Factory 380 feels like a brunch spot for a younger crowd, and I mean that literally 😅. The music was extremely loud, to the point where it was almost impossible to talk or hear each other at the table. It was so loud that the server actually had to go lower the volume just so she could hear the order we were placing.
The food was okay. I ordered the avocado toast. It took a while to come out, and while it was good, it wasn’t anything special. The eggs honestly looked almost fake, which was a bit odd. The coffee was terrible, it tasted like dirty water, and they don’t bring sugar, stevia, or any sweetener by default. I had to ask the server twice and still never got sugar.
My husband ordered a Bloody Mary. He said it was fine, not amazing, and very spicy.
On the positive side, the place itself is very nice and works well for large groups. Our group of 15 people was seated in the back room, which is very private, and that was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly overall, which helped balance the experience.
Nice vibe and good for groups, especially because of the private room, but the food and coffee could improve, and the music volume was just way too much for a relaxed brunch.
