Had such a positive experience with Hannah yesterday! She was so enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on the bar products I was looking to buy. Ofc the price point is higher than what you might find on Amazon but the customer service, product quality, and ability to shop in-person makes it worthwhile!

A spacious place, it has many areas with a display of different options of dishes, glasses and supplies for the kitchen. It is a place that is not suitable to go with children or people with a disability, little space to move quietly. Little parking area.

Be careful - this place is addictive! Once you stop in, you'll want one of everything. I have their Jupiter glasses in way too many colors - and love all of them. Store is well stocked with everything you need for a beautiful kitchen, from family meals to entertaining. Blair, the store manager, is always extremely helpful. She has in-depth knowledge of their products and her recommendations are spot on. She is also incredibly patient with my many questions!

Love SRS! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially manager Blair Ellis. She answers all of my questions with ease, affability, and expert/accurate recommendations of what merchandise will fit my needs. The selections are extensive. I gladly drive the 40 minutes to get there because the quality is worth it, the staff are helpful, and I'm always pleased with what I buy for my own use or to give as gifts to others.

We just had one of our greatest shopping experiences at SRS One Loudoun during their recent sales event. We were assisted by Blair who saved the day for us. Due to the sales event, the store was extremely busy and ran out of white wine glasses we had selected to complement the rest of our glassware purchase. Blair scoured the entire store, inventories and back offices to no avail. She promised she would continue the search. Lo and behold, Blair reached out a few days later. She had found the glasses as part of sample set. We were ecstatic! In short, good products, good prices, and absolutely fantastic service! We will definitely be coming back.

I love this place! Any time I am in One Loudoun I stop in. The product quality is amazing and changes frequently. I always find items I see in high-end home goods stores or restaurants but for less. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Cataguay (pronounced Cha-Thai)! He will help you pull together the perfect tablescape or find the right piece to serve any dish!

Usually wait for their annual sale with good discounts. We pick up serving pieces we use as house gifts when we bring food to a party and leave the dish. Blair is the manager and she is a marvel at recommending choices and problem solving. She's knowledgeable and truly professional.

Be advised: If you have a hard time displaying self restraint with your spending, do not come in here with your entire wallet/purse. This place literally has something for EVERYONE and will have you dreaming about entertaining large crowds IMMEDIATELY. From the novice Food Network watcher/cook, to the experienced chef -- Cogatay and the teams hospitable disposition combined with their quality products will have you forgetting the constraints of your kitchen cabinets, personal inability to cook, or serve a superior mixologist. If you haven't given this place a visit, you have to make it a priority immediately. Be certain to ask about their sales as you will be flabbergasted by the ability to begin hosting/cooking with ease, class, and personal style

Customer service is not easy these days. Fortessa goes out of their way to make their patrons feel welcome. Looking forward to my next visit Especially to see what gems I can find.

I purchased a scratched tray and they refused to exchange it. They said al sales are final.even though it was scratched and even suggested that it might have scratched on my bag.

Excellent customer service, unbeatable prices and high quality products! How can you beat that combination. I was very impressed with this establishment. I was approached by knowledgeable & cordial sales associates, escorted around and shown various products. Of the several sales associates I met, they all gushed about the business owners as well. How often does that happen? Happy employees! I will be back to shop for my kitchen & dining needs as well as gifts. This place can't be beat!

This place is amazing - wonderful crystal, flatware, china. You never know what you will see. The deals are beyond amazing - I have small plates that were 25 cents each. Some $1 wine glasses. There is a first quality area and a clearance area. Both can have amazing deals. I have been buying gifts here with great results - everyone loves what I find. Every time you go, you will find different things. I wish I had known about this earlier - but - now I do and I have great everyday china!

Being a foodie and cook, it's awesome to have this kind of place right around the corner. Incredible prices on tableware and serving settings. There's brand new stuff for some great discounts off the bat. There's also used wares (from hotels and restaurants) that are in great condition for ridiculously rock-bottom prices. $2 classy bone-white plates that came from the Ritz? Heck yeah. Tons of silverware choices and unique restaurant-style pieces. I definitely recommend talking to the staff about what you're looking for or have in mind, especially if you're outfitting for a specific event. The lady behind the counter came out and helped me find some serving plates that would go well with the kinds of foods I was planning to cook. I had also told the lady I was looking for champagne/martini glasses for a dessert I was prepping, and she gave me an extra discount on some quality champagne glasses. Great service there. The only downside is finding a good time to go, since they're not open on weekends (except for the first Saturday of the month). I tend to go on Friday afternoons if I make it out there.

I went to a charity event at this business last night and I was very impressed. This is a restaurant supply store (dishes, glasses, etc.), but they do have an outlet that they open to the public once in awhile. For this event they had the outlet open and they had some amazing deals. I wish I had been right before Christmas. They have an amazing line of wine glasses and at last nights event they had a wine expert that gave an amazing talk about pairing wines, tasting wines and how to act like you know what your doing even if you don't :-) The staff was also very helpful and friendly which can be difficult to do at an event with 200 people. If you are in the restaurant business I recommend getting your stuff from here. if you just love to shop and get a good deal, look up their next public day.

Wonderful Customer Service! They were so easy to work with when my order did not arrive as I had ordered it. Matt was very friendly on the phone and worked to get everything sorted out. I will be returning again as a customer. 10/10 guys keep up the good service I will absolutely spread the word!

Living in Arlington, it took me almost an hour to get to the store (66 traffic). It was fairly easy to find. I was specifically looking for wine glasses. They had some of the ones I was looking for although not a large supply of them. I was disappointed because, although they were marked down, I was able to do as well if not slightly better price wise online. I looked around at dishes and did notice that some of the prices were good. However, if you are specifically looking for something and don't live that close to it, I would not make the drive. The store is not that large and you probably will do better online or at Home Goods or at a Crate and Barrel sale. I'm glad I checked it out though since it had been on my mind for a long time.
