I stopped by here for lunch after getting my nails done and it didn't disappoint. I received immediate service as soon as I sat at the bar. Although, it's been renovated, it still has that old school feel with the music in the background and a mature crowd in attendance. Some things you can't change and that's nice. My wings and onion rings arrived fast, so I was happy. Drinks are very on point for hh. 👌🏽 The prices are great, worth checking out or returning if you remember the original. Cheers!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The bartenders here are a joke. If you don’t fit the “look” they’re into that day, they will flat-out ignore you while they laugh, flirt, and take shots with other customers. They even drink the over-poured drinks themselves instead of remaking them. They will also flat out not serve you but eat in front of you I’ve never seen anything this unprofessional. Two of the bartenders in particular ive attached a picture below have the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. They’ll stare right at you and still refuse to acknowledge you. Fish Market used to be one of my favorite spots, but the customer service has crashed so hard it’s honestly embarrassing. And judging by the other reviews, I’m far from the only one dealing with this mess. It’s sad that a place making this much money allows such trash behavior behind the bar. The kitchen staff is great and the food is decent, but management seriously needs to clean house. If your bartenders don’t want to work, trust me—plenty of us would take their spot. and please fix the dress code

I ordered to go and the food was horrible. The oysters was cooked in old grease and the fish taste like rubber. I will not be ordering from here again. The manager kept putting me on hold and never came back to the phone.

I had Jasmin as my server a couple weekends ago and she was phenomenal. She greeted me first and anticipated everything I needed before I could even ask the entire time. She even brought my drink out with smoke - something no one else around me had and it instantly set the vibe. She made sure to add an extra oomph to the experience. Beyond being incredibly attentive, she had me laughing my entire visit with real stories. She was genuine and didn’t serve the generic script- she gave her FULL self. Jasmin is truly a standout. If you’re going, ask for her — she made my whole experience. Side note: it was uncomfortably hot inside but the service, food, and drinks were all 10/10 because of her energy and care.

We seated ourselves, and the waitress immediately said we could only order fried food. She never brought our beers—we had to get them from the bar. A server delivered our food. The waitress repeatedly insisted her tip wasn’t included, even though the bill clearly showed gratuity was. After paying, she followed us to the exit arguing about the tip. I didn’t engage. Never returning.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, and while the food itself was actually pretty good, the service was another story. Everything moved at the pace of an ER waiting room — slow, frustrating, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a place that prides itself on hospitality. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and the food took far too long to arrive. By the time the meal finally came out, I was more relieved than excited. It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing. If the service ever speeds up, this place could be great. But as of now, be prepared to wait… and wait… and wait.

SiSi was really attentive and professional. She greeted my party quickly and was very helpful throughout my time here. Although I didn't order food she was still really attentive to my table. I look forward to having her as my server again.

I was really looking forward to trying The Fish Market, but unfortunately, my experience missed the mark. I ordered the whiting fish, and it was incredibly tough—almost inedible. The waffle fries didn’t fare much better; they were hard and didn’t taste fresh at all. To top it off, I had to send my drink back from the happy hour menu. I ended up swapping it for a watermelon margarita, which was just okay—not bad, but definitely not memorable. Overall, not worth the hype. I might give it another try someday, but only if the quality improves.

Ventured out to The Fishmarket restaurant for food and drinks while in Maryland. I was not impressed with their fried shrimp, actually I was disappointed. It reminded me of eating fried shrimp from the Chinese restaurant. However, the crab dip was delicious. It made up for the Shrimp. The drinks were pretty strong, a nicely blended rum and coke. It's a nice restaurant with a lively crowd. Great music playing in the background and extremely nice staff. I would definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

The Fish Market serves up some seriously good food! The chicken wings and fried fish were especially delicious--crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. If you're going for the flavor, it's worth the visit. A few things to be aware of: the place seemed understaffed, the floors were sticky, and there's a pat-down upon entering, which can catch you off guard if you're not expecting it. Still, the food hits the spot, and I'd go back just for those wings and fish!

