This is far the worst place I visited
there was no wait which was great,
the waitress never said her name when greeted us,
ordered was placed between 15 to 20 mins. mild traffic with others customers,
breakfast came to our tables and yet our plate tasted as it look horribly made and it was cold
immediately my plate looked as if it sat there for hours, it's was cold, soggy, reheated food.
so I crushed Everything together thinking maybe it might taste better , it's was very tasteless and the fact it was cold . And we all know how cold food taste like !!!!!!!!!
if it's below warm temperatures.
cold food had an awful taste, like
the black beans was dry due with very very minimal , the egg was cold mushy, its was literally one very thin Piece of the Butt of an onion, the potatoes tasted reheated but it still cold soggy and tasteless I had to add salt and pepper all over my meal .
i took a couple bites and this what i found out the hard way.
Some how this is all within 20 mins
And the temperature to the food was so how Cold ??????
as waitress comes back Ask if Everything ok,
I Said No, infact please let me get a pancake instead. my pancake came within 10 mins tasted as expected is was freshly hot, Fluffy, Tasteful - I wished my breakfast was that hot ready like my pancake And tasteful
not once did the waitress asked if anything was wrong with the food That was provided by the friendly toast which clearly she noticed and went to her manager which I was clearly watching. The manager never approached us to find out what happened but grab the remaining plates off the table.
which he clearly decided not to do anything about the bad service, bad quality food, because him himself looked at both the plates that came back To the kitchen as I'm watching him nor once he came up to us And apologized for the poor service poor food quality that was provided today.
As when I asked for my bill am seeing the waitress going up to her manager and seem to question him about the plates that came back, he took a good looked at me through the kitchen doors at me and chanced it, Knowing that food was not right, clearly the waitress notice if she didn't she wouldn't bring it up to you for the 2nd time,
You are a selfish individual who provides
Bad services to customers,
but this customer has a voice and the sad part of all this you knew I was watching you, and yet you never came to our table not even once to asked us if the food was ok ? You seen we barely eat anything off those both plates
Because you was well aware of what was going on, you get what you deserve
We also left a 12.00 tip on top of total . for the cold food and poorest service that was provide, I hope there's camera if the owner wants proof,
That manager needs to go,
