The 'Friends' Experience Is Coming to Las Vegas — What to Know

"An official West Coast flagship immersive tribute to the hit sitcom opening at a Las Vegas resort later this year to celebrate the show’s 30th anniversary. The activation recreates iconic sets so visitors can chill in Monica’s apartment, relax in the Central Perk coffeehouse, and kick back in Chandler and Joey’s black lazy‑boy recliners; fans can even reenact Ross and Rachel’s wedding scene and bust through the chapel doors. Beyond photo-ready moments, the experience includes behind‑the‑scenes displays of production materials, props and costumes, is all-ages accessible, and follows a five-year touring run that visited 24 cities across eight countries and a permanent location in New York City, with London and this Las Vegas site serving as anchored activations." - Ryan Slattery Ryan Slattery Ryan Slattery has visited over 70 countries and has written about his experiences both in the air and on the ground. His work can also be found on TravelAge West. Eater, Infatuation, Tripadvisor, TripSavvy, The Washington Post, and AARP Magazine.  Travel + Leisure Editorial Guidelines

"A weekend celebration marking the 25th anniversary of the sitcom brought a large, immersive replica of the show’s coffee shop to Las Vegas in October—featuring a roughly 700-square-foot replica and additional fan-focused displays (including a LEGO interpretation)—capitalizing on the series’ on-screen Las Vegas storyline and nostalgia." - Susan Stapleton

Stopped in to kill time while waiting for our dinner reservation. It was a fun nostalgic trip down memory lane. Friends was one of our favorite TV shows and we watched it a lot growing up. It was cool to see the sets and scenes from one of our favorite childhood shows. If you’re a friends fan I would definitely recommend this little experience.

The set was pretty dang cool! It had a lot of areas you could move about and feel as part of the show with props and stage areas to act out scenes. The staff was so kind, energetic and VERY helpful with taking photos with your cell and their camera. They do have video cameras set up to take pictures and videos with professional cameras as well as your cellphones. They even had baskets to put your belongings so you could take good photos. The only complaint was we felt rushed. We were a group of 4 and the first area the girl told us we needed to move on cause the next group was coming. We had the VIP package and really didn't get to look about each room. From start to finish we were in the whole experience under 40 minutes in all rooms and interactions. Overall we would do it again, as the guy said they were going to expand with more areas. The photos they took, kinda shitty we paid $25 for the digital download and only one person could dload them which means quality would dwindle sharing via text.

I absolutely loved this experience, I've been a big Friends fan forever and it felt so surreal seeing props and sets from the show. It was fairly quiet when we got there so we didn't feel rushed at all, we had time to look around properly at both the sets and all the photos/info on the walls and get all of our photos. The staff were super friendly and chatty and instantly offered to take pics on our phones which turned out great. The gift shop was quite small but we were still able to find a couple items that we wanted to buy.

This was overall the best experience I had while in Vegas. From the entrance to the end the staff was amazing. Did the walkthrough by myself, but that didn’t matter the staff helped with photos on my cellphone and they came out great. I will visit again when they have more in store… Walking through reliving a time that seems so long ago for me was captivating and very rewarding. Someone named Lay or Alisha I’m definitely spelling it wrong was the best person around. She offered many photos for me and different poses in the Girls apartment. Very energetic. Thank you will definitely visit again.

This was my favorite part about visiting Vegas. The attention to detail on all the sets was incredible! My husband got us the VIP passes so we could go at any time and we weren’t rushed. The entire staff was very accommodating and took all the photos we wanted (professional and with our phones). They even suggested different poses and were extremely friendly. I will absolutely go back after they add more. Which they said they would be. The only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the gift shop. It was more of a gift “wall” than shop. Most of the items there you could get on Amazon. There were exclusive items that you could only buy there but a very, very small selection.

Was it fun to see? Yes, if your a friends fan. Would I say go if you are a fan. Yes. Why 3 stars? For entry you would think the price comes with the pictures they take but no. Take your own for sure. The workers will take pics of you if you ask with your own camera but be prepared, they take their own photos of everyone in your group so you have to wait at each area. Then at the end you can buy those pics. Also after you pay then there is a sign saying by the way we can use any of your pics for our own use. No opt out of this. I guess just don't let them take your picture. I wish I could of walked through at my own pace. The areas are fun. Not exactly like the show but close enough. The bummer was Joey and Chandlers apt. The picture of this on the website is the one in NY as this one there was no kitchen and the foosball was just put to the side.

As a huge Friends fan, the Friends Experience in Vegas was a dream come true! Walking onto the set felt surreal, and seeing all the iconic props and nostalgic items brought back so many memories. Huge thanks to my friends for surprising me with this unforgettable experience. A must-visit for any Friends lover!

The worst FRIENDS experience ever! We purchased tickets for $39 each and then decided to purchase the “VIP Experience” on top of that which included a lanyard, pin, magnetic frame, one free 6x4 photo, and expedited entry which was an additional $30. The whole experience is rushed, even though they say that you can take as much time as possible. The employees that take your photos with your cellphone take the worst photos possible - blurry, eyes closed, don’t announce they’re taking photos, etc. Just make sure you look at your photos BEFORE moving onto the next part of the experience. It took less than 30 minutes from start to finish to get through the whole experience. The sets that they state are exact replicas are not if you’re a true Friends fan. I’d highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
