"Though it’s not technically a food hall per se, this new development in Old Town Fort Collins features several restaurants and food stands that have been built into recycled shipping containers arranged around a central pedestrian plaza. Options include Churn Ice Cream from the Little Man team, FoCo Donut Company, chicken and waffles at Chick’nCone, and spirits from CopperMuse Distillery." - Rebecca Treon, Paul Albani-Burgio

Google
A fun little place to grab a bite, have a few drinks, and hang out. There are several food options and places to relax. We ate at Vatos Tacos + Tequila. The margaritas were great... especially the jalapeño infused tequila and cucumber margarita. The street tacos were fantastic. You have to try the pork belly taco!! Also, the prices were very reasonable. Give it a try.

Google
A very unique place to go because you have a variety of places you can eat at, drink, or lounge out in the common area.

We weren't fans of the food. Fish n chips were dry, and the slaw wasn't fresh. The beer was good. If everything else is packed maybe consider this place but other than that I wouldn't recommend it.

The Exchange is a nice, outdoor "patio" atmosphere with a grassy area, picnic tables, benches, and yard games in the summer. This particular day, I only stopped by to get ice cream, but I've been here before, and it will really surprise you, and make a pleasnt place to go alone, with friends, and is very family friendly. The perimeter is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and a small indoor putt-putt bar. The best part is you can take your PURCHASED restaurant food, beverages, even your cocktails, anywhere within the interior of Tge Exchange, to enjoy. There are also high bar tables and a rooftop patio (above Vatos Tacos) to enjoy the beautiful Colorado summer days (don't forget your umbrella, though). Highly recommended for both locals and visitors.

Google

Great place to hang out. Big area for kids to run around. Tacos are fresh and well seasoned. Within walking distance from parking garage. Drinks are strong and delicious!

Google
I’m a big fan of food hall style places and this place was great! I love that they’re open late and have a few different options for everyone. Tacos and Tequilas had a few options that were gluten free!

Went to Vato's Tacos, which were amazing!!! There's plenty of other restaurants to choose from, with outside seating or inside, if weather is bad.

Yelp
A little gem in Fort Collins! This is a great spot to hang out with friends, get good food, and play some games. There's plenty of options to choose from for food. It is well kept and the lights at night give it a great vibe. There's plenty of seating options to enjoy your food/beverages and just chat.

Yelp
We came up for the evening to spend some time with my freshman daughter and found the Exchange on Yelp. This is the perfect spot for a casual meal out, especially on this gorgeous early fall evening. There's lots of outdoor seating (many in shady spots) and indoor seating as well for yucky weather days. We grabbed a few delicious and flavorful tacos at Vatos (will definitely get a margarita next time as well), and then ice cream from Churn. Lots of kids running around and playing; this is a great spot to bring kids. Kind of reminded me of my Austin days where there would be big open fields with a bunch of food trucks, except these spots are brick and mortar. We'll definitely be back In our next visit to FoCo.

Yelp
I always love spending a day at The Exchange. So many eateries and things to do in one place. There's plenty of seating all around the courtyard for each establishment. I really like Vatos Tacos (street tacos for those I keep seeing complaining about the size of the tortillas)-their tacos are tasty and the margaritas are delicious, I recommend the shrimp tacos and mango frozen margs. There is also a fun place called Old Town Putt to get drinks and frozen cocktails, all while playing mini golf. And if you're craving something sweet, Churn Ice Cream always has something enjoyable available. Copper Muse Distillary, the Crooked Stave and the winery are right there as well for yummy drinks. The courtyard does get busy on the weekends, lots of kids running around and leashed pets are welcome but it's all fun for everyone. They do host events there like live music, comedy, bingo and all the happy hours! My friends and I always have a blast at the Exchange-there's something for everyone!

Yelp
Adorable location and lots to do, winter time is a bit slow and folks tend to avoid it due to them sm thinking everything is done outside but there's mainly a shared center courtyard. Most places have their own indoor areas and it's definitely worth a peek! There's a great selection of foods to pick from if you can't decide on what you want to eat, and several breweries and activities like putt putt or even hair cuts. It's a unique find in the center of Fort Collins and I had a wonderful time. Thank you! I feel this place is best represented during the evenings or summer, but please stop by and go inside if it's chill!

