I’ve been very pleased at THE GEORGE . The grounds are well-maintained , clean environment and the community feels safe and welcoming. Management is professional, responsive, and easy to work with — they address questions quickly and clearly. I especially appreciate the maintenance team, goes above and beyond. Requests are handled promptly, thoroughly, and with a friendly attitude. Overall this property offers great value and excellent service — I highly recommend it.

Josh is an absolute maintenance superstar! The entire office team is friendly, professional, and always helpful. This is truly a great place to live, it’s clean, well-kept, and super convenient to shops and restaurants. Loving where you live makes all the difference.

✔️THE GEORGE is such a wonderful place with amazing amenities and beautiful landscaping, with great security features and they’re always putting on cool events for the residents even for our pets and the office is just wonderful when I first looked at the apartment. Jesus showed me my unit and help me make the decision. He’s so knowledgeable incredible along with the rest of the staff GM - Chris Holt and Assistant GM Autumn and Nic as I’ve gotten to know the rest of the staff you cannot just not fall in love with them. They’re always so helpful and wonderful but my first contact was with Jesus. He is just so knowledgeable. The GEORGE, team is always willing to help and always willing to go out of their way to make their residence Be absolutely 100% happy with The team here at THE GEORGE is just extremely fabulous. We have recently visited the George and had an amazing experience with Nick, the leasing agent. Nick was prepared, personable and kind. He was a great help in showing the amenities and rooms. He made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had. Nick made sure that we had a great experience touring the complex and did an amazing job. Very appreciative of Nick and the work he did for us. If you are thinking of looking at the George, Nick is a great person and does a great job of showing!

Though I do not currently live at the George, I have nothing but positive things to say. My fiancé and I drove to DFW today from Austin to check out the area. It was a long day of touring several places in the area and we ended up calling the George before heading back home. Nick welcomed us in to tour and we immediately felt at home. From start to finish — he was extremely impressive and helpful. You could tell how much he cared about our experience finding our future home in Fort Worth. He was not only professional, but incredibly kind and welcoming. Nick — if you are reading this… THANK YOU!!! We hope that something comes available at the George for us here soon. We would absolutely love to live here.

I've personally lived at several luxury apartment complexes through the years and I can honestly attest to the dedication of the staff at The George. The whole team consistently treats the tenets with respect and prompt service. I have many friends who have lived or are living at The George and are also very happy with their experiences. I'm personally renewing my lease at the same time I'm writing this review. I'd like to thank the team at The George for all they do and let anyone who is thinking about living in one of the nicest areas of Ft. Worth that you'll be glad you chose The George!

I absolutely love it here! The property manager (Chris) and staff go above and beyond — they’re always friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. The amenities are top-notch and always well-maintained, and the community events are a fun bonus that really help bring everyone together. It’s such a welcoming and well-run place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

This place is gorgeous! I had one of the best experiences touring this past week with Jesus. The amenities are top notch. I couldn't believe they had an indoor and outdoor theater! I have toured multiple properties in the past week, but the team here really stood out and were very kind. I cannot wait to live here in March!

Typically when looking for a rental its location location location. In this case the location is great, but the amenities and staff are even better. Not only is it kept immaculately clean, but the staff, most notably Jesus and Autumn are friendly and welcoming making this place feel like such a welcoming home. The property comes equip with an indoor and an outdoor movie theater and a resort style pool. Very modern design while also feeling like people can live here. Kudos to the management and architect.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! When I first moved in everything was fine and when I signed my lease I was told there would be no construction in the lot across. A straight lie They price gouge at move out. I am being charged 175 for a plastic wristband made in China, as well as 100 for a parking sticker that I never received and with the recent breaking what's the point of even having a sticker! Have never seen a security guard check for sticker. Even given the construction right next to my bedroom they still tried to raise my rent. Don't go here go to Hanover instead save yourself some peace!!

Absolutely love this community and the Clearfork area! Super convenient and the best sunsets!

Amazing service, apartments, front desk staff and neighbors. This is the second Hanover property that I've visited and it's exceeded my expectations. Ginger is a sweetheart and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They also have amazing events for residents. Just recently I attended the tacos and margarita event and it was awesome! I highly recommend this place!

This place is an absolute joke. They do not deserve a five star with you at all. I had my keys stolen from the apartment gym. They never gave me a replacement key until noon the next day so I was locked out of the morning which they said if I didn't have my drivers license on me, they couldn't let me back in, which is ridiculous when you pay 2700 a month for one bedroom apartment. Also if you get locked out of your apartment, they charge you $100 maintenance fee. This place very much do not move here this place is a Fucking joke!

