The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - Henderson, NV - St Rose Parkway

I’ve been in search of a place that serves good Mediterranean food in the Henderson area, and I came across this spot. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Souvlakia and the Steak Tenderloin Souvlakia. Both dishes were tasty and flavorful. However, I did find the chicken a bit dry. The salad was fresh and crisps as were the tomatoes, olives and cucumbers. The Greek yogurt combined with the Pita Bread and Feta Fries were delicious. The restaurant’s interior design is reminiscent of a Greek food establishment displaying a vibrant blue color. There is ample seating with televisions strategically placed on the walls for customers to view while dining. Overall, my meal was good but not great. However, I do plan on returning and giving this spot another try.

Service was awesome 👌 Food was good, for the skewer we did beef it I would recommend trying the lamb. The burger was a delicious take on Greek + 'American ' mix. Also recommend you try the hummus appetizer !!!

Great place to enjoy great food! I love their soup, gyro sandwich, their tender tasty chicken, rice, fries, and salads. I didn't try any desserts because I was too full from my dinner! The service was very helpful and ready to clean the tables as soon as customers were leaving. There was a lot of to-go traffic and dine in customers, but the cooks managed to get everything done in a timely manner. Thanks for making this a great dining experience!

The food is this place is ok. This place does not offer WiFi to its clients. the phone signal is not the greatest in this place and why can’t they offer WiFi? I asked the manager and she arrogantly replied we don’t offer. Every restaurant should now days should offer WiFi for patrons.

We went on a busy Sunday around lunch. Lots of parking on the surrounding lot, everything ground level and tables to roll a wheelchair up to. Staff was very friendly and fast, order at the counter and food gets delivered to the table. Tables were bussed quickly and filled up again immediately. All food was fresh and well presented, our table especially liked the feta fries, rice bowl, lamb burger. Gyro was okay. We will definitely be back!

Overall: 3.85/5 (delivery) We ordered on Postmates and it took them 40 minutes to deliver to our place when the estimated time was 20-35 minutes. Great Greek Gyro ($11.95): I got the beef/lamb and it was so good! They gave a generous amount of gyro topped with feta cheese so I shared some with my friend. The wrap included romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and tzatziki which didn't really add much to the wrap since all the flavor was in the meat. Falafel Pita ($10.95): The falafel was smothered in tzatziki which paired well together. However, if you taste the falafel by itself, it's just okay and the chickpea taste is too prominent for me. It also wasn't as crispy on the outside like I would have liked. I had better falafel elsewhere so if you had to choose between the two wraps, go with the gyro one! For both wraps, the pita was really soft and sturdy enough to hold everything together. You get full pretty quickly too so you can eat one wrap for 2 meals.

This is probably my best ethnic restaurant find ever in the whole of Las Vegas. Fresh, clean, Mediterranean food at its best. I bought their grill shrimp plate and want to try their lamb platter next. This place is busy and very clean. You also get a salad with your platter. You can switch out rice pilaf for fries and there are many vegetarian options. Also, they have an array of middle eastern desserts. Im so happy to have found this restaurant. It’s very authentic and price is very affordable.

I was close by and it has been a few years since the last time I stopped by and remembering it was good I went again. Food was good, those Feta fries were excellent. Lady at the counter reminded me of Kat Dennings. Mostly her voice, gorgeous too though. Oh I had their Lamb burger.

First time trying this location. Ordered the Great Greek Rice Bowl with a chicken skewer and the grilled chicken souvlaki. Both dishes came with a Greek salad that was really fresh. The souvlaki portion was huge--easily enough for two people--which made it a great value. We enjoyed the food so much that we went back the very next day. This time, we ordered a kid's' souvlaki plate with grilled chicken and rice pilaf, as well as the Great Greek Gyro with gyro meat. Everything was delicious and consistent with our first visit. Also tried a side of steak tenderloin. It came with two skewers, which was a surprise. The steak was tender but lacked flavor. I think it could be seasoned a bit more. Tried the fries as well but it was disappointing. I can't put a finger to it but it tasted different. Overall, the food is really good, fresh, and generously portioned, though a little on the pricey side. I would definitely go back again.

First, the food is authentic and flavorful for a casual place. We had the burger, gyro and steak plate. Great food. The big issue was that I completed online survey to get $5 off next order. I called the St Rose location to order, the store associate asked the store manager regarding "survey discount". The associate then informed me that this store does not honor that discount despite on the company's website, and has this location listed. This is bad marketing to customers and false advertisement.

Fresh, simple, and delicious. The quality is instantly noticed upon walking in. We ate before our phones today so hence the pictures haha. the staff were friendly and helpful and ambiance was nice & clean - like i said, simple.

I've been to several locations of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill across Las Vegas, and it's consistently great! My go-to order is the rice bowl with chicken--it's fresh, flavorful, and feels like a healthy yet satisfying meal. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable dining experience. Service is typically fast and efficient, though some locations do get a bit busy during peak times. If I can say anything constructive, the pricing can be on the high end but if you're looking for a casual, healthy, and delicious place to grab Mediterranean food, I definitely recommend checking out The Great Greek!

