"If walls could talk, you’d be stuck in conversation with the Fillmore for hours. The building was a dance hall when it opened in 1912 and a roller rink during the 1940s, and led its first concerts in 1952 with artists like James Brown and Ike & Tina Turner. But in the mid-1960s, the venue really had its moment. Concert promoter Bill Graham made the ballroom a hub for psychedelic music and brought would-be legends like the Grateful Dead, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Jefferson Airplane, and Santana to the stage. Needless to say, there’s history here. Learn it best by attending a show. The standing-room-only ballroom still brings in big-name artists—think Lorde and the 1975—at budget-friendly prices, along with a constant stream of smaller acts. There’s a full-service restaurant and a bar, and the vibrant collections of old photos, artwork, newspaper clippings, posters, and billings will school you on the club’s colorful past."

This venue was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Getting in with a breeze – entry was fast and the bag search was quick, but efficient, which made me feel safe and welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks were easy to order and I never had to wait long in line. Plus nagging some March was a breeze, two – no stress no long weights. Everything was well organized and it made for a smooth enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I even brought my 16 year-old and they did get ID, which is great. This was a 16 and over show. They Might Be Giants!!!

Google
Historic and historically cool venue that has great sound, friendly staff, and free posters. Only downside is the slow bottleneck of everyone leaving out one entrance down some stairs when the show is over.

Google
Great shows, artist amenities and the stage, tech support is 1st class. Love the intimacy of the venue. And the history is ever present and on display. My favorite venue in all my travels. Plus amazing restaurants near by. Just go there! You'll love it.

I want to start off saying I know how legendary the Fillmore is and have had some great memories there but due to health issues I’m currently using an electric wheelchair. I contacted the venue after getting my tickets for Cypress Hill’s 25th year anniversary show to set up ADA seating, which was really easy via email. We got set up with a table along the wall in a very dark area which caused people to bump into our table knocking over our drinks and food we had ordered, also being on the main floor I had no view of the stage, honestly if this would of been told to me ahead of time I would of considered selling my ticket. After a guy passed out almost on top of me and had to be wheelchaired out, I asked to be escorted to the elevator because felt very unsafe. If your using a wheelchair, I would recommend the main floor for “seeing” a show here.

This theater is gorgeous, intricate, eclectic, historic and all around beautiful vibes. Seating is adequate; not too small. Comfortable. Very good experience, highly recommend.

One of my favorite venues! So pretty and easy to get to from bart. I want all my favorite artists to play here ☺️

We loved the venue and the concert. Ava Maybee and Lauren Mayberry were awesome!

Google
This was my first time at the Fillmore for a show. It was the best experience! There are no bad views of the stage! Every spot on the floor and in the balcony provides perfect views. The band sounded great and the lights added to the impact of the show. It was super easy breezy to get drinks and the staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the best venues we've ever been to and one of the best shows, with the Linda Lindas performing! We will search for more shows at the Fillmore for sure.

Yelp
The Fillmore is truly iconic. Located on Geary and Fillmore, there is plenty to do in the area. Whether you're looking for cheap, casual eats or something more elevated, there's a bunch of different options. The parking situation isn't too bad either. There are a great deal of parking garages in walking distance or if you want to brave the street parking, that's definitely an option as well. Live Nation keeps this historic place poppin with great bands and artists. Most recently, I watched Royel Otis and Bombay Bicycle Club here. General admission tickets give you access to the main standing floor. There are very limited seats on the second level but the overhead views of the stage are amazing. This venue gives opera house vibes with the open balconies, red draping, gold frames. You also have to check out the poster room! I'm pretty sure The Fillmore still make posters for all their sold out shows and this room displays them beautifully. It's a super spacious seating area with a full bar and kitchen. Check in is standard. Security/bag check, ticket scan, then ID check before you make it inside the venue. Staff is always efficient and friendly. Coat check and merch lines are off to the side so crowd control is great through this entire venue. I was shocked to see 2 spiked lemonades cost $50 with a tip but it's expected. I'll stick to seltzers in the future!

