record players. Guests can also check out a vinyl record to use on the record player.

Yelp
I stayed here for a weekend because a friend got married in the area and had chosen this hotel. On the positive side, the individual staff members were friendly and accommodating when I spoke with them. I liked the musical theme and the ability to get records for the record player in my room. The location was nice, within walking distance of a lot of cool places. Overall, though, it was not a positive experience. The bride was shortchanged by the poor organization of hotel management. Another wedding party also stayed here during the same weekend and ours was mostly ignored. The bride didn't get to stay in the bridal suite with a balcony that she had been expecting for getting ready the day of. The room lacked any special touches, even on their wedding night. She had reasonable expectations based on her conversations with hotel management about booking, and they let her down on her wedding weekend. On a smaller scale, they never cleaned my room, despite me asking for turn down service. I received a discount on parking because of this, but only after I spoke to the staff. I would not recommend booking this hotel for your special event.

Michael S.

Yelp
Very nice hotel, however in a sketchy location. Lots of homeless people walking around and it did not feel very safe. Our car was hit and damaged signficantly while parked directly in front of the hotel and the hotel did not have cameras facing the street. We wouldn't stay there again.

Yelp
On March 14th my husband and I stayed at one of your properties Marriott Bonvoy The Elizabeth, in Fort Collins, CO. The front desk staff was incredible, and the hotel representative took the time to explain to my husband and me all the new properties and changes happening across the US. There was a wonderful hotel attendant named Chloe, who was absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful. The hotel theme (music) was incredible. Our musician son came by the hotel to play a couple of guitars. What a fantastic idea. He also found a piano in the hotel garage that he had to play. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going through Fort Collins. Thank you for the beautiful experience.

Yelp
The fans are so loud you can't hear yourself think. Go to the front desk. They'll tell you all the fans are loud...

Yelp
My birthday gift to myself this year was a one night staycation at The Elizabeth. It was a really great experience. Upon booking my room, I was able to dictate my check in time, which was nice because I had some appointments in Old Town and wanted to drop my luggage off in the early afternoon. I was given my room key immediately upon arrival, and I parked for free overnight on Mathews St. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It had two queen beds, a refrigerator, a tv, a desk, and a record player. Not to mention a great view of the foothills and Old Town. It was really beautiful. The record player is a feature in each room at The Elizabeth, and they have a room of records to borrow in the lobby--pro tip, they keep the good records behind the check-in desk so make sure to ask if you want something specific. I was able to sign out Fleetwood Mac's greatest hits, which is all I ever wanted. In the morning I was able to walk to my favorite breakfast place, Little Bird, located right across from The Elizabeth. It was the best staycation location because I was so close to all my favorite restaurants and shops. I can't wait to stay here again sometime!

Yelp
Great hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Nice bar areas for good drinks. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options. Make sure you grab a record from the lobby to play in the in room phonograph. Modern decore meets nostalgia.

Lily C.

Yelp
Loved staying here. The theme is so special. You even get a record player in your room. You will love it. The hotel restaurant is excellent and has exceptional cocktails.

Yelp
We had a super cool event put on here by The Elizabeth. The event was outdoors and included some live music, light bites to eat, small bar service and amazing (and friendly) staff. The outdoor patio is nicely arranged with tables and umbrellas, and even had some gas fire pits to keep us warm on the chilly night. This hotel and venue is lovely, upscale and boasts top quality service. I would highly recommend checking this place out for a place to stay, or hosting any sort of party or gathering.

Maddie N.