I give this place 4 stats because of or bartender Tammy this was our first time here and her service made it worth staying Iwe live over an hour away however I would come back just for the vibes of the people which seemed laid back and I would request the same bartender oh and I didn't give the last star because I didn't like the breaded shrimp at all again service is Everything for me they need 5 more Tammy's

I've been several times. I'm new-ish to the area so I've been looking for a place to listen to music meet people and socialize. This checks the boxes. But I've ordered chicken several times and I don't like it. lol. People say the wings are good but I don't get it. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong ones. The fish was just okay too The bartenders are cute flirty but definitely pay more attention to the men-once one of the guys came over and bought our drink our drinks were flowing nonstop-in their defense I think he was a regular but I still felt some type of way. Sometimes they are strong and sometimes they are not. It's a fun place to get out the house but I'll need to explore the menu more before I recommend this as a go to eating spot. Social spot-definitely though. The live music nights are awesome.

So, one I am definitely giving 3 stars because the service was not great. However, the food was amazing!! Walked in thinking that this would be a different atmosphere from what I was told, but it kind of reminded me of another establishment that I had been to In Baltimore. I will not say that I won't try it again but now I am more aware I would definitely be going at a different time and day. No lie the music was great even enough room to do a line dance. But again the stars are not because of the food or the ambiance it was the service.

I had only been to the Fish Market once before the renovations, but I have to say, the new updates make the space feel much more open with plenty of TVs and seating. It does get pretty crowded around 6 PM, but as the night goes on, the crowd starts to die down. The drinks were a bit of a mixed experience--my first one tasted watered down, but the ones after that were much stronger. The food was solid overall. The honey lemon pepper wings could use more sauce, but the Old Bay wings? Absolute fire! My only real complaint is the staffing. If the restaurant knows it gets busy, there should be enough staff to handle the rush. I noticed people at the bar waiting 30+ minutes to be served, and it seemed like the bartenders were also handling tables, which slowed things down. That said, you can definitely tell this is a local favorite, and the vibes are super chill. I'd return!

I never came to The Fishmarket before its grand reopening. However, I did visit for the first time on a Saturday evening around 7pm. The DJ was spinning and the parking lot was full! I had the surf and turf quesadilla. It has steak, shrimp, onion, mushrooms, and green peppers in it. Very delicious and came out hot! The drinks are strong and priced well. I'll definitely be back!

This place seems better than before. Parking lot is always packed since it was sold. They have a Dj playing here on Saturday's. Not sure if it's daily or just on the weekend. It has a mixed crowd. Music wasn't too loud that it wasn't enjoyable. The service was quick and the food was hot and fresh. I just wish they didn't fry my chicken so hard. The margaritas honestly was terrible. I think they use the cheapest mixer/lime juice they could find. I don't want anymore parts of their margaritas. If I return I would stick to vodka and cranberry just to be safe. Vibe always good here. It use to have a bad smell before it was sold, kudos to the new owners for getting rid of that fishy smell. It's overall a good chill out spot. Not to mention it's full of TV's

It's not like it use to be. The setting is nicer, but no live music anymore. The staff were very nice and drinks were great. It's not as warm as I remember. The menu has changed, not bad, just favorite items are no longer there

The Fish market has gone down. It is definitely not how it used to be to be. This place have turnt ghetto! Food was okay. But definitely dont like the new set up. Just like a sport bar scene no DJ definitely not like the old fish market.

My two stars are solely for the food which is tasty and plentiful, however nothing else deserves stars. I arrived this past Sunday for a nice drink and some good food and was met with a cold draft. 4 patrons were at the bar all with their coats on when I met ruined how cold it was to the older black male at the bar he said no it's not until the other patrons confirmed and said it was cold. Two asked for their food to go because it was too cold and the other said he couldn't feel his fingers. This did still not incline nor encourage the older gentlemen to turn the ceiling fans off or the heat up. There is no such thing as customer service here, you are barely greeted when you walk thru the door and the female waiters get easily overwhelmed. It was basically empty while I dined with a total of 9 people in the whole place yet when someone walked thru the door they instantly said how many because we only have one waiter. Hunny hire some younger waitresses if at barely 25% capacity your staff can't keep up. They have a for sale sign up so this may be a short lived staple as it's gone down hill and appears they are ready to throw in the towel.

Went here for the first time a few days ago with some friends. It was crowded but a good vibe. The drinks are really good but strong so keep that in mind. I got the crab imperial side of garlic spinach( amazing) and fries. We also had the shrimp and wings I forgot to take a pic of those. Slushie drinks and mixed drinks. Our bartender was amazing Love her. I want to visit more so hopefully when the management changes I'll have the same experience or better( we will see)

As a Southerner at heart, I'm very picky about my fish--soft, fishy fish is a no-go for me. But let me tell you, the whiting plate at The Fish Market in Clinton? Easily the best I've had out here! Perfectly fried, well-seasoned, and exactly how I like it. I also got a Don and pineapple juice, and let's just say... the drink was strong. The pineapple juice was giving more "food coloring" than actual juice, but hey, I wasn't mad at it. To top it all off, the price was super affordable--less than $30 for everything. Plus, they're open late, which is a huge bonus. I'll definitely be coming back!