Yelp
A historical and well-run theater/music venue. With that, the interior is so clean and not musty smelling. Almost everything looks replaced and well maintained for such an old venue. The chandeliers are an awesome touch. The second floor is another realm of tables, bars and wall to wall posters of all the bands that have played there. Bartenders, security and entrance monitors were friendly and efficient. Smooth and refreshing concert experience for me.

Yelp
I came here recently for a show, but was in a rush and didn't have time for dinner. Luckily, there's a small restaurant upstairs with decent amount of seating. The food was very reasonably priced! I got the chicken sandwich, which came with a handful of Lays potato chips and a pickle. The pickle was terrible and soggy instead of crisp. Skip that. The sandwich was great! The chicken was so juicy and tasted super fresh, well cooked and seasoned. The slaw was nice. I didn't really taste the hot honey, but it was probably there. I'd easily eat that chicken patty by itself, but paired with the rest of the sandwich was nice too. It didn't feel too heavy of a meal, and the right amount of food to enjoy a show and do a little dancing, if you wanted to. I wish tables were prioritized for those who ordered food, so we could have a place to sit and eat. Not enough standing tables to have a place to set food down if you didn't have a seat, and it would have been a challenge to eat this sandwich while standing.

Yelp
I've lived in the Bay Area my entire life, and a finally made it to the Fillmore to see Bombay Bicycle Club and this is definitely a treasure of a venue! The show and production value are really good for an iconic venue. Perfect for live band performances and there's really not a bad spot to stand during the show. The people during the show were polite, (no pushing or shoving), and navigating after a drink or bathroom break was easy to get back to my original spot. The music was a good level, and not overly loud. Really enjoyable experience. $20 for a shot of tequila, $16 for a Truly tall can, pretty open par for most venues in the venues here in the Bay, but definitely a price point where I won't be buying a ton of drinks, which isn't a bad thing personally. The upstairs offers a restaurant with some bar food like burgers, tots, and more, prices were reasonable at a venue. Overall, really cool place to watch a show and it's very intimate which makes seeing one of your favorite bands a treat. Definitely worth coming back, especially if it's band you want to see.

Yelp
I've lived in the Bay Area since the early 80's and this was the first time coming to a show here. I've no idea why this is. So much wasted opportunity! Similarly, I've been following Yo La Tengo since the 90's and this was my first time seeing them live. What a great place to see them. The sound is really good here. The lighting's also really nice. I chatted a bit with some of the longtime staff, which was really fun and informative. And then, you really need some time to check out all the photos and posters. There are so many that I'm going to have to continue where I left off at my next visit. I can't wait to return :)

Yelp
I have to update this to reflect that the sound quality is amazing here. Too many shows with awful acoustics in my recent concerts. The Fillmore rocks.
google avatar

Kiana S.

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience at this venue! Despite attending during a sold-out show, I could see the artist clearly from any spot in the room. The intimate setting created wonderful vibes among the crowd, adding to the overall enjoyment. The presence of three bars and a kitchen added to the convenience, and I appreciated the option of first-come, first-served seating in the upstairs area. Additionally, the friendly staff were always available to answer any questions we had, enhancing the overall experience.

Yelp
small but cute venue located near japantown. i came here for pink sweat$ and loved it! there was a line to get in, but we didn't wait long until our tickets were scanned and bags were checked. decoration on the walls is cute, and ambiance is vibey. nice venue :)

Yelp
Beautiful old venue. Staff were very friendly. They had liquid death water which I love. Clean bathrooms. The only negative is that there were people vaping and security didn't do anything about it.
google avatar

Yelp
Best sound of any venue in the city. Lots of fun history. Amazing acts. Lines are a little long. Food is pub style and quite expensive.

