Just an incredible dining experience. Food to die for with views to match, all at a ridiculously reasonable price. Had noted this was an experience to celebrate our honeymoon and the staff were exceptionally attentive and congratulated us on arrival with glass of fizz, which was a lovely touch. A MUST visit if in Malta.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible dining experience at Fork and Cork in Saqqajja. The food is thoughtful and beautifully presented from the melt in your mouth beef with crispy onions to the perfectly cooked seabass on a bed of vibrant purées. Even the vegetarian dish was rich in flavour and creativity. Service was on point, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic night out or a refined evening with friends. This place is a culinary gem in Malta. Highly recommend booking ahead, it’s that good!

We discovered the restaurant using the Gault&Millau app. It proved to be a wonderful escape from the bustling city center, combining a short countryside drive with a visit to the nearby Silent City of Mdina. This plan worked out perfectly, and I highly recommend making the trip in the early evening hours. The restaurant spans three floors; we were seated on the lowest level. The interior design is adequate, though not particularly remarkable. However, the service was exceptionally friendly, and the chef personally came to take our order. The food was truly excellent! I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Quality in combination with the price a true 5/5 experience. Together with 2 starters and mains incl a bottle of rose wine for 120,- are more than fair. Portion size a bit on the larger side but still ok. Ambiente is authentic and quite cozy. A free Limoncello or Grappa at the end would make it an even better experience! :)

Fantastic meal….starters to dessert! Had the best meal of our trip at this small restaurant. Chef was in the dining room to explain the menu and deliver plates. Amazing starters including Spiced Lentle and sweet potato Empanada. Entrees extraordinary…especially Quail and my special of Tagliatelle pasta w shrimp in a shrimp bisque w cherry tomatoes. Date Fritters w vanilla ice cream for a shared dessert. Go hungry!!!!

Decided to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary here and for sure it was a good decision. Food was artistic and mouthwatering good. A lovely couple who were enjoying their eve offered us a bottle of Taittenger Champaigne. How ki d of them! Chef Patron Carl made sure that everything is fine, not just with us but going around ll the tables. Strongly suggested.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with exceptional service that remained impeccable throughout our entire visit. The restaurant offers a serene and romantic escape that’s perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. We had the octopus to share for starter, and the veal for main course. Had the panacotta for desert - absolutely divine. Each dish was crafted with precision and care, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Surely a memorable experience and will surely be back. Absolutely recommend! Our anniversary was one to remember thanks to the Fork and Cork :)