We tried this place for the 1st time & we will definitely be back! Outstanding service from "Dylan", who patiently answered all our questions & offered advice. The food was absolutely delicious & our food came out quickly. The place was clean & had a nice simple decor.

This was our second visit to this location and it proved to be disappointing on a number of levels. It was fairly busy so it took longer than expected for our orders to arrive at our table. During our longish wait it became obvious that the restaurant was understaffed as indicated by the cashier doing double duty by delivering food to other tables without benefit of having gloves on. Both my wife and I ordered souvlaki - shrimp for her and chicken for me. Each included a salad and a choice of potato with her opting for feta fries and me choosing lemon potatoes. Neither of us were particularly happy with our meals primarily because my chicken was overdone, the lemon potatoes were less than authentic and the feta fries being served at room temperature.

Awesome restaurant! I loved my visit at this "Great Greek Mediterranean" restaurant! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the food... well the food is the star of the show! The food was amazing!

This is one of my favorite go-to spots for a healthy fresh meal. I order takeout from them a few times a month, sometimes a week. The food is always fresh and the meat is always perfect cooked. I've never been disappointed. My regular order is the steak souvlaki cooked medium rare and they actually cook it to the correct temperature every time. It comes with your choice of rice or fries but I always get the rice because it was delicious! It also comes with a side salad and it's always full of fresh vegetables. The Greek salad is also great. And the rice bowl is another favorite as it's basically just a Greek salad with a scoop of their rice. I would also highly suggest trying their dolmades as it's a great flavor and delicious.

I ALMOST LEFT THIS EARTH.! I'm biting into my last lil bit of wrap. And I bite into this. This is crazy work.!!! I just met an amazing woman & y'all bout to take me out instead.! Just check y'all food before you go in on it, I guess... P.S. Say grace before you eat.!

Petrified meat is the best way I can describe the gyro slices in the sandwich we got today 10/18/25. Spent $92 and almost all 5 sandwiches had slices that looked like they were from yesterday or the day before. The edges of the pita were hard as well

I've been here 1 million times the staff is always the most kind. Everything is clean inside even though I generally don't eat there and only take the food to go . It's definitely a 10 out of 10 every time

We were excited to try this place as we were looking for a nice Greek salad. This came up very highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The Greek salad was fresh and crisp and the service was quick. It is a walk up order and sit down establishment. It was clean inside and had a very casual atmosphere. We will definitely return to this place again. Definitely try it for yourself.

Had lunch here this past weekend. I was really pleased. You can tell it's a favorite for many because this restaurant was pretty busy and consistent the whole time we were there. My Gyro was fresh and full of flavor. Large portions and great prices! Service was pretty quick and great! Ambience: Very bright and inviting. Plenty of seats inside and each table had a fresh Rose. Loved that touch! Can't wait to come back!

I generally enjoy the food here because of the food quality but I was so disappointed tonight when I got home to realize my take-out "greek salad" was actually the rice bowl, which looked the same with a chicken skewer on top. I am gluten-free and the rice bowl has rice pilaf in it which is not gluten-free. So $18 and a 15 minute drive per direction later, I couldn't eat it. But my dog loved the cucumbers.

Wish I lived closer to this place! We stopped by when we were on the other side of town. This place is SO BOMB! It's a fast causal setting and the pricing is not bad either. Pita does not come with fries tho. I had the chicken pita and my husband got the gyro. I would definitely recommend this place if you love Mediterranean food. So yum!

I went to this restaurant with my wife about a week ago. The service is very good. The price point is ok-ish. I think the pricing is comparable to chipotle. The bathroom was so clean, I probably could have ate the meal and took a nap in there. If I were reviewing the bathroom and the service, this would have been a 5 star review. The food just wasn't that good. I got a steak kabob and some fries. The steak was a little tough. Manageable but tough. The steak had very little flavor. I ate all the steak, but I was not a fan. I'm sorry, it just didn't do it for me. I didn't like the fries at all. And I am crazy for fried potatoes, French fries, or hash browns, but I really disliked these fries. My wife thought they were ok. My wife got a rice bowl with salad and gyro meat on it. She really liked the rice. She didn't really care for the salad or the gyro meat. I thought the gyro meat was good. This food wasn't terrible, but neither of us were crazy about it. Good service. Very clean bathroom. I wish I had more good things to say, but I don't.

It's a great spot for some Mediterranean food. They have a bunch of different options like kebabs, Shawarma, rice and hummus, shrimp. They are vegetarian, friendly with falafel and plenty of veggie food options. The portion sizes were really good too for the price and it's a very modern atmosphere. Located right on St Rose. It definitely stands out as a business but you can frequent with family or you take out.

We went here looking for great Greek food because my friend said it was always so good. That wasn't the case here at this location. The staff could not be bothered. The manager was less than thrilled to help in any way and the cook shot me a look when we asked for something else. Also we ordered 2 spinach pie and they didn't have enough to prepare at 5pm so they had to refund us the money. This location needs help. :( I truly wanted to like it. Was my first time.

The service here is outstanding. The young guy behind the counter with glasses was super polite and patient. Everything was decent the best thing was the steak skewers and fries. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing! They did such a wonderful job designing it. The prices are fair and I would recommend giving this place a try!

