"NYC has a new bar styled for the 1970s in the Factory 380, which is inspired by Andy Warhol’s pop art era in its decor, including a collection of photos from Studio 54 and a Warhol quote graffitied on a wall in hot pink. Executive chef Javier Alvarez has fine dining experience at Vermilion. Here, he’ll serve tapas inspired by different parts of NYC, including pork dumplings and, for dessert, Coney Island nuts. There’s also a take on a “TV dinner” involving a roasted Cornish hen. There’s also a hidden speakeasy lounge in the space, named after Edie Sedgwick." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya

Had the absolute pleasure of spending the evening at The Factory 380 this weekend, previewing their menu and event spaces. Awesome team, fun and funky space, delicious food, and a range of options for events large and small. Shoutout to Colin and Ella for their hospitality. Definitely check it out NYC friends if you need a venue for parties, receptions, screenings, or other get togethers. Or just stop by for one of their fun trivia nights or happy hour, cheers!

Came for bottomless brunch on a Sunday at 11:30 am. Fantastic service from Hannah, she really made me and my friends feel welcomed. Food was delicious and great portion size. Really enjoyed the variety of drink options available for the bottomless brunch.

This place is my go-to spot to chill. The DJ is amazing and plays all the best songs, seriously. If you have a song request, just make sure it's a good one and show it to him on your phone—he's super cool about it. The overall vibe here is crazy, and that's why I find myself here most weekends. The music really sets the tone for the night, with the DJ mixing up a great blend of tracks that keep everyone on their feet. Whether you're into the latest hits or some classic jams, he's got it all covered. It's the perfect spot to just let loose and have a good time. The atmosphere is always lively and energetic, making it an awesome place to hang out with friends or meet new people. The crowd is always friendly and just there to have a good time, which adds to the fun. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the DJ and the songs he plays. If you're looking for a spot with great music and an awesome vibe, this is it. Can't wait to head back there next weekend!

Went in to check out their Monday all day happy hour and had a great time! My party and I had gotten a Moscow Mule, Wish I Could Paint Our Love, Regular/Shakin Margarita, & two orders of their McFactory Chicken Nuggets all for $9 each. The Margarita was probably our favorite with the Moscow Mule as a close second. The nuggets were well-sized (and no, not dry) and served with comes with a hot & barbecue sauce available to dip. They had a nice variety of happy hour menu items (pizza, wine, frozen drinks, cocktails, bar bites, etc), but I would’ve wished for a larger selection of wines available. Despite that, I’ll definitely be back to try more.

Went for bottomless brunch and everything was great! Hannah was our server and she was so kind and friendly, we loved talking to her! Food and ambiance was lovely as well. Definitely recommend

Ended up here after friends and I tried to go to a different bar that was super packed. We were seated at the bar right away. We ordered an espresso martini and a margarita which were both really good. As for food, we ordered the chicken sandwich, the French crepe, and the chicken and waffles. The best was the chicken sandwich followed by the crepes and then the chicken and waffles. The chicken and waffles came with a small amount of a chicken. It was almost like two pieces of chicken nuggets which was a little disappointing and didn't seem worth it for the price. The crepes were really good. The orange jam inside was delicious and the maple syrup actually tasted like the good kind of maple syrup. The chicken sandwich with fries was a good portion size. Chicken was cooked well and the fries were similar to McDonald's fries! The bartender was great and even gave us a free shot because our food took a while to come! I saw him preparing a drink with a duck on it and asked what drink it was. He told me which one it was and asked if I wanted one. When I said no, I only wanted the duck, he filled my cup of water and topped it with a rubber ducky!!!

Went for the bottomless brunch. Great service. Good food! Reservation is recommended it does get quite busy on Sundays. Would definitely go again! Their pancakes were really good.

Yelp
I dropped by for Trivia Tuesdays and was surprised how fun it was! Come with a group of 6 or less people, and you play on your phone as a group. A great spot and activity to do with a group of friends! Food was alright - I got the factory n out burger. The burger meat was done a little too well for my liking, but the fries which were freshly fried and crispy, were the highlight of the dish.

AJ L.

