The cocktails are amazing! I always get a seasonal cocktail as well as the signature pineapple martini. The seasonal cocktail of choice this time was the Fallen Leaves Old Fashioned (oh my goodness!! See description in seasonal cocktail menu photo) I will say that the pineapple martini is inconsistent in taste. This time it was too pineapple forward. Still boozy enough, just a different flavor profile. The shrimp and grits were so flavorful! The boneless pork chop was wonderfully tender and juicy! Don’t let the boneless aspect deter you in regards to flavor because that char is SUPERB!! I’ve gotten it back to back visits! The cheese curds……AMAZING!!

Google
The food was delicious- every dish, even what might sound ordinary, was prepared and seasoned to make it top notch. Friendly and attentive staff. Even the seating and decor was special. We stopped in while traveling and I’m sad that we don’t live close by. But if we travel this way again…

Sometimes I have had spotty service and food but this last time with friends sitting outside we had excellent service, the cheese curds, onion rings, and the crab cake were great. The weather was pleasant. It was an enjoyable evening.

Google
My mother and I decided to stop there on the way to pigeon forge TN, the food was too notch, was super flavorful, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant, and our waitress, Anna P, was amazing. She was super friendly, gave us the right amount of service. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends any day

Google
Pleasantly Surprised! Dinner on 12/31/25 was very good: ribeye cooked perfectly, Caesar salad very fresh and crisp, dressing good, baked potato fresh and hot. The crab cake was terrible: no crabmeat lumps, too much breading, stringy little crabmeat that was mixed vs hand tossed, frozen or pasteurized imported special crabmeat, the lowest quality. If The Farmhouse can’t buy fresh NC, Md, or VA crabmeat they should take crab cakes off the menu and only offer as a special when in season and available. Dinner rolls below average. Sliced artisan bread or French rolls would have been nice. Tonic out of gun was flat, use good tonic for mixed drinks. The highlight of the evening was Mia! Great service, very attentive and welcoming. She is a jewel and we will always request her when we return.

Google
Great experience. We had a very large party and the service was excellent. I ordered the new York strip and the flavor was wonderful. I had a side of roasted carrots which were the best I've ever had and a baked potato. The steak was overcooked, but because of the size of our party, I informed the waiter but did not send it back. I would recommend and would certainly go back.

Google
We went here today for a graduation lunch. The restaurant itself is very cute with a charming farmhouse feel, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The food was disappointing overall. My husband ordered the steak, but the waitress never asked how he wanted it cooked, and it arrived cold and dry. The pork chops were mediocre, while the salmon was the standout and quite tasty. We were a party of five and were seated tightly squeezed into a dark corner with very little lighting, which felt uncomfortable, especially since we had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a graduation. We had hoped to be seated in one of the nicer rooms. Service was also lacking. A beer was forgotten, and with the overall experience we decided not to order dessert. We later learned there was a very large graduation party (around 100 people) being hosted at the same time. If this impacted service and seating, it should not have affected other guests—or the restaurant should have been closed for a private event. Overall, this was disappointing and not what we expected for a special celebration.

Google
First time visiting. The layout of the restaurant is interesting as it allows for a more personal table setting. Much appreciated as I struggle hearing in a loud atmosphere. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday was also a nice option, too. We had the steak and egg platters and chicken and waffles. Both were large portions served with most delicious potatoes. Our waitress was super helpful with menu suggestions and kept our glasses filled. Lovely experience.

Yelp
What an exceptional dinner! Our server was super friendly and attentive, but also very down to earth. We enjoyed steaks, crabcakes, and salmon. But honestly, the star of the show was the whipped potatoes. We sat inside and it is so charming and cozy, especially the larger booth in the back room. All around a great time was had. Thank you!

