Haven't been to the gem in a year and it was just like I remember. Great juice recipes and the only place I know of where I can get ginger shot.

Why arent your cashiers educated on what vegan is? I find it abysmal that when asking to confirm if an item is vegan in a health food juice bar that the people that work there dont even know the ingredients in their own food. I literally asked the cashier if the food was vegan and she looked at me like I had 3 heads and was completely clueless. That also makes me question who is making the food and if there are non vegans how often it gets mixed up because they dont know what no dairy no animal products means...

I have been to this new location today and was surprised how dirty the floor was and there tables. When I had a soup the cup was not even full which was never the case before. The employees giggle more in the back than taking care of the business cleanliness. Can you imagine how clean there juice devices are, if they don’t even clean there tables. It was not even busy. Absolute careless useless new generation getho hippies.

I always know whatever goes into my body from The Gem is nutritious, clean, pure and prepared with lots of love and attention to detail. When you see the owners jumping in to help at the register on busy days and cleaning the front doors to make sure all is sparkling you know they are making sure too that all that goes into their customers bodies sparkles as well ✅

First time trying The Gem this week...Love the products and Love the staff! Great fresh juices and food. Doesn't taste like it was made days ago. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my diet needs. The best part is they have Workout Cleanse that includes FOOD also! I'm kicking my current juice bar to the curb! The Gem is my new home!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY: I purchased the 5 Day Diamond Cleanse on Monday, 9 Aug., for a scheduled pick up for Tuesday at noon. This was a $299.39 purchase, which included a $45 tip. I figured with all the great reviews, the tip warranted what I thought I'd be receiving in return. As of Tuesday at 1130 am, my ordered hadn't been accepted nor prepared by this Luther Lane location. After I called the location to see why, I was told that my order was nowhere to be found and that I must have the wrong location. The young lady who answered the phone asked for my number so that she could call me back. I suggested she also take my order number. She took it down and proceeded with she would try to locate my order and call me back. 15 mins after the phone call ended, I received a phone notification stating my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the Luther Lane location to pick up my order. Once I walked in to the store, I was not greeted as a customer and there was no enthusiasm from the workers. I proceeded to the counter to retrieve my order, and I was told that I would be receiving my 2 Days worth that Tuesday, and would have the come back and get the other 3 Days on Wednesday. I thought that was odd! As I started my cleanse Wednesday morning, and thought it would have made more sense for me to retrieve that next 3 Days on Thursday. Either way, I was given my 2 days and wasn't told anything else but that. I called Wednesday, 10 May, around 10am to schedule a pick up time for the next 3 days. I was told that the serving had already been made and ready for pick up. Again odd to me, as I was unable to pick up that day and had to go on Thursday. Considering that the juice is freshly made, I don't understand why the scheduling of a cleanse pick up is an issue for this place. Especially after going in on Tuesday and all the workers appear to not want to be there, and had the facial expressions of clock watchers. When I arrived Thursday, I received the best customer service from Lyla. She not only was happy to assist me, she also informed me on how I should be taking the cleanse. She actually lead with a smile and seemed to be the only person who wanted to be in this place. Her commitment and dedication to providing great customer service, is what I was looking for that Tuesday. As for as the cleanse, the taste and textures were unsatisfactory. Very bland, and I didn't taste any of the ingredients on the label. Day 3 is when I usually start to feel the pros of a cleanse. Since it's only day 2, I will come back for another review at the end. I am an avid juicer. Every 4 months I do a 5 day cleanse. I try to give every juice bar in Dallas the opportunity to WOW me. Especially if there are good reviews. Unfortunately, this place did not. I will stick with Clean Juice before going here again. Better tasting product, and way better customer service. 16 May 2022: I felt no benefits of this juice cleanse. I honestly believe it was form the lack of a quality product!

So grateful to have found this place while visiting Dallas! Everything is so healthy and they even make their own home made cashew milk. I got the matcha latte and it was delicious! I'm super picky when it comes to matcha and this place did not disappoint!

Had their juice and chia pudding at an event and was amazed at how fresh and wonderful it tasted. Wish I lived closer so I could get this every week!!

This was honestly all we could ask for the morning after a wedding. Made fresh, whole ingredients, was quick. I upgraded to the larger size and couldn't finish it all! And the disco ball made the ambiance 10/10.

5 Star all around. Great Service, healthy wholesome what's not to love! The must have for me here is the amazing hummus...OMG... I didn't think I would get this hooked. But I am completely obsessed and I think about it very often LOL

I popped into Lucky Dog Barkery nearby to grab some birthday treats for my pup and had a hankerin' for a smoothie so I did a search to see what was nearby. GEM popped up and seemed to have some great offerings--and gosh, I'm so glad I tried it out! The White Diamond smoothie was DELICIOUS. I can't wait to pop in on my way home from work in Frisco so I can try out some more of the delicious offerings I saw on the menu. PS. Online ordering was super simple, my smoothie was ready and waiting for me, and pickup was an overall breeze!