Yelp
Came here for Happy Hour and had a pleasant experience. There is a good selection of beers on tap with some cocktails as well. We went on a Tuesday and they did trivia which was a lot of fun (but also very difficult). The ambiance is really nice and the staff was attentive and friendly. Would absolutely come back.

Yelp
My friend took me out here for my birthday and I must say the aesthetic of the place is absolutely gorgeous. We came around happy hour so the drinks & share bites were at a fixed price. We got the chicken nuggets, margarita pizza & nachos to share. The chicken nuggets were okay, they aren't like you're normal chicken nugget boot shape, they were like circles. The pizza was pretty good, our cheese kept falling off but you know what, it was still yummy. The winner of the show of course was the nachos!! I kept eating them, so if you had to choose app this would be the choice. My friend also ordered a pina colada & she said it was strong! Come for happy hour, you won't be disappointed. :)

Benny R.

Yelp
Fun little place. Was wondering around with friends and this seemed like a fun place to grab a drink. We didn't get food, so can't comment on that. They had a good combo of normal bar drinks, as well as frozen drinks. Not a ton of tables, so mostly standing room for the bar but was fine enough. It did seem to get a bit crowded later and there was some squishing around to get through groups of people, so we left at that point. But anyway, seems like a nice place to go for a casual drink earlier in the evening and you can stay later for a more upbeat night crowd.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Stayed in NY for a week and was craving some nachos. My sister and I came our first night on a trivia night and were able to snag a table. The vibes, dinner, and drinks were all great. We ended up coming back the night before we left for some more nachos, so enjoy some pics from our two trips here. 10000% recommend the nachos and buffalo wings. Also, the happy hour prices are crazy good. Can't wait to come back during my next trip.

Dimpie S.

Yelp
Would give 3.5 stars Went for bottomless brunch and definitely has a wonderful deal for bottomless for $25 with a variety of drinks. The mimosas and expresso martinis are standard and not watered down but not the most incredible drinks I've had. The pancakes were also standard and the syrup was too sugary/sweet. They put a nice amount of fruit. Service was definitely slow. They count bottomless for 90 minutes and so it's difficult to have as many drinks as you want since it takes 20 minutes to get even one drink for a small group. It's an interesting restaurant but the seating wasn't the best as there's so many tables by the door with the door constantly open and a draft coming. If you're really crunched on time and need a reservation for a large group then this is a standard place. But not worth the hype unless you're looking for cheap drinks

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Musical Bingo was so much fun ! Great Happy Hour prices for drinks and bar snacks !!

Yelp
The Brunch food here was a 10/10, but the service was unfortunately lacking. My friend found this spot on TikTok and we were excited to try their bottomless brunch. They have lots of drink options on bottomless (mimosa, bellini, aperol spritz, bloody mary, espresso martini, beer). I tried the mimosa, bellini, and espresso martini. The espresso martini was amazing! The bellini was good but the mimosa was not great. It had way too much orange juice. It took a veryyyy long time for a server to ask what we wanted for the next round and to bring it out to us. They really promote their bottomless brunch and it was one of the slowest experiences I can remember. I did LOVE my meal! I had the Yoklo Ono Breakfast sandwich. The bread was buttery and crispy and the addition of the chipotle aioli really made it! It is served open faced, so really easy to eat. I would come back just for this. Overall, I would come back again, just not for bottomless. They have some fun themed nights and I would come back to check that out!

Nathalie B.

Yelp
I always enjoy the experience here but this time in particular I chose to celebrate my husbands 35th birthday in the speakeasy in the back room and had a wonderful experience. It felt private intimate and we were even able to bring our own DJ equipment so we can provide the tunes. I am so happy with the service & hospitality provided and highly recommend booking out the private rooms for any celebrations!

Christie M.

Yelp
Factory380 is always great - cheap happy hour prices for food and drinks and such a fun ambiance. They have good bar food (nachos, pretzels, guac, etc) and the cocktails including espresso martinis are amazing.