Yelp
After hearing about The Farmhouse Restaurant located in Christiansburg, Virginia, and seeing a photo of it, I was intrigued by its appearance and intererested in finding out more information about it. So I did my research and found out that it opened its doors in 1963 in a 19th-century autentic farmhouse which once belonged to the Ridinger family. It has had several owners and managers throughout its history. Roger Neel and Neal Keesee, owners of Billy's and Cornbeef and Co. in Roanoke, purchased the restaurant and reopened it in 2016. Kevin Murphy was the general manager in 1996. Devin Whittaker is currently listed as the General Manager. The restaurant has been a long-standing establishment in the New River Valley, known for its beef dishes. Currently its menu has been expanded to include a nice selection of seafood items as well. Additions to the original house include several banquet rooms, a bar, an outdoor dining area that can be used year round, and a caboose annex. After being awarded the Triad Yelper of the Year 2024 Award at the Yelpies Award Ceremony last year, an event that honored the highest-performing Yelp Elites, I decided that this year, as an All-Star Yelp Elite, I not only wanted to be the first to discover new restaurants and bring them to the attention of the public, but also to uncover those found in hidden paths that for one reason or another have not reached the public in its totality. And The Farm House in Christiansburg, Virginia, is the perfect example. So one day I made a reservation through Open Table and set out enthusiastically in my new car to go explore what it was all about. After driving in the highway through a nasty rain and thunder storm, the rain finally stopped as I arrived there and was parking in their nice size parking lot. The decor inside was rustic yet very cozy, with many booths inside small spaces, and a couple of very elegant dining rooms nicely set-up and decorated with one of a kind framed Virginia Tech Football memorabilia. It also contained a beautiful award winning wine cellar and exclusive bourbon room. The restaurant was divided into two sides with alleyways where the individual enclosed booths were located and each alleyway had a street name so one could find their way back if they had to leave to use the restroom. The left side was decorated with antique farm items and old photographs and the right side with beautiful colorful paintings by Rochthilde. The caboose annex is located on that side. When I arrived a friendly young lady hostess greeted and welcomed me and after confirming my reservation took me to my booth which was located in Hokie Hwy. You can see the location in my photo of their map. Soon after, my server greeted me and took my order. I started off with a Mojito Mocktail to drink. Their Crispy Fried Calamari as appetizer. Followed by a Caesar Salad. And as the main entrée I had their famous Prime Rib medium rare with the Grilled Shrimp enhancement and the two sides being a Loaded Baked Potato and a Special Corn which was the side of the day. The meal also included these special rolls with butter, which clearly pointed out the exquisite nature of the cuisine of this magnificent restaurant. At this time, I took a brief escape to go visit the bar area and there I happened to have met the Restaurant Manager who gave me a warm welcome and thanked me for having traveled all this way for the pleasure of dining at his restaurant. I found my way back and all the food was amazingly delicious. I invite you to take a look at my photographs accompanying this review. The Prime Rib one of the best I've ever had. Comparable only to Billy's in Downtown Roanoke. My server came by at the appropriate times to check on me and did an excellent job. The Restaurant Manager also came by a couple of times to see if I was enjoying my dinner and if all was to my satisfaction. It was nice to learn that he lived down in Cave Spring, my neck of the woods, and where one of my best and favorite restaurants is located, The OTH Chophouse. For the Grand Finale of what had been an amazing cuisine and an extraordinary dining experience, I had a slice of their Peanut Butter Pie for dessert. It too was amazing. To conclude I highly recommend this restaurant for those special occasions when you want to enjoy a fine dining experience in a very unique and historic restaurant, in a comfortable ambiance, with an amazing culinary masterpieces, and excellent service.

Yelp
I usually do not do reviews except for places that are exceptionally good. The Farmhouse is this one of those places. The staff are so friendly, our waiter Ryan took good care of us. So nice to talk to. We had the Fillet Mignon, that was delicious. The atmosphere was outstanding. Truly a place for adults

Yelp
Came here with my parents who were visiting after hearing good things about here. We made a reservation ahead of time and were seated quite quickly. The table we were sitting at was very private and definitely did have that farm house vibe. The food was really good! I ordered the rainbow trout and my parents got the herb chicken and crab cakes. The rainbow trout was really well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and a good portion. The crab cakes and herb chicken were also great. I normally don't like baked potatoes because they're super bland, but the ones that they do here are delicious! I would definitely come back again. It's definitely for a birthday/anniversary or some other special occasion, but you get what you pay for.

Yelp
Great outdoor patio/bar area and service was quick. Just went for a few drinks during happy hour and got the cheese curds. $15 and it's a big portion too.

Yelp
While our visit was during school drop off and the place was very busy there is no excuse for an hour and a half wait for 3 entrees. The waitress was very nice and friendly and gave my freshmen son some nice advice. It certainly was not her fault the kitchen did not have its act together. The manager came out after we complained to the bus boy but they asked if there was anything they could do but never offered a comp to make up for the wait. They just kept saying they were really busy. The place is very nice looking and the food when we finally got it was good but 35 minutes for 1 salad and an hour and a half for entrees is not forgivable
google avatar

Trevor W.

