smells amazing when you walk in, it's quite a small space but the line moves quickly, lot of attendants to keep the line moving. We did a box of 6 chocolates, my favorites were the gianduja and coffee, definitely would be getting more of those next time. your purchase comes with a flavor card, so you know which one you're eating, in case you forget. The lady offered to bag it up with an ice pack since we weren't eating the chocolates right away, very nice & thoughtful touch.

Google
Viral s’more’s! Made to order and toasted in front of you. They do add salt to them and the second one we got was too salty but overall a fun treat. I would also recommend the chocolate they make there. Unique flavors and very well made and decorated. Fun place to visit !

Google
Some of the best chocolate pieces I’ve ever had. Worth the trip to Disney Springs maybe worth the trip to Orlando. This is our 2nd time here and as amazing as the first time. Pricy but worth it!!! 2 years ago had the hot ganache which is the best hot chocolate you’ll ever taste.

Ellen Barrow

Google
I really enjoyed trying this chocolate store! Small shop but quaint. We tried the 6 pieces for $16. I really enjoyed the peanut butter, milk, dark chocolate, and orange. Fair warning - everything inside is ganache that’s flavored versus a filling. Wasn’t my husbands favorite but I liked it! If you want high quality and creamy chocolate this is for you.

Google
My first time to The Ganachery, introduced by a friend. Tiny little bites of heaven is how I would describe it. We tried a 6-pack of these tiny little approx. 1.5" square dark and milk chocolate delights, with soft fillings like raspberry, lime, mixed hazelnut, passion fruit and sea salt. Very good, high quality chocolate made right on site. So many choices, and even just a small bite provides a very flavorful, full chocolatey, memorable flavor on the tongue. So small, but so tasteful. A new find for sure we'll consider revisiting!!

Google
I think I found my new favorite spot for chocolates! The box of squares is fancy with very rich flavors. My favorite was the dark chocolate bark.

Samantha Boren

Google
Not only were the chocolates fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming and the customer service exceptional. They provided me with an ice pack to keep the chocolates from melting in the Orlando heat and I was so impressed by that extra touch.

Elizabeth Richards

Google
The first time I tried The Ganachery’s s’mores was 3 years ago and since then I’ve been hooked. I live in California, so I don’t get to have this delicious treat as often as I would like so I definitely had to have it a couple times when I was in town last week. The s’mores are to die for and the light sprinkle of Maldon salt is a genius addition. I’m not a traditional s’mores person but I will have one of these babies if given the chance. (The wait is much shorter than Gideons, btw)

Yelp
Always a fun place with delicious chocolates. It's near Gideon's Bakehouse where you have other cookie and sweet options. My favorite thing to get here is the chocolate piñata's. They change based on seasons and you get a small wood mallet to use to break open. It's fun with kids and kids at heart. The service is always quick and it's not a big store so not usually long lines. It has a good look and smells faintly chocolate. You can also see them making some of the desserts that are in store but you have to go in to see.

Yelp
This is what I would call a hidden gem in Springs that's totally saturated with sweets so much so that some might overlook one that's kinda hidden amongst them! If you can pull yourself away from drooling on the window at that chocolate fountain that's creating all the yummy goodies for the case inside you'll find they have a few other things to kick your sweet tooth into high gear! It seemed like most were centered around the candy case in the center that had the majority of the chocolates inside of all different kinds of variety leaving something sweet for all tastes! Myself though I found to be attracted to the walls as they had some of the hidden gems like chocolate statues of your favorite Disney characters and the delicious gingerbread pecan brittle that was tucked away in a cute little bag concealing the yummy sugary goodness! They said they have a different flavor of brittle every so often which is awesome because it really is one of my go to sweets as I love the crunchy goodness especially with the nuts and in this case the gingerbread made for a delicious topper to make a whole unique flavor that I haven't had in a brittle before! The Cast Members inside were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the different products offered here especially with the contents that make up each one which is always awesome to find if you're looking for a specific chocolate! If you're a Cast Member you get your food discount here so definitely don't forget to give them your ID to save a bit off of your sweetness! Overall I'm sure I'll be here again when they trade out the next flavor or to get some chocolate as you really can't go wrong with anything you'll get inside here!

