The Garage is hands down my favorite bar in all of Las Vegas, no question about it! As a patron for years, I can attest it consistently delivers. They have round-the-clock service and an unbeatable 2:1 drink special, it's a winner. The drinks are potent, the grill serves up scrumptious bar food, and the bartenders are always friendly and attentive. Add in the inviting atmosphere, and you've got a real gem here. Highly recommend checking it out!

I recently moved to Las Vegas early in 2022 and have been slowly visiting the gay bars around town. This one has become my favorite because of the drink specials, the music, how clean it is, the clientele and not least of which is the fact that the bartenders are super nice and very attentive. People that left negative reviews before me I don’t know what bar they went to but hasn’t been my experience at all and I’ve come here a lot.

Definitely a good place to go during happy hour.. But the place is so busy sometimes it's hard to find a seat... It's nice to have a bar with pool tables... And the best part about this bar is there's no tough guys and they're walking around with their chest out..

Cool place, you can play pool inside, patio seating outside. Affordable drinks and food. The fried chicken wings with fries were tasty and enough for 2 people to share. Free bar snacks. Good vibes, I'll be back!

If you like Ru Paul on certain nights and they turn off all sports and put the volume, then you're in a good spot, otherwise go to the Hog or Flex for a nice gay bar experience.

Love coming to this bar while in town. It’s a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends, meeting people, playing pool, and drinking. I hate that many other bars are blasting music so loud you can’t hang out - and this place is perfect. Lots of food options with many better quality than regular bar food. Plus, they do have a patio!

Best happy hour in Vegas! Excellent service! Guy and staff promote a fun and friendly atmosphere! All cocktails are buy one get one free from 11 am to 7 pm and can use your free drink poker chips anytime from there on. Always have the best time and can't wait for my next visit to the garage.

That little window has some good food when you’re stoned and drunk at the same time. I’ve had their pizza with a friend, twice, in one sitting. And both veggie style. Veggie burger with avocado, $10.50 with $5 tip before it came out the window. There were more fries before pic was taken. Large Bud Light glass, $4.50. Been coming here for years. 25+ year Vegas local.

The entrance was locked, so it took a minute to get inside, but once in, the service was fast and very affordable, even at 5 in the morning. The atmosphere feels like a straight bar, but with LGBTQIA+ staff and possibly management. It seems like a place where a down-low (DL) guy might feel more comfortable, as it maintains a more traditionally straight vibe. It's also a great place to pregame due to the low prices and strong drinks. The bartender, Robert, knows customers by name, adding to the friendly atmosphere. The restrooms only have air dryers and no paper towels. They offer food from 5 pm to 1 am most days. You should join for happy hour, where they have great deals like buy one, get one free--an excellent deal given their already low prices. See attached photos for the menus as of 6/10/24.

Arrogant Will was rude. It bothered him that I asked for 2 waters and that he couldn't hear my voice. I have a nerve condition that affects my vocal cords but I don't need to explain myself. Didn't even explain the 2 for 1 sale until after he started pouring. I could've changed my order but the vibes were off anyway. Just a nasty attitude overall. The other bartenders were a lot nicer. Will, I understand you hate your job, but just be nice dude.

Came here with friends to get some food and drinks, It was a lovely time, especially since my bartender Will took such amazing care of us! I know these boys serve many people a day but never fail to make me and my visting friends feel at home!

Meh. The bar tenders had an attitude and the crowd was boring. Not really into this scene. In the words of the great Arianna grande... "Thank you, next."

Lively watering hole in what appears to have been a former restaurant or perhaps a mechanics shop hence the name. Parking seems plentiful. Great happy hour daily from 11am to 7pm 2 for 1 (5.00/ea in essence 2.50/ea). Little grill on hand open late. Food is very reasonably priced and our pizza was amazing for bar food!

The Garage is hands down my favorite happy hour in Las Vegas. Every day from morning to 7 pm, your drinks are buy one get one free. The pours are heavy, the vibe is dark and edgy, and the bartenders are sweet and quick. I love going here at any time, and the food is also fantastic. Very hole in the wall, quick greasy and delicious.

Pleasantly surprised. I went not expecting to like it as much as I did... though I do love cars and car culture. The bartenders were great, poured a strong drink... Crowd was nice, a good mix of ethnicities, body types, vibes... nice to be in a place that didn't seem just for one type... though with the car theme it may have been a little bit more of a 'bro energy' vibe. Four stars not five because, seriously, how is smoking still allowed in bars anywhere? Clothing stunk of smoke the next two days. Wish bars would make individual decisions to go non-smoking until the legislation does it.

It is sad to think that in such a small gay community, ignorance is what rules, I was there, I ordered a drink and the service was denied because my service dog was with me, no more questions were asked, I was just denied the service, terrible attitude, I would expect more from an establishment that is supposed to be non-discriminatory! I understand but I don't respect your position! We live in a time where the rules have changed, u guys have a good space, don't ruin it with ignorant employees.

