The Fish Deli

Oysters were good but the sushi was not great at all for a fish restaurant, would not recommend that to order.

Was disappointed to be honest. Card declining on their machine was the icing on top, my card has worked at every place in Swakopmund… except this one. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. The oyster were not good, small also. The vibe inside was also pretty weird, and although I shouldn’t take anything of for this, but since they do sell fish as well, they have a weird smell going on a bit, and the wifi and lighting were out when we went… just a meh experience overall.

Great food. Great service. Fleeting visit from the Swakopmund A Capella choir was very special. Grace who served us was a delight....and the fish n chips is awesome. Highly recommended

Little cute restaurant with super nice staff and very tasty and affordable seafood! We had a fish plate for two for about 350 NAD and starters for about 70 NAD. All was delicious, fresh food and our waiter was very kind guy, which made the whole experience even better. Hardly recommending this place!

Fish Deli used to be such a Swakopmund Gem - sadly the ownership has changed and the place isn’t the same as it was before. We had the worst evening there tonight - more than half of the meals on the venue weren’t available. The sushi was wrapped in cucumber instead of Avocado and the new owner was extremely rude & unpleasant when we approached them about the menu. Do not recommend. And we will definitely not be going back.

Excellent Oysters, very good calamari and prawns. Nice atmosphere. Went there for lunch easy to get a table. Don't know if reservation is recommended for dinner.

Sadly this place has gone down badly. Only two waiters trying to serve a packed restaurant. The kitchen was terribly slow and fish and chips were thick with a tasteless batter. The sushi was good but food took and hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. We won't be back unfortunately.

Very nice place! The sushi here is great and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend paying the Fish Deli a visit.
