The Garrison

Fantastic apartment! Stayed there for 6 months and the property manager Taylor took excellent care and was incredibly flexible with the time frame and the fact that I moved in close to midnight. Community is very welcoming, and whenever you’re moving heavy boxes a neighbor will always at least help hold the door. Most neighbors have ring doorbell cameras, making the community feel even safer. Excellent location right next to Dan’s - an Austin staple, and Radio Coffee. HEB on South Congress is only a short drive away. Amy’s ice cream and a half price books both within 6-7 minutes. I worked downtown, and it was a 20 minute drive during PEAK traffic hours taking Lamar - EXCELLENT for Austin! Excellent apartment complex, made even better with excellent management!

I've been living here for 3 years and it's great! Quiet and really friendly people! Any maintenance issues that arise are handled very quickly and very much appreciate that. I look forward to another year here. Thank y'all for your hard work!

This Review is For The Garrison. Its an apartment spot in south austin. Its a lucky find because its non assuming. This weekend was the 4th of July it was my move in week. When I got there @ 1:20 in the morin the whole apartment complex was "totally Quiet!!" Im serious I expected peeople in and out ,loud noises & such. NOPE!!! PURE PEACE & QUIET!!! MY Onboardig Journey Widt Mr.Taylor was jus as peaceful & pleasant. Some Apartment Mgrs. Really treat u like the piece of meat you are! Personal Service is more HOSTILE! No Welcoming & Conforting. Not here tho!!!! Taylor was Easy to talk to & easy to work with & when you give him the TRUTH of your situation. He meets you upfront widt FACTS Ensureing you a WIN @ One of the properties he manage. With TAYLOR you dont haft to LIE 2 KICK IT!! jus tell him the truth & alwayse keep him informed & your living & stress or lack of will be ok!!! Living at The Garrison has been a great experience! I moved in around September 2021, and I'm going on my 4th year. I love the pool & grill. My dog enjoys playing fetch in the dog park. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful. The property manager has also been helpful, and I can tell that they appreciate their tenants!

I'm just renewed my lease. This will be my 7th year here, and I just wanted to say that it's been a great place to live. The maintenance crew, and Taylor, specifically have been responsive and helpful whenever a maintenance issue has arisen. When I first moved in, the apartments had just been renovated, and it felt like I was moving into a brand new place. the location is also convent for me, as I own an Auto Detailing business, which is less than a 10 minute commute for me from the apartment. It's also nice that there's a pool in the courtyard (which is always clean and well maintained.)

The Garrison has been my home for the past four and a half years. The people who live here are great. The apartment manager, Taylor, does a great job being approachable and attentive while maintaining the property. The maintenance staff is really on top of everything. The location is great. Highly recommend.

The Garrison is a great apartment complex, probably the best one I’ve ever rented at, out of many different complexes I’ve rented from over the years. It’s small, clean, and the neighbors are all quiet and polite. The property manager, Taylor, is extremely friendly and responsive. Any time I’ve needed to reach out to him he has replied right away and addressed my concerns immediately. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve lived at The Garrison for almost five years now and I’m planning to renew for another! I’ve certainly experienced both highs and lows here, but that tends to be the case with any apartment. The maintenance team is always quick to help and always friendly. Taylor is prompt in responding to inquiries/issues and is always available if needed. I have pretty regular concerns about the security and the safety of the building but, I’ve had the same concerns with other apartments as well. That said, everyone here is always on alert and looking out for each other. It’s a tight-knit community and the neighbors are by far my favorite part of living here. That, and the pool 😎
