The Emory

Had the pleasure of touring Emory today. The atmosphere was so inviting, all the staff in good spirits, well dressed, approachable and able to answer all of our questions. The tour was extremely fun with Ashley! She showed us all of the amenities and two apartments and the grounds were well kept, clean and organized. Can’t wait to move in!

I absolutely love living at The Emory in Hutto! Rowan is always so sweet and helpful — truly one of the best managers I’ve ever met. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been taken care of the very same day, which is amazing. Everything was perfect when I moved in, and my little yard is the perfect spot for my dog to play. My apartment feels like home, and I’m already planning to renew my lease when the time comes!

I recently moved into The Emory Apartments in Hutto, Tx and since living here I am extremely impressed. Amanda, Ashley, Jose and Heather are awesome people! They are the most kind and exceptional team that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only are The Emory professionals amazing, the property itself is beautifully designed with all of the amenities anyone could ever want! The apartments are efficient, gorgeous and met all my needs and wants. When my hands are full of groceries I can click a button on my phone and the door unlocks if its to hot or cold in the middle of the night I can change the thermostat with my phone. The counter tops are a beautiful quartz with dark accented cabinets, light fixtures are stunning, appliances are brand new stainless steel and black from Whirlpool. The entertainment center has an amazing layout with a top of the line pool table, gaming center and coffee and lounge area. The gym was a huge selling point for me personally, it has state-of-the-art equipment with machines that charge your phone and take you to any trail you want. I jogged in the Utah mountains yesterday before work. I absolutely love this place and I know you and your family will love it as well!

The Customer Service is amazing, The front desk ladies are super sweet. Making sure that for us Residents we get our problems solved. The apartments are amazing. Clean and modern. I have nothing negative to say. Come and apply and they have an amazing availability. Even the maintenance guys come quick to fix what is needed.

I have lived here since this place was built, first person in this unit. Not only did we have to deal with them moving our initial move in date 3 times, after living here for almost 3 years with no late rent payments, no issues or complaints, they decide to try and screw my boyfriend and I over. Time to renew the lease, and while we did wait last minute, nothing says we have to sign it early, just due by a certain date, and we tried to sign it on time. Technical difficulties happened, and we were unable to sign into our resident portal. After weeks of correspondence it was finally fixed due to a very minor issue, and we signed our lease. However, the payment due on the portal was showing a payment of almost $3,000 for month to month rent. Obviously we weren’t gonna pay that, so we let them know the payment needed to be updated. Again, after some time, on 09/09, it finally updated at 9 AM. By that time, we started receiving emails threatening eviction. If we hadn’t already signed the lease we would be out of here because that is absolute crap, threatening to evict us because YOUR system is messing up. This will definitely be our last renewal. I could rant more but I’ll end it here.

The office staff is top tier! But also the community, the neighbors and the atmosphere is everything! Been here 3 years and I can’t imagine living anywhere else! Definitely check out this place if you are looking and use me as a referral 💕

I heard my neighbors talking yesterday, said something like “this place is starting to get more strict with their new small rules, people won’t want to live here if they keep treating us like this” I feel the same. Its great right now, but ill be back in 12 months with an update 😅👍 Ashley is the best now and always!

I waited to leave this review until I lived here for at least a month. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. I was initially terrified of moving because I had a really bad experience with the first apartment that I moved to when I came to Texas. The customer service is excellent. Ashley and Nicole are responsive, sweet, kind, and welcoming. I have been some of the best examples I have ever seen as far as a property management staff is concerned. We toured several different apartment complexes and this constantly topped the list. The facilities are very clean and are constantly being cleaned by other staff members. The gym is really beautiful and has all the equipment one would need to bulk up or just focus on cardio if they want. The business center is so convenient because of the coffee and the printer. The hammock garden is one of my favorite places to lounge in when I have the time. We got a two bedroom apartment here and other than a few dings on the wall, it is incredibly spacious and beautiful. We have been so happy living here and it's been the first time in my life where I feel like I can kick off my shoes and enjoy myself. Maintenance has been so responsive as well. Anytime I've submitted a ticket, they have been there the same day. To be honest I'm rather disappointed I don't see more good reviews for this apartment complex. It seems that people are more ready to leave negative feedback than positive and I know so many other tenants have nice things to say about this apartment because I've spoken to them myself. If I'm not ready to buy a house by the time this lease ends, we will probably continue to stay here. That's how much we like it.

It has been such a joy living here at the Emory. I am someone who truly appreciate genuine people, who care, and don't mind assisting you. I have found exactly that at the Emory. Everyone who works here greets you with a smile and the intent to help you as best as they possibly can. I have gained friendships, enjoyed a wonderful home, and fun resident events while living here. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to live here and get to know my community is such a wonderful environment. Not to mention the location is fantastic right off the toll and so many places to dine nearby.

The Emory is a property of the RPM Living company is very disappointing. Having lived there almost two years this is what was observed by many of the residents there : 1) Lack of parking spaces in the beginning due to heavy construction. 2) The changing of property managers three times in less than the two years. 3) The constant pool crashing by nonresidents whenever the leasing office was closed, especially on the weekends. 4) Filed many maintenance requests for : repairs to bathtub, patio ceiling cracks & mold, pest control for ants, spider and scorpions. Nonresident sleeping in the 24 hour clubhouse. 5) Coffee machine at the clubhouse constantly broken due to nonresidents mishandling. Management did away with disposable coffee cups claiming they were going "green" yet they paid for a DJ pool party with photo booth picture availability which most definitely cost more than 2 years with of the coffee cups. 6) The courtesy officer is non-existent even though he lives there. He's a city of Hutto police officer yet is never around when you need him. At one Pool crashers with a dog were at the pool after hours and the property manager when notified did nothing. 7) Many residents have left the Emory due to all the issues. In fact a good portion of the reviews are from people who've been there only a month because they are encouraged to do so by management yet they haven't experienced any of the issues yet and that's why they give a review of five stars. Many more issues from any of the residents could be listed here but it would take all day.

We have lived here for a little over a year and every single time we have put in a maintenance request it has been taken care of next day, if not the same day. The maintenance team here is second to none and we could not recommend the Emory enough! We have had nothing but positive experiences with both the leasing office staff and the maintenance staff!

The apartments are very nice, and the amenities are much better than any other apartment I've lived at. They have so many hang out spots all around the apartment, which makes it perfect for hosting friends and family. They have multiple dog parks which my dogs love with lots of little activities in the park to help train your dogs.