Yelp
The Ganachery at Disney Springs is an absolute paradise for chocolate enthusiasts. This charming and intimate boutique offers an array of handcrafted ganache, each flavor more exquisite than the last. Every piece of chocolate is rich, velvety, and meticulously crafted to perfection, making each bite a luxurious experience. Not only do they offer an impressive selection of chocolates, but The Ganachery also features indulgent milkshakes that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. And for a magical treat, don't miss out on the famous Mickey S'more. The staff prepares this delightful confection right before your eyes, adding a touch of Disney magic to the whole experience. The staff member that assisted us definitely made the experience for us! The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to guide you through the numerous chocolate options, ensuring you find the perfect treat to suit your taste. Their passion for chocolate is evident, making your visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're a chocolate connoisseur or simply looking for a sweet escape, The Ganachery is a must-visit destination at Disney Springs. Yelp
This chocolate is art! Always love to come by The Ganachery and look at all their fun, new creations for the season. This time, we had one of their delicious s'mores and a small sipping chocolate, along with some small chocolates to take home. You can see them making the chocolate fresh through a window, which is such a nice touch.

Yelp
This place has wonderful chocolate for purchase but also makes a smore! The Graham crackers are coasted so they have a nice crunch and the marshmallow and chocolate are both so delicious. Highly recommend stopping by pick one of these up

Yelp
Cute little chocolate place. They have a window to watch things like s'more being made. I got one of the hot ganache's it was like $5 for a tiny little doxoe cut size BUT you wouldn't want any more than that it's very rich and very chocolate. Anymore you'd get ill, at least I would. So if you're a chocolate lover it's good and it's nice on a cold day but too heavy for me.
google avatar

Marlo J.

Yelp
The storefront is on the smaller side but is clean and cute; the staff is super knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. The s'more is worth the trip to Disney Springs as are the little chocolate covered ganache squares that come in many unique, delectable flavors. We hope to visit the Ganachery on our next Disney Springs visit!

Yelp
Drinking chocolate is HEAVEN in a cup. We also had a great variety of chocolates, chose a 9 piece box with amazing PB, hazelnut and raspberry! Yum!!! Destiny made our night....an absolute GEM,

Yelp
After discovering the long line at Gideon's Bakehouse, we decided not to wait and kept walking. The Ganachery's storefront caught my eye as I love ganache, so I popped in to take a peek. It's a small, but beautiful chocolate shop with limited selection of chocolates. There is a window where you can watch the chocolatiers making the chocolates. I wanted something to try and saw a picture of the chocolate chiller on their in-store sign of which there are two versions (one with bourbon and one without). I opted for the non-alcoholic version as I am allergic to alcohol. It's in a small plastic milk bottle-style. The bottle was readily available, chilled on ice behind the counter, so it was quick to check out. It comes with some whipped cream on top with some chocolate-wafer pearl-like sprinkles. This drink reminded me of a cold version of a sipping hot chocolate. It's super rich and thick. I loved it, but because of the size, it went too fast. After my kids took a sip, I was slurping the last few sips. Delicious. I should have gotten them their own! The one staff member in the retail section was very friendly and the check out was super quick. Perfect little sip walking to the next goodie store LOL. Enjoy, Friends, and never stop exploring!

Yelp
The ganachery is a chocolate, and a few other sweets, spot in Disney springs. With plenty of Disney themed, and non themed, chocolates to pick from. They were reasonably busy given it was a race weekend, but the line moved quicker than I expected. Everything we tried between our two packs we enjoyed!!! It will likely be a stop I make anytime I'm in the area. I appreciate that you can get a bit of the Disney fun without going into the park thanks to the springs, and places like the Ganachery.

Yelp
I will post my photos once I find them, but this is my absolute favorite place for dessert on property. Well, at least at Disney Springs. They do such a wonderful job. Hats off to the chocolateir. I always go for the set of nine and then break them until four so you can try a little bit of each flavor. The caramel de Seul, but you can't go wrong with anything here. Well, maybe you could skip this S'more. It's not that great haha. Definitely take a box of ganache home with you.

