Best service for sure in East Boston. The young lady at the bar was just incredibly nice. I had the ribs and tips and the meal was great. The potato salad side was had a very nice kick to it. The ribs was just standard but the steak tips had lots of great taste. If you tired of traffic and looking for a nice bar and chat with the locals The Full Rack Smokehouse is the place for you.

Went on an adventure for lunch today 2/14/25...decided to try Full Rack Smokehouse bbq, Revere. 😄 i wasnt sure what to expect, but WOW! thats an under statement. Its a communityt/local bar/resturant, we sat at the bar (nice bar) its a little outdated, but TV's along the entire bar with.a variety of sports channels, there is also full lottery. On with the good stuff, drinks were great-lg size (yummy😅), my husband ordered the steak tips med rare w/ o.rings, they were good. I orderd a full rack of ribs w/sauce on it, w/steak fries & rice pilaf, the ribs were cooked to perfection, tender, the sauce had a little smoke added, it wasnt a sweet or spicy sauce, it was a nice mild bbq sauce it was delicious. It was about 2pm, the regulars started to arrive. I can wait to try on a friday/saturday evening. The dinner prices are the same as other resturants serving the same. ENJOY!

Full disclosure: I've been to the "Full Rack Smokehouse" in the past; the name changed, but the place seemed new and improved. Yes, a perfect "Spot" when picking up someone at Logan. I had just enough time to observe: friendly regulars, a family of four dining, and a super nice, helpful bartender who I would rate A+. I made it a point when leaving to tell her that I had my wife's car - left my tip money at home and would be sure to stop by when returning to Logan.

Google
Stopped in late on a Tuesday evening and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Next time we are in town we’ll go back for dinner. The tip steak was tender and good, and the meatball sub was great as well. The place wall very clean.

Came in from out of town and found ourselves going back again and again! Great food, the cook is a legit chef.

Cool little spot, walking distance from the hotel we stayed at. Steak tips were dope.

Google
Coming from the south, I view BBQ a bit differently and I’m always on the hunt for something in New England that gives me that feeling of home. Well, this place is it! I dare anyone to find better ribs for the money you pay here! Fall off the bone ribs with just enough bite. The sauce is the perfect blend of tangy and sweet. This country boy will be back soon!

Yelp
We were out and about running errands and got hungry. Found this place nearby on Google and made our trek that way. There is a small parking lot which is amazing in this area. The place did not look palatable from the outside, but we struck out twice for restaurants already so we were going in regardless. Once inside you can tell this is a place for regulars. There were folks at the bar having conversations, watching sports and eating dinner. We really weren't sure what to think, but we sat down at a table and were delivered menus. We informed the bartender/server that we had never been in there before and she said "oh, you're gonna love the food!" to which we were like... ok! Perused the menu and decided on the onion rings, sweet sausage, half rack of ribs, and the steak tip sub. The onion rings are probably some of the best I've ever had. Were they from a freezer bag or freshly prepared? I have no idea, but they had the perfect crunch and the onion stayed in tact with each bite. The ranch served with them was also really good ranch! The ribs fell off the bone and the steak tips were tender and delicious. We were so pleasantly surprised about this place. Never judge a restaurant from its appearance. You never know what kind of gem lies beyond the doors.

Yelp
Was staying at the Hampton inn revere and wanted to get a beer and watch Texas college football . Walked to this place . The sign said sports bar . Cool dive bar with chicken wings and Boston accents .

Yelp
We stopped in for a couple of drinks and ordered steak tips. The tips were so tough, I almost choked swallowing it. So we sent the meal back and requested for it to be made the way we ordered. But instead the cook (I'm using that term loosely) came back with our meals demanding that he made it to right and yelling at us. He was definitely not a professional as he claimed and he started grabbing at our food saying that he was not going to feed us and stormed away like a little bitch. I hope he purchases better quality meat in the future or you will continue to lose customers because of this so call cooks attitude. The bartender was really nice and kept apologizing for him. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that they have a toxic employee. I will never step foot in this place again and I will also spread the word.

Yelp
Great ribs, steak tips were good. Onion rings were a stand out. Staff was friendly and attentive. Despite the name it really comes off as a bar, but the food is outstanding.

Yelp
Had a quick overnight stay across the street and chose to grab dinner here. Ordered a full rack of ribs, the pulled pork sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. All 3 were really good! Definitely recommend for their food!

Yelp
"You have a baby... in a bar." The entire time I was here I thought of the iconic Sweet Home Alabama movie with Reese Witherspoon. The people here were so sweet and welcoming to our five year old and eight month old son. They played music, talked to us, and allowed for my five year old to get her energy out. My daughter had a lot of fun as patrons changed the songs on the jukebox. The food was really good and very inexpensive. $30 for a half rack of ribs, sausage, and chicken tenders with fries.

Yelp
Went to a boxing match and a BBQ restaurant broke out. A classic environment with great food and great people, even the Revere cops were nice. If my dad was still alive he'd like this place, not because I'm here, but because they have chicken wings.

Yelp
Food and service was good the place it self is very old looking only a couple of tables.... And has a bit of a smell when you first walk in.... Over all the food is what you go there for and that was good... Nothing to brag about but it was ok...

