The Filling Station

So I've been going to this gas station for a couple of years now. And while the staff are very nice, very friendly and seem to know what they're doing, the biggest concern, I have is the multiple times that I have tried to purchase MILK at the filling station. It has been spoiled. Even at 1 point in time. They left items that were 4 days expired on the shelf. And all the manager had to say about it was, "oh I guess the guy didn't check." They need to figure out what could be going on while it's on transit or what temperature it's stored or something because milk shouldn't be paste, 4 days before expired.

The friendliness of the employees here I'm guessing is determined by a roll of the dice, but the establishment itself is decent. They have some slot games and quarter pusher machines. They offer some hot foods, some tobacco(wink wink) consumption products, along with some seasonal things such as hats, Sunglasses, phone accessories for the car, and fountain drinks along with tea, coffee, and I'm pretty sure a slush drink as well. If you are wanting a Dr. Pepper, you will need to get a fountain or hope they have some 20 ozs. They only carry Coca Cola products as far as most their bottled beverages go. Other than them not always having my Dr. Pepper in a bottle for me, them being open 24 hrs a day makes for a great spot for me to suffice my 2am gummy worm craving. They have a wide selection of candy and even have some of the older types of candy you don't see a lot of places anymore these days and have bags of them(cherry sours, gummy varieties, lemon drops, smarties, etc) I believe you can get for $1.99 .

I know credit card fées are high for convenience stores but telling me that I have to spend five dollars but not mentioning the additional 79 cents even when running the card is a scam. The cashier only pointed to the little sign after we noticed the charge to the account was higher than what the receipt, register and cashier said it would be. If you’re going to talk about Jesus don’t steal from the customers who aren’t using cash. That was my first and I guess my last time to try the place. Scam me once, shame on you. Scam me twice well I don’t think you’ll have the chance. I can see why the place is independent.

They charge you extra for using a card. I havent seen a sign or anything about charging extra. So maybe they're just stealing money. They say it's their bank that they use. Maybe so, maybe not. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get fuel or whatever.

DO NOT use a card here. They will tell you one price at the register then charge a higher price on your card. They’ve been penny pinching people for years. I guess that’s what Jesus would do right?

There lady who works nights who excused my 4 year old girl stealing candy which she didn't. Also i was looking for purse and hat and i had my child by the hats. .started saying your son can't be there. So what am I supose to leave my son the other side of the store where someone can kidnap him or take him .. I swear she needs to get fired... I will take my business somewhere else. I don't reccomend there store. My son was hardly even over by the acholol. He was over by the hats and purses.. I really just need to speak to the store manager ..

It's like a mix between a gas station and Dollar General. Part convenience store/gas station, part small grocery store. Only has 1 bathroom, very large and open layout with a variety of items. Only carries Coca-Cola products, no Pepsi. Gas pumps were outdated but had several to choose from. As other reviews mentioned there is a need for garbage cans by the pumps or entrance door.

Doesn't carry pepsi products and coke doesn't have a drink i can have with my diet

There was a flushing toilet, so I am grateful. And the bison outside were cool to look at. However, the place smelled so strongly of mold and I could barely breathe, I actually threw up twice while in the bathroom because the smell was so overpowering. We'll never go inside that building again.

Use to be a awesome place until their family values went down to hell. Owner cheating on wife them marries the problem, new problems has attitude ugly as hell throwing fits and throwing and breaking glass wear in the show case. Tension is so strong Here you can feel it from miles away. They still have good products tho. Just no morals or value at heart here. Much better place back in the 1990's.

Watch out for the scam of having to spend over $5 if using a credit card. They still charged $.79 on $6.12 total. And no trash receptacles anywhere outside.
