Google
I've found some of my favorite beers here, and they are always helpful with recommendations. Everyone who works there has been friendly, I always enjoy stopping in here. Selection is great in both beer and wine and they are excellent at finding you what you need.

Google
One of my favorite places to pop in and grab a nice bottle of wine and some cigars for an evening of entertainment. Parking is a bit challenged but the friendly folks inside will make the visit worth it. Prices are good. I highly recommend a visit. I bought this Bordeaux there and I enjoyed it. They have Padron cigars as well.

Google
I go in all the time and ask what wines will pair with a meal I'm making and they give fabulous recommendations. And always one from every price range so it doesn't break the bank. I also love their beer choices. If you haven't gone, GO!

Google
Good selection of beer for the area - Lickinghole, Left Hand & other local brews.

Google
Cozy wine shop, good selection of great things, nice assortment of wines, beers, and cigars. The owner, Dan, goes out of his way to know about his products, and can usually tell you about the taste, pairing, and sometimes even about the vineyard or brewery. Fun place to look around, and have a nice conversation. Dan is also willing to order items in, if they're carried by his distributor!

Google
Stopped by to get two mixed six packs for the holidays and the woman working there was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a variety of different and unique beers they had in stock. Great selection for craft beer lovers and excellent service.

Yelp
Dan (owner) was extremely patient and very informed about both local and international wines. And equally important he was low pressure - not pushing any particular wine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

Yelp
Fantastically well organized wine and beer store with a wonderful and well rounded cigar selection. The owner is a warm hearted, knowledgeable man who loves to help in whatever way is needed. He also comes with stellar suggestions. I work in the wine industry (wine bar) and was impressed with his grasp on wines. Highly recommended! Shop local!

Yelp
Last evening, I was hankering for a good Dominican cigar, and I thought about heading over to Manassas to pick up a couple - but I thought I would Google around and see if there were any places in Warrenton that offer a decent cigar selection. I found the Grapevine - and it was only 3 miles farther than Hanadco in Manassas. So off I went. The Grapevine is a cool, eclectic little shop that sells wines, craft-brewed beers, all the normal and some hard-to-find alcohol and bar accessories, plus cigars. They offer you the option of building your own custom six pack of craft brewed beers. The walk in Humidor is in the back right corner of the shop. I walked in and checked out the selection. They have some good, quality Dominican cigars, but their selection is somewhat limited - compared to the comprehensive offerings of both Hanadco in Manassas and John B. Hayes in Fair Oaks Mall. The cigars I was interested in were also quite a bit more expensive here - the Arturo Fuente 858s - one of my favorites - were as I recall - about $6.00 and change per cigar, whereas Hanadco sells the same cigar for about $5.40 and John B. Hayes for $4.00 and change. I ended up buying three Romeo y Julieta Dominican cigars. Still, it's a neat little shop and I recommend checking it out - I will be back at some point to buy a selection of hard-to-find craft brewed beers!

Yelp
This is a great spot, great selection. What I love most of is the owner and the relaxed environment that he creates. I don't know much about wines but the owners excitement towards introducing wines is refreshing and inviting.

Yelp
Simply put, if you live in Warrenton and need to buy wine this is where you go. Don't go to a grocery store, your just going to get ripped off. Don't go to Walmart, your just going to get a headache on nasty cheep wine. Save your self money, time, and headache and go to The Grapevine. The wine is perfectly selected by the shop owner and the prices range from $10 to ~$60. Might be some more expensive ones on top shelf, but I like to buy what's at my eye level They carry a rather eclectic selecting of all regions, so your boy d to find something you like. There is also a nice selection of beers.

Yelp
My first visit to this shop was a great one! I've always wanted to go in, having passed this place a hundred times. They have many wines to choose from and some interesting craft beers - you can make your own 6-pack of those. I found one of my favorite wines (Frisk Prickly Riesling) there for $12/bottle! So exciting as that's a hard-to-find wine. I also found out you can save 10% if you order by the case. Definitely stop by here sometime!