Yelp
Would not recommend if you're looking for a clean, peaceful stay. This hotel was a huge let down for us. It has a unique music theme, but the rates are far too high for the quality of rooms. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the staff was absolutely awesome and accommodating, and the location was great. I always check the sheets, bed, and clean high touch surfaces in any hotel. While inspecting the bed upon our arrival, I noticed a huge stain of what appeared to be vomit off the side of the mattress. There had clearly been no attempt to clean it, they just covered it with the sheets. I came to this conclusion based on the location of the stain and the number of drunk guests we noticed on the way up to our room (on a Wednesday!). The staff was immediately understanding and switched us to another room. The second room was much cleaner, but had a strange smell of manure that we couldn't pinpoint the source of, and had some food crumbs in the sheets. We had just had a full day of traveling and would be checking out in the morning, so we decided to just suck it up and not take our chances of getting another dirty room. Overall, it was just okay, but definitely not worth what we paid.

Trevor S.

Yelp
Love this hotel. Definitely the best in Fort Collins. Great location, good rooms and the restaurant, bar, and coffee shop attatched to it are all amazing

Eric C.

Yelp
Odd power failure in the restaurant on July 4th evening . Hotel has power, all businesses around have power but none in the restaurant, bar. Ate breakfast there this morning and food was fine but service was Super Slow. Seems the July 4th holiday is a surprise and not something they are prepared for. Will definitely not plan a family holiday stay here again. Hotel is fine but don't rely on the restaurant. For this stay that was important for me.

Yelp
The location of the hotel is outstanding! I literally walked to every shop and restaurant! Beautiful entry and convenient parking Super friendly and helpful staff at check in- knowledgeable about restaurants, bars and shops- and had perfect recommendations! The room was classy, clean and comfortable! ( minus mold on the wall above the door?) The restaurant and bar where closed so I didn't try them. I had fun with the add on brewery package which included a huge growler that can be filled at any brewery, and 2 local craft beers! Ft Collins Old Town is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and everyone was so friendly! Parking : convenient, private parking garage next door ($20/ day) Downfall: Very expensive at $430/night!

Yelp
Great location, incredible atmosphere and impeccable service! Was recently married in the sunset lounge and can't say enough about the staff. Just the best...bar tender was amazing, servers were over the top friendly....and our wedding planner accommodated our every request. The small plates for dinner were a huge hit...we hired someone to play...and everyone dancing... what a memory

David W.

Yelp
We did an overnight stay here as a base to sample what downtown Fort Collins had to offer. This is truly an outstanding hotel. The front desk staff were cheerful and efficient and I never had to wait. The hotel interior is dazzlingly beautiful with excellent use of wood and marble. The conceit of the hotel is they will lend you musical instruments or vinyl record albums to play on the player that comes standard with each room. We didn't avail ourselves of this service, but did think it is cute. We had a king-sized room on the top floor. The view to the eastern planes was gorgeous. The room seemed a touch small for a bed that size as it mostly filled the available space. The room was spotless and well-lit and everything worked well except for the sliding bathroom door which opened by itself. The door wasn't leveled properly and perhaps also there was supposed to be a catch that was broken. I notified the front desk so hopefully that will be repaired for the next guest. The new and very under-used parking structure is immediately next door and was super convenient. We did not try the in house restaurants as we already had plans to eat at Coopersmith's for dinner (excellent!) and Waffle Lab for breakfast (not excellent). The location for this hotel is outstanding. Fort Collins has a vibrant and expansive downtown area with dozens of shops and restaurants all a short walk from the Elizabeth Hotel and it was bustling even on a Monday night.

Cathy S.

Yelp
I loved this place! The music theme was awesome--there were record players in every room and you could check out records. The rooms were comfy. The beds were nice. There was a nice coffee/tea bar near the desk where you could grab a cup as you headed out on your site seeing of the area. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and gladly held our bags as we did not leave area right away after check out.
google avatar

Kristen P.

Yelp
This hotel could not be any cuter! The whole hotel has a music theme. Each room has a record player and there are records everywhere you can borrow. There is also a music room where you can borrow guitars and musical instruments. Around the lobby area there are loads of little seating areas and also a second floor outdoor terrace. They also recently opened their rooftop sunset patio, which has great cocktails. The rooms are all very nice with super comfy beds. The overall music theme is carried throughout the hotel and it feels very homey. You'll love it!

