The Fairview

My boyfriend and I moved into The Fairview and have had an amazing experience all due to Milda. She was excellent in providing timely responses and sincere care as well as commitment to assisting us in the move-in process. We appreciate all she has done thus far and look forward to our time being home and living at The Fairview.

HORRIBLE BUILDING. Do not move here !!! I literally live here currently and have been for the last 4 years. The floors are cheap , the gym is tiny with barely any equipment( ppl steal), the pool is cold in the summer time. The apartments have no lights in them so be ready to have an electric bill through the roof because you will have to buy so many damn lamps. The only good thing is the door man and the super.

The process of renting an apartment in the building was smooth overall. Carmen, who was assisting me made the process effortless and was very pleasant, even with all of my many questions. Her communication and pleasantness made me comfortable moving forward with the move. Once getting into the building, the staff is very kind, Carmen still makes herself available when we need assistance, and the concierges are all great! The building is quiet, pet-friendly, and clean. Also, if you have to travel into the city, the bus stop is in front of the building. Overall, I'm happy I made the move.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carmen and the entire team at The Fairview management for such a great and swift experience in securing an apartment. The whole process was incredibly smooth, from the initial application to receiving our keys. The building itself is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities, including a doorman, swimming pool, and gym. The beautiful views are just an extra bonus. Since moving in, the staff has been readily available to assist us with setting up cable, answering questions, and providing overall great support. Thank you, Fairview, for making this transition so easy and welcoming.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and Carmen made the transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the initial inquiry to moving day, her communication was prompt and clear, ensuring all my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for a positive experience. The entire staff, including Leo, Angie, Victor, and others whose names I haven’t yet learned, have been exceptionally kind and helpful. The apartment building itself is quiet, clean, and filled with plenty of natural sunlight, creating a welcoming and comfortable living environment. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and the wonderful team that supports it.

My fiance and I have been looking for an apartment to rent, and we toured an apartment that Carmen posted. Carmen is very accommodating and patient with all our questions/requests. She is great in communicating and addressing our concerns to the super of the apartment. She has a very pleasant personality!

Highly recommended especially if you’re from the city , It’s convenient with traffic about 25/30 minutes to the city 15 minutes without traffic .. Everything you need is located around the area A great deli across the street The building supermarkets cvs all walking distance, Walmart and other superstores like 5-6 minutes away. staff Leo/ Victor & Carmen All great people the maintenance usually doesn’t take long to get done overall great experience living in The Fairview this past year . Pet friendly the pool area is great the gym has mostly everything you need top tier 10/10 appreciate you guys for having me for the year 🙏🏽