Yelp
For the longest time, I had no idea this little shop existed. It's tucked away in a little strip mall at the corner of 29 business and 211, and I would never have found it had I not googled for "cigars near warrenton". The Grapevine primarily sells wines (hence the name), with a nice selection of craft and micro-brewed beers, as well as assorted gourmet food items. My interest was solely in the cigar selection, as this shop's location makes it the most convenient stop-off for me to get a cigar. There sadly are very few cigar shops in the Warrenton, or even Fauquier County area, and making a trek out to Winchester or into Manassas/Fairfax was just too much effort. So when I found this shop listed, I figured I needed to drop by and see what they had to offer. The cigar selection is not earth-shattering, but it is sufficient for the non-avid smoker. They regularly stock Ashton's, Rocky Patel's (including some of the harder-to-find blends), Romeo y Julietas, Partagas and a smattering of other brands. The owners of the shop are very friendly and were happy to stock a box of Avo Uvezian cigars when I asked. The prices, as noted by other reviews, are not as competitive as one might wish, but as this is the only quality cigar shop in the area (to my knowledge), it's generally worth paying a little more for the convenience.

Yelp
Fantastic shop with an amazing variety of wonderful wines from floor to ceiling. The owner was helping another couple nearby, and my boyfriend and I couldn't help but eavesdrop on this man's stunning knowledge and passion of wine, pairings and taste. It's always a great sign in my book when the owner/employees are just as enthusiastic about wine as the consumers- that's how you know you've found a great spot. I loved the assortments of varied wines as well as the display (I'm a sucker for aesthetics). Whenever I'm in town this will be my only go-to spot for wine shopping from now on!

Yelp
I was looking for local wines as holiday gifts. I don't drink wine so I need to rely on others to make sure I'm my gifts will be well received. The woman who helped me was very nice & helpful. I gave her a basic description of the preferences of the people I was shopping for and she knew which wines would work for each person on my list. The selections all got rave reviews from the recipients. I would absolutely recommend the Grapevine to anyone looking for a nice selection of wines, including local wines which can be hard to find sometimes.

Yelp
I don't actually drink wine so I can't a attest to the lion's share of this store's mission, but they do have a finely curated humidor. Though not overwhelming in volume, their selection of cigars tends toward the luxury end with many Top 10's and a good number of the higher quality bargain smokes. The beer selection was also to my liking.

Yelp
Great little beer and wine shop in Warrenton. Gary the owner is a great guy and very knowledgable regarding wines. They also sell good cigars. Check them out next time you are in Warrenton.

Yelp
Great store and owner. I tend to buy a case of 12 different wines when I go here. I like to get a variety of my favorites (Bordeaux, Tuscans, unique red blends) plus a few new bottles from regions I don't know much about. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a friendly and professional way - he senses when you want to quietly peruse and make your own choices, and he's always at the ready when you have questions or want suggestions. I usually select 2/3 of a case myself then let the owner show me new, interesting options. Grateful that a shop like this exists in Warrenton. I have gotten back into smoking cigars lately so I look forward to exploring the humidor/cigar section of this shop next time I'm there.

Yelp
Martha and Dan are awesome through and through. Their knowledge of wine and the wine world itself are a testament to their passion for the science and culture of the industry. They're definitely all about helping you make an educated purchase. The shop is clean and comfortable, the products easily accessible and organized. Treat yourself to The Grapevine.

Yelp
We stopped in at The Grapevine in Warrenton yesterday on our way out of town. Dan was great and recommended several wines and a craft beer for our week at the beach with family. Very friendly and knowledgable service. Fantastic selection and value. We plan to return soon!

Yelp
Dan has done a GREAT job as the New Owner of the Grapevine. From the first moment that we walked in the door- Dan was warm and welcoming, and VERY HELPFUL! I've never really been into wine - I Just have never really found that One or two I really liked, but every wine Dan has suggested and explained has been has been a wonderful Experience. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and skilled at describing exactly what to expect with the wine (or beer) they are describing and recommending. The Grapevine and Dan have been a wonderful find and I will continue to support them and Refer family and friends as much as possible - They just never disappoint!