Yelp
horrible experience checking in, short Spanish guy literally told me I couldn't stay there if I didn't have a cc. And they didn't except Apple Pay & and had over a $1000 cash. as I had been on vac for 5 weeks. lucky, my card had enough left that it could do a hold for $50. otherwise I would've been sleeping in my car. I went to the bar.. sat there for nearl 10 mins with no greeting. so I left. came back for breakfast and the one thing on the menu they were out? And the rooms which were $306 were way over price. It was a $200 room at best. Disappointing to say the least. The location rocks though, lots of amazing places surrounding it.

Rich T.

Yelp
We have stayed here a few times now, always for two nights, and each time has been great. The location of the hotel is outstanding, walkable to all of downtown Ft Collins. The rooms are fun and this time we had one right off the beautiful terrace -- it was a bit cold to spend much time outside, unfortunately. This was our first time eating at the hotel restaurant, and it was our favorite of all the places we ate at this trip -- and so convenient!!! Best of all, they not only allow dogs, but they welcome and are friendly to them! We will be back!
google avatar

Rick F.

Yelp
I mistakenly booked a room for 1 night and needed an additional night. Although occupancy was tight the front desk staff, Tracie & Kevin, went out of their way to get us a second night in the same room at a decent price! The people and the Elizabeth Hotel are equally amazing!
google avatar

Whitney S.

Yelp
From the staff, decor, cleanliness it's all exceptional and beautiful! We love staying here and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Fort Collins!
google avatar

Taylor M.

Yelp
My husband was very nice and booked me a room for a mini getaway. The Elizabeth is very nice!! The restaurant, coffee shop, and bars inside are all fantastic also. This hotel is unique because they let you rent records or instruments for free and play them in your room. The staff is great. The decor inside is beautiful and cozy. There is a smell to the Elizabeth that is almost addicting. I highly recommend staying here during your visit to Fort Collins!

Yelp
Def 5 Star hotel. This is a brand new boutique hotel, in downtown Fort Collins, in walking distance of everything. First thing you notice when you walk in is the beautiful decor of the lobby. A doorman welcomes you and ushers you to the check in area. The front desk people are great and give you a verbal review of the hotel and their restaurants. They have so many offerings to eat and drink. I'll do a seperate post for those. Now to the rooms. Absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are smaller than you would expect but they have every thing you could need: coffee maker, beautiful bathroom and as my friend said, the most luxurious bath robes!(ok...wish list that they had fridges but that does not detract!). And the bed! Comfy! Best nights sleep. All rooms seem to have some sort of view. We were on the 4th floor and over looked the court yard. I have to say you can not go wrong staying here.
google avatar

Deya Z.

Yelp
This place made for a great staycation! Positives: the hotel has a music theme similar to other Autography collection hotels. This one feel a little more like a boutique hotel, since it's pretty small and well appointed. As others have mentioned, the decor is amazing! Super cool/trendy from the lobby to the rooms. I really appreciated the water/ice machine on each floor & cant believe other hotels haven't offered this yet! The staff gave us an overview of the amenities and were super friendly throughout our short stay. Our room had a fridge (not sure if that's in every room or not) as well as a microwave, definitely minor conveniences for us since we were only visiting for 1 night but they go a long way if you're in town for a visit. Its located on the north end of downtown, which was fantastic as we could walk most everywhere. It's centrally located to shops and breweries in FoCo, with New Belgium being about 5-7 min walking. Although you might not want to leave once you check out the lounge, bar, and music library. You could easily spend your entire stay in the hotel! Downsides: now there were a few things that I thought were negatives but not worth knocking down a star...first, for being a relatively new hotel, I was surprised by how much the fixtures in the bathroom were falling apart! Our faucet/sink was basically coming undone. Also, the record player has seen better days but I guess that's to be expected in a hotel. Second, as others have mentioned, the parking. At $18 for self-parking?! Those are suburban LA prices! That was a bit of a downer. Even the Gaylord Rockies has a locals pricing.
google avatar

Cheyenne B.

