Burger Favorite FM Kitchen’s Montrose Location Opens Next Week | Eater Houston

"I note that Daisy Buchanan Lounge, the sister bar to Montrose’s new luxe steakhouse Gatsby, opened Saturday, June 19 in the former Bar Victor space at 4321 Montrose Boulevard. The bar will feature modern takes on creative cocktails—like the Not-A-Colado made with pineapple rum and Campari—serve dishes from Gatsby’s food menu, and present classic jazz and swing music performed live nightly. Fun spot. Chill on the weekdays but they still have alll the music, lights going, and tables. Great place for cute clubbing photos and to dress up a little. Personally, i like to spend time dancing in the basement area 😊

Came here on halloween night 2025 and i couldn’t help but wonder if DJ was both deaf and blind? It seemed like he couldn’t hear his shitty music and couldn’t see that no one was dancing. Crazy! At one point the bouncer was yelling at everyone like children too 😂 the bartenders were wonderful though, tip them well!