Yelp
This is a world-class theater but the people working here are terrible. They will micromanage every little thing and yell at you for even the strangest reason. For instance, I was told to move away from the bar right after buying a drink, the funny thing was that there was NOBODY else at the bar so it was not like I was blocking anyone. I spent so much money here on drinks and food and the staff just looked and sounded miserable... especially the short dude with black hair and bear... he has a chip on his shoulder. Right after the show was over they started yelling at everyone to leave and I couldn't move towards the stage to go get my friend.... I've been to hundreds of venues but these people love playing rude cops. Everything is expensive here and you would at least expect some level of professionalism, not people who love to yell and play tough cops. If you are a band looking to perform in SF... If possible, find another venue where fans will be treated with decency.

Yelp
Do ***not*** step off the white tile without claiming your show poster. Or, you will be accused of not "staying to the end of the show" and you will NOT be allowed to claim your poster. Despite the vast majority of the crowd having left AND the man at the door having a stack on his hand thicker than his thumb. All of my friends were able to claim their poster but since I had stepped off the white tile, I "Didn't stay until the end of the show" therefore I was not eligible to receive the poster. I absolutely will not be back.

Yelp
Historic intimate music venue at Geary & Fillmore. We came here on a weekday night to see Kings of Convenience. The line to get in was very long wrapping all the way around the block even 1.5 hours after doors opened. I'm glad that their security is thorough but wish they had a better system or more staff to move through the line more efficiently. The show was delayed by 45 minutes because so many people were still waiting in line outside. The venue is almost all standing room, with very few seats on the upper level that were quickly snatched up by early arrivers. There were multiple bars to order drinks and the workers were friendly and efficient. I never saw a line at the bars. If driving, allow plenty of time to find parking which is difficult in this area.

Yelp
Still the best place to see a show. A small venue with a storied history (and beautiful chandeliers). On a recent visit we had a ticket issue and manager Jess came through like a super star.
google avatar

Alisa B.

Yelp
Living in the Bay Area for a while now, I have been to a few concerts here. Great venue to have an intimate experience with the performing act! From anywhere, you can see the artist very clearly. No audio issues. It is pretty inconvenient that everyone must leave the venue via stairs though. Seems like a hazard if someone were to trip. KPOP FANS BEWARE: They will confiscate your lightsticks! They will use blue painters tape to attach a claim check ticket and you'll have to pick it up after the show. They stored all of the lightsticks from my concert on THE FLOOR. So disrespectful honestly. A staff member could easily have stepped on one or kicked them around.

Yelp
Service was nice and helpful. We are at the venue, good prices for a limited but tasty menu. Security was even nice. The venue is gorgeous. It is an old building so the stairs are a little wonky so watch your step. People's pics of the chandeliers don't do them justice - very pretty. Acoustics are great and we had a BALL seeing Low Cut Connie. Btw a parking garage is crazy close.

Yelp
Good meet and greet and concert experience for Pink Sweat$ on February 26, 2024. Meet and greet ticket holders and general admission ticket holders both had to wait outside. It was COLD so prepare and plan ahead. Meet and greet started heading inside around 6:15 PM. General Admission had to wait outside in the cold until meet and greet was done around 7 PM. Meet and greet was just at the floor in front of the stage. Opener started at 8PM. The headliner performed at 9PM. Ticket start time was 8 PM though. You can order food starting around 7 PM until the time the headliner starts I think. Waiters went around taking orders which was convenient and they just brought the food to you as long as you stay in the same place. I was standing at the front and waiters even went over there to take orders if we wanted which was good. The front security also offered cups of water all throughout the night which was amazing. First time I saw that at a concert. I wish they had reserved chairs but the tickets were for standing only. The balcony has very limited first come first serve seating. Maybe just about 20 seats.