Yelp
The Ganachery at Disney Springs is a chocolate lover's dream! It's a cozy shop with various different flavors of handcrafted ganache, each one better than the last. The chocolates are rich, creamy, and beautifully made. They also have milkshakes and the famous Mickey S'more, which they make right in front of you which makes the experience even better! The staff is super friendly and can help you pick between all the choices. Definitely a must-visit if you're at Disney Springs!
google avatar

Jenny R.

Yelp
They have various flavors of chocolate. They have a few of the flavors they use in jars for the customers to taste. They explain the flavors and mixes. They pack it in ice for you so it can last a few hours while you shop.
google avatar

Amara S.

Yelp
I love their s'mores & their milkshake! So good! I honestly wish it wasn't so pricey, or maybe they would give more given the price. The service is always amazing. It is quick, just order what you like; as there is not any seating.
google avatar

Chan'tial V.

Yelp
OMG don't ever pass this place without getting a hot ganache. It's chocolatey salty/sweet with whipped cream and little malt balls on top. Amazing! I also watched them make a snore while in line- looked incredible. The place is small and quaint with chocolate treats to return home with.
google avatar

Carolyn M.

Yelp
A cool treat to try. Ganache is considered an icing or filling. So the texture is soft most of the time. I tried 4 flavors and the house dark was the best with the Death Star to follow. These are good out the fridge or freezer.
google avatar

Erin T.

Yelp
Cute chocolate / ganache shop located in Disney Springs. The chocolate boxes really make for great gifts to bring for people as souvenirs. I got the hot ganache, which was super rich. You definitely have to like chocolate to enjoy it. It's fun to watch them make the deserts through the window! It's pricy, but I think it's worth it to check it out while you're in Disney springs. I think next time I'll try the S'mores!
google avatar

Casey G.

Yelp
This is a delightful little chocolate shop at Disney Springs. We saw an ad on our television and had to scope it out. We got to try their new ganache flavor of dragon fruit. It was so creamy. They were beautifully made. I ordered a box of six. They were a bit pricey but the flavors were all tasty and I loved the creaminess of the filling.
google avatar

Kaylynn A.

Yelp
Me & my husband are chocolate lovers and this place was AMAZINGGG. The chocolate is fantastic and so rich. The service was nice and quick for sure. Each piece of chocolate was $3.00 which is a bit pricey but I would say it is Disney Springs. The shop it's pretty small and I wish they did offer more treats.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is real! I heard so much about this candy store that I had to stop in. Their seasonal offerings include a MIckey Mouse gingerbread chocolate pinata and a prepackaged 6 piece box of their famous ganche squares. This box has Disney characters on the box and inside is an assortment of different flavors. Each square has a Disney character on it so you can tell them apart. The box is small so it is the perfect size for souvenir gifts and to easily take home on a plane. I bought two boxes with that in mind and decided to try one out while I was down here. Each square sells for $3.00 and that price carries through regardless of the number you purchase. I loved looking at the Disney characters and being a dark chocolate lover had to go with the Minnie one. My husband opted for a plain milk chocolate peanut butter one. The counter lady answered whatever questions I had and helped me with my purchases. The store is small but very trendy. Once we completed the purchase we went outside to enjoy our treats. Needless to say this was one of the best candies I had in a long time. So rich and so fresh!! You can tell it is made in house. Have people who love "Frozen?" Get the Olaf hot chocolate surprise. The candy is shaped like him and goes directly into your hot chocolate. I'm sure my girlfriend will love the box I got her while I devour the 2nd one for myself. I'm glad I could find something that we could easily enjoy and just as easily pack in my suitcase. Located in Disney Springs not too far from Ragland Rd pub, there is a parking garage nearby as well as public transportation.

Yelp
the lady that sold us the chocolate was the best person in disney springs she was soooooo nice soooo fun to be around and they had vegan !!! yah
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely recommend if you're looking for a neat place for a small treat to excite kids of all ages. We loved that the clear glass windows allowed us to view from both outside and inside the store into the world of ganache square artistry. It truly is an art form, as each square is enveloped in an outer chocolate coating in small batches. We purchased different ganache squares and a hot chocolate and everything was exquisite. You may think that the hot chocolate appears small, but after the first sip you'll understand why due to the richness of the chocolate inside. We saw another patron order a hand crafted s'more while we waited in line, and that was another masterpiece. The staff are very friendly towards all of the customers and truly create an inviting atmosphere within the small storefront. We will return upon our next trip to the area.

