Same day order. Friendly staff. Flowers look lovely (luxury size), nicely wrapped.

Not recommended~ the staff is very unfriendly and doesnt seems interested in serving customer. Came in when the store is empty to get a bouquet where I choose the flower in place, she spoke so fast and was rushing to get it done. I asked a question and suggestion but what comes out from her wasnt a friendly advice or guidance in choosing the flower. Its all just it depends, with no further engagement. By the time I finished paying, she just said bye.

Spectacular and long lasting bouquets. I always order my mum the white and green arrangement and each time, the bouquet arrives different but within the colour scheme ...flowers are seasonal, duh. Her bouquets last over 2 weeks. I live in CA and my mum is in the UK and even with the time difference and special requests, The Fresh Flower Company always fulfills my order promptly and keep me updated. Wonderful service and the US flower industry need to take note from The Fresh Flower Company.

I was lucky enough to receive two beautiful bunches of flowers the other day for my birthday from The Fresh Flower Co Ltd. Both exquisite. So fresh, beautiful quality, and lovely mix of flowers. Definitely my favourite local florist, love popping into the shop too!!

Fantastic! Glorious selection of some really luscious colorful super Fresh looking flowers. They only have the best, nothing wilted or days old like some places I’ve been. Pricing around £40-60 for a large bouquet. Good service and polite staff!

Thank you for delivering such a beautiful bouquet for my friend’s birthday. I only ordered them on the same day too. They look very pretty and natural from the photo she sent me and she said they smell gorgeous - what a great idea to use mint. It looks like a very generous amount of quality flowers and foliage for the price, especially as there was no delivery charge as local. Very impressive service and style.

A beautiful flower shop always makes me smile. One day I will have freshly cut flowers adorning my table each day, for now I must save this luxury only for special occasions. The Fresh Flower Company must be one of the most pleasing shops to buy flowers from. The neon lighting and simple grey interior frames the exotic selection of flowers perfectly. The shop entirely separates floristry from the nostalgic associations that put so many people off. It is simply modern and beautiful, not too pricey yet high quality, truly how all Florists of the 21st Century should be.

I ordered flowers online for my sister's birthday. The flowers didn't arrive, despite the fact that the order was received at 4am! There was no indication on my order that it couldn't be delivered on the same day in London. Flowers didn't arrive the next day either! Eventually they offered to deliver the flowers 5 days after her birthday!!! Do not risk it with this company. They look like they have beautiful flowers, but they have terrible service.