Yelp
Visited this spot as a last minute plan with friends on a Tuesday. My friends frequent here so they're familiar. Upon arriving I immediately noticed the super cute decor! Lots of disco balls and neon signs. My fav! We unfortunately couldn't sit outside on the really nice day because it was reserved. Guess it's useful to set a reservation on nice days. We sat inside and it wasn't so bad because they have what seems to be a big front window they can open. I liked the music also. More upbeat and disco-y. What really killed my experience was the service. It was basically non-existent. Our time was spent trying to flag down servers and wait on our food and utensils for our food. My friend tried asking a waiter for something and he signed to give him a minute, left and never came back. She had no utensils for her food so I grabbed it myself. Other than that I will say the drinks and food were good. They have a happy hour during good hours (until 8pm) and activities like trivia and karaoke day. Cool!

Steff R.

Yelp
Hannah was an absolute pleasure! She recommended the best drinks and entrees, and successfully managed our party of 10 people! She is an amazing server. Will definitely come back just for her! Also, the food was delicious! Very pleased with this experience!

Jatin A.

Yelp
I am upgrading my 4 star review to a 5, because Factory 380 might be one of my favorite bars in town. Trivia on Tuesday nights over here is the way we do it! And we are happy to have found our go-to spot. First off, the interior is pretty! Care is taken to make the ambience joyous and welcoming, and it certainly helps to have a good crowd. It is Warhol themed, and they have tons of lighting gimmicks all over the place! The service is excellent. We've been here several times, and it's happened twice that our orders arrived a little late -- and we didn't have to pay dime for those late orders! That's some amazing customer service. Finally, the diavola pizza for $10 -- a real-sized pizza for $10 -- as part of the happy hour menu is an amazing deal, and being able to grab dinner here while playing trivia makes it super convenient.

Yelp
This was a great happy hour spot. I came here with some coworkers after work and we were very happy with our experience here. Service: Fast and efficient. She checked in on us at the right times and didn't make us feel rushed or underserved. Ambiance: It's a really cool casual vibe at the bar. The decor is fun so it doesn't feel like a dive bar but it also doesn't feel like a fancy place. Drinks: We just got basic drinks, beers and gin and sodas, so I can't speak about the cocktails. What we did get, we were happy with. The cocktail menu did look good. Food: We were very surprised with the food. I wasn't expecting too much but I was impressed. We got the jalepeno popper rolls and we're very impressed. The bread was very good and tasted fresh. It was also hit or miss if we got a spicy one or not. The nachos were average, it barely had any beans in it. And lastly, we got the margarita pizza. That sauce was well seasoned, the crust perfectly cooked. Overall, we were satisfied with our food. Happy Hour deals: I feel they're really good deals especially for the price.

Yelp
Tuesday Trivia! Such a fun spot to do trivia, especially since it's happy hour for the first 30 minutes (from 7:30 pm to 8 pm). A lot of places don't honor happy hour prices during trivia night, but not the case here. And the happy hour menu is extensive - $8 wine, cocktails, beers which includes a large portion of the menu, including frozen drinks - as well as food specials (2 for $17). I had a frozen margarita as well as a cocktail with gin & cucumber, both of which were solid drinks (nothing amazing here, but they hit the spot and for $8 I'm definitely a fan). Will be back! Tip: Make a reservation to sit outside. There are only a few tables but it's a lot more lively and fun (it's quite dark inside). Note: Not sure what the trivia winner got, we won second place which was a free shot for everyone in our group.

Kira H.

Yelp
The aesthetic is incredible and the Cookie Dough Lava Cake is to die for! Staff was kind and trivia was fun!

Michaela F.

Yelp
My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday yesterday and Hannah made sure it was nothing less than perfect. She deserves the world. No exaggeration. We didn't realize that tip was included in the bill and she chased us down the block to let us know that we double tipped her. She was so amazing and brunch was so affordable, we let her keep it anyway. She deserves it. From the moment we got there to the moment we parted ways down the block from the restaurant, she absolutely killed it. Love you Hannah! Aside from our goddess of a waitress, we had the best time and the place is beautiful. 10/10 vibes!

Cate T.