Yelp
I always adore coming here, the service and food are always great. I tried the peppermint chocolate smores they have during the winter season and the hot ganache and a box of six chocolate pieces with holiday flavors(eggnog, snickerdoodle, gingerbread) and mint, orange, and pistachio.
google avatar

Brianne C.

Yelp
This is a cute little chocolate shop in Disney Springs. And when I say little, I mean little. My stroller and I barely fit inside with a few other customers + staff. I tried three ganache pieces, and they were good! They didn't blow me away, but I did enjoy them. The chocolate malt chiller, though? Now that did blow me away! It was so good, and reasonably priced, too.
google avatar

Alexandra Z.

Yelp
I am absolutely obsessed with their hot ganache! It is easily one of my favorite things ever. The peppermint s'more was lacking though. I don't know if the cracker was supposed to be soft but it tasted almost stale. I wasn't a fan of that. The store is extremely small and can get crowded very quickly. I have yet to try their ganache pieces but they look good. Next time!
google avatar

Natalie B.

Yelp
The s'mores is the best part ! Loved it I'm craving it now the service was quick and easy and the ambiance inside was super cool especially how I could watch them make the s'more's
google avatar

Adriana B.

Yelp
A friend recommended this place and we absolutely loved it. Not only is their chocolate melt in your mouth delicious, but the detail in everything they sell is so beautiful. It's a great place to buy gifts and a little something for yourself as well. They even pack your bad with an ice pack! That's awesome service.
google avatar

Liz S.

Yelp
I had only popped into this spot before to check it out, but hadn't ordered from here. My friend recently suggested getting a few pieces of chocolate. We split the box of 6. I had gotten the caramel, mint, and gingerbread (seasonal). I can't wait to try other flavors! Staff was very helpful.
google avatar

Alara M.

Yelp
When I saw that their s'mores were $8 I thought what was so special about them... it turned out to be so good!!! The graham cracker isn't crunchy, more on the soft side but so good you have to try. They add sea salt on top of the chocolate which I never thought of putting in s'mores, it really elevated the flavor. Chocolate was rich too, this is very high quality s'mores! We thought we wouldn't be spending $8 just for some s'mores but we visit here at least once a month just from how much we crave this thing. Today we also tried something new, the Ahsoka pop which had dark chocolate on the outside and coconut/blueberry ganache on the inside which was alright to try once for a limited item. Inside is small but had a cozy and fun vibe. There's a window where you can watch the people make your fresh s'mores too!
google avatar

Chazz D.

Yelp
Located right in Disney springs which is very convenient! Fresh made hand chocolates are out of this world and completely melt in your mouth on each bite. Don't forget to try the liquid Ganache it was amazing and unlike anything I've ever had before. With tons of chocolate variety and a viewing window in which you can see them making the desserts by hand is a huge plus for the kids to stay entertained while in line 10/10
google avatar

Debbie F.

Yelp
Anything that has to do with chocolate is a great place but this place makes chocolate a giveable gift with cute stamps on them and full flavors inside. They come nicely boxed in 6,9 or 16 piece. Enjoy their wine and Ganach pairing or a chocolate reindeer filled with Coquito or Rum! So creative. Its a Fun stop in Disney Springs..

Yelp
The Ganachery is where all your chocolate dreams come true. Opened in late 2015 in the Landing, you can find it closest to the Orange Garage. Just cross over the bridge, go down the hill and it is on your right. At The Ganchery everything is chef made in house and you can indulge in sophisticated handcrafted chocolate ganache squares in 16 flavors including seasonal, chocolate pops, toffee, and artisan s'mores, and marshmallows. You can even watch them in the window working their magic in the open kitchen. For Halloween they were offering a $28 Minnie Ghost Pinata which was made from dark chocolate filled with chocolate covered marshmallows dark chocolate mini ghosts, and milk chocolate mini pumpkins. It comes with a mallet for smashing it open. The other offering was the Sister's Elixir, a $14 Hocus Pocus inspired hot chocolate bomb with marshmallows. Of course Florida is extremely hot but they will even provide an ice pack to slow down the melting. $28 is steep for the pinata but it would be the hit of any Halloween party. I also loved the dark chocolate skulls, 4 for $15. The Ganachery is also selling a 50th Celebration Ganache Box featuring celebration cake and milk chocolate ganache squares and a hot chocolate ganache with Bailey's .Of course, expect to be pay more for premium chocolate but a little of this rich treat goes a long way.