This place has everything. The juice. The food. The smoothies. And all organic. Their immunity mix and allergy mix have powered me through man seasons and out of many sinus related woes. GEM juices have made it possible for me to recover from surgery and avoid getting sick in the first place. But my favorite part is the customer service. They are so good with my orders and everyone is so nice. I love this place!

Can't say enough great things about The Gem. It's my happy place. 100% Organic (only ones in Dallas) and everything they have is fantastic. Personal faves are the MVP Soup--seriously addicted--and the Dandelion Salad, also the Immunity Mix this winter was a life-saver. Smoothies are best in town, bar none. Crown Jewel and Jaded Ginger Snap, are my go-tos (I add extra kale). And their service is the best. All the people who work there know their stuff and offer pointers (even clued me into ordering the MVP in bulk to save!) I'm always greeted with a smile. Big hearts. (They even gave me an affirmation on my smoothie!)

I always come here when I'm in town. I moved to Denver 5.5 years ago and I always remember to come to The Gem every single time I come back home. I miss it so much. So many great options. Fair prices. Nice people. And high quality products. It really is a gem. PLEASE COME TO DENVER .

You'll like this place. The atmosphere is friendly and energetic with the surroundings and music. They do a great job on their drinks too. Compared to where I got my juice the day before in Albuquerque, this was wonderful. You can see they put more healthful ingredients in their drinks. We've been here before while in Dallas. Will return in the future when I want my morning celery drink.

The drinks have a unique taste. The mixture of ingredients is good for you. The end taste is different but good. All of the customers are in good physical shape.

Wellness makes me happy. This place makes me happy. My review is limited to the juices since that's all I've had here. As you order your juice at the register, you can see the fresh fruits and vegetables laid out on the kitchen counter, all waiting to go into your juice. You know that only good things are going into your juice because you can watch for yourself as they insert all the wonderful plants into the juicer. For those looking for sweet and sugary juices, you'll be disappointed. But for those looking for a healthful juice without added sugars or artificial sweeteners, you'll love it here. I had the Green Glow juice on my last visit. It consisted of nothing but kale, cucumber, lemon, apple, and ginger. It made me very happy. :) One word of caution: the parking around here is hellacious during the lunch hour on weekdays.

This place is great. They are the only place in Dallas that I have found is TRULY ORGANIC and uses only organic products with no nasty additives. If you are in the area and you don't want to worry about "is everything here organic?" come to this place. I also noticed the comment and poor rating below about the cups being plastic. While I agree that it is not the most ecological solution, plastic is recyclable! The Gem even offers to recycle the cups for you! I do not think something like that should warrant a 1 star review and is not indicative of the product that this place puts out. Overall, this place from top to bottom is clean, efficient and delicious. My favorite smoothie is the Tahitian Pearl. I usually add some vanilla protein to it as well.

My smoothie was super yummy...until I got to the bottom. There were huge chucks that weren't blended :( my husbands was the same way.

The are the WORST at making smoothies. No flavor ever & if you ask why your smoothie taste sour , they get upset. I have give them a few chances & just keeps getting worse. At 14 dollars a smoothie , it should at least taste decent.

I use to like this place because I use to do the owners nails when I worked down the street at Bellacures. bBut today the cashier was rude. She didn't respond when I spoke and although I HANDED her my money she put my change o the counter and was about to make me pick it up. I asked for my $20 back and left. I'm more disappointed than anything. I won't say it's because the color of my skin but she did hand the person with less melanin their money back. Yeah I hope Mary Catherine sees this and knows how foul her staff was.

wow, for $10, I figured someone at least taste tested the smoothies before putting them on the menu. The Crown Jewel tastes like chocolate mixed with spinach and dirt ... awful. If you're going to charge $10 for a 12 oz smoothie, every one on the menu should be world beating. If only 2 flavors for the bill, you should wipe everything else off the menu. Just my two cents, which I won't be spending at this over priced place again.

Love these smoothies but love the staff even more! They're so helpful with ingredients and off the menu favorites (ask for Cassandra's Coffee and CeCe's Citrine smoothie!) Their online mobile app makes ordering so easy and if you can't find parking, just call ahead and they'll run out the goodness to your car. We love you Gem!