Yelp
Love this place. Pizza is awesome! Steak tips are delicious.. and the drinks are great. They have full lottery and lots of big screen TVS to watch all your sports!!! I recommend this place for sure

Yelp
Good Steak tips, great service. Would recommend. I'm pretty sure the take credit cards now.

Yelp
You're not coming here for ambience. You're not coming here for pretty designs on your plate and $32 wine flights. You're coming here for great ribs, tips, fries, rings, etc. The food is awesome, prices great, service friendly. It's a cash only place with a bunch of tvs showing horse racing, the Red Sox/Bruins, etc and, of course, it has keno. Want pretentious overpriced crap? Don't come here. Want great ribs and tips? Grab a seat.

Yelp
The name "Smokehouse" is a joke. I ordered a half-rack and the ribs are oven-baked, gummy and fatty. The patrons and bar-lady were the highlight for me. Had some good conversations around sports but the food was yuck ! They gave me a complimentary beer mug which was nice. Again ... go for the conversation, not the food.

Yelp
Good ribs, great beans. A full rack is enough for 2 people. Small crowd on a Monday night. 6 or 7 big screens plus Keno.

Connie D.

Yelp
The ribs were not smoked. There was no smoke ring. The ribs appeared to be boiled. There was plenty of sauce to cover the grey meat. They did not use a rub. The least they should have done was to grill them after boiling. They were tasteless. The "saddlebag", was a dry baked potato with pulled pork and lots of BBQ sauce. I would not eat there again. The bar was full of men and only men. Waked outside to wait on our ride and two guys were smoking a joint. They did't bother to hide it or walk away. They had been inside the bar. Could not get away fast enough!!!

Yelp
God awful! This is just a bar that sells Food, it is not a restaurant. If 10 people sit at the bar than the place is full and it's impossible to put in an order or order a drink. But why would you want to? I went thinking this place was a restaurant with a bar. It is not! This place serves Food that is so bad that you would have to be 1 drink away from passing out to think that it was good. Pulled pork that would taste better if it came out of a microwave! They claim it was smoked but I didn't see any smoke coming from the building. Sandwich was smothered in some cheap tangy barbecue sauce. Onion rings were drenched in oil and soggy. The rice was bland. I wouldn't feed this stuff to my dog. I took two bites and there everything away. I regret ever wasting my money here.

Yelp
We were craving BBQ and this place came up on the map search. I had seen it before but never stopped. Very clean, new TVs and great food. They only take cash but if it is working there is an ATM in house. We ordered a rack of ribs and the 1/2 chicken dinner. I don't know what that other reviewer is talking about. Our ribs fell of the bone and were good and meaty. The chicken is definitely smoked which leads me to believe the ribs were as well. Good thing I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered or I may not have stopped. I wished there was a green veggie side option, but let's be honest sometimes you just need meat.

Yelp
I've had BBQ all over the country and this is not BBQ or smoked meats for that matter; I believe it was steamed or baked covered with a thin layer of BBQ sauce to complete the name. I sat down at the bar in the way back. The bar was quite dark and had a strong smell of cigarettes (not my thing). I was immediately told that the place only accepted cash; I appreciated the tip and went to the ATM in the back of the restaurant to grab some cash and sat back down to order some food. I ordered for a full rack of ribs and a pulled pork sandwich to go. The ribs were greasy and looked nothing like a rack of ribs. Bones were popping out of every which way of this slab of meat and I lost my appetite. I took a bite to complete the experience to find that there was no color change as one would expect of smoked meats. Full brown, stringy meat. I took my to go sandwich and didn't even eat it. There's some really good BBQ places around Boston and this isn't one of them. This is more like a side of the highway road house to get a drink and have a cigarette. Very disappointed.

Yelp
Went despite reading a bad review . This place is a hole in the wall bar . No one acknowledged me and my buddy walked in . Do not go the this dive if you are looking for food !!!!!!!

Nick H.

Yelp
Ribs were outstanding. Not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about with regard to the racism but all 4 of us looked different and were greeted well and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I have been all over this world of ours and have never experienced or felt discriminated like I did when we walked into this place. I can't rate the food because they didn't even offer us a menu. But I can describe how we were treated. The ironic part is that we are all government workers and we are Equal Employment Opportunity counselors. We stand for equality for all. Are party represented a myriad of cultures. There were four of us and we all looked different. That's the beauty of it we represent the melting pot. We sat down and some of us felt chills up our back they way we were being stared down by both the waitress/bartender and the folks there. We waited about ten minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us and we placed our drink order and did not get a welcome feeling at all. At this point we thought lets get the heck outta here but we had placed our drink order. Expecting to be offered a menu since it is a smokehouse we never were provided a menu. We received our drinks. Before you knew it everyone that had been sitting there disappeared to the back side of the building and we were the only ones sitting there. We waited and waited for the bartender to reappear so we could get the heck out of there when she finally appeared we asked for the check. Not making any conversation with us she placed the receipt on the bar and walked away again. We left the money on the counter with no tip. As we were walking out she said thank you. And not the kind of thank you for visiting but thank you for leaving. Though few words were exchanged the look of the other patrons and waitress said it all.