I went on October 18th to a birthday celebration from 5-9pm. We were sitting at the tables near the bathroom area on the left as you come into the bar. We were greeted by a waiter who we found out later was one of the bartenders. She was rude when she approached us and said, "If y'all want to order at this table, one of you has to put a card down at the bar." It threw us aback for a moment. We didn't get a hello or hi, my name is... This went on the entire night. We placed an order for drinks, which took forever to come. When she came back to get payment, she rudely walked up and said, "You paying that now?" She didn't ask if we wanted another drink or if we wanted a menu, NOTHING. We paid our bill, and she brought us back the wrong card. She set it down on the table and walked away. We had to chase her down to tell her that was not our card. That was not responsible at all. We didn't get an apology; she just set the correct one down on the table after she had to get it from another customer. We could not believe it. The atmosphere was dry, the bartenders were not smiling, they were all rude, and I just wanted to get out of there. The old Fish Market was a totally different experience. I will NEVER fraternize at this place again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Disrespect when you're spending your money should NOT be tolerated.

This place is a shit hole. make sure you ask for a recipient all the time. bitch name Ashley made me a drink that was $11, I gave her a $50 bill, and she gave me back $13. I don't think i needed to check my change, next day i look at it (not right) so i went back to the place and she clam the manger had to pull the cameras. I didn't get my money back. i will not tell anyone about this place they suck the big one. hope this place burn to the ground.

They were not prepared for a big group and they are not handicapped accessible as far as seating. My salmon was delicious.

More security More wait staff More help at bar to place orders MORE SECURITY through out the establishment. I recently visited the FISH MARKET . While eating my quesadilla two guys started fighting, knocking tables over. Moving over to where we were sitting, causing us to run from our table, leaving food and drinks. My friend was practically corned by these two guys. We ended our night after this. This was my first time back since the reopening. I'm disappointed FISH MARKET doesn't have a handle on the safety of its patrons. The food and drinks were decent. We came in after 9pm, extremely crowded. Maybe an earlier time to come is a better atmosphere.

Great service .... Nikki & Ashley are by far the best two bartenders on the weekend there. Any other time the drinks taste like water. Plz sit at the bar tables never get great service.

Love the new layout! Kind of reminds me of the bar at the Yard House! There's definitely more breathing room here! Great on security, service, and cleanliness so far! I went on a Saturday, no dj last week. Tuesday was lit with dj and karaoke, really fun! I had the plain wings...and believe me it was plain lol! Usually lightly seasoned without sauce but these weren't it! New appetizer menu... no dinner options, no oysters, etc. Drinks are nothing like the previous Fish Market. Yall remember those drinks?? Nope this establishment has weak drinks, no jiggers but they definitely eyeballing those measurements. After 6pm no glasses, it will be those small disposable cups. So maybe get your eat n drink on somewhere else then stop in for the entertainment and do beers. Sit at the bar for better service. Its a short staff, expect long wait if you expect service at the table...good luck! Lol

EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE. The service was horrible,our order came wrong and we were forced to pay an 18% gratuity eventho the waitress forgot my drink and put our order in wrong, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!

I love my bartenders here!! Arsharae and Shaun are my number one bartenders! They both have awesome personalities and customer service! It gets pretty packed so you'll need so patience however both are efficient and timely when taking your order! New owners have changed the menu and are now offering great wraps and the salads are so fresh! Check out the new fish market and ask for Rae or Shaun you won't be disappointed!

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. Such a tremendous disappointment! I came to the Fish Market on Monday May 26,2025. These bartenders take unprofessionalism and rudeness to a whole new level. Terrible attitudes! Not to mention the wait time to be acknowledged and waited on. I simply asked a question and was given MAJOR attitude! If she, the one with the blonde braids named Ashley, doesn't want or care to deal with the bar patrons she should find other employment. It's a shame that they just opened back up under new ownership and I've heard so many negative things about this place. Just all of the negative reviews alone should deter people from going there. But I thought I'd give them a shot. Horrible decision. I wont ever be going back, that's for sure. Good riddance.

