"The French wine cellar from the team behind the adjacent French restaurant, Partage, offers a deep selection of French wines and Champagne from different regions of France, carefully handpicked by sommelier and general manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian. About 15 wines are available by the glass for flights and tastings, along with some small bites. Return visitors can take advantage of the French wine club with annual memberships that start at $999 for two bottles a month, plus other perks." - Katie Swalm

A great addition to the Las Vegas food scene that’s off the strip. The menu is always changing and full of surprises that do not disappoint. Everything is plated beautifully and thoroughly explained so the diner can truly experience the chefs creation. The desserts are also unique with a flair of imagination not found anywhere else in Vegas and simply not to be missed.

Delicious high end gourmet food at reasonable prices. After many, many visits, this has become my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I tried every item on the Summer Menu without a single disappointment. Now with the Winter Menu released I'm working my way through it. Everything has been excellent. Service is top notch and food can't be beat. The only thing that perplexes me about Eatt is why it is easy to walk in anytime and be seated without waiting. If you are looking for one of the best dining experiences you can have in Las Vegas, you've come to the right place.

I love this place. It's like visiting a relaxation room. The design, music and atmosphere is so nice. You just don't wanna leave. Service is always so good. Food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. It would be double if it was on the strip. I’m glad I don’t have to drive far to have a delicious food! I would definitely recommend this place!

It is a nice, chic neighborhood eatery facing noisy & busy Sahara and a bit pricey. I appreciate the way they present your dishes with detailed, oral orientation of accompaniment, very professional. This is what we ordered: Tuna & Salmon Carpaccio $22.00 - good quality; very little; pricey. Duck Leg Salad $13.00 - excellent Special fish of the day - Seabeam $26.00 - good quality & execution. Lunch soup & sandwich set menu with Praline Cream Puff $25.00 - The cream puff is the best!! Cod - $20.00 - The zucchini puree is nice; but the cod has a few small bones in it. We pointed it out to the server who did not do much except offered an apology. Desserts are $8.00 each - Pistachio Cake - nothing to rave about; Praline Cream Puff is very good; Cappucino pie is excellent!!

The wine was great, the glasses were clean, and they changed the type of glass for each wine. The owner was very nice too! Formerly Bistro eatt, it has closed and is now a wine bar. The photos are mixed in with the ones from the previous closed restaurant, so make no mistake. It was good before, but here's a very nice wine bar!!!

Delicious food with astonishingly unique flavors. Presentation of food was pleasing to the eye and made you excited to take the first bite. Timing of each dish was perfect and wait staff was knowledgeable of the food. Made for an enjoyable overall experience! This restaurant comes highly recommended.

What a great surprise - I went in for the Impossible burger: turns out, they don't prepare it as a traditional burger, but use it in 3 different dishes. I had the Impossible ravioli bolognese, which was outstanding. Rich but not too heavy, very acidic with great pop from the lightly pickled carrots and celery. Surprisingly well-developed flavors since the "healthy food" slogans can make one think they're in for a bland meal. I'd eat here anytime, and will do so again next time I'm in town.

Yelp
Last year, we had friends from out of town whom we wanted to treat to a wine tasting at the French Cellar. However the night we wanted to go, there was a formal wine tasting for members only. Nicholas Kalpokdjian personally responded to my request for a reservation and said he would accommodate us. Imagine our delight, when the six of us entered and found a table set just for us, with a fabulous charcuterie board and four glasses each for tasting the wines of the day. We were so impressed at the sommelier's presentation, the wines we tasted, and the delicious cheeses and rillettes. I signed up on the spot and became a member. Throughout the year, there were several formal and informal wine tastings. We heard from several sommeliers, one of them is a Master Sommelier (highest distinction a professional can attain in fine wine and beverage service). There were blind tastings where we learned what to look for and then try to guess what we were tasting. They call it the wine tasting grid. That's probably my favorite type of tasting. Besides attending frequent wine tatings as members, we receive two bottles of the Cellar's choosing every month. Recently, members were treated to an appreciation party when the wines flowed, and delicious hors d'ouevres were served (prepared by the Partage chefs, of course). And Partage chef Yuri Szarzewski mingled with the guests as well. What a night to remember! We've always had such a delightful time with friends when wine-tasting at the French Cellar. We truly appreciate Nicholas, Herve and Virginie for the outstanding relationships they have formed with the members.