Great neighborhood bar. Amazing drink specials, pool table, darts and outdoor seating. This is a "must" everything we visit Las Vegas. The bartenders are so friendly and make mean drinks. We have made some wonderful friends here and continue to make new ones. Easy to find but out of the way. It's. It on the strip and that, to me, is nice with fewer people and less crowded.

Love this place for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The great drink portions for a low price certainly don't hurt either. The food could use some improvement for sure, but that's not why you come here. Love the various games throughout the place and the generous happy hour. Keep in mind before visiting that this bar is heavily skewed towards gay men, so lesbians and wlw won't find much in terms of meeting other women- however there is no judgement or lack of acceptance for women. One of my go-to spots to hang out with my queer friends

The first thing, remember this is a gay bar. But it isn't a typical gay bar. This social spot has many perks! For starters, food being served is a definite plus. It's a nice take on pub food. Items that will satisfy your cravings or machines to sober you up to head out or keep drinking, whatever suits you. The other amazing factor of this "garage" is their drinks not being overpriced. The willingness of the staff and bartenders to keep an atmosphere that is welcoming and relaxed. The bartenders are all different. I mention this because each of them have very different personality types and technical skills. Of course, they are all attractive men, of different flavors. That's a no-brainer. Whoever does the hiring caters to it's all of it's client's taste in men. When you think gay bar it must evoke images of overly produced house/techno music. But not the garage. Imagine every genre of music getting a turn to be rotated on a master jukebox. Hollister on steroids with a splash of joy division and gangsta rap. But as most of you may not know the music is selected by the guests through a service you purchase digital tokens for. A sorta streaming live jukebox fantasy. Overall, if you want to experience something very unique and out of your norm, come to this place to join in the debauchery that is the local LAS VEGAS!

Nice bar and very clean. The bartenders were a bit cold. Prefer the Phoenix bar and lounge. Beautifully decorated and Way over the top. Love it!

The Garage is one of my go to bars in Vegas. It is a gay bar so if it's not your thing, simple solution is not to go. If it is your thing, why haven't gone/ why aren't you there right now? But in all seriousness, I love this place. They have a small outdoor patio, pool table, and excellent food! Generally I try to go during their happy hours, but if you can't make it then no worries because everything very decently priced. The staff are great and honestly every time I go, I walk away pleased. This last time I went, I realized they also feature trivia too (Tuesdays-i believe). You can't go wrong here!

Great happy hour that you really can't beat, and it's every single day! There's always a different crowd every time you come, and plenty of space to sit or stand. The food is also pretty good and they have free bags of chips, too. The only thing is the bartenders sometimes charge differently for the same drinks and can't keep track of orders. I guess goes with the turf when you're always busy.

The crowd is relatively friendly but not attractive. They will sell you food which then they never deliver, and then look at you like you're the crazy person for having ordered it in the first place. Do not recommend.

Lovely place to hang out with my friends, have some beers and talk just about everything. Bartenders are very attentive and the ambience is nice and cool. Perfect for a casual afternoon.

Love the location and it's the best gay bar in Vegas love the bar tenders always and the food and drinks are amazing great place to chill with friends or go by yourself and relax watch some sports or music videos on screen and meet people.

The food is pretty good for a bar, but sometimes they get your order wrong. This place is better for coming with friends than meeting new people. A lot of people come in groups. On an average busy night, I'd say I was approached by 2 people every 3 hours here, so not even 1 person per hour. In contrast, I've been approached by 2-4 people per hour at other places. The bartenders are super friendly and work hard to fill everyone's drinks. Overall, the bar can be mid depending on your expectations. I was hoping to make new queer friends, but this isn't the place for that. But the food and vibes were cool, so I'll definitely come back with friends next time.

We had a lot of fun here. We played billiards/pool and it was a blast. Met some really fun people here too. Music could've been better but it's because it was disco night. But overall, I'd come back for sure.

Tom the bartender is amazing! Very friendly and attentive to all customers. Great customer service and always smiling.

Okay so if you're looking for a clean, lgbt bar that really takes covid protocols seriously, this is the spot! Favorite things here: raspberry mules, tequila shots, and $1 pool games! The restaurant here is really good as well. I like the fries and the chicken tendies Also they have some free snacks if you really need it after drinking The restrooms are clean and unisex All genders are welcome :) Ample parking but try to get dropped off

Busier than expected and the bartenders were so nice. This was our first gay bar experience. It was vibrant and most people kept to their group. Drinks were priced well and the food was good and came quickly! 10/10

wish I could give 10 stars because 5 just isnt enough. I hope I heard him correctly I believe his name is Robert. OMG BEST BARTENDER EVER!!! The guy is so down to earth, so tentative and has a personality OUT OF THIS WORLD. My friends and I always come here and when we see him behind the bar we get super excited because he always makes our night 10x better. Love Robert and love this bar.

Best gay bar in Vegas!! Great staff and always friendly. They are fast with the drinks and always aware when someone needs a new drink even when they are very busy.

The only thing as far as food I have a forego is the Nachos they're not great, the entire item is not fresh and processed meat sauce and cheese. Service is great and friendly.

Drinks are great, its a nice vibe. The kitchen does a nice job with bar food. Will definitely return every time I'm in Vegas.