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Tiffany actually made me cry with how much she cared about making everyones experience the absolute best it could be. My friends and I stayed in the Beers and Bikes suite for my birthday and it was better than anything I could have expected. It is within walking distance of everything in the old town area. The balcony's are also worth their weight in gold!!! Stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!!
google avatar

Mark T.

Yelp
Stayed here in December 2019 and it was fantastic. The hotel was awesome, with incredible decor and calm vibe. It has a restaurant and bar area as well as a cocktail lounge on the top floor. The food in the restaurant was incredible. I had dinner there and breakfast and both were delicious; there is no concierge at this location. There is parking immediately next to the hotel, and the staff were brilliant. They were very friendly and polite, and helpful. The room was also great, with extremely comfortable bedding and a airy spacious feel to it. I'll certainly be staying here again when in the area.
google avatar

Taylor A.

Yelp
This exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly! The rooms are beautiful!! And you have a record player and you can play records! They are throughout the hotel! The whole vibe is just amazing! The town is so cute and super inviting! Great night life!

Yelp
Opulence, attentiveness and sophistication in the heart of Fort Collins. This property is a gem. Zacc provided outstanding customer service. Parking is simple, a nominal fee for the parking structure or park on the street until 9:30 am free of charge. Each guest room has a record player and you can borrow vinyl albums from the lobby. No microwaves are in the rooms, but several other small appliances are provided. This property is attractive, clean and spacious. Covid-19 protocols are strictly enforced which is commendable and appreciated. I tried to make my nightly herbal tea using the coffee maker and could not rid the machine of stray coffee grounds, so a woman from the front desk sweetly brought a mug of hot water to our room for me.

Yelp
Super cute hotel, loved our stay. We arrived a little after midnight after being on the road for 8hrs. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was a little confusing but we figured that out fairly quickly! The hotel in itself is great, the lobby bar provided amazing drinks in a fun atmosphere. Loved the decor. Very contemporary boutique-chic, where you are tempted to decorate your house the same way, but can't commit. STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The staircase, lovely. The bear mural, cute. The guitars and vinyls, hell yes. I'm assuming we stayed in the middle of wedding season, because we saw so many bridal parties/party busses, which you would figure would equate to a noisy, hectic and crazy stay; but other than one brief drunken person yelling to find their room in the middle of the night, the hotel surprisingly hides its noise fairly well! 10/10 would stay again. Located in the perfect part of downtown Fort Collins, within walking distance of everything.
google avatar

Abe M.

Yelp
I'll keep this simple. Beautiful hotel, great theme, excellent location. You can't go wrong staying here. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can easily walk to a number of good restaurants and bars from the hotel. If there is one thing I would change, its the parking situation. I expect pay parking in big cities, but paying $18 to park my car in the garage next door, in Ft. Collins, seems a bit excessive. Other than that, its a great place.

Yelp
Best hotel in Fort Collins. Love the location of the property and cleanliness of the rooms. What really makes The Elizabeth the best is the incredible staff. Tara the manager is wonderfully helpful, always in a good mood and extremely hospitable. Everyone at the front desk rocks, Brendan and Tiffany are literally the best. Thank you to all the Elizabeth staff for being so wonderful and accommodating. Love staying here while in Foco and would encourage everyone else to do the same.

Yelp
Such a cool hotel. If you're a fan of music then you're going to love this place and the dozens of small touches that they add for their guests. Staying in a hotel during COVID can be strange sometimes and after staying at half a dozen hotels during this time as we traveled- none will have as fond memories as The Elizabeth. From the record library in the lobby (record players in all rooms) to the instruments you can check out to the live music on weekend nights that is played right outside your balcony door- the hotel has a lot to offer even in the COVID era. The rooms and hotel lobby are clean and gorgeous. The restaurants available are a great plus. The hotel goes above and beyond... highly recommended!