Yelp
The exchange is a great hangout spot and has really great food! Coming from out of town, I am very shocked to see so many spots for food and conversation! Highly recommend!

Yelp
The Exchange (pronounced in French): Feeling challenged to step out of your HOA and live on the edge in an authentic and culture-controlled urban environment? Look no further. Perfect if you're going for that not-trying-to-parent-too-hard vibe, and there's a big fence to keep the riffraff out too! Goodbye middle income monotony, you're just so cool and casual now. Copper Muse - Actually one of my favorite places for cocktails (they've been here longer than the exchange). Old Town Putt - Okay for a cheap drank and awkward mini golf. Vatos - their name is a trope. Tacos a tiny and overpriced. Service has been bad both times I've attempted to eat there. Ice Cream - Whoa, it's a giant bucket. Chicken Cones - Yea, alright (somewhat excited)! Wait, that's it? Just chicken chunks? Penrose - Need to retreat back into the comfort of moderate values? Crooked Stave - I'll come back down from my tower, or climb up theirs, to drink the beer - La Piadina - The food truck is

Yelp
This is an ADORABLE outside food court in downtown Fort Collins that we accidentally stumbled upon! We were out searching for a certain ice cream place (that happens to be in the middle of The Exchange - Churn) on a Friday night, and walked into the Exchange! Oh my god, so cute! They have anything you could need here: Pizza, Craft Beer, a Distillery (Coppermuse), Donuts, Ice Cream, Chicken & Waffles, and more! There is a different aroma every time you turn around, and a ton of areas to sit, eat, and watch your surroundings. It was hoppin' on a Friday night, but felt so peaceful to be there. While waiting in a long line for the ice cream (most popular place apparently!) we could feel how much the people there loved their city. It's an awesome area, a hidden gem for out-of-towners, and a necessary stop.

Yelp
This is a really cool area set up. Lots of food and drink options and just space to hang out and enjoy the outdoors and do some people watching or play bags or have snack. The public bathrooms are nice and clean, you just need to get the code from a merchant.

Megan W.

Yelp
I love collaborative spaces like these!!! It gives people the option to go around and check out different restaurants/cuisines and get everything they want but still be able to be together with friends and hang out. This place is so cute and nicely maintained and dogs are welcome! I'm sure without a pandemic, this place would be flourishing but I was glad there wasn't a crowd since we were in town visiting and wanted to check this spot out.

Daisy P.

Yelp
Great hang out spot! Did not know that this place existed until I went looking for FOCO Donuts. So many cute little places to grab a bite, grab some ice cream, drink some wine, play some mini golf, bags, and much more! Can't wait to bring people here when they come to visit, and can't wait to go back to enjoy a beautiful morning or afternoon here by the fire with some drinks.

Joe Y.

Yelp
For a perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon make your way to the north side of old town. Once you find a two hour meter parking walk inside to find distillery, brewery, wine, burger, tacos, pizza, and chicken cone. If your still hungry after that, finish your day with foco doco donut and churn ice cream!

Jon M.

Yelp
Fort Collins newest playground! Great place to take your toddlers; not sure this was the vision of the developers. Looks like it is already 10 years old. Great alternative for parents who think brewery patios are playgrounds.

Meghan T.

Yelp
Craving something delicious, but not sure what? Check out the Exchange! Flavorful offerings packed in a fantastic space that allows you to dine in, or out on the fantastic patio to soak up the sun or enjoy Colorado's mild summer evenings. Located on the north end of old town, parking can be a little tricky, but worth the trip over. Offerings include: chicken in a cone (exactly what it sounds like), tacos, pizza, Crooked Stave brewing, donuts, ice cream, and more. Lots of options, whether you're vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, or other. Some places are dog friendly as well, just check ahead of time and bring the pups! We thoroughly enjoyed this spot!

Karen P.

Yelp
I LOVE this place! So much fun to eat and shop and be with friends in trendy places. Downtown FOCO is a fantastic place to browse and this little corner of their world has it all! I'm so glad I moved here recently! It's a place everyone can visit and have fun! GO! You'll love it as much as I do!

Yelp
The exchange is okay, I get what they are trying to be and they are getting closer every day. I liked the area well enough. It didn't have anything to specifically draw me back, but if people wanted to go down there for food I'd be willing.