A local spot for local gays!!! One of the better chill gay bars in Vegas. The prices are affordable, the happy hour is BOMB, and the guys behind the bar are yummy, A+ servers with A+ service, if you know what I mean! The only downside is that they allow smoking inside. So you will smell like an ashtray when you leave. Pool tables, shuffle board, and darts are available! For a fun Friday and Saturday, check out The Garage!

This bar was lots of fun! It was our first time visiting from California. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and service! David helped us the whole time we were there and they were busy! He made us really good watermelon Mexican candy shots which I still think about. The food was also really good. Definitely look forward to going back on our next visit!

David is not currently enforcing the mask mandate on property. When addressed he got a horrible attitude with me. It turns out it was one of his friends, so therefore he was protecting her since she refused to comply. Additionally, David was aware that his friends were also doing cocaine in the bathrooms and did nothing about that. A bar patron witnessed this in edition another bartender were witness to this. David's actions were unprofessional and uncalled for. David's friend was named Laura, she kept parading the bar with her squad without masks. Due to the actions, the PM bartender told David he should 86 her, however David stated "don't worry, I'll take care of it."

Another "gay friendly" space thats not actually gay friendly. If youre young and attractive, be prepared to get mean looks from the bartenders who are jealous of you. This is mostly a hangout for middle aged and older guys who are on the scruffier side. Think bears, daddies. The food is served through a counter-service window and is mostly fries, chicken wings. They have pool tables and video games which are fun to play. Most people pregame here before going to other bars and clubs. Ive heard of guys getting free drinks here if they're straight-acting and meet an insecure bartender whos eager for attention.

I get it is a pandemic going on. They are keeping control of the traffic of people for social distancing parameters. I been in line for 40 mins. at the front of the line, security let 4 set of people go before us with no explanations. We saw 5 people leave with no entrance of the same people. It's a 108 degrees outside. So I dont who their process is. In the middle of this review another 3 people left and we are still waiting. This is definitely not a good process and very disappointed. Update: Once inside, the staff was friendly. Drinks definitely reasonable and pretty great size.

The Garage is a fun lively bar! I was invited to hang out while my girlfriend played in a pool tournament. So many nice people hanging out here. The drinks are very inexpensive..we had a glass of Chardonnay and a Sex on the Beach, total was $9.50! Cant beat that for two drinks. Lots of space to move around, pool tables and they play pretty good music. Now a little tid bit..back in the day, I mean way back in the day, this used to be a 'Supper Club' That had a kitchen serving delights like Cioppino and Clams Casino, with the best Caesar salad! It had round leather booths, waiters with white aprons, a live piano bar and a dance floor. It was kind of a little hideaway just off the strip for late night dining and dancing. I would frequent here often after a performance on the strip or a night at the club. Not sure when this went away, but I have fond memories. Any-hoo, its a happening alternative bar for all genders now! Fun bar! Located at East Flamingo and Algonquin, on the SE side tucked away in the back.

As a member of the LGBT community, I love supporting businesses from my community. The Garage is definitely one of those staples out in Vegas for those to check out. It doesn't have that "dang club" vibe nor does it feel super like a "bar" even thought it actually is in fact just a bar. They have extremely affordable prices and great food. I love this place for casual hang outs.

I have been coming to the Garage since they opened. It is always a great place to go. Cheap drinks but a hefty pour. Buy a drink and get a chip to use for a second drink. The bartenders are all friendly and make great drinks! It is always immaculate, including the bathrooms.

Omg Tito is the best!! He's hilarious and keeps me entertained while making our drinks. Plus they are nice and strong. Love the patio outside, the music is great too. Come check them out

Chris was an absolute GEM to the "club " industry. He was extremely sweet, well mannered, and made me feel Seen, valuable, and worth every minute of my time. I had tears in my eyes while thanking him for his hospitable attitude, and his anticipation to ensure the customers are comfortable. I was having an uncomfortable interaction with a customer and Chris came to my rescuer and made sure I was left alone and with my own Peace. He's incredible and loving and very well Mannered. If your not aware by now this is an extreme appreciation review all due to Chris. He's made my experience beyond 5 Stars. I love you. Thank you.

I've been coming to the Garage regularly since 2014 and have always felt like family. Robert - the graveyard bartender is warm, welcoming, and knows his craft! The Garage is a gay bar that doesn't feel gay - and I love that. It's a safe space for everyone.

Unfriendliest bar I've been to in a long time. Very clickish; none of the fun, friendly ambiance one would expect from a gay bar.

Love this bar and have for several years. Last night, we had a small group that was looking to have a good time and enjoy some adult beverages. We were not disappointed at all! Our bar tender, Baby T, made FABULOUS drinks, and served them with an even more fantastic attitude! She is one of the staple bar tenders and reasons why we continue to come back week after week. Definitely an asset!!!! Additionally, this establishment has an incredible business model. Clean, high quality, and VERY reasonable! I would recommend this bar to any person looking for a judgement free environment coupled with quality service and quality beverages!

Problematic staff makes this place avoidable. Better places to spend time. Unfriendly staff.
