"It's about time San Francisco got a proper high-end, design-centric furniture and décor store of its very own—granted, this one's an offshoot of a Brooklyn-born, NYC-based showroom, but still. The stuff here speaks to a clean, modern aesthetic, think: Roll & Hill's geometric lighting fixtures and gemstone-hued Arflex seating. Shopping here is not cheap (a box sofa we fell in love with rang in at a cool 8k), but thankfully you can set up gift and wedding registries."

Bart and Andrew are great. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always prompt when I ask for quotes or an appointment to view new pieces. They’re my favorite showroom in the city! More and more of my fave French lines are represented here. 10/10✨

The furniture and small goods are interesting / unusual for the most part, but there is a lack of cohesiveness to the designs or design vignettes to really bring this place to the next level. Pcs feel very "isolated". Customer service is also either ok or non-existent. I walked into a completely empty store with 3-4 employees chatting away. None bothered to look up or acknowledge me, even as I walked right between them. Another lady walked in moments later and gets a super warm greeting though - twice. Seriously, who wants to spend money at a store if basic niceties - a Hello, Hi, Welcome - are missing? Especially when real service and warmth are routine at the other great design shops on Sacramento Street. I left quickly and dropped some serious cash on their nice neighbors instead.

More like an art gallery than a furniture store, with customer service to match. You can spend $30k and not get much attention. We bought a table and paid for white glove delivery, to be told we need to go to the hardware store to get pads so the table is stable.

They carry beautiful pieces, but I've had two subpar special order experiences (wrong chairs came the first time and the second time they didn't have the legs for the chaise and it was tedious trying to get info on the status). I would opt to check out Matter or BDDW for a better customer service experience.

Excellent selection of contemporary design. Engaging, well spoken staff. Beautiful well designed spaces. Calm and serene Japanese style garden. 🖤

Yelp
The stuff in this shop is cool, and I enjoyed shopping at this store in Brooklyn about ten years ago. But for the SF store, I had quite a negative shopping experience... A friend gave me a gift I neither wanted nor needed, and I brought it back to the store for an exchange for store credit or another item. The items I was returning were two small sculptural accessories - objets d'art, if you will. They were still wrapped in the store's bubble wrap, brought back in a bag from the store. The sales clerk informed me they "only accept returns within the first twenty-four hours. It's printed on the receipt." I explained that it was a gift, that I could obtain a gift receipt from my friend, but I'd rather not, considering they expected me to like the gift. He looked up the purchase in their system, found it, verified it was the same items, then repeated that they couldn't exchange the item. For what it's worth, the item was still on sale at the store - visible on a shelf not two feet from the desk. Anyway, this was pretty irritating, and my friend is out money for a gift I don't like. I would not recommend using this store for any gift purchase or any purchase you may wish to exchange or return. A 24-hour only return policy seems quite unusual, especially for small household items.

Yelp
One of my favorite interior showrooms in San Francisco. They have an exceptionally curated mix of furniture and goods, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is expensive, so be prepared!
