Our visit to The Grand Brighton was for our wedding anniversary. From check-in through our two night stay, we cannot find fault with the welcome and attention we received from all your staff.
All the staff showed us respectful, friendly and efficient service, which made us feel very at home in the Hotel.
The Hotel was very busy, yet we never experienced any delays in service or lack of seating in the Bar, for example, when required. Table service was very good.
When dining in Cyan, we found the staff very attentive and the food excellent.
Our experience leaves us with the belief that The Grand is very well run, by staff who enjoy their work and strive to deliver hospitality which exceeds the expectations of their guests. Thank you for making our anniversary so very special.