Update: Owner messages me as seen below in such a condescending manner acting as if the smoothie I usually get has some Starbucks type of configuration settings. Lol!! It's literally just (half banana) but they refuse to update their app to allow "1/2 banana" on all smoothies, although it IS an option for some, which makes no sense. Then she further offends me by saying I change my order frequently- as if I can't order different things or as if I don't order for my family and friends as well. Then she uses Covid as an excuse for inconsistent service and lack of customer service. You keeping your employees working during a pandemic has absolutely nothing to do with my valid complaints. Mind you, these are complaints I've voiced in person for over a year and keep getting ignored. She didn't send a thank you reply when I first moved here and gave them 5 stars but sure as heck jumped on this to save face. Well, I spend $40/day there on average in between in person and deliveries so you'll see a $1200 drop in monthly sales from now on. Leslie, thanks for the passive aggressive tone. I gave you an opportunity to fix things yet you lashed out. You're truly a gem.

I finally got to venture here recently before a Saturday hair appointment. I am happy to hear they now stay open until 6pm on weekdays too! They used to close at 3pm, and I never made it over. The energy and decor is super fun and environment-friendly (encouraging recycling and whatnot). The staff is so friendly ad helped me choose The Crown Jewel which is loaded with goodness. It is a thick smoothie with a lighter taste which I did not expect with all of the ingredients, but I really liked it. I felt amazing after drinking it because I had a headache and needed something healthy to bring it down. I felt so energized and great later! I will be back here again, and I may buy some of their supplements/vitamins they sell.

They have a huge variety of non diary fresh smoothies in innovative flavors. I love that everything is explained right on the menu so you don't have to keep asking what's in each thing. But be warned deciding between all their options is tough. I gave a 4 because it's so expensive!

The Gem is a great place to grab a delicious and nutritious snack or meal. I come here to get freshly squeezed fruit juices and vegetable juice. I've never tried anything I didn't like. Enough said.

I went here solely because of another review on Yelp. The other patron raved about the Tahitian Pearl. I read the description. It sounded delicious. So I went. The staff was friendly, the place was cute. I'm all about health and vitality and holistic eating. But I drove 35 minutes and paid $8 for what tasted like icy cardboard. It didn't taste like any of the ingredients it advertised. Didn't taste any hint of coconut, banana, or cocoa. I wouldn't mind shelling out $8 on a mind-blowing smoothie, but it was bland and tasteless. Just tasted like almond butter blended with ice. C'mon ladies. You could've tossed an extra mejdool date in the blender. I can't speak for the other drinks they serve. They may be wonderful. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE "TAHITIAN PEARL". It's a pretentious rip-off.

Stopped in The Gem for a quick pick me up and not sure why I haven't come here sooner. So many healthy smoothies that actually have clean ingredients! I added the chocolate pea protein to my smoothie and it was great. No chalky flavor and not too sweet. I'll definitely be back! I would love if they started offering collagen protein also.

Maybe I'm a little harrowed so my bias is I'm slightly frustrated by the parking and travel time. I came from hood-ass Oak Cliff on my lunch break. I googled a few places, liked the branding here and jumped on the road... I went to an old address... and that's completely my fault - but it was about another 8 minutes from where I was. The place is amazing looking, the staff are friendly, the menu is crisp and clean - everything on the site matches everything you see in person. Got the Green Glow beverage - added jalapeno. It's delicious. Place has seating but it can be a bit of a squeeze to get around because of placement and layout. Parking is a biatch, it's a very busy lunch/retail strip in D-Town. Would i go back? Yes but not when I'm in a rush during lunch. Sorry not as cute and animated as my other reviews.

What a great addition to Preston Center! The Gem offers juices, smoothies and shots but, not the type you are thinking about. Located on the southwest side of Preston Center, The Gem's space is open, clean, inviting, comfortable, you name it, the space invites you in. I figure there are two types of people in the world peanut butter and chocolate people and fruit people. I am the former so I tend to stick with the Tahitian Pearl and Chocolate Diamond. Nonetheless, the Super Sapphire is great too! I haven't tried The Gem's juices but, people seem to love them; however, I have tried their shots which include, Ginger, Turmeric and a few others. They may not taste so great but, they leave you feeling good. Any time I am looking for a light lunch or healthy snack, I'll be sure to swing by here.

Juice comes in plastic bottles the most non eco-friendly way of bottling. Blonde, bored housewife vibe of 'lets open a juice company!' cheerleaders for juicing but are doing it wrong.

This really is a hidden gem in the Preston center. I recently found this place through a good friend of mine, and it quickly became one of my favorite juice bars in town. It's not in my neighborhood but whenever I'm close by I just grab a smoothie or juice to go. My favorite is Tahitian Pearl smoothie, and I love to add protein powder (vegan!). It actually tastes amazing with it, believe it or not! Customer service is great too - they are so nice and attentive. Today I picked up my Tahitian Pearl after my workout but it just tasted wrong. Super icy and didn't have the richness I love. I usually hate to bother people but had to, because you know it's a $8 smoothie I wanted to enjoy the most of it! The staff members were apologetic and professional, and happily made me another one, and made sure that it tasted in the way I usually get. Wish this place were closer - they close at 2:30 pm and sometimes my schedule doesn't work with their hours. 5 stars!

