This is our fourth time staying in this hotel, I don't know why I haven't reviewed it before. There is no words needed. We always stay here because we drop our daughter back to Cambridge University and spend an evening. Absolute perfection on every level. We always have the same room. Safe underground parking. Amazing food (Especially the eggs Benedict for breakfast 😂). Super friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Feels like the perfect home away from home! I would give 10 stars if I could ⭐️.

We had a great stay, the staff were amazing, very attentive to all our needs - specifically Janet at reception. They were so many nice touches that made our trip very special and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is good, around a 20 min walk from the centre of Cambridge or a 10 min drive. The pool and wellness centre was great to have - the pool was little busy and noisy but still enjoyable. All in all a lovely hotel for a little getaway - would recommend.

I've been renting a room for 1 1/2 week and was told as I was checking in that they had to do a "deep clean" of the room at some point during my stay. "Great" I thought to myself as I enjoy when coming into freshly cleaned hotel rooms and smell soap and whatnot. Well, I didn't see anything different than having my bed pillow fluffed and got two new rolls of toilet paper, 'cause dust from previous renters has been piling up underneath the bed and on top of every surface making all my items and screens dusty for no apparent reason other than the "deep clean lie". There was some sort of crumb on the floor next to the bed table when I arrived and it was still there same day after the cleaning was supposed to happen. They didn't give me clean cups or glasses, or refill the empty espresso capsule tray, I had to ask for my garbage bin to be emptied, and they didn't do anything at all when I let the "clean the room please" light stay on all day (a door feature to signal if you either want to not be disturbed or need the room to be cleaned).

The rooms where outstanding as is the hotel.... the breakfast was also really good .. The only fault is because of a large crowd on new hers eve the the staff was constantly watching guest (as in stood directly staring) for no reason like they was going to kick off. But the hotel was outstanding

We stayed at the Fellows House in mid October when we visited our daughter in Cambridge. I was quite surprised seeing big rooms with kitchenette area. The breakfast in the morning was a big spread with lots of fresh and cooked options. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly. To sum up...we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Fellows House. Our family and friends are gathering again this week at the hotel for a reunion and reception of a family wedding. Full 5-Stars to The Fellows House! We held our daughter's wedding at the Fellows House in mid-November. Milena Boc from FH was our liaison who helped us plan the guest stay, events, meals and even bridal party makeup to the last detail. With Milena's event coordination and FH staff help the wedding went smoothly. The guests enjoyed the stay and the food tremendously. My husband and I cannot thank Milena and her team enough for their hospitality and support for an event that meant so much to us. Thank you all so much!!

A day before my arrival, I checked the app to noticed my stay was missing. Upon calling Hilton, as the Fellows would never answer a call or email, I learned my room was canceled with no notice. I'll keep staying at the Marriott. At least they understand the meaning of the word Reservation! UPDATE: The hotel finally did call me and correct the issue. The property is very nice and the staff was wonderful.

We had our work's Christmas party in Foley's Bar and restaurant yesterday. Can't recommend enough. The Christmas food menu was delicious, service highly attentive and professional. The atmosphere was very elegant and festive. Preparations, both before and on the day went very smoothly -Milena showed great attention to detail and was very flexible as plans changed. Thank you to Milena and the team, highly recommend if you are looking for a party, wedding or just a nice meal out.

​I stayed at The Fellows House Cambridge for nine nights (the whole of last week and half of this week), and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far below the expected standard for a Hilton Curio Collection hotel. ​🧹 Housekeeping and Cleanliness (Major Issue) ​The cleanliness of my room was unacceptable, especially concerning dust and hygiene: ​Excessive Dust: There was a visible layer of dust on virtually every surface. If you suffer from allergies, I strongly advise caution, as the dust under the bed appeared to be accumulated years. ​Dirty Floors: The floor was visibly dirty and was clearly not hoovered during my entire stay. ​Daily Service Failure: The room was supposed to be cleaned daily, but service was repeatedly missed. When I inquired at reception, the staff attempted to gaslight me, claiming the issue was my fault because I had pressed the "Do Not Disturb" button—which I absolutely did not. I had to call the front desk every single day to request basic room cleaning. ​🍽️ Poor Customer Service at The Folio Bar ​The staff at The Folio were consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, making customers feel like an inconvenienc. I ordered a quiche and politely asked for it to be warmed up. The staff member rudely asked, "Don't you have a microwave in your room?" He insisted I must have one, forcing me to repeatedly state that I did not. He finally complied, but his attitude was hostile. ​ On another visit, the same staff member came in late and saw me waiting at the bar to be served. He finished serving the customer ahead of me and even engaged in casual conversation with me, saying, "Oh, I remember you." After waiting for approximately 10 minutes while he tidied up, he finally approached me and simply announced, "We are closed!" He clearly saw me waiting the entire time, spoke to me, and yet only told me they were closed after making me wait, sending me away empty-handed. ​Conclusion: This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The combination of unacceptable cleanliness and hostile customer service made my stay extremely stressful.