Get ready for some of the worst food and piss poor customer service you ever seen! The only redeeming quality about this place is the karaoke and price, this place is packed so go for the vibes, because there is literally no other reason to go!

Service is super slow.To non existence. Been here for a full hour and not 1 waitress came to ask what we needed. The waitress was busy eating behind the bar. Try to support our local establishments and they never live up to any kind of satisfaction. Very very disappointed. Had to order a drink from the bar. And that took 20 minutes. Won't be returning....

The Fishmarket is a haven for the local Black community. We visited on a Wedding evening and there was live music band that patrons were excited to hear. And rightfully so, on top of being good musicians they had magnetic energy. The soloists featured local hidden talents, all whom could rival some of your favorite vocalist. The food: There are a myriad of seafood selections including crab legs (which they were out of ). My lump crab meat was fresh and melted in my mouth. So good! I ordered the crab dip (needless to say I was craving crab) and it was okay a little too thick for my preference. The steamed and fried shrimp were both a hit, as were the crab cakes. It doesn't seem like there's a bad food choice here, everyone at my table loved their choices. We waited about 35 minutes to be seated. There's large bar area. The earlier you arrive the less wait time. There's a parking lot and it's competitive. Overall, a great dining experience.

My husband and I had dinner at the Fish Market restaurant today (07/21/2024). The food was delicious. Served hot, timely and at an affordable price. We also enjoyed the music DJ'd in the background. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Chris has the best customer service known to man kind he added the friendship and fun all restaurants need he had a smile that was inviting he was so helpful with ever little thing he has the best of beards he had the best demeanor of any one here he was polite and respectful

A go-to for my mom, aunt, and I when I wanna hang out with the aunties and uncles for a night lol the crowd is mostly 40 and over but there's always a handful of 20-30 year olds hanging around. The workers and owner are friendly (we've been going here for years) and the food is decent. Drinks are strong-I always get the "Mexican Bulldog" aka a coronarita. The ambiance is nothing to rave about and there's a small space near the DJ where the old folks can get down and dance and boy do they! Lol the live band is always a nice little change on the weekends, though it gets pretty loud as you can imagine. Will continue to come here until I either have a bad experience or they shut down

I'm writing this but I feel like I can't fairly review this restaurant because I didn't stay to see the live band. The entertainment at this spot is part of its appeal in the community. I will review the food. I had the broiled seafood platter with crab cakes and scallops. It was pretty good. I also had the royal crown apple caramel drink and it went down smoothly. We came during happy hour when the drinks were nice and cheap but not my royal crown which was almost 11 dollars. However the drink size was decent and that's what you're going to pay and most times even more in the dmv. This is a favorite spot for the slightly mature crowd as most customers there looked 40-60's and many seemed to know each other well. A definite cheers atmosphere where everyone knows your name. Next time I'll stay for the band.

In town for business and the hotel recommended The Fishmarket. So glad we took them up on their recommendation. The vibes are great, the food was fantastic, and our server was lovely! I could see this being a favorite spot if I lived in Clinton.

Good times! We came for dinner and they had great service, good food and the DJ was jamming all the RnB classics! Folks were dancing and the bar was packed. Definitely a casual spot, so don't expect anything fancy but We loved it. Will def come back!

5 Stars for FUN. Met some friends here and we had a blast! Very crowded- but a good crowd. Plenty of good food on the menu (not so much for vegetarians). I just had hush puppies and fries and they were good. The drinks were good as well. The majority of the fun was surrounded around the live music.

first time here in many years !!!food is still fresh and the service is still great I did a pick up order and it was delicious.

Ordered the salmon with spinach and a side of rice. First thing is the whole entree was watery. I don't like watered down food. The rice seemed like it was over cooked. It had clumps of rice stuck together & I had to chop up the rice clumps.

After the owner showed his true feelings about 99 percent of the people they make their money from, that was enough for me to never go back. Answer me this: how is that anybody can open a business in a black neighborhood and thrive, but black people can not open their business in any neighborhood and thrive? Why? Because they will not allow it, but we always play the fool and support them and give them our money, while they care nothing for us. Wake up people! Oh! My review is the food isn't that good.

