Fabulous communal spaces and very large modern bedrooms rooms with a kitchenette. Lunch and breakfasts were high quality and beautifully presented. Convenient car parking on site. Didn't use the leisure facilities on this occasion. Taxi into city centre about £15 - £20. My only criticism is the check-in and out service, which is painfully slow, with only one person on the front desk, even at peak times. Would recommend and hopefully, I can visit Cambridge and stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with full business and leisure amenities. Great service - a shout out to all staff including Dolly. The pool is amazing and for long stay guests (I was there 3 months) the free laundry facilities are a life saver. This is my second year staying and the welcome was so warm thank you

Beautiful hotel - ambience and service is perfect. Abin really went above and beyond to provide a lovely stay. Bar downstairs is lovely and great lobby area. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice selection of food and drinks. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. Check in time is later than usual so there were a few people waiting around for their rooms to be available.

Nice, upscale studio-like rooms in Cambridge. Walking distance to many nice Cambridge activities. Breakfast was lovely, comparable to other higher-end hotels in the area; the lobby has a nice modern decor. Parking is also available in a garage below the property.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. the rooms were silent even though there was a busy road outside Did have no hot water for the evening but this was fixed by the next morning. Would have liked to have used the car chargers but they did not work for me even though I got great help from the staff who could not have done more to help try and get it working.

We chose your hotel because of the positive reviews and the swimming pool and sauna. We attempted to check in at 4pm on Saturday and had to wait for 2 hours in the bar area before we were notified that our room was ready. The disastrous management continued the next day when we tried to have breakfast at 9.30, we were told to wait in the bar area again for 30 minutes, until a table became available. Once seated we could not choose any of the cooked options as the limited staff were so under pressure cleaning tables and dealing with the queueing customers, so we tried the buffet instead. There was no bread, no butter, no yoghurt, no pastries, no fresh fruit, no nothing in fact, unless you wanted rubbery scrambled eggs and some watery undercooked button mushrooms. The rooms are fantastic so I could be tempted to give the hotel another chance but not at +£200 per night for such poor service. The hotel manager should be ashamed.

This hotel is ideal with it being located a short walk from the city centre, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The staff are all absolutely professional and lovely to deal with. They were able to help even when there were some unusual circumstances during my stay which resulted in some unusual requests. Both the restaurant and cafe are good places to eat with a really nice ambience too. The facilities such as in-room kitchen, fridge and hobs and guest laundry are extremely practical and convenient amenities which are a great way to save on travel-related costs, have more flexibility in what you eat while travelling and be able to get sweaty gym clothes clean without requiring another human being to have to deal with that! The only concern I had during my stay was that when running the tap there seemed to be an odd gas-like smell coming from the water which I found unsettling having never experienced that before. However, even that was handled amazingly by the staff with the maintenance person visiting the room to reassure me with a detailed explanation of the water treatment process that they do on-site as well as taking a sample of the water for testing. Overall, I'd consider it the ideal place to stay in Cambridge and look forward to staying again!

The best hotel in Cambridge. Had a smooth check in with a nice upgrade by the lovely manager. Excellent bar tender with absolutely stunning cocktails. I just keep coming back again and again. Well Done team