Yelp
Went to the Fillmore last night to see a concert with my girlfriend and was scolded left and right by staff for the littlest things.. This made our experience uncomfortable being there, ultimately making us uneasy we were going to get scolded everywhere we went. We got scolded by a gentleman because we spent less than a minute (literally 10 secs) taking a quick peek at the merchandise being sold. We then tried to get out of the way of pathways and take a quick picture of the prices so we can look on our phone away from the line. He proceeded to follow us and stare at us the whole time like he was getting ready to tell us again. This made me feel super uncomfortable. I was almost close to telling him off as he was being ridiculous. I get don't be in the way but we weren't and there was no one walking by. Cut to when the concert started a lot of people were blocking and hanging out in that walkway and that same employee was not telling them. Nice. After buying a beer I was waiting for my gf to get back from the bathroom I stood against the wall near the bar and a girl employee told me to move because I was blocking a walkway ... I was not I was up against the wall out of the walkway but I did see other people stand up against the wall but were not told anything... Love it. This whole experience just made us feel uncomfortable and any future concerts that will be held at this venue I most likely will choose to not come back.

Yelp
The Fillmore San Francisco is a historic music venue in San Francisco, California. It was built in 1912 and originally named the Majestic Hall. It became the Fillmore Auditorium in 1954. When I lived in San Francisco and in Berkeley I attended a lot of shows here. I saw the Grateful Dead, The Steve Miller Band, Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Moby Grape, and others. (I can't remember them all.) I'm sure if I still lived in the area I'd be going to shows, if it was an artist performing that I want to see live. I'm glad The Fillmore is still in business.

Yelp
Came here to watch Fletcher and it was a very historical feeling building. Lots of artwork and an open wooden floor for all standing except for reservation seats on the sides and upstairs. Upstairs is a cafe which serves food and drinks. The room across the cafe u can sit on balconies and watch the show but there r only a few seats. I likes the old timey feel of the building and the artwork. The sound system wasnt the best and standing allll night for 4 hrs was alot for me.. but it was a fun show!

Yelp
Okay so I was leery about coming to SF after our anniversary getaway a couple years ago that was a little sketch with some of the changes in town post COVID combined with blatant looting/theft situations (thanks to some interesting new laws)! The Fillmore renewed my faith in "The City"! My brother and I had a great experience, felt safe, enjoyed his bucket list concert thoroughly and the cherry on top was the amazing food they served at The Filmore! I want to come back for the amazing chicken nachos & delicious HOMEMADE chocolate chip cookies! I literally asked our wonderful server Zorah what was showing here so I could come back soon! Strap on your Nike's and JUST DO IT!!!

Yelp
For my first time going here, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Yes it's old small intimate historical landmark with lots of history on the walls with pictures and posters of past performers on both floors. This is standing room only, unless you are lucky to get a reserved seating upstairs where the L shape Balcony is located at with a bar up there and in the back is the dinning room to order food and 2nd bar up there to eat, but you will not be able to see the show below. I wasn't clear in how people get reserved limited seats, but hope someone will ask and post the answers somewhere so next time I will know if I do go back. I was taking photos of the many posters along the way and reading the history of the place. I had no issues with any security or bouncers like others who complained in other reviews, but I am sure they were under 21 and forgot their ID. I played safe and got a drinking wristband in case I might drink something. The only issue I had I was taking photos near the reserved seats and the security guy said very bluntly these seats are reserved. I said no problem, I am taking photos only. People who buy tickets should already knew that The Fillmore is Standing Room only meaning not for people who cannot stand for long period of time and not exactly a place for disabled people to be at because it does get very crowded for the main act because I became trapped in the crowd when Michelle Branch was going to come on. I would have visited the merchandise booth to meet the opening act Katelyn Tarver, but I didn't want to lose my place. On the main floor above me are two rows of pretty chandeliers. On my right of the stage are a row of seats on the wall with some circle tables in front. I am not sure if people can see the performers when they are seated in the back wall if there are people standing in front of them? On my left is the main long bar with many bartenders and the the back is where we came in with restrooms for men and women on opposite sides and a small coat check. I have been wanting to go to The Fillmore for a long time but never could find an act that would take me inside. I did, but then the pandemic happened and I wasn't able to see that performer. But now I saw the talented Michelle Branch in this nice venue and I am happy. Glad to get one of those famous apples they pass out during the show. It was tasty and crunchy and refreshing. Thank you old owner Bill Graham who started this trend to give out apples to make it feel like you were going to his living room. It does make it feel like a homely comfortable feeling. Thanks Live Nation for keeping the tradition alive. People can drink anywhere apparently in the ballroom. After concert as I was leaving people spill their drinks on the ballroom. Why people do that? If you are dancing and throwing your arms around, what's the point of drinking? I have never understood that concept. And will the girl next to me stop screaming? The performer can't hear and really screaming doesn't do anyone any good and out your drink drown crazy girl! I would like to erase you so your voice is not in my recording of the concert. Grrr... Overall the crowd is nice, no pushing and very nice. I was afraid of that since it's standing room. But I guess it depends on the type of music and type of crowd it attracts. All in all I had a good time.