Yelp
Honestly had such a great experience eating here! It's definitely more of a party/tacky vibe, but it's totally cute if that's what you're into. Absolutely amazing happy hours deals ($8 drinks until 8 pm), and the food was good too! Our service was absolutely wonderful and probably the best part of the experience. In a busy restaurant we were frequently looked after and got the dessert comped for no apparent reason! Only complaint was the music was so loud that my voice was scratchy afterwards from yelling, but that's just the vibe of the place. Don't bring your grandparents here lol.

Terry K.

Yelp
Came here this last weekend on a saturday for my birthday brunch and I couldn't be happier! Our server made sure we kept getting drinks quickly and everyone loved the food! The burrito was so filling and good, the espresso martini was AMAZING as were the aperol spritzes. And they gave us free shots to celebrate! The vibe was so good I'm so happy I chose them!

Sarah P.

Yelp
I get the sense that this is a great place to party. I didn't really check out the vibe before coming but I would recommend coming here for drinks over food. The food was fine but the drinks and vibe were what made this spot stand out. The music was bumpin' and they had a fun party like atmosphere and lighting. I saw multiple people meeting up here for HH, if that gives you a better sense. Food was a 3, drinks/vibe were a 5= 4 stars Service was standard. I'd come back for drinks if I was in the area! 4/5

Siri P.

Yelp
Great happy hour with cool ambiance!! Highly recommend espresso martini and watermelon frozen marg :) Service at the bar was a little slow but seemed good at tables

Minly L.

Yelp
Came in for happy hour. It's a very dark and fun spot with quirky Knick knacks on the shelves. We were served pretty quickly but it took a bit for them to round back over to us. We had two espresso martinis. Both very strong and tasty. I would be very interested to try their other fun drinks, as I saw the drinks of the other patrons.

Mallika L.

Yelp
On March 24, 2024, I'd left the church after the service, and headed for Sarah Batchu's Birthday Fundraiser at 4pm. She's running for Councilwoman and it was her special day today. I went into the restaurant, looked around and thought, what a beautiful, upscale bar. It was dimmed in all areas. I'd passed the bar in the front that was spacious with a long counter and seatings. So orderly. I headed towards the back where the party took place. I got a hold of the waitress and told her that I would like to do Yelp reviews for the bar. She smiled excitedly. I told her that I write detailed, wonderful reviews for places I'd visited. She told me to followed her to the other party room. Once I was at the door, my eyes were wide opened. It was a bright Fuschia lit room with a beautiful picture of a women. What a great party room. I happily took a picture of it. People poured into Sarah's party. She has lots of friends and supporters and they all loved her. I took a couple of nice pictures of her friends having a good time. They gave me permission and I'd welcomed it. After half an hour the food came. It was appetizers that consisted of bread and chips with dips. Then 3 pizzas came along with bread. All these were from the menus. I had a slice of pizza. The sauce and cheese was delicious. The crust, even though, was neither crispy nor chewy, had a soft, fluffy texture, which was good also. Omg!! More people poured in. The room was filled. I'd never seen so many people in a room. I can see that they all were have a great time and the music was great too. I gave Sarah a hug goodbye and wish her a Happy Birthday once more and left for the train. It was a wonderful party for Sarah, my dear friend. Thanks for reading. Be well.

Yelp
Went here for NYE and it was fun! They have such cute drinks as well with little dinosaurs in them

Ray S.

Yelp
Upscale comfort food. Buffalo pizza, Mac and cheese and jalapeño poppers all bomb. Can't wait to try more next time

Ashley M.

Yelp
Very attentive, the waiter that serve me was smiling all the time and brought the drinks very quick. I also was able to speak with the bartender and he was very welcoming. Beautiful place to go on a date, meet with friends or even go alone and enjoy some food. And finally good music outside and inside, they even have a Mario kart game console for their clients.

Charles L.

Yelp
$8 happy hour drinks. Say no more (especially in a city where a $20 cocktail seems to be the norm). It's a bit loud in here but I'm also an old man now so I won't hold that against them. In my younger days, I would have been a regular.

Emma G.

Yelp
My friends and I went here for the bottomless brunch and we had the best time. The food was great, the ambience was very cute and trendy, and the drinks were poured generously- would definitely recommend!

Tina S.

