Craving fry bread? Follow them, and try the items from this local food truck. The menu has something for everyone, and the food portions are delicious, generous and priced well. I had the Green Chile Beef and cannot wait to try more!

The Fry bread Truck Slow service and horrible and hard fry bread. The shredded beef and the beans are good. The guy taking orders is fast and efficient. However, the people inside the truck cooking are super slow and they also hold the orders even when the food is ready to go. Why would someone do that? This truck was at the Mall area in Peoria yesterday among other food trucks. I was second in line, I placed my order and waited, waited, waited then realized the people around me were also waiting for fry their bread. I though they were there just hanging out. Total time of wait for me was 30 minutes. And their truck runs on diesel so I smelled it for all that time. It is a very strong smell my husband had to go to the car and eat his funnel cake over there. I was just hoping the fry bread was going to be worth it, so I waited a little more. Then the guy that ordered his bread after me got his order first than me but I didn’t said anything. A few minutes he came back and said something to the guy taking the orders and returned his food box. The guy taking the orders took his phone and called someone to refund the money but the customer told him to keep the money as a tip. By then I was not even hungry because my husband came back with my share of funnel cake that I was supposed to eat after my fry bread. And after I saw the guy returned his fry bread I was disgusted by it. So I went to the cashier and asked if I could cancel my order. He said sure let me go check inside. The person inside pointed to four orders that were ready. The cashier came back empty handed and said your order is ready but he didn’t give me the food so I though maybe is ready but to be cooked not to go. So I said I really have to go and he went back to the window and asked for my order. If I didn’t ask for it I would have been there for who knows how long. Well, I came back to the car and try the bread and OMG 😳… the fry bread texture was horrible, like a left over thick cold pizza dough. That was NOT fry bread. My mom cooks fry bread and I have eaten fry bread all over Arizona. What this truck sells is NOT fry bread. The shredded beef and beans were good though, but I can cook those myself. So at the end between my husband and I, only ate a third of it and disposed the rest. I hope this trucks gets a good manager that can move the orders quickly and a chef that gets the correct fry bread recipe.

Why can't you get "Fry Bread" cooked right when that's your main draw? Every person we met that had bought from your truck at the event, said they couldn't eat the bread and chicken was absolutely horrid! After the venue finished, we all left to hit a local restaurant since we couldn't eat this poor quality food. Waste of money in this economy.

So The Fry Bread truck comes to our community. First time I've ever had them. Was great! My gal got the Halona Steak Fry Bread, she said it was really good. Had her rate it, she gave it ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I had the Fry Bread Burger+bacon, and it was awesome! I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐+1/2! Both red and green sauce offered was bomb! Dude was super cool.

Emerson Fry Bread truck has amazing Fry bread. Their food is delicious and the craving will being you back for me. I had the Navajo taco with the Sedona sunrise drink that comes in a large Mason jar. I highly recommend this truck to anyone looking for authentic native food. They do have an amazing Navajo burger as well. Enjoy the wonderful food and thank you Emerson food truck for the great food and service. ❤

So our school/PTN paid to have the Fry Bread Truck come out and make their Honey and powdered sugar fry bread. Teachers were able to order in advance other menu items. Needless to say they dropped the ball and did not make any of the teachers orders that were placed! So quite a few of us teachers did not have any lunch today (Not Happy).

The green chili beef fry bread was super yummy! It was hot, fresh, and the beef itself was awesome. It could have used salt but that could just be my preference. The green and red salsa were both flavorful. And the pricing for a food truck at an event can't be beat.

This is a mobile food truck NOT a restaurant. They do not have a stationary address, but their upcoming locations are on their website and Street Food Finder. I haven't tried their savory foods, but I had to get the classic sugar and honey which was pretty good! I ate it right away while it was still hot so the honey and powdered sugar just melt into your mouth. Like any fry bread, I think its best to eat it before it gets cool.