Yelp
I love the Fillmore - it's a great venue to see world class artists. But last night's Tiwa Savage show had really terrible sound. It was so insanely loud that the distortion made it hard to hear the music. At times we were all plugging our ears and wondering how it was possible that no one was fixing the audio. My guess is they didn't do a sound check before the show. Still a fun concert with great dancing, but my ears are ringing! As always, many thanks to the Fillmore for sending us home with apples :)
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down my favorite venue in SF. The more intimate setting and history of The Fillmore is unmatched!
google avatar

Yelp
I have to confess, I've never eaten at the venue. I go for the music. I love the place. The poster collection is amazing!

Paxton R.

Yelp
Amazing concert venue to attend. Great location, great sound, great staff, and overall very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Haven't tried the food but the bar is great with giving out water and the barricade will pass out water if asked. Saw Dean Lewis here and had an incredible time

Elaine H.

Yelp
I just want to show the menu at the Fillmore as of Jan 20, 2024. They also have NA Beer. Of course the music is fantastic
google avatar

Ashwin S.

Yelp
This is a great venue for a concert if you're able to make it, gives you the feel of a concert in a real intimate setting. The drinks were a bit light but that's not why we were here and just having the option was great. Historic venue and you can see why, located so close to Japan Town you also have access to some terrific food and things to do before hitting a concert.
google avatar

Kat E.

Yelp
Wow, this place is almost perfect for a concert! It's a small place. I didn't see any seats there aside from seats at the bar & upstairs maybe. They need to place some seats & tables here. Anyways, we saw two awesome bands last night, Dooe & Static-X. Thete was a half hour delay that the lead singer of Dope & Static-X. Edsel apologized for. The drinks there are expensive at almost $20 for a mixed drink. There's videos of the show up on YouTube now. I saw a mix of younger & older people there. I even saw two older senior citizen couples. I'll be just like those seiniors and still be going to shows even if I might end up having g to use a cane when the time comes, lol
google avatar

Lilith G.

Yelp
A nice venue with convenient parking everywhere. The line moved quickly and the staff were very professional. The drinks were also very good and I liked the chandeliers inside.

Yelp
Love this place and it's an institution so I want it to stick around, but I gotta say: These folks REALLY need to work on their ADA accommodations. My mother is 77 years old and her body is basically falling apart. She can't be in the pit anymore and can't see shit from the balcony, so when we go to shows I get her tickets in the ADA section whenever possible. If there isn't an ADA option online I typically assume that they have a place reserved and you just have to ask when you go in. The Fox Theatre in Oakland does it that way and it seems to work fine. Not so at the Fillmore. You have to call or e-mail the box office in advance and have them put your name on the ADA list. Otherwise they MIGHT let you sit in the ADA section but they will treat you like a criminal for not making arrangements beforehand. Even when we do call in advance, they usually give us the stink eye when seating her and make it abundantly clear that I am not allowed to sit unless there is a free seat - even though I rarely use that seat even when it's available and will always go back to the pit if someone needs it. Without fail, the Fillmore staff treat me like I'm trying to take advantage of the system when I have no desire to leave the pit anyway. It's the 21st century, people. Do better.
google avatar

April P.

