We had our wedding just over a month ago, The Fifth Floor is absolutely top tier! Ariel, Crystal and team ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. They checked in with us throughout the night if there was anything that we needed, ensuring we were having a great time & that our drinks were full. They took care of everything from setup to takedown which allowed us and our families to just enjoy our event without having to worry about anything. I cannot recommend The Fifth Floor enough! Its such a beautiful venue with a team who truly cares about their clients. Thank you for helping make it a night to remember!

Just had our wedding at the Fifth Floor and I cannot say enough good things! Ariel and her team treated me like a QUEEN! Everything was perfect and on point. If I could do it again I’d go with the Fifth Floor over and over!!

I had my baby shower here in March and it was beautiful. I loved that the team provided table runners and bud vases: I only needed to pick up flowers, balloons, and a few small decorations--you don't need much for it to look outstanding in here. Crystal and her daughter (5th Floor staff) also did the setup, clean up, and kept things stocked, so my family/guests could just show up and enjoy. They were super kind and easy to work with! One tip if you are booking a half-day event is to account for all the time you need, including prep, when you book. If I could go back, I would have booked 12:45 to 3:45 rather than 1:00 to 4:00 (event start time), so that I had a 15 min buffer to bring food in. It was a misunderstanding I had.

We just had my daughter’s Wedding at The 5th floor and it was an amazing experience. They made sure everything ran smooth and that everything was taken care of. Ariel was so fun to work with and help with every step of planning and Crystal and her team shined the day of. I have 3 daughters and this was my first wedding experience so I felt very overwhelmed by the process but they calmed nerves and anxiety and made the day run seamless. It was and absolutely unforgettable and beautiful evening.

The 5th Floor was the absolute best choice I made for my wedding. They were so easy to communicate with from the initial tour to the wedding day and even after. Ariel went out of her way to create a beautiful day for me and my loved ones. She and her team helped me ease my stress and help my day go smoothly. One of the standout features of their package is the day-of coordinator, along with additional staff who ensured everything ran smoothly. Our coordinator expertly managed our vendors, orchestrating set-up and keeping the evening's timeline on track, from dinner and toasts to the cake cutting and first dance. I provided all the necessary vendor details in advance, and we discussed various setup options, color schemes, and other preferences. After our beautiful backyard ceremony, it was an amazing experience to arrive at such a stunning venue. The staff at The 5th Floor, led by Ariel, took care of every detail, allowing us to relax and enjoy our evening. Ariel and her team were wonderful to our vendors, guests, and us. The evening exceeded our expectations in every way.
