The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - Henderson, NV

What a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy an amazing meal for lunch. My boyfriend has always wanted to try this place so we went there for lunch today. The great Greek gyro was very tasty. The tzatziki was not an overwhelming flavor. I did order mine without onions as I am not a fan. It was a little disappointing that I could not get get a side of grape leaves in the combo, instead. Of fries but we ended ordering them as an appetizer. I don't think I have ever had them with lemon before but it added a nice zest to them and truly complimented the flavors. The lady that took our order was extremely nice and let brought us our meal. We hadn't even finished getting our drinks when she brought us the grape leaves. I was very shocked at that

I just moved to Henderson and I'm trying to find a new favorite Mediterranean restaurant that has veggie options. The mezze plate sounded good, but when I ordered it and opened it at home it was really sad looking, it only came with one piece of falafel, no rice and no salad at all. Adding a pic to help other vegetarian folks browsing for food in the area.

Today I went for the second time to get my “sweet treat” craving for my Friday… It’s an order of the ice cream and then I order the Baklava separate. I pay for both items. I ask for them to but the pastry over the ice cream. Today I ordered and the same cashier I’ve encountered once before was very cold, and quite frequently she looked overwhelmed so it’s understandable but where I draw the line is 1. She informed me “it might take longer than usual because we are busy.” To which k understood and did not protest to. I sat down and began to wait. 25 TWENTY FIVE WHOLE MINUTES AFTER I paid -she proceeds to leave the front and went back into the kitchen with At least 4 men who are the chefs, idling behind her without doing anything — the cashier who checked me out prepped my order. I felt grateful she felt the need to get me my order out, even though in the back of my head then, and now here I can attest 25 mins for what I received is absurd. She spooned in a block of ice cream, very disappointingly crumbled the pastry and drizzled virtually no honey over my dessert.You unfortunately lost me as a patron and I’ll be taking my business to Nick the Greek.

They always have the best food. Made fresh and tastes like home.

It was all very yummy. I really loved the Feta Fries. Ill be back there again soon.

Normally don’t do chain restaurants, but after I ate some terrible vegan tacos I needed something filling and unique. Stopped at this Greek place and the place was rather empty, but bright with colors and atmosphere. The hostess was inviting, informative everything I needed because I was hungry as hell! He suggested the meat skewers and feta fries and needless to say it took me minutes to devour this meal. The meat was flavorful, the fries were crispy and cheesy just like I like em. I would definitely come back to this chain restaurant, maybe try the other locations as well.

Came thru door dash, arrived hot & fresh tasting. Always cooked well>>lamb was soft, cooked perfect. The shrimp on skewer was flavorful>>not overcooked. The dip was great>>just was a little to much for 2 people, pepare for leftovers because you get a lot of pita bread as well with that appetizer. We've eaten inside before too>>was nice & clean & nice dining area. Casual style 🇬🇷 🇬🇷 feeling definitely lol. Will order from here again 🤍💙🤍💙

Inflation has hit. The gyros are half the size they were a couple years ago, still yummy. Normally you can't use the pita to double fold around the meat like a burrito. Such a shame to loose another great restaurant from our list. 😮‍💨