Yelp
Don't go through bookings.com. Other than that we had the best stay. Very clean, well located, and a very thoughtful staff. They were pleasant and helpful about all of our questions and helped us address all of our needs. (We had food delivered, and got drinks from the hotel) . They had a big bottle of hand sanitizer and their stock soap and lotion smelled really great. The shower is awesome! I would definitely revisit!

Yelp
Wow this place is incredible. We loved the live music in both attached clubs, jazz upstairs classy classy and alternative/Indy/country downstairs. Fantastic old fashions upstairs! And then the emporium connected-- get their mules! The rooms were classy, comfortable, and when we told them we don't drink coffee they stocked the room with tea! So thoughtful and an extra touch! All the employees were kind and helpful. Oh, and we loved that you can check out fancy instruments! We played them up in the room! Free popcorn, you can sign into your Netflix account from your room! Wow. I can't say enough good things. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that our thermostat didn't work and our room didn't get any colder than 74 degrees. We told the front desk and they were quick to send someone up but then it was never fixed. I told them as i checked out and they were apologetic and bought our breakfast, which was very nice.. but also we didn't sleep well cause it was too warm. Next time we come back I will update to five stars if they fix the cooling!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! The whole ambiance is unlike most hotels my girlfriend and I have stayed at. The staff is very friendly and the building as a whole is beautiful. Cleanliness was a 10/10. I'll most definitely be staying here anytime I visit Fort Collins

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed at many fine places and this one is the best! Very friendly staff with clean rooms and they cater to your needs. I wish more hotels would be this great! We definitely would not hesitate again. It felt like our home away from home.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. We loved the coffee and tea available every morning in the lobby, The Emporium restaurant was delicious and the Sunset Lounge is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was very quick to answer questions via text and even delivered a humidifier to the room. The location is perfect for wondering around in Old Town Fort Collins. Would highly recommend it.

Yelp
Great boutique hotel in old town Fort Collins. A short walk to everything and a few miles from CSU. If our child ends up going to school at CSU we will happily come and visit and stay here! The two Queen rooms are small but decent size and the bathrooms are modern and nice with walk in shower. Room service was quick and reasonable the on-site restaurant is very good.

Yelp
The only thing that would make this place better would be a pool. I loved this hotel. It is simply gorgeous inside - the lobby got audible reactions from nearly every person walking through the door the first time. The rooms are perfection - from the record player to the size of the windows and views, the bathrooms too. This hotel is a winner. They planned a kids scavenger hunt for everyone checking in and it helped entertain the kids for a while. The prizes were LEGIT. Not crappy plastic toys from the dollar store, they are from a local toy store and were awesome. Location is a total winner too. So close to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere on e we checked in and parked in the garage.

Yelp
What a beauty hotel. I love the music theme! Having a record player in each room is so unique. The staff is well trained & treated us like royalty. They really made the rare mom/daughter get away so much fun, I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Amazing hotel-- this was my wife's and my first time staying in Fort Collins and we chose the Elizabeth Hotel based on the location and the positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The hotel was impressive: very clean, very modern, great staff, unbelievable location. Parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel was also very convenient. Both a lounge (Magic Rat) and a restaurant (Emporium) are connected to the hotel if you need a quick bite to eat, but there are also several restaurants and breweries (New Belgium and Odell) within walking distance. If we happen to be back in the Fort Collins area, we will definitely be back at this hotel!!!

Yelp
Came to stay here to celebrate my birthday and was pretty disappointed by the two guys customer service at front desk. On top of that, our heater broke and we woke up in 55 degree weather in our room. It wasn't fixable so we had to switch rooms. Beautiful hotel but poor experience for a time that was meant to be special. We travel for a living and will probably never stay here again. I'd recommend the Halcyon boutique hotel in Cherry Creek over this any day if you're looking for luxury vibes and amazing customer service.

Yelp
Excellent, creative, fun, beautiful property! We'll be back and send others! The layout is great, too.
