Massively Popular Sacramento Doughnut Shop Doughbot Just Closed. Again. | Eater SF
"Open for about 70 years and known for Korean-Mexican fusion like kimchi and bulgogi burritos, the restaurant closed on Friday, June 23; owner Sydney Saidyan cited a loss of faith in partners—city and landlord—and said the business could not continue despite efforts." - Paolo Bicchieri
Took our kids there recently. Ice cream was good. Staff was incredibly rude. A guy Screamed at our kids for being too loud from behind the counter. They were sitting, not being destructive. We didn’t believe they were being unreasonably loud, but of they were there are much better ways to ask us to quiet them down besides screaming “Enough!” As loud as possible to embarrass us in front of everyone. Maybe just ask the parents to quiet them down? Will not be returning again. Have had significantly better experiences at the other ice cream shops in the area. 2/5 because the ice cream was good, would not recommend going with young kids. This is my first negative review I’ve ever left on googles, as I try to give people a second chance but being so unprofessional to kids at an ice cream shop and ruining their excitement warranted other parents to think about it before you take your kids here.

Nasty owner or manager. Lady been there for years. Time to retire. Coffee is below average. Obviously stopped using the good coffee grinds. Staff of girls extremely scared of the lady and nasty to boot. Sad these teens learning from a miserable tired older lady.talks to people with no respect or customer service. Waste of money.

Pretty good Cafe and Ice Cream Shop (Grand Scoop) located on the first level of The Grand in Diamond Beach of Wildwood Crest. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed the grilled cheese and chicken ceasar wrap and coffee at the cafe. At the ice cream shop we had the orange sherbet and moose track ice cream which was very good. Would recommend visiting when in the Wildwood Crest area.

Smoothies come from a carton with no fresh fruit at all. Crushed ice. Food is bad. Coffee is bad. This could be good. No reason it should not be.

Everything was wonderful! Really great ice cream and not crazy prices - my son loved the chocolate and the mint chocolate chip was delicious!

First off very mediocre coffee and food. Secondly incredibly rude staff- I don’t feel compelled to write a negative review ever but I walked in at 8am for a cup of coffee and was belligerently yelled at by a tall man because I propped to the door open to come in (with my foot?). I asked him why he became enraged and he screamed “you have two hands!” It was so utterly confusing and belittling I asked to speak with the manager and told me that I’m making a big deal of nothing as the employee yelled at me from the back. This was THE MOST bizarre scenario I have ever encountered. While they gave me a free cup of coffee (honestly not what I wanted) I noticed everyone scouring around the angrily tempered employee. Be careful in there- very aggressive staff!