Yelp
I love the food, love the service all around a good restaurant. We were down here again.

George M.

Yelp
A great restaurant if you eat there at @ "off times". Being a "townie" I tend to eat there NOT on game days, parents' weekend, or graduation. Get to town a day early or stay a day late.. The appetizer "Lamb Lollies" are most excellent, as are the onion rings. As far as entreés are concerned any steak or the pork chops ( that right, two thick ones) are great. A wonderful place to dine.
google avatar

Sharon G.

Yelp
I used to work at this restaurant, and I've also been there a few times since. I always order prime rib and lobster, and they are always delicious! If something isn't right, they make it right. One time my lobster was cooked too well, so they brought another one. The service is always wonderful and professional. The people act like they really enjoy their jobs there. It's always clean, and I always love the ambiance. It's one of our favorite restaurants, and we recommend it, but be ready to have room in your budget before going! It's pricey!

Yelp
Lots of seating options: bar, patio, meeting rooms, cozy booths and probably more. We sat in a booth, lighting was dim, people in next booth were loud. In the area to pick up my son from VT. Pineapple martini was delicious. Rolls served were basic. The onion rings were darn good. The salads looked good. I was in the mood for a steak as I haven't had one in over a month. It wasn't as good as I wanted, baked potato and asparagus were OK. Not sure why husband ordered Ahi tuna here, but he did. He ate it all because he was hungry but didn't enjoy it. We didn't have dessert. I won't go back for a steak, but the patio looked appealing enough to stop in for a drink and snack.
google avatar

Treva C.

Yelp
What a delicious Pre-Valentine dinner! The calamari appetizer was a great start, but the slow-roasted tenderloin with pomegranate glaze was king. My crab cakes were good too, and the crème brûlée was top tier. Our server Will was excellent and gave us good wine recommendations. We'll definitely be back.

Shan L.

Yelp
The food and drinks were good, unfortunately it took an hour to receive both. The server was quite rude or perhaps just didn't want to be there. It made it quite an uncomfortable experience. Given the price point, I just expected better.
google avatar

Madison C.

Yelp
The food: - crab cakes were insane. So much flavor, perfect texture - mashed potatoes could've used more salt but over all great - veggies were so so good - steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, fat melted in your mouth, best prime rib the drinks: - good but not the best i've ever had - inconsistent flavors the experience: - I would've liked if there was music playing quietly - staff was good but a little bit of some weird vibes - private seating was really nice price: - expensive $$$$ but did not feel like it was worth that price tag

Yelp
Came here for my mom's birthday.... Gavin F was our waiter and was very charming and attentive. He was very pleasant to our table of 4 and was an excellent waiter. When we first came in we ask for table side and it was very noisy with two large parties that were loud and had unruly children. Calmed down after they left Meals were Caesar's salad with grilled chicken, which was plentiful and tasty Second meal was Rainbow trout cooked to perfection with asparagus My mom had filet mignon butterflied medium but is was cooked too long and was not the usual juicy steak we know that the restaurant can produce I had ribeye cooked medium that was also overcooked and somewhat tough as well. Not a great job on the two steaks tonight by the chefs. The higher score is for service from Gavin
google avatar

Art K.

Yelp
My daughter and I had dinner here. We ordered the calamari to share as an appetizer. Calamari was very tender and crispy. The portion was more than enough for two people. For dinner we both chose fish. She got the Mahi Mahi with fries and broccoli and I ordered the Rainbow trout with a baked potato and succotash. Our fish were both cooked perfectly well and had an amazing taste. I especially liked the brown butter and capers that the trout was cooked in. My only downside was I don't think the fish was fresh. Had a slight frozen taste. The service was exceptional along with the ambiance. Very nice place for dinner. Highly recommend.

Thomas K.

Yelp
My wife and I were delighted to find this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy. The artwork was great. The food was the best. We split the two pork chops and had more than enough. It was the best chop of my life! I heard the steaks are even better.
google avatar

Eboni R.

