We had a wonderful experience at the apartment community, and I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Luca! From the moment we walked in, his warm greeting and kindness made us feel right at home. You could truly see that he was genuinely invested in helping my daughter find the perfect apartment. Luca took the time to ensure we explored all the options and answered all our questions. His dedication and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Thank you, Luca, for your exceptional service!

One of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Everything in the building was kept up with very well. Sean, who is over the maintenance did an amazing job. So friendly and helpful. It’s also a great building, being able to park on your floor is very convenient. The apartments were built very well, never heard our neighbors, and overall was just a great apt. Also, I had a great experience with the management company. They were very communicative and would quickly respond.

**Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Realtor** I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience trying to view apartments through a realtor, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I reached out to inquire about viewing a property, the agent's attitude was nothing short of unhelpful and downright rude. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was met with impatience and condescension. It seemed like my interest in the property was more of an inconvenience to her than anything else. She barely listened to my questions and responded with short, dismissive answers. When I asked for more details about the apartments, she seemed annoyed, almost as if I was bothering her. The real kicker came when I tried to schedule an actual viewing. The realtor gave me conflicting information about availability, then proceeded to speak to me in a tone that was harsh and dismissive. I felt as though I was being treated like a nuisance, rather than a potential client. There was no effort to make the process easy or even polite. I was left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and unappreciated. I understand that real estate can be a busy field, but basic courtesy and professionalism should never be sacrificed. It's unfortunate that a simple apartment search turned into such a negative experience. I would absolutely not recommend this realtor to anyone—if this is the kind of treatment they offer, I can only imagine how much worse things would be if I had actually signed a lease through them. Buyer (or renter) beware—there are much more respectful and professional agents out there who will value your time and your business.

This is probably one of my favorite experiences in Anaconda. I’m a little kid and I also have my own playroom in here and I’m here right now.

Where to begin? I have lived in the building for just over two years. This is an excellent place to live. Extremely safe, very quiet, and the folks who work in/with the building are superb! Earlier this year, in the days following Hurricane Ida, staff from the building were ever present and ensured the building and those few who stayed behind were (1) safe and (2) had whatever supplies they needed (to the greatest extent possible). Who does that? The Garage does that. What price do you put on safety, especially in NOLA? Parking here is in what has to be the most secure garage in the city. A number of units have large balconies with great sunset views. I wouldn't change a thing.

Look no further if you're looking for quiet, safe, and well-designed apartments. The Garage is unique for its parking arrangement, of course - or where else in Nola do you have a car elevator to your floor! - but the true luxury is the team that manages the building. Repairs happen almost immediately, common areas are always clean, and they even fix a leak on the roof during a hurricane (true story!). Can't say enough good things about our little oasis in the city.

Wow, a bad review from someone who has never lived here?... I actually live in this building, so I am actually qualified to give a valid opinion of this building, its staff, and what it's like to live here compared to other places I've lived in over 35 years of renting and home ownership locally and elsewhere around the country. The staff in this building are exemplary; Curtis, Dena, and Dan are warm, friendly, responsive, and helpful in every way. Any brief encounter that left someone feeling any other way proves only the lack of ongoing actual experiences with the staff, as compared to those of us who live here and do actually experience the staff on an ongoing basis. This is a great place to live, it is convenient to many of the things that make New Orleans what it is; the street car line runs out front, the river, the Dome, the FQ, the CBD, the museums, and much of the area's best dining are an easy walk from here. The building might also be the safest in town. We are surrounded by 12 inches of concrete on 5 sides and 135mph impact-resistant glass on the other. It's completely quiet in our bedroom all night, every night. Our cars are indoors and 4 floors off the ground. I don't even put the top up on my convertible because it is safely indoors, it doesn't even get sunlight or dust. The clubroom is nice, the pool area is nice. There's a steam room and a sauna. The pool has a jet you can turn on so you can swim against a current without making laps. Our appliances had never been used when we moved in. This is a great place to live, take it from an actual resident of the building.

I have had an apartment in The Garage for almost a year now and really like it. The building is run by a great group of people – Sean & Dena being at the top of that list. The neighborhood is great – with easy access to the CBD and all the great restaurants within walking distance. Secure parking & keyless entry are added bonuses (the parking is the best offering of any building in city). Highly recommend.

Yelp
Location, location, location! This apartment complex is in the perfect location and amenities are lovely! Located in the Warehouse District steps away from the CBD + Quarters. The views from the units are so nice overlooking the city. Staff was helpful when inquiring about leasing. This apartment also has a car elevator-- hello! Can we say convince? I would recommend to anyone looking to be close to everything but not directly in the craziness of the city.