Yelp
Parking iS Tricky Please read all parking garage times some will let you in and lock you out near concert hall But paid parking garages available with in walking distance. Eating near. Concert hall decent just more so be ready to stand the whole time. Clean restrooms Good quality sound
google avatar

Yelp
any venue that hosts a original member of the GRATEFUL DEAD, gets 5 stars from me. Phil Lesh was a treat. Make your way upstairs. The upstairs barS have much less lines, and breathing room if you're there for a sold out show.

Josh W.

Yelp
So The Fillmore is owned by livenation now. And having to buy tickets through livenation / ticketmaster and paying an additional $15 in fees is really wrong. Really could've been better. When I used to live nearby I could just go to the box office and get tickets without the extra fees.

Audrey C.

Yelp
Staff is rude as hell. Poorly managed lines and merch sections. Sound was unbalanced and too loud and crackly. Absolutely will never see another artist here. Unsafe area too.... I cannot stress enough how poorly managed they are and it affects the concert experience because they can't properly house the amount of people or handle the lines for anything correctly. The merch line completely blocked the view of the stage and people kept pushing even though it was a smaller artist. No security to control it. The staff were not helpful at all if you had any questions and wouldn't even try to be polite. There was nowhere to sit unless you want to pay extra for reserved seats (even though the concert was half over and no one had been sitting there, I wasn't allowed to sit). I purchased one beer and one water for TWENTY DOLLARS. Bartender was so incredibly condescending because I didn't have a wristband. NO ONE HAD BEEN OFFERING THEM! I will not be coming back and neither should you. It's a shame that such a prime venue when it's this poorly run and by rude people at that.

Brian D.

Yelp
Saw the New Mastersounds on 4/20, The sound system quality was garbage, especially the vocals. Whether the performers were singing or addressing, the crowd, their voices were inaudible with much distortion and buzzing. To add insult to injury, a quest vocalist came out to perform a song, but her mic was off when she started. There was frequent feedback that echoed through the room.

Alison S.

Yelp
Sound system is superb amd great dance floor. Cocktails are well made and bathrooms clean. We got apples for free the night of our show:)
google avatar

Amy -.

Yelp
Absolutely love this venue! I've gotten to see some fantastic acts here including Metric, Aly & AJ, and The Brummies to name a few acts. The crowds have usually been great energy! I've found that they've been respectful - compared to other venues I've been to actually. The sound is good. There's plenty of standing room. There's free water. The bathrooms are super accessible. Nothing to dislike about the Filmore.

Chris K.

Yelp
Terrible bar service. One of the bartenders openly criticized my parents for being too old to attend the show instead of politely serving them.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
Every music legend you might imagine gigged here at the Fillmore during 60's impresario Bill Graham's tenure, including the Jefferson Airplane, Janis Jopplin, Led Zeppelin, the Byrds, the Doors, and Jimmy Hendricks experience. If you have an excuse to see a show here, don't hesitate. I've seen several fun acts from Perry Farrell, to Cat Power, and the Psychedelic Furs at the Fillmore. The performers never disappoint, and the venue is small and intimate with the feel of a Gold-Rush saloon meets concert venue. Some swear by coming early to eat upstairs, mainly in order to camp out and secure a very rare seat during the show that night, but I always prefer to stay on the floor given it's good view of the stage. The majority of the venue is standing room only. Before the show, head out in the hall to look at photos of past acts, or walk upstairs and check out the gallery of remarkable poster art from past concerts. Don't forget to get your free poster on your way out the door: it's a beloved Fillmore tradition.
google avatar

Gillian A.

