"Wallingford’s Cubes Baking Company — known for its geometrically consistent pastries since it opened in 2017 — is about to switch things up a bit. As Seattle Met reports, the bakery is changing its name to Tres Lecheria, and will narrow its focus to the Mexican tres leches dessert, which its offered in only part of the menu so far. Customers can expect sheet cakes, tiered cakes, and other concoctions all made in tres leches varieties.