Yelp
Tina's take: 10/10 Attended a birthday party here and we had our own room at the end of the place. It was an open bar and Yulia was amazing! The place was very clean and we had so much fun. I would totally recommend.

Honor G.

Yelp
Pros Option for outside seating Great happy hour All day happy hour on Mondays Good frozen margaritas Decent food Vegetarian options Flat screen with Nintendo to play Accommodating service Assortment of played music Pretty water bottle Open late Reasonable pricing $ Cons Horrible margaritas on the rock

Caitlin B.

Yelp
I have never waited so long for a check in my life. We began brunch at 11 AM. We got our food around 1140. We did not get our check until 230. The waitress stopped at all the tables around us, but not ours. I repeatedly tried to grab her attention, unsuccessfully. I finally had to get up and follow her through the restaurant to get our check. The drinks were great, and so was the food. The rating is for the service.

Anita K.

Yelp
What a GEM of a place! Get the Elvis Presley off their cocktails menu it's heaven in a cup! We had a ton of fun at their musical bingo night that we just stumbled upon it was such a good time! The cocktails were solid the happy hour deals great and we enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and fries if you get hungry and grab food. Only knocking a star because they charged us all for shots that we won playing bingo and I only caught it the next day, but they were gracious and apologized and returned the fee!

Morlene C.

Yelp
When this Andy Warhol themed bar first opened, we were in the height of neon sign mania, where seemingly every new restaurant had a dedicated area to take photos in, complete with a neon sign in the backdrop. Years past this craze, this decor feels a little trite and dated, so while "Yes I'm a Rascal" or "I Wish I Could Paint Our Love" is less cringey than "Live Laugh Love," I do think it's time for an update. Happy Hour is very reasonable, with cocktails for just $8 and beer for $6. Drinks like the paloma, old fashioned, or moscow mule have felt too sweet for my taste, but pretty standard. The more creative cocktails on the menu all have a tropical vibe, much like the decor. The crowd is young and very Murray Hill, and the music is very loud and mainstream. On the plus side, it's pretty spacious and rarely crowded, so you can easily waltz in with a big group on the fly and not have to worry about whether you can get in. While it wouldn't be my first pick, sometimes you're just looking for a place to get cheap drinks with a big group and Factory 380 fits the bill perfectly.

Maia J S.

Yelp
$8 dollar espresso martinis!! Need I say more? Their happy hour menu is amazing, from a wide range of cocktails and beer. They even have food part of the happy hour, and it did not disappoint. Amazing atmosphere, amazing service. Always a good time here.

Tiff T.

Yelp
Do not go after 8pm thinking you gonna have quiet dinner lol!!! The vibes are nice food was okay drinks were not my type of mixes

Jackie K.

Yelp
I love their Monday all day happy hour. I've been here 3 times. The second time we ordered so much food it couldn't all fit on the table. There was live music last night at 8pm which was nice. It was busy but not crazy. I would keep coming back. The cheese pizza was really tasty and even reheated well as leftovers. The strawberry margarita was strong but had good flavor. I enjoyed the grilled cheese. The Mac n cheese needs some help. Needs a crunch or better texture and less truffle oil.

Michelle L.

Yelp
It was one of the hottest nights of the summer and I barely felt the AC. It was very hot. Cocktails are $15 each and apparently you have to order two for a credit card. The whiskey sour was gross but strong. The DJ wasn't great. They switched genres like going from pop to hip hop. There were a bunch of drunks bumping into people. The girls bathroom only had one working toilet. It was gross.

Liz B.

Yelp
Came here for trivia night and a free comedy show in their back bar! The food and drinks are standard bar food/drinks but their happy hour runs til 8 and is a really good deal! The Paloma was probably the strongest drink and the Taylor spritz wasn't bad! Unfortunately, the "I wish I could paint our love" tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher and I'm not a big fan of fake watermelon flavor and the frozen margarita tasted watered down. Overall a fun time!

Teagan R.

Yelp
Enjoyed The Factory - came for a group dinner and caught the end of their happy hour (till 8 on Fridays). Good service and food - the burger and fries were great! Fun vibes - will be back if I find myself in the area.

Yu H.

