Anima opens with Spanish and Italian dishes at the Gramercy | Eater Vegas

"This new restaurant in a fast-growing Las Vegas neighborhood is the outgrowth of the team behind EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine, led by chef-partner Oscar Amador and chef Francesco Di Caudo, and presents a playful melding of Spanish and Italian traditions with influences from Catalonia, Asia, Sicily and beyond. The menu mixes familiar favorites—like The Bikini pressed ham-and-cheese sandwich and strawberry granita—with newcomers such as Peruvian scallops crudo and a bagna cauda featuring Piedmont anchovies, garlic dip, fried polenta and crudité. A charcuterie and raw bar up front showcases Italian and Spanish meats (including jamón and prosciutto), market oysters, cured tuna sashimi, hand‑chopped beef tartare and a 30‑day dry‑aged striploin carpaccio. There are also lighter and plant-forward options, including burrata with butternut squash and a green vegetable tartare dressed with pistachio vinaigrette. Guests can watch service in an exposition kitchen that creates a market-like energy, and large-format, shareable plates highlight the chefs’ range—Catalan suquet with clams, pappardelle cinghiale with wild boar ragu and Pienza cheese fondue, and arroz a la cazuela with duck confit, foie gras and black trumpet mushrooms—while tasting menus of 10–12 dishes offer a fuller primer on the cuisine. A 10-seat bar alongside the entrance carries about 100 wines under $100 (nearly 150 total) with sommelier Joseph Mikulich curating pairings, and cocktails lean on botanicals, lesser-known sherries and liqueurs, gin-and-tonics, amaros and sangrias. The dining room is finished in chocolate, burgundy and pewter with marine murals by Apolo Torres; private dining overlooks the courtyard for about 12 guests and additional small private rooms and a chef’s table sit near the kitchen. Open Thursday through Tuesday from 5–9 p.m., with lunch coming soon." - Susan Stapleton

I don't know about the Ellison. But the grammarcy I used to live at for many years. They had our new Starbucks next door. There's a really cool gym in this little community of living and a couple of cool restaurants, but Ellison looks really nice. I love living out to Gramercy....

So high class and fancy. Exceptional absolutely stunning architecture. Nevermind the extremely friendly front desk for the regus. Thanks for being so amazing!

Visited again after our first time was so great. This time I got the carne asase burrito and guava margarita The burrito wasn’t as good as the tacos; the flavors all kinda blended together. I’d try again with a different meat The margarita was just ok this time; it tasted like grapefruit which is funny cause that’s not a flavor they offer. It was a little late so they were out of some of the other flavors I would’ve picked instead. There ended up being a hair on one of my chips and our waiter (I think his name is Raphael) was very kind to pack up my food and comp for the burrito Still top notch in my book; can’t wait to be back!

One of your tenants in your building is running a scamming website for dating. His website is meetmyage. the webpage lists his address as 9205 west Russel, The Gramercy Center #3037. There are over 2400 reviews and most are negative. Please investigate this and post Thank you This online dating service is a Scam. USER BEWARE! Within moments of signing up I started getting messages from females from 40 to 65 years old. I received almost 60 in less than 2 hours. Almost all sent "likes" "wants to chat" or Astrologic, Romantic connections. Close to 70% wanted to chat. Profiles may have been real and pulled from other websites, however the answers in chat are scripted from a computer generated system! While chatting, I asked specific questions, and got very generic answers. Every chat asked the same questions, and gave the same replies. One profile said she didn't drink, and the first thing said in chat was "I am relaxing having a glass of wine, do you red or white" Do not click on anything" They charge 114.00 dollars to view these results. I was given 1500 points. DO NOT USE Them! DO NOT sent chat requests. They charged me $22.00 extra dollars for using approx. 600 of these credits. Ask for a refund before you cancel your subscription....

My fiance and I live very close and love to go on walks. We walked by here trying to check it out one day but there was no pedestrian access that we could find. Wish it was more pedestrian friendly for everyone in the area and not just for car driving people.

Yesterday 04/12/2025 my husband took my kids to go outside for a walk and the place we always go near is the “G” yesterday I guess she is the property manager she was a heavy set older woman said that my children were causing a disturbance we come here every other day to eat lunch or just enjoy the sun we have never seen this woman before and if she is the property manager she needs to learn proper verbiage on speaking to people and families

I have really enjoyed my experience living at the Grammercy. Jasmine has been so helpful with getting us moved in and tending to our needs while we have stayed here. She even found my wallet twice and recovered it for me! I would highly recommend living here

This is a cute plaza-courtyard-apartment combination. My friends even had their wedding reception in the square, with catering from one of the restaurants. I like the coffee shop and taco place. Haven't checked out the others much, but there are fancy gym classes and health food. I wonder if it's a bit loud or raucous for restaurants and parties being close to apartments? Maybe there's good soundproofing. Lots of parking.