After moving in I am very happy with this apartment complex! Brand new apartments and amenities. Staff is friendly, quick, and helpful! Kelly has such a happy disposition and is happy to help residents with anything going on! I even have seen her help people carry groceries! Chris is always helpful and I've seen him even come help residents on his time off! Ginger does a great job managing, listening to concerns, and adjusting to resolve issues that arise. I love the amenities and views here. Pool, lounge, theater room, loggia, tons of conference spaces, great gym, etc! Juan has been the best and fastest maintenance man I've seen in an apartment. Even the other residents are friendly! So glad we gave this place a chance and moved in!

We could not be happier with our experience at the George! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed. Every area is so sparkling clean, smells lovely, and feels fresh. We looked at a few other luxury apartments in Fort Worth but none of them even came close to the experience we were offered at the George. Hannah and Chris have been so extremely helpful in making sure we were in love with the unit we chose. The tour, application, and move in process was all so smooth because of them. We are so happy we chose to make the George our home!

This place is so nice. Since the time we started looking Chris was so helpful and friendly. Now we live here and we enjoy this place a lot. Amenities are great, and the area is cool from shopping to restaurants Highly recommend this place and ask for Chris he is very helpful

I have never lived at a more amazing establishment! I can't stress enough how AMAZING Autumn and Chris and the rest of team. Any questions or concerns at anytime of day of day are answered immediately. I tend to ask Autumn more because she was my first point of contact when moving into the George. Ever since my first day she has helped me with everything. No concern is ever to big or to small to have an answer or plan. She is one in a million and works extremely hard while always having a smile on her face. People like her is the reason I would rent again next year!

Took a tour of these apartments with Nick Dotson. The staff is so friendly and Nick was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. The property is very clean and centrally located. This property is on my list of top two in the Fort Worth area.

My husband and I have been "young " empty nesters for about five years now. I grew up with 25 years of Apartment Management, so finding perfection for me is a understatement! However, I know we have picked the BEST Fort Wort has to offer. I appreciate the best owners, builders, and best staff for a our beautiful new home.

This is a BEAUTIFUL and well kept apartment complex in the Clearfork shopping center. Ginger is so friendly, and the amenities truly feel like I'm at a resort.

I can't say enough great things about the experience my daughter and I had yesterday at The George. We met with the leasing agent Chris Holt to view an apartment my daughter was interested in. Chris was the best leasing agent I have ever met, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to spend a lot of time with us to show us the apartment and the great amenities at The George. We were so impressed with him and with The George that my daughter went home and immediately filled out the application. She was elated to learn by the end of the day her application was approved and plans to move in to her new apartment next week. She is so excited about the future in her new apartment at The George- it truly seems like a dream come true- one which would not have been possible if we had not had the good fortune to meet and be helped by Chris!

Incredible apartment complex! I've been living here for a little under a month and absolutely love my apartment. Everything has been smooth sailing so far and the appliances are wonderful. Kynzi and the rest of the office have been so helpful too. They are always available to help with any questions I have and are some of the nicest people I have met! Highly recommend living here. It's beautiful, well built, and it has been such an amazing living experience here so far.

I recently visited The George Preview Center and loved the flootplans and color schemes for The George. I spoke with Ginger and she definitely knew the answers to all my questions. She was very professional and had great customer service. Im looking forward to hopefully moving in in the future.

I was looking into these apartments at first I called them and she told me that they weren't second chance that they didn't even look at people who had an eviction I know that some people have evictions that was not a fair eviction or should I say we're just against for the wrong reasons so I believe that everyone deserves a second chance very nice apartments the staff seem very nice but they are also on the second chance list I think they may want to remove theirselves

Ginger and team are phenomenal! I highly recommend this property!!!! When I tell you they will take care you...they deliver!!!!

Chris at The George was incredibly helpful finding me the right apartment and then went the extra mile to send me a video. He also has helped me pick a later move in date. The whole process has been seamless and I am excited to live in this gorgeous building with such a great management team!

We have been looking at apartments all through Dallas/Fort Worth area for the past couple weeks and came across The George. The appointment we made with Hannah S. was extremely easy to set up. When we got there Hannah made us feel right at home and answered any direct questions we had for her with great professionalism. Her knowledge of the property was shown through her thorough answers to our questions through out the 45 minute tour. By the end of the tour we had a complete understanding of all the different floor plans in our price range and any other information we needed as well. We will definitely have The George on our list once we come to making a decision.
