"Housed in a distinctive glass vault with an elegant interior and a magnificent view of the city, Schloss Mönchstein's fine dining restaurant is really impressive. Here, well-drilled waitstaff serve fabulous modern cuisine with a personal touch. Opt for one of two set menus with four or six courses, one of which is vegan. There are also some à la carte dishes, and ‘grosses pièces’ such as fish in a salt crust can be ordered in advance (at least 2 people).