Yelp
The balsamic chicken with baked potato and chef's choice of vegetables was amazing. My husband had the pork chops with mashed potatoes and carrots, which he also enjoyed. He mentioned how the pork was so tender. My chicken was also really tender and it was delicious. I have to say the staff was also friendly and I was not expecting them to bring me cheese upon request for my baked potato. I really appreciated that our waitress went above and beyond. We found the restaurant to be quiet and offer each party only what I can describe as a cubby for you and whomever you dine with. I found it unique and nice with music overhead playing. I loved how they had a variety of food as it's difficult for me to find food choices due to medical issues but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would love to visit again.
google avatar

Joy S.

Yelp
Parking: there's a ton of parking spaces next to the restaurant. No need to worry! Seating: the seating is the best part of this restaurant. I love the individualized cubicles to make your dinner more intimate and private! You have your own "room"/area where is very personal and I love it! It's kind of like a maze, but it's so cool! I assume there is a ton of seating in the building because it's a farm. Food: the food is quite good! My family really enjoyed everything we ordered. The steak was okay, but everything else was pretty good! Bathroom: the bathroom was very small for a large restaurant like this. There were only 2-3 stalls, so it was crowded. Price: this restaurant is on the pricier side, but the food was overall tasty. I feel like you pay for the experience of the booths. Service: our server was super sweet! She was kind and patient with us! She tried to talk to us and recommended things too (which we loved as well)

Christopher E.

Yelp
The onion rings were great. All the appetizers we had were eaten with gusto. The cocktails were good. I had the prime rib. No complaints. The sides were good to fine. The service was perfect. There when needed it, not when we didn't. Should we find ourselves in the vicinity, we will go again.

Yelp
We came here as a family for my birthday; the service was incredible. We made a reservation, and we had an option upon getting there to sit inside or outside and we chose to sit outside since we had the option. They were surprisingly kid friendly with a coloring sheet, crayons and a kids menu. The food was awesome, my steak was over cooked at first and I pointed it out and they immediately fixed it. No problems with that!! My boyfriend got gumbo and it was incredible. The wine selection is incredible, the white wine I had was fresh and crisp.

Kelly S.

Yelp
There was no wait time on a busy Friday night. The restaurant is very nice inside and our waitress was very sweet. However there are many entrances and they aren't marked as to which one is the main entrance. My main complaint is about the availability of food on the menu. We originally ordered oyster Rockefeller, but they were out. We ordered the lamb lollies and they were delicious. We then ordered steak and trout. After about 10 mins the waitress came to the table and told us our entrees would be out shortly. After about 10-15 more minutes, she came by and told us they were out of trout. We left and got fast food since it was 8:50pm at that point.
google avatar

Talya S.

Yelp
Such a great find on our road trip! It had a very unique atmosphere with the tables tucked away into little areas throughout the restaurant. It was a bit of a maze, but so fun and eclectic. It almost felt like we were the only ones there. I had the fillet, which was cooked perfectly...the baked potato and asparagus were perfect accompaniments. My husband had the shrimp and grits and my son had the chicken tenders; both gave great reviews. Our server was attentive without being overwhelming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Between this restaurant and the Iron Tree we will definitely be returning to the area in the future.

Juliana S.

Yelp
It look forever to get our food. We were there for 2 hours waiting. Our waiter was kinda slow coming back. The painting were not level. It was loud too.

Yelp
The Farmhouse Restaurant, Christiansburg, VA Highlights: great patio, quiet indoor seating, great menu, drink options, and reasonable prices. The Vibes: The Farmhouse is a versatile place to eat. During the warmer months, there is a patio to sit on, sometimes with live music. Inside, seating is quiet and private. As a plus, the staff is consistently courteous and attentive. The Menu: A wide range of options, including gluten-free The menu is the perfect size and offers something for everyone: seafood, steak, pasta, sandwiches, and salads. My favorite entrée is the 8-ounce filet mignon (always cooked to perfection!) with a side of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. I love their seasonal cocktail menu; they also have non-alcoholic options like Heineken Zero. The dessert will never disappoint; cheesecake and red velvet cake are always great options! The experience: Overall, The Farmhouse experience offers an upscale environment with a small-town feel. The food is consistent and always worth any wait there may be.

Rita C.

Yelp
Food was very good. Service was slow but not annoyingly so. Onion reins were better than good but not the best. Too crispy and over cooked. Succotash was good but not as balanced, rib eyes were excellent; each cooked right. The Cajun linguini was overcooked the loaded potatoes had too much cheese. We enjoyed and would go back but it was not at the top.
google avatar

Melanie G.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while but over the years it has proven a solid staple...particularly for their soup of the day and outdoor dining!