Yelp
You know when you go into an establishment with cheap chocolate, that smell hangs in the air, sucky-sweet and you eat a piece or two and feel kinda nauseous, well this is NOT that place! Beautiful chocolates, the smell takes you back to movies theaters in the 70s or Easter Sunday when you could not wait to break off a bunny ear!!! Just a small treat can bring back wonderful memories and the flavor combinations... I have to share each piece with my husband as the price is $3 each ($15 for 6). The flavors are Vanilla, Coffee, Pistachio, Raspberry, Chipotle Pepper, Caramel Fleur de Sel, Milk Chocolate, Mint, Cinnamon, Passion Fruit, Coconut and I know I am missing a few plus there was Irish Whiskey for March...there are a few monthly flavors. They also have s'mores they make on demand, Mickey and Minnie pops and monthly specials (towards Christmas a lot more choices). They are located at Disney Springs, at the Landing, think old Pleasure Island area, if you remember the early to mid 90's. Go, enjoy, you won't regret it....yum!

Yelp
Come for the various collections of artisanal chocolates, stay for the delicious chocolate shakes. The Ganachery is a must visit for any chocolate lover in Disney Springs. We got to sample multiple pieces of dark and milk chocolate, and saw the Disney inspired collections (i.e. the Millenium Falcon Chocolate Pop among others). While we didn't take any chocolates home, we did order their Bourbon Malted Chocolate Chiller ($14.50) to cap off our first day in Disney Springs. Wow! This beverage features milk, caramel, and dark chocolates all blended together with malted milk, cream. Being the boozy version, this one was made with a generous amount of Knob Creek Bourbon (non-alcoholic version also available). If you're not careful, this spiked beverage will take you by surprise! If you love chocolate, run, don't walk, to The Ganachery in Disney Springs!

Yelp
The handmade artisan s'more makes this place a 5 star review on its own. Easily one of the best desserts on Walt Disney World property. They make the s'more right in front of you & it's so fresh. The graham crackers are nice & soft, marshmallow toasted on all sides & it's sprinkled with sea salt. This spot is right around the corner from Gideon's & this dessert may even be better than their cookies.
google avatar

Yelp
Chocolate fans rejoice! The Ganachery is your heaven - tons of chocolate truffle flavors to try and a feast for the eyes in the various chocolate displays. We came here for the specialty Minnie Chocolate Piñata for Halloween that came with a mallet to bust it open with. Once broken, the piñata held various chocolates and chocolate covered marshmallows. It was almost too cute to break, but we somehow made ourselves do it. Chocolate was decadent and well balanced - didn't taste as artificial as the mass-produced stuff you find at the store. And, they excel at presentation here, so the whole ordeal is something to be experienced. Only drawback is that there are no tables inside, so you will have to enjoy your treats on-the-go or at home, if you can resist that long!

Yelp
An unfortunate experience that I hope to be superceded by a future visit. The fact that you can see the creations being made through the glass windows drew me in. My first visit years ago, I did not go in. This time, curiosity got the better of me and my now 10years older son who has a passion for everything chocolate. He purchased a delicious drink, and we selected about six chocolates - as expensive as they were, we wanted to try them. The lovely, patient lady behind the counter helped with the selection based on our tastes and preferences - which was nice. Why the 2 stars? The shop is small and there were six of us. Others wanted to come in, so five of us waited outside while my son paid the bill and collected the ever so neatly wrapped delicacies. I am a stickler when it comes to price gouging. And that's what happened. We were charged duplicate for everything! My brother decided we should just walk away rather than go back and make the warranted fuss in this tiny shop that is already packed with people. So we did. Sadly, never to return.
google avatar

Robin L.