My husband and I eat here all the time we haven't been here in a while. Our server was Krystalyn and when we first got there we have not sit down yet. Krystalyn ask what we want to drink and my husband knows what he wants but I don't know what I want yet. I pick the sangria. So then she ask us do we want any appetizers or entree's we told her an admiral salad although she have not gave us a chance to look at the menu . So she brought the salad out and we have not start eating the salad yet. She going to ask us what our entree is . I told her that we want to eat our first. We felt like she was rushing us . She said she would take our orders because she wants to pick up the menus. So we ordered the Captain platters. So when we received our food she asked do you need anything else. We said know. Then she comes with the checks as to know we still eating. So we told her we going to order more drinks. Then we order another drink then she brought the check again . Now we felt she was rushing us out or don't want to wait on us. But then a guy was sitting in the booth he ask for his check she didn't bring his check early or rush him either she was chatting with him . Then a Spanish couple sit in the booth and they order and she never brought them or rush them a check. They finish their food then she brought them a check then the guy order a drink she never ring him up their check still sitting on the table. My husband and I felt rush and finished for her to keep bringing us the check 2 (twice) My husband and I eat here all the time we know the owner Sherry. We felt like we were fairly untreated by Krystalyn. Please talk to her about this I don't know if ownership about to change but we probably want eats here on a Sunday while she working . About the food everything was good accept the green beans that taste like tin can out of a can. And the crab cake has mustard on it. Who put mustard in crab cakes. Change that too please. Hope everyone read this. Would have got a five star but Krystalyn messed this up. Also Krystalyn my husband and I never walk out of a check and you would have had a better tip but you kept rushing us not good . Krystalyn check yourself to be a better server. Thank you.

I asked for a virgin daiquiri and the "bartender" told me no. He thought it was cute/funny but I thought it was rude and inconvenient that I had to ask twice for what I wanted. The food is falling off. The atmosphere is still cool - simply because of the people that patronize the place but the crab cake and the general seasoning of the food is off. But a fresh coat of paint on the walls will go along way. It's Way past time for some interior upgrades.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food...as you will see below. Atmosphere: Hip-hop, R&B and rap music, and pretty loud inside once you walk in. There's a jazz band on some days of the week, so I can imagine it being even louder. And it is highly decorated in themes of the sea, which is cool, but almost over saturation. Service: Our server was trying hard. Almost way too hard. Came out multiple times and just gave us extra waters 'just in case'... wanted to retrieve one of the plates of a companion who went to the restroom... but he did make two grave mistakes: 1) told us a special that they no longer had available (fried softshell crab), and 2) told us a dessert (cheesecake) that they no longer had available. This is a must-do in restaurant service! Check your stock! Otherwise, I was very very impressed with the food. I got the Seafood salad, which had perfectly cooked/marinated salmon, scallops, and shrimp, over a bed of mixed greens, with a side of strawberries, cantaloupe, and tomatoes. deelicious. The sauce went perfect with the salad--I didn't feel the need to add additional dressing or cheese, and it filled me up just right! Will definitely be coming back to try more of the food.

I only gave it one star because the water was cold. My food was NASTY!!! Crab cakes with gray meat I ate some of it and it tasted a lil off. I brought it up to the server and the cook told her that it was supposed to look like that. This place used to be poppin!! That's the only reason we came. It's terrible now. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

What can I say about this local hangout? The ambiance is very social and the live band is awesome. The drinks are stiff and priced well, but the food (on a busy night) takes a long time. They used to do all you can eat crab legs and shrimp, on certain nights, but I'm not sure if that is still a thing. It is usually packed, wall to wall, with all of my uncles friends who couldn't wait until I turned 18. Saying things like "you shole done grown up gal"... For a good local mature place to hang out and have unproblematic fun, The Fishmarket is it! There's free parking, good enough food (plates are sized really well), it fills up quick, so on a busy night you may find yourself without a table or even a place to comfortably stand. This place has all the charm of a neighborhood hangout! Is it upscale and swanky? NO! But who really has fun at those places anyway?

Great vibe and food. I like the dance floor! Always nice to eat, drink and dance. Never disappointed when I'm there.