Amy C.

Yelp
I was in town for work and a colleague recommended The Farmhouse. I ordered my meal to go because I had been swimming at CAC and was returning to my hotel. The women who took my order in the little office under the stairs was lovely. She invited me to sit at the bar while waiting, but I chose to wait in the lobby area. I ordered the wedge salad and cheesecake; they were ready promptly. Bonus: the delicious rolls that were included!
google avatar

Lloyd M.

Yelp
The pluses. First, a nice setting, very warm and you have good privacy, also comfortable. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly but not fake sugary. I had the queen cut prime rib (I wanted the king, but they only had it medium well) and it was excellent. Flavorful, the right amount of fat. Both the horseradish and au jus were great. While I would have liked the larger size (it was still a nice sized piece of meat), I ended up ordering the grilled shrimp accompaniment and it turned out to be a Godsend, some of the best shrimp I ever had. Grilled perfect, a little char but not chewy or overcooked. I also enjoyed both sides, the asparagus and sweet potato fries. The only thing that wasn't great was the calamari appetizer, nothing wrong with it but just rings (probably frozen), not much flavor and the tomato sauce was watery though the cocktail sauce was quite nice. Would go back especially for the prime rib and shrimp.
google avatar

Caroline K.

Yelp
Loved coming here!! Our waitress was so kind and amazing even though they were packed that evening. The food is a bit pricey and the menu is limited so make sure you review it first! But the food tastes amazing.
google avatar

Tonya B.

Yelp
Service is usually good, food is great and atmosphere is very unique. I come here whenever I'm in the area for work. They have a good wine list and cocktails. I've gotten filet, calamari, shrimp and salads and all have been good.
google avatar

cheri d.

Yelp
Horrible. At least 2 families were turned away on a Saturday Night for dinner because it was 9:02 pm and the "hostess" said they did not seat people after 9 pm even though the restaurant clearly states they are Open to 10 pm which is clearly not the case. The restaurant was fairly empty also so this was not due to being too busy. Needless to say The Farmhouse has lost at least 2 families from every visiting again. Best to improve your customer service or you will Lose more customers - old and new.
google avatar

Samuel W.

Yelp
Great food, the mushrooms specifically were amazing, crab cakes and trout were very good. Service was good, fast and very friendly. The cubicles you eat in are really cool, all in all would recommend!
google avatar

Abbey M.

Yelp
I say up at the bar with my parents and had a great time. The staff was lovely and were attentive. The food was fine, nothing spectacular but a nice dinner for Blacksburg/Christiansburg area. We went over the holiday so it wasn't busy but during the fall football season it's the place to go for a nice night

Paul M.

Yelp
Excellent service, great ambience and nice menu selection. Will definitely come back when I'm in town.

Yelp
The food at the Farmhouse is incredible! If you like prime rib and steak this is the place for you!! We were celebrating a Virginia Tech graduation and the menu was tailored to Tech graduates!! So we immediately felt at home!! We started with the bacon wrapped scallops which were really good. The onion rings were tasty but way too greasy for me so I'd avoid those next time. My wife and daughter ordered the Filet mignon which was very tasty. Unfortunately my daughter's steak came out rare instead of medium so we had to send it back for more cooking. My son and I ordered the king cut prime rib which was awesome!!! I felt it was perfect but my son wished it was a little more done. The desserts were great. We had the carrot cake, chocolate mouse pie and cheesecake. All were good but the carrot cake was the best of the three. The place was crowded due to graduation so the service was slow but acceptable. We had to ask for rolls and plates and the check but otherwise it was ok. Since this place was named the farmhouse upon entering I thought it was going to be bright and airy full of chickens and pigs specializing in breakfast foods. Much to my surprise it was dark and stuffy focusing on steak and beef. I feel the name "the Stables" would be more apt. The place is very much like a maze of tunnels, and the tables were like individual pens where animals once slept. There was only one urinal and toilet in the place so there was a waiting line at the bathroom which was unfortunate. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back here. There is a very inviting bar area I'd like to explore next time to get out of the dark stalls and have a drink and a burger!! Try this place out! You won't regret it!!

Brian A.