Yelp
Babbbbyyyyyy these chocolates are nothing short of a patty in your mouth! Don't stroll past this shop without going in a trying at least one of these chocolates. The service was great the women helping us was very knowledgeable on every chocolate and the items that were being specially made like Thors Hammer which was really cute. I ordered the variety but my favorite was the sea salt chocolate and the pistachio. It was a party in my mouth. The chocolate was so smooth and creamy but didn't seem overwhelmingly sweet.

Yelp
I'm so glad I got in and out when I did because after ordering there was people already starting a line This was one of the spot I really wanted to try because I saw a video on TikTok about an awesome Olaf hot cocoa bomb at the ganachery.. But when I went to purchase it I realized that it was so early in the day we didn't plan on leaving anytime soon and I didn't want it to melt in 80' degree weather so I passed on it I did however get the delicious artisan s'mores that had a fresh gram cracker on both sides a fresh marshmallow you get to watch be torched and delicious chocolate that is melted they assemble and the. Dust it with a Mickey Mouse art on top! It was so good I felt so elegant eating it just kidding it was very messy I had it all over my face and hands but overall yummy!
google avatar

Miriam F.

Yelp
Head over to The Ganachery and indulge in their special housemade s'mores - You can watch the whole process being made too! The graham crackers just melt in your mouth, they are salty and soft, the chocolate coating are drizzled on top of each cracker and also on top of the vanilla bean marshmallow squares. Believe me, this is definitely a treat you don't want to miss this holiday season! I love how the service was very fast and the staff was friendly! The Ganachery is a cute little spot but definitely captures your eyes and draws you in. A must visit when you're in Disney Springs!

Yelp
If you're a chocolate lover, then The Ganachery at Disney Springs in Orlando is a must-visit destination, and if you're lucky, you'll get to meet the charming and knowledgeable Sheila. During our recent visit, Sheila's impeccable service and profound knowledge of chocolate left us in awe. We arrived at The Ganachery before it opened, and my brother, a self-proclaimed chocolate connoisseur, was eager to learn more about the chocolate they offered. To our surprise, Sheila came outside and greeted us with open arms. Not only did she answer all of my brother's questions about the chocolate, but she did so with such grace and kindness that we knew we had stumbled upon something special. When we returned to make our purchases later, Sheila's class and professionalism shone through as she expertly guided us through the store's many offerings. Despite being busy, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the store, and her attentiveness and passion for chocolate left a lasting impression. Flash forward to a few weeks later, we returned to The Ganachery for more delicious chocolate. Despite a photo shoot happening at the store that day, Sheila was patient and attentive to our needs. When we ordered a special chocolate drink that required whipped cream, she went above and beyond to make it happen, even though all of the canisters were being used for the shoot. While we didn't think the whipped cream was necessary, Sheila popped into the back room and said something to the pastry chef and then she asked if we'd ever tried the orange chocolates that were part of our order. We told her that we had not had them before. She expertly described each chocolate we ordered, from the orange chocolate that hits your palette from the front to the back, to the spicy chocolate that takes a completely different path through your taste buds. She had us completely mesmerized and before we knew it, freshly whipped cream magically appeared for our drinks. And of course, she was right in doing so, because the whipped cream was incredible and worth the wait! Of course, Sheila's exceptional service didn't stop there. When she learned that we were taking the chocolates home with us, she gave us a cold ice pack to keep them fresh during our two-hour journey. We tried the chocolates at home and followed the steps and experiences that Sheila had described, and it is now officially a family tradition that we will cherish forever. We can't recommend The Ganachery and Sheila's service enough. Her passion for chocolate, knowledge, and attention to detail truly made our experience one-of-a-kind. We can't wait to return to The Ganachery on our next visit to Disney Springs and to see Sheila once again.

Yelp
I loved watching them make the smore...n it was Ooey gooey delish. For $8+ it should be. (It's Disney) I got a Custom 6 pc for the truffles. My favorites were the Pistachio & Gianduja.(Italian hazelnut) Yumm! I was a smidge disappointed w/the vanilla as I expected it to have a white cream filling but it was still okay. I was at Disney springs for a few other stores but decided to visit Ganachery this time too & glad I did. The people working there were friendly, & it was flowing but not too busy like last time. (why i didn't stop/wait on previous visit) They do as much as they can w/the limited space they have in there. Overall, a delightful little shop that I will revisit when I return. 4.5 stars!