The attitude of a server can quickly degrade your experience at a restaurant faster than bad food which was not all that good to begin with the calamari was greasy and the red sauce that was served with it tasted like it came out of a can the broiled admirals platter filet of fish was soft and mushy and looked like it had been in the freezer to long Also the crab cake was mostly filler and almost soupy in consistency the scallops were cooked on one side only and the wooden chairs are highly uncomfortable and designed to not let you relax and stay for a long enjoyable meal plus not made for large people like myself the crab dip was passable but really had no crab taste and not a lot of crab the steamed mussels were delicious and well prepared the hot and spicy shrimp were well prepared and tasty but not hot and spicy at all most of the other food we ordered was agreeable and enjoyable the highlight of our visit was the lady that greeted us she was friendly and made every effort to ensure our comfort during our visit the bar area was open and active and customers were enjoying themselves without disturbing restaurant area I would like to spend some time at the bar maybe make some new friends in the process all in all I would have to give them a B- but I will return in the future suggest they get some new comfortable chairs that don't wobble when you move the ambiance and decor is interesting and have some great conversation starters standing and on the walls visit and post your experience I may be biased by the first contact with the server which said it's Sunday and I don't want to be here

The service was decent. The food was mediocre borderline nasty. The drinks are good but too expensive. For example $20 Parton margaritas. No happy hour menu. I had crab cakes and fries they gave me more coleslaw than crab meat OR fries.

Waited 10 minutes for a host then when seated waited for a waiter that never showed up. Music was blasting ridiculously loud and finally decided that my dinner of wind pie and air sauce needed to come to an end.

Ordered lunch for an office from here because they requested it. Went in through the restaurant, was greeted by a nice lady. She mentioned the carryout orders are on the other side. I'm assuming someone named Tae, is who puts the order together because as he was walking by, she said Tae, she's here for a carryout order. He straight up ignored her and walked right past me. I've never been blatantly ignored like this at any "reputable" establishment. Fortunate for him I need this food for my lunch otherwise I would walk out of here (they don't have my credit card info.). In the end, Tae ended up being a nice guy and he packed my food well, including finding me a box and offering to help carry it to my car. This is why I'm giving them three stars because initially, I was only going to give them one star, based on my first encounter with Tae. I didn't try the food, I gave it to my son, but the office loved it!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Order was never put in. Waited 30-40 more minutes only to watch the waiter talk with other coworkers over our food. Needless to say, we watched him do that twice to others and finally my husband got up and asked him if that was our food in his hand and to take it straight to our table. Literally, he was talking over with possible spit and germs from both parties flying out in their conversation. Argument pursues...the end, we walk out. Management had an issue with another party with us that did get to eat and literally mess their bill situation up. Honestly, the service was terrible and note to waiter: if you messed up and didn't put the order in, it is your personal responsibility to ensure that the order is expedited and rushed out. Loligagging and making excuses is not a way to fix your wrong and oh, you can't go anywhere in life until you can own up to your mistakes. Waiter's excuse: I have other things to do. Incredible. Lo and behold, they granted us a free dinner after this hooplah. The dinners were a total of almost $50 of the Broiled Combo Platter and Fisherman's platter. They cooked the food hot and fresh because apparently our friends waited another 40 mins for our meals after we left. I did a light tasting of the food while my husband refused. Flavor in crab cakes were pretty weird in spices and really wet inside. Honestly, there was no flavor and the seafood was not fresh. Another member of the Restaurant Depot establishment, I see. I'm just glad I didn't pay for it. Thank you, next.

I really didn't have high expectations of this place, but was invited for a double date by a couple who raved about it. When we pulled up, the parking lot was packed! We were seated behind where the band was setting up and I was already preparing myself for the worst (fun fact: I don't really love gogo music. Can you blame me? I'm from Baltimore) Anyway, looks can be deceiving because our server was amazing and remembered all of our special tweaks and needs to our dishes. Everything the table ordered was DELICIOUS and my Hennessey and coke was so strong I had to ask for an additional side of coke! Then the band started playing and... I ENJOYED THEM! They were playing all the old school and not-so-old school R&B classics and people got on the floor and started dancing. The owner was on the drums and he knew half of the patrons in the restaurant. It was honestly a good time with good service and good food. Afterward, I had to think about why I didn't initially expect much of this place. Is it because it's in Clinton? Because people weren't "dressed up" inside? Because the servers wore sneakers? Don't let all that stuff cloud your judgment. We have some good establishments and small businesses in PG County that are for our community, serve our community, and provide jobs for people residing in our community. Be open-minded, relax a little, and give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed!

I went on a random Sunday and they had half off fish tacos and wings. The drinks were good and strong. I also ordered crab dip too. It was okay. I like my crab dip with more crab meat and a thicker base. The fish tacos were hard shell, but still good. I want to go back when they have the live band. I would definitely go back. Awesome vibe good food and drinks!
