The Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton (Cambridge, UK) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"University-adjacent hotels are often a bit too reserved to express themselves aesthetically, but Fellows House is enthusiastic about its neighbor, the University of Cambridge — this apartment-style hotel features boutique-hotel good looks and is filled to the brim with references to the long and colorful history of this venerable university town. Rooms, studios, and apartments are named for the likes of Kipling, Blake, and Alan Turing, and while they’ve almost all got full kitchens, Fellows House is justifiably proud of its food and beverage offerings, which include Folio Kitchen, the Folio Bar, and a café called The Sage of Cambridge." - Tablet Hotels

The fellows have been a “home away from home” for me now for the past 4 years. The facilities are perfect and extremely comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and will accommodate every need. The best part is the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. ||I want to specially thank Jena, Nish, Dada, and Vyshnavi who always have a smile on their face and have made this long stay every enjoyable for us. ||I highly recommend this hotel if you were to visit Cambridge.

We recently stayed at the Fellows House Hilton in Cambridge for two nights. The hotel has secure parking, but at £24 per night plus 55p/kWh for EV charging (on top of already high room rates), it felt excessive—particularly given the actual cost of electricity.||Our duplex-style room was excellent, with an upstairs bedroom that allowed our baby to sleep undisturbed while we relaxed downstairs in the evenings. At around £230 per night, it was expensive, but the layout did add value.||However, the stay was let down by several details: bottled water was only provided on arrival and not replenished, the sauna and steam room were out of order, and no assistance was available with luggage when requested. Breakfast was a standard buffet with self-service coffee—adequate, but nothing beyond what you’d easily find elsewhere at a lower cost.||Overall, while the room itself was lovely, the hotel leans on its smart rooms and Hilton branding but the service and small cost-saving measures felt disappointing given the premium prices. For the price charged, it simply doesn’t deliver.

Brilliant hotel. Very Kind and helpful staff, extremely clean throughout. Swimming pool was great especially as we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was Lovely- Dinner was very good and great food for the price. Can’t wait to come back and stay a bit longer.

Superb! We have stayed here twice now and on both occasions we have been very impressed, particularly by the staff, who have wonderful customer service skills and are very polite, warm and welcoming. The rooms are really comfortable and well-equipped, everything is spotlessly clean and high quality, and the restaurant is fantastic. We will definitely keep returning.

Fabulous hotel. Modern, clean, great facilities, upgraded to an apartment style room which was a bonus, The White Company shower products were a nice touch. All the hotel staff were very helpful and super friendly. We’ll definitely return to The Fellows when we’re next in Cambridge.

The food selection at the hotel is always great, not your boring hotel "continental" meal. I would do all three meals here if it wasn't for my work schedule. They have nothing but freshnes and best of all, a great staff that always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Close to Jesus green, this hotel is just far enough outside the center of Cambridge to be quieter but walkable to the center in 10 minutes or so. Hotel staff are amazing and the place looks and feels high end. The bar and restaurant were great and the pool area good, but no changing rooms. The only downside is the underground car park fees which I feel are seriously overpriced. Took the shine off things a bit on an otherwise lovely stay.

A very nice hotel, child-friendly, newly established, close to the city center, with good service. I would especially like to thank Nish (I hope I got the name right – we arrived on July 27). We were traveling with a small child (you know how it is with little kids 😀), and she helped us with all our concerns. Even when it was difficult to get a taxi, she managed to organize one within just a few minutes. Truly professional in her field!