Yelp
Not a bad place to catch a concert. Very good air ventilation; place was never humid at all throughout the show. There's a walkway at front-row railing and during each performer switch intermission a bartender waiter would walk here; pretty convenient if you're standing near the railing and don't want to maneuver through the crowd to get to the bar in the back. Only gripe I have about this place is that sometimes the speaker quality was a bit bad with the buzzing at high sound volumes.....a bit unpleasant to hear especially from the front row but it didn't happen too often and it shouldn't deter you from buying a ticket to a show at this venue. Public transportation options here are a bit meh; no nearby BART stations. Your best bet is just driving here and either finding street parking, if you're super duper lucky, or garage parking (there are many parking garages in walking distance that have about a $3-per-hour fee). On the bright side, if you decide to arrive here early, Japantown is right here and is a great place to explore.
google avatar

Amani S.

Yelp
Still one of my favorite music venues in the City. Been going here for years, it's just the right size to keep things intimate yet not too crowded. I've never experienced any sound issues and there's a perfect spot for the merch table at one end of the bar.
google avatar

Suzie L.

Yelp
I saw the Simple Plan Where I Belong Tour here last night. The venue was small and intimate with an open floor for the standing room area. The stage is in a good place where even if you're in the very back of the crowd, you still get a good view and good sounds. They also have an upstairs seating area with a full menu and bar. The seating area seemed to be really sound proof because I couldn't hear what was happening downstairs while I was in there. There is also another section on the second floor with open balcony seating. For a venue in San Francisco, there also seemed to be plenty of street parking around the area. Would love to go to another show here again!

Yelp
What is wrong with me for not having written a fantastic review for this music venue?! I guess this is perfect timing for me write this as I think about us getting out of this pandemic and getting back to some kind of normalcy for 2021. Oh, how I would love to come back here without having to worry about Covid! What I Love: - The space is midsized but it still gives me an intimate feeling. - The sound system is great! - The check in process is simple. I use my smart phone with the bar code and it's easy breezy. Just be prepared to have your light setting high so they can easily check you in. - I've came here many times and most if not all of the opening acts are great to watch. I must say, writing this review makes me appreciate music venues during Covid times. I am truly grateful for all the times I got to come here and I am looking forward to more adventures here!

Yelp
I love this place as I often visit here for concerts. This time it was Prateek Kuhad's concert and we really enjoyed the music, the vibe, the audience and the ambience. There's a choice of food and drinks while you're watching the concert and I love the comfort and convenience of it.

Yelp
I had such a blast at this venue. I came for a Hoobstank concert in my frosh. year of college, and I had a blast. Music bounced off the walls, and I sang out my lungs to the music. The opening band was great, too. It was so fun! I remember it being akin to a sauna, because I sweat so much from jumping to the Hoobastank tunes. What a memory! I recommend anyone looking for a fun night out to try this venue when a hoppin' band is playing.

Yelp
The Fillmore is an awesome venue. I came here to see Finneas perform and I loved it. It's a historic venue where lots of music greats have played and I can see why. The place is very intimate and the acoustics are great! Even if you're standing all the way in the back, you still get a great view of the front of the stage (even if the crowd is full of tall mf'ers). The sound lighting the staff all on point. They also give you a cool poster when you leave (if you have time check out all the posters in the place, they got some really good ones). My friend is gonna frame her poster. The drinks aren't cheap ($17 for a pint of some IPA ) BUt it's San Francisco, so nothing is cheap :) I would defintiely come back to see another show here.

Yelp
The Fillmore is located in Japantown in San Francisco. Great venue. Lots of parking garages nearby as well as public transportation. The venue itself is spacious and well staffed. The sight lines are good just about anywhere you stand. The acoustics are good. Easy to get to the bar, merchandise table, etc. The staff are friendly and engaging as well. Nice place to attend shows.