Yelp
I've been here twice. First time I thought it was a fluke. Second time I was even more disappointed. Service was the slowest I've ever received. 30 min wait for drinks. Food was meh. Server forgot our orders and got at least one if not two sides wrong on each dish. Steaks had to be sent back twice. Medium rare steak was fully bleeding and mushy. Cramped seating space that was so dark that people were falling asleep. Please never go here unless you're desperate to overpay for horrible food and service.
google avatar

Jenna A.

Yelp
This is such a beautiful restaurant, with even better food. The timeless and historic story behind it creates a great setting for a delicious meal. The food blew me away, it was that good! The Cajun Chicken Alfredo was absolutely mind blowing! The pieces of chicken are so juicy and tender which complements the sauce perfectly! It also reheated great for leftovers. The pork chop dinner with bourbon glaze was spectacular as well. Truly a gem of a place in the Blacksburg / Christiansburg area. Great service and even better prices for such a high quality meal. This has become my new favorite place!
google avatar

Loredana K.

Yelp
First time coming here during the spring game. We lucked out on the weather, so we were able to sit outside while waiting for our table inside. Sat inside where the seating is definitely different. Low light vibe makes you feel like you're eating under candlelight. Our waitress, Tabitha, was awesome!!!!! I got the Calamari for an appetizer and the Queen Cut prime rib (10 oz) with a baked potato & grilled asparagus. 10/10 recommend this place! I can't wait to come back to Farmhouse again! This is a must see if you're in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg/Redford area.

Yelp
Amazing food and drinks!! Steak and salad were decided and cooked to a perfect medium. Apps were large and delicious and They have an amazing pineapple martini

Michael B.

Yelp
Food: Usually, we go for the steak, but this evening, we did fish. I had the special, which was a blackened mahi mahi. It was cooked to perfection and had a very nice spice to it. I had it with asparagus, probably the perfect side for the fish. My wife had the bourbon glazed salmon and she said it was perfect! Service: The staff is very courteous and attentive. It was Friday night, so it was busy, but the pace of the drinks, order, food was good. The staff obviously is trained and do probably the best job of any restaurant in the area. I appreciate that they worked hard to provide a great experience. Ambiance: The farmhouse is an interesting place with little cubby holes in most of the restaurant. It can make a very intimate setting for a meal. Our table was very private.

Yelp
Great food in an old rustic farmhouse. We went Christmas Eve and the place was packed. As busy as it was, the food was delicious. The service was great. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
We were over at Virginia Tech for parents weekend. Great reviews so we gave it a try. Wife and I started off with a Bloody Mary that were great. I had the streak (prime rib) and eggs while the wife had the crab cakes. Oldest daughter had the spicy chicken Alfredo which she loved. Bacon wrapped scallops were great. All the food was fantastic, service was great and the young man on guitar played great music. We will definitely stop by again.

Nancy B.

Yelp
Came on a Friday night. Had reservations but didn't really need them as the restaurant was mostly empty. Server was nice but not very well informed about the food. Place known for prime rib and they were out of it. All four of us ordered the special which was tenderloin. We realized that he did not ask about how we wanted it cooked. Couldn't find him to ask. He finally came back and said it was in a crock pot and was probably well done. Two of us changed our order to the filet which was good at medium rare. The other two stayed with the special which came cold and looking sad. Overall, we were disappointed as we used to come here frequently but service and food have gone downhill. Probably will not go back.

Yelp
Amazing drinks!! Servers were extremely kind! Staff is amazing! Definitely can not wait to try new holiday drinks!!!!

Yelp
One of the best dining experiences in the NRV. Food and service is always excellent. Not the cheapest place to eat, but if you are wanting a nice classy southern meal, this is the place to go.
google avatar

Caroline F.

Yelp
We've come for two thanksgivings now, and this past experience just didn't do it for me. In November 2020 it was still a buffet style dinner, which is puzzling to me. It was really inefficient because you weren't allowed to plate your own food and only ONE staff member was working the buffet. The food itself was decent. They also forgot to bring bread to our table and we didn't even realize until we passed other tables with bread on the way out.

Yelp
Our go to place in Christiansburg. Love outdoor dining at bar and inside for more formal. Great steaks, salads.

Yelp
We arrived late on a Tuesday night without a reservation and found the restaurant completely booked due to graduation. But they offered us immediate seating on the terrace with a limited menu. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We'll be back - but will be certain to make reservations.

Yelp
Love the dark booths that are endless at this restaurant. Every table seems private. The home style food is delicious too.
