Always passed by this place and never tried it and it always smells so good. Well I finally did it. A day when I didn’t have a lunch date. Walking by again and the aroma coming from this place drew me in. Let me give you some info real quick.
Parking: good luck! This is San Francisco, your better off going to public parking then walk around. And if you happen to be near civic then you’re good.
Seating: there’s no type of seating area. This is one of those places where you pick up and go, it’s counter served. It was my first time and the guy was at the counter was preparing food and he said “you can start your order!” I was like ummm...what do I do? Then another guy decided he’ll take my order. Basically, you can come up to the counter and type/tap in what you want. So, if you’re familiar with the menu then your golden.
Food: They offered vegetarian/vegan. You can basically choose what you want to put in your falafel. I ordered the chicken shawarma which ok. I really like the pita bread and all the fixings, I don’t know how I feel about that chicken though. I may have to try it a second time.
Service: there were only two guys there and they were friendly. They move very fast. There were 5 people ahead of me. I think my order took about 10 minutes even with the five people in front of me.