Yelp
French wine, French pastries, French food? Anytime! This wine cellar is owned by the same people that own the incredible Partage restaurant located in Chinatown. My friends and I decided we needed to enjoy an afternoon of tasting French wines and small bites. When you walk in, the interior is soft and inviting. Nice bar to sit at along with a couple of booths for larger parties and a nice patio for summer wine drinking. We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon and had such a lovely time. We were served by the friendly Sanae. I was hoping that one of the sommeliers or experts would be giving us this tasting as I was anxious to learn more about French wine but some other time I guess. Sanae's service was nice but she really didn't give us a lot of info about each wine. We started with a Tattinger champagne and then we ordered the three wine tastes with small bites. All of the wines were good but I was swayed of course by the deep and delicious Chateau du Glana Bordeaux. We enjoyed some delicious cheese, salami, bread, salmon and the truffle butter was interesting and tasty. They offer a wine club that is decently priced and I am still deciding if I want to join. I plan to return soon for another tasting hoping I can receive more education on French wines and then I can make an informed decision about joining the wine club. In addition one can purchase some French specialties such as caviar, foie gras, escargot, and cured duck breast. If you enjoy French wine like I do, this a great place to enjoy some and laugh with friends!

Yelp
Partage Restaurant has been one of my favorite places for fine dining in Las Vegas. So it was quite obvious that I would be a fan of their wine bar. Actually, I am a great fan of their wine bar, French Cellar by Partage! My friend had decided to put together a 'Ladies Wine Time' last Saturday at French Cellar and it was a magnificent experience. She had made reservations and I arrived half an hour early. I honestly thought the reservation was for 3:00, I might have just been that excited to come in! It worked out well and so I started off with a glass of Champange- Taittinger brut la Francaise. I started the party early! We were seated in a comfortable booth with cushy pillows and there was a lot of room for the three of us to spread out. The girls and I all decided on each ordering the Wine Flight Board for $45. It included a mix of charcuterie, cheese and salmon, plus 3 tasting glasses of wine. The wine was chosen by French Cellar and consisted of a glass of Taittinger Champange, Saint-Aubin Chardonnay and a Bordeaux Blend St. Julien. I felt all were excellent choices and paired nicely with our delicious bites. I especially enjoyed the salmon served, it was high quality in taste and texture, and loved pairing it with the Chardonnay. Everything was solid and I could keep talking about it all! With my initial experience of French Cellar, I am looking forward to returning and trying out their different wines with the full cheese board. I also loved the vibe and friendliness of everyone there including Sanae, our sommelier, and the wine loving patrons. We had struck up several conversations with other customers during our time there regarding fine dining in Las Vegas. This was definitely a great place for those who like to wine and dine! I am already looking forward to my return, my friends and I are already talking about it- Bon Appetit!

Yelp
When one of your favorite restaurants opens a wine bar you rush to make plans with friends for afternoon wine. French Cellar has the perfect ambiance for trying new wines and small bites with friends. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 3-7pm. I'm hoping that they'll be open later once it's patio season. I look forward to in person wine tasting one day as well. Cellar is the perfect way to describe the ambiance of this wine bar. It feels like you've stepped into a wine cellar. It was quiet and relaxing. The indoor seating was comfortable. They have several indoor seating areas that are divided which creates a little privacy. The outdoor patio will be great for warmer nights. The service was friendly and so were the other customers. We ended up having lovely conversation with other customers. It added to the welcoming vibe. My friends and I all decided on the Wine Flight Board. This was a great way to try a sampling of their food and wines. The Taittinger champagne was refreshing. The Saint Aubin Chardonnay was smooth and paired nicely with the food. Lastly, the Bordeaux was a lovely red. I'd order any one of these again. The sampling of meat, cheese, and salmon were all high quality. I fell in love with the truffle butter and the mini French butter roll. The fine butters were perfect with the crusty French bread. Not only can you come in to enjoy wine, but they sell a nice selection of wine and foods. They even have a small catering menu. The wine membership is big here with discounts on everything for members. The membership is a great deal too. If I could easily get to this part of town I'd definitely join. If you love wine and wine bars then add French Cellar to your list.