I don't normally like juice bars but decided to try it. Everything I've tried so far is fantastic. The soups are delicious. They also offer healthy snacks too!

Wonderful service. Delicious smoothies -- though they needed more blending. Bananas did not blend all the way and the smoothies are a little thick. Delicious steel cut oats with yummy toppings and house-made cashew milk. So great to be able to walk here for breakfast from the Hilton Park Cities hotel. So glad to have healthy options nearby!

I love all of the healthy choices here! The 3 Bean Salad is not to be missed. The ability to choose fresh pressed or bottled juices if you are on the go is a plus. The employees are always super helpful and will recommend little additions to your fresh pressed juice, jalapeño or ginger, yum! The Green Glow is my absolute favorite!

The Gem, I really want to love you more. Your juices are fantastic, your side treats are a treat. But your hours of business are catered to a stay at home mom who wants a juice after she drops the kids off. Want a juice after work? Closed. How about a juice after a great Sunday morning workout. Closed. I was so bummed out this week (TWICE!) to try and get over to you guys and both times closed. Best of luck in the future- 5/5 stars for the juices! They're great!

I was in the mood for something detox healthy. I thought to myself I haven't tried The Gem yet and it's been around for a while so I thought why not give it a try. Glad I did. The Gem offers reasonable prices, fresh, and clean. They are a typical juice bar but offers food and snacks. The girls were super helpful when I asked them questions. I ordered their Cameo smoothie (kale, spinach, strawberry, coconut water, orange, and coconut manna)which was a perfect in between fruit and greens. It's not super sweet but it was not too bitter either. I think I found my found my new favorite smoothie. I also got the Jalapeño Pesto from their food menu which is super good. I put that on top of my falafel I made at home. Great with pita chips I'm sure! I bought their Ruby Slipper Juice which contains cucumber, carrot, beet, lemon, and ginger. Not bad but I wouldn't order it again. I got it because of the beets because I absolutely love beets!

This is another great place to enjoy an organic smoothie or juice. They do carry more than just the juices and smoothies, so if you are wanting a fast healthy snack - The Gem is the place to go. The Radiant Glow cold pressed juice and Super Sapphire smoothie were excellent today. I will be back soon!

I've finally found a "gem" in Dallas where fresh organic juices and smoothies are made to perfection. It's rare to find such a great place like "The Gem". Although the parking is awful, I don't mind stopping my car in the middle of the street and running inside. It would be worth the traffic violation. LOVE this place!

I just got introduced to The Gem. Best tasting smoothie I have ever had. The Chocolate Diamond is excellent! Great place.

This is one my personal favorite places! They're great; personable staff, healthy and equally delicious menu. Must haves: Kombucha with chia seeds, Green Glow juice, and definitely don't leave without trying the "Crack"ers (cinnamon flax seed crackers. Caution: you will eat the whole bag in one setting. Just embrace it.). I also love the kale salad, quinoa salad and hummus. Oh and the Bright Like a Diamond shot. Net-net: you really can't go wrong here. It's all great! Just give yourself some time to find parking.

Great smoothie and a good alternative to places like Jamba Juice where everything is drowned in sugar. Pretty pricey but you get a quality product. I got a 10oz kids smoothie, added kale ($1), and it was $6.50.

I'm not a smoothie girl at all nor am I big on liquid health, but after one taste of their Tahitian Pearl smoothie, I am addicted to The Gem! (By the way, all of the menu items are named after precious stones (gems)!) :-) I love the mood of this place - colorful, uplifting, and young. You will shed 5 years off just by walking in. If you aren't sure where to start, or what to order, just look for the writing on the wall or ask one of their Certified Health Counselors, like Maury - she knows EVERYTHING!! They'll know how to fix what ails you and they will make it taste great. I'm not even loyal for the incredible health benefits....honestly - I just love the taste and I know that it's good for me! Poor form. The place was lit up the two employees were having a juice and I went in at 6:07 p.m. and all they said was we close at 6.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything is delicious and healthy. If I could come here everyday I would. My favorites are the PCD smoothie and the green glow juice!! This place is so yummy!

I love this place. It's pricy but you just feel so dang good after visiting The Gem. I love the Tahitian Pearl smoothie and the kale salad. I'm thinking of trying a three-day juice cleanse, too. The staff is super kind and informative, and I love the overall vibe of the new location on Luther Lane.

I already wrote a review for The Gem in the Preston Forest Shopping Center but I am so excited there is a Gem near my work that I must write another review! I love love love everything I have tried here, and I order something different each time. Everything is super fresh, healthy, and delicious! Very friendly staff, very happy interior. Parking around the area can be difficult though.

I work right next door to the Gem and find myself in here more than like 2 times a day! Everything is so fresh and tasty and the girls are super sweet! They have definitely won me over!
