The Gibson

"The Gibson is a newcomer to the picturesque Multnomah Village crossroad, but the charming bar has already acquired a devoted following of neighborhood regulars and post-commute happy hour patrons. The small space has an even smaller menu of bar snacks and drinks, but each one is thoughtfully curated and makes a statement. Take the house toddy “Ol’ Hot Hands,” which combines brown butter bourbon, honey, lemon, and spice bitters in a mug; its flavor evokes buttery sugar toast.