Yelp
Wait : none Environment: very loud and we can't hear each other Service : nice Drink : I was hunting for good hot toddy. It's not what I expected. But I'm not an expert in drink.... And I like sweet so might be bias I personally like a chilled place where we can have conversation and this place is too loud to hang out for me

Raphael P.

Yelp
Went here for their happy hour and was extremely impressed! They don't hold back on the portions for their HH bites, the nachos and chicken nuggets were huge. The drink selection, while limited for HH, still had a good amount of choices and tasted fine. Great vibe and happy hour, definitely going back. Huge nachos.

Gia H.

Yelp
It's a vibe -- came across this place just passing through. It hit every box on the checklist : great vibe, decor, music, set up indoor/outside, food and drinks! Love this place, I'll definitely be back!!

Jenni F.

Yelp
came here for happy hour and we loved it! we werent able to sit down inside, but they did have a big area to sit outside with high tops and it was perfectly fine. we had a bit slower service because of it but it was great other than that. the drinks were really good and we loved the happy hour pricing, plus they had a lot of drinks to choose from. i had their "'I WISH I COULD PAINT OUR LOVE" drink which felt a little watered down, but still pretty yummy. then i switched it up to their passion fruit margarita and it was soo good! we had their margarita flatbread and it was nothing out of this world but big enough to split between two people. i wish we couldve sat inside to hear the music but it was still a great time

Nicole D.

Yelp
Before I start, a little about me: I've owned my co-op in Murray Hill for 10 years, so I've been here long enough to see many 3rd Ave bars like Factory 380 come and go. I'm also a member of multiple community boards. I've tried not to say it, but unfortunately, this place gives racist vibes. They make sure you know the minute you walk in that you're not welcome and you shouldn't have come. I've gone there for bingo and been excluded from play, I've been given dirty looks at the door (and ultimately turned away for reasons unknown), and the service is "inconsistent" at best. Sure, most places on 3rd Ave are like that because in recent years, the neighborhood has become "BROSVILLE" and a big TikTok joke/playland for young, entitled post-grads, but bars like this perpetuate the issue. The worst part is they all have black guys working the door to give an illusion of inclusion, but those guys typically discriminate the hardest to please the establishment. I have no issue with Factory 380 catering to their crowd - nobody is trying to "take over" Murray Hill from the new wave of finance bros and their Flavor of the Month girlfriends - but is it too much to ask for the 2-3 max people of color who attempt to come here per week to feel welcome and receive adequate service? It'll be closed in 2 years, and I'll be glad to see it go.

Nylia C.

Yelp
Went for happy hour with friends. I got a passion fruit margarita (drink with umbrella) and it was okay, very acidic and not much passion fruit flavor. One friend got the expresso martini and other a cocktail called "camera adds 10 LBS". The drinks weren't strong but would still recommend this place for happy hour. They had a DJ, like the flyer states, but he was there a little earlier than 9pm. Music started off good but then he stopped playing songs people knew but it was nice to talk and hear the people around me anyways Not pictured is the food we ordered. For happy hour it's 2apps for $16 and all the pizzas are $10. We ordered Nachos and the jalapeño poppers. The jalapeño poppers are not like traditional ones, more like garlic knots with cream cheese and jalapeños in them but still good. The Nachos were okay, not the best ever and could have used more toppings. The pizza was really good, just felt a little burnt but would definitely recommend.

Kate C.

Yelp
Their food was not really anything memorable and they forgot one of our orders. Their bottomless deal is great though at $25! Service was fast and had a lot of variety, from mimosas, aperols, and Bellinis.

Dana P.

Yelp
We came to Factory 380 on a Sunday for brunch. We learned this place is a very popular night spot, but a little light for brunch in terms of crowds. The service was excellent. My husband ordered the Yoko Ono and I ordered the Factory in and out burger and animal style fries plus bottomless drinks. The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. Also, the owner is a great guy and made sure we felt at home.

Danny K.

Yelp
Went during the day so it was dead but the bartender was amazing. Chill place during the day that I could see popping at night. Bartender was awesome and attentive. Clean, great decor, fresh air given front opened up to street.
