Patrick from the company reached out to offer a full refund, and offered to send me some bars as an apology, very much appreciated!
It took a while but I feel heard. The company seems to be trying to get on its feet, glad to know they're resolving these issues!
Abysmal customer service experience.
My 1st order took 8 wks to ship, nobody reached out to let me know, I had to contact them & find out 1 bar was back ordered so everything was held up. No apology. Red flag.
Then I skipped a subscription order, but got charged for it anyway.
I contacted them right away, literally. Days went by before they replied. Customer service didn't seem to care at all, offered me a 10% discount on a future order as a resolution, even though I requested a refund + order cancelation.
Multiple contact attempts have gone unanswered. Now this order is also back ordered. Amazing. You get multiple emails everyday offering all sorts of coupon codes 10% off etc. but when you need help, you won't get it.
I really hate to leave negative feedback but I'm so frustrated from all of this.
I'll gladly edit my review if someone will take 5 minutes to address my concerns. But until then, I feel like others need to steer clear, there are some serious issues, either they're way too busy and don't have enough staff to keep up, or their sole Customer service guy just needs to be replaced.
Because as far as I can tell they just don't seem to care at all, customer support means everything to me so I cannot use this company. I'll find another vegan & organic option, there are quite a few these days.