Yelp
Selection, attentive service, ambience are all terrific. The truffle butter served with our charcuterie board was flavorful and interesting.

Yelp
The wine selection was amazing. The smoked salmon and truffle butter with fresh bread was perfection

Yelp
This place was delightful and amazing. Some wines by the glass, and bottle. Food menu, my boyfriend got the escargot and enjoyed it very much. He also, said the truffle butter was killer. I loved the French Bordeaux and the Chardonnay. They do have a wine club available. They are only open certain days and sometimes closed for events. I would absolutely come back. The service was wonderful and the staff were polite and helpful. I loved the interior of the restaurant.

Yelp
If you love wine, this place is a must visit!! What used to be Eatt restaurant before is now French Cellar by Partage! Very tastefully decorated, when you enter you feel like you are wine tasting in France! We were lucky to meet the owner Nicolas who is so well versed with all the French wines they have. You can taste by the glass or tasting flight of 3 ($30) The pours for tasting flight are very generous, 3 oz each and we were able to customize what we wanted to taste. If course the first course is Taittinger champagne, which is fantastic. I had a beautiful French Chardonnay with the perfect oak. My husband chose 2 other reds for his tasting flights, a Syrah and chateauneuf du pape blend which was out of this world. They also serve cheese and charcuterie boards, escargot and salmon. It was very interesting to hear about their wine club program and we joined! Can't wait to taste all the fun French wines :)

Yelp
French Cellar By Partage is exactly what we needed in Vegas, and they are finally open! Becoming a wine club member at French Cellar by Partage has many other perks than earning a great education about French wine, such as getting two bottles of French wine a month, receiving a 10% discount at Partage, being the first to be introduced to their wine paring dinner every month, and getting invitations to wine tastings. The staff is quite knowledgable about all things wine, so if you have any questions or suggestions, they will help you. They are filled with French wine and champagne from different regions carefully handpicked by their own sommelier and GM Nicolas. You can stay enjoy a glass of wine with French cheese, charcuterie, caviar, foie gras, etc., or just take to go. French Cellar by Partage is the place to go to discover all things French.

Yelp
So, as a new comer to all things Partage, I didn't have any pre-conceived notions or expectation coming into the French Cellar. I was initially looking for an experience that would deliver an easy wine tasting at a reasonable price. Well, I got what I was looking for and with such quality. Off the strip and tucked away in a calm plaza, the French Cellar offers a modest-in-size tasting room that quickly loses its dimensions upon visiting, boasting an expansive collection of wine lining the walls and warm tasting area. When it comes to tasting wine, it is not always a practical experience price-wise. However Partage supports the experience by offering a flight of their wines that the patron can customize to their liking. Between the guidance of the server and sommelier, my partner and I were able to customize a tasting experience that could appeal to our preferences and still show us something new and exciting. The Partage French Cellar is an accessible and still elevated experience for locals and casual visitors alike. If you're off the strip and looking for another way to wine, the French Cellar is open for you.

Yelp
We have a gem in Las Vegas! What Nicholas has done is create the perfect blend of American Tapas with the high quality of French "apéritifs légers et boissons au vin" . In addition to serving high quality selections meat and cheese, the cellar is fully stocked with a premier curated assortment of great wine from every region in France. It is a delightful place to relax and enjoy good company and great wine! If you're looking for a modern establishment that is unpretentious and provides impeccable service look no further than the French Cellar - by Partage!

Yelp
Good welcoming place. Great wines, food, and attention. I couldn't leave without buying a bottle for myself and a friend. Would love to return sometime.