Five stars for the best s'mores EVER! And ten stars for Destiny, the person who makes going into the Ganachery even sweeter! She's a very fun, energetic, but most of all, KIND person. We will be back!

Yelp
Calling all chocoholics in Disney Springs! I stopped by Disney Springs on a busy Saturday afternoon to visit a friend that works at one of the restaurants. It was a hot day and peak time so it was pretty crowded. I wanted to walk around a bit to enjoy the area but it was too hot and I was about to head back to the garage. I passed by Ganachery and remembered I was gifted some chocolates by them before so I had to stop in. This is a small shop with an array of chocolates to choose from. I originally thought to just get 3 pieces but those boxes were calling my name! I'm a sucker for packaging. I couldn't help myself and got a box of 6 to bring home. They had some of my favorite flavors that pair with chocolate- passion fruit, pistachio, coffee... and more! This decadent treat is great for treating yourself or gifting to loved ones.

Yelp
I will be dreaming about the Artisanal S'More and recommending it until the day I cease to exist. That being said, the store was incredibly crowded and there was no clear direction on where to wait while my s'more was being made, which spiked my anxiety. One cool thing about the store is the clear window into the kitchen. I enjoyed seeing my s'more be prepared. I will definitely be back, but am hoping the cast member will provide clearer instructions in the future. We visited The Ganachery on 09/11/2023.

Yelp
My relatives in Florida have been bringing me chocolates from this store for so long and I finally got to visit and it did not disappoint. Being in Disney Springs gives this place such an amazing atmosphere. My go to was the chocolate ganache which was absolutely amazing. Smooth and silky it was like hot chocolate on steroids. The chocolates from here are also extremely delicious. My relative ordered their s'mores sandwich which they make in front of you in the glass window, making it feel like dessert and a show. The people here were extremely friendly and add to the magic of the store. Definitely worth visiting!

Yelp
Love it!! It's chocolate so ya had me at that alone, but really good chocolate. And then on a chilly evening they pulled me in even more with an crazy awesome hot ganache. The best hot chocolate I've had anywhere hands down. Perfect after a chilly evening

Yelp
I have gotten stuff here in the past but now I mostly stopped through just to look at everything and enjoy the smell as being diabetic I really can't have anything from here anymore. I can say from experience that they do top quality high-end chocolates. We stopped in on this occasion because I saw an ad for Mjölnir Mighty Thor's Hammer. I have to say that it looked even better in person. It's a milk chocolate creation on a bed of chocolate rocks. I am a huge fan of chocolate rocks and I would love to try theirs. At $35 it is a bit pricey for me but their products are worth paying the money for. Like many places at Disney you find things that you can't find any place else and the quality shines through in the product.

Yelp
After dining at The Boathouse at Disney Springs, I was ready for some dessert. I had heard about a pastry shop, so I was planning on finding that, when our waiter mentioned The Ganachery. It was really close by, so we figured we could take a peek before deciding if we wanted pastries instead. Well thank you Jeffrey at The Boathouse--we LOVE The Ganachery and never made it to the pastry shop (maybe next time). We love dark chocolate but some of the milk chocolate pieces sounded divine as well. We got some chocolate pieces and some chocolate lollipops. They currently have a dark chocolate lollipop with key lime ganache in honor of Taste of Florida. It was our favorite out of all the chocolate we tried--PLEASE keep this on the menu! It was tangy and just the right amount of sweetness. On our first visit, we shared one, but came back the next day to get two more ;) As for the truffles, we didn't care for the Mint, Cinnamon, or Coffee. The coffee ganache with milk chocolate was too sweet. And the mint was really overwhelming because it had spearmint and peppermint. I don't think I've ever had something with two different mints in one? The passion fruit was underwhelming, didn't have a strong passion fruit flavor like others. We loved the raspberry, orange, caramel fleur de sel, and peanut butter however.