Really wanted to go to Yanni's but I was across the street from this restaurant and was just convenient. The food was ok, Yanni's has a much BETTER menu and tasty dishes. The cashier made us stand for a while while she was counting the change in her register, when I asked her where I could order, she ignored me. I asked her a second time and she replied "wait a second, ok?" I said ok and kept waiting until she was done. A few minutes later, she finally took our order. NO customer service oriented. Never going back to the "Great Greek" which did not leave a "GREAT" impression on us! Yanni's will keep our loyalty forever which is much better in EVERYTHING!!!!

The feta fries are TO DIE FOR. Super impressed by this Greek restaurant. The food was flavorful and fresh! The portions were also very generous. Highly recommend this spot and already looking forward to my next visit here.

I have been here quite a few times. My go-to is chicken souvlaki with french fries, but when I am trying to eat a little better, I'll do a larger salad. Pro-tip: Order a side of feta, squeeze some lemon and add some vinaigrette all over the chicken AND fries.... Sprinkle the feta... Delicious! Portion sizes are pretty big, in my opinion. You could share one meal with another person and both be content. On an off-day you might get some overcooked, dry chicken or underdone steak, but the majority of the time it is good. Spacious area to eat in. Looks clean and the workers are very nice and provide great service.

This place is fairly new and seems to be getting good reviews so I decided to try it out. It did not disappoint at all. We were greeted by the employees which is always nice. They were very prompt and fast with the service. Food came out quick as well. The menu is very reasonable. The Gyro I tasted was really good. It was pretty loaded as well. The ambiance was more like quick take out if anything. A bit on the smaller side but no complaints. I highly recommend trying this place if you're craving some Greek food.

Absolutely fantastic! Ordered a large amount of food for Father's Day, my dad (and the whole family) was very happy! Everyone was so excited when I came home after a long shift with fresh and hot steak Souvlaki, the fries were amazing too! Not to mention the ladies behind the counter were so friendly and efficient, I came in for a scheduled Uber Eats pickup (about 15minutes too early) and they got me my large order in such a short amount of time! Even offered me a cup to get a drink while I waited definitely recommend!

A friend and I stopped here for lunch after a spa day. It wasn't super busy around 12 pm on a Sunday which was nice. It's a fast causal type place where you order at the counter and they bring your order out to you. Inside there's a good amount of tables and TVs as well. I had the Greek salad and some hummus. I really enjoyed both and the portions were huge. I couldn't even finish it all. Quick, easy & delicious. Just what I like!

Decided to stop by after the gym, I was craving a Greek salad (that I totally forgot to take a picture of!!). It was pretty busy for a Friday around noon. They kept the line rolling though! They were very friendly and even more so to their regulars that would walk in. The feta fries were delicious!!! The salad was also very good. Pita was fresh and my guy like the gyro. Our table was dirty and we asked for napkins to clean up, they don't have a trash can in the dining area or somewhere for people to bus their own tables. They come and grab the dishes and clear the tables between running the food out; but it doesn't seem like tables are wiped down once the dishes are picked up. It was not loud and had nice Greek music playing, no tables really set up for big groups, but lots of tables for 2 - 4 with stools on a bar table against the window. I love the Great Greek off of Blue Diamond, so I am glad we now have another one close by! I wanted to try the rice pudding - so that will be on the must buy list for next time!

I love this place! Ate here twice. Both to go. Got the great Greek rice bowl w steak both times. Kinda unheard of for me but it's so delicious! Craving it as I write this. It's the perfect refreshing meal! It's like a potato chip. Once you start it, it's hard to stop...til it's gone!!! I remove the olives (blech!) & garbanzos (no Ty!) Though there was a bean in my food this last time lol. But all the flavors are so complimentary to each other and the tzatziki and dressing! I added a little ground pepper and some pepperocinis and we were off to the races! I thought I didn't get red onions the last time but they're cut so small I don't really taste them. I'd get more of them next time. There are other things I want to try on the menu, but the rice bowl is so amazing I can't not want it! I do mine w medium rare steak. I think it'd be amazing with shrimp too. I'll be back but it's debatable if I order anything else lol.

I absolutely love this place! The food is fresh, tasty, and the portions are great! The inside is very big with lots of seating and I believe they also have outside seating as well. I usually get either the falafel pita or the great Greek rice bowl with falafel and my bf gets the great Greek gyro and absolutely loves it! So glad we found this place.

I have gone here a few times and the food is always excellent, the place is clean, and the people friendly. Recently I needed help with a large catering order. Shana helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful. She was available when I needed her and quick to respond. She also talked me through everything and gave me ideas on what and how much food would work for my event. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Food and service was incredible. Our server Jessica was very friendly however the building was so hot! We asked the staff if they could turn the AC higher and they said there was nothing they could do as the AC was locked up.

We usually ordered food at the warm springs location but thought to order at this location since it's newer and is closer to our home for pickup. I was very disappointed because I paid for feta fries along with the gyro wrap, but what I got was just plain o fries and for $5, the portion was very tiny. I sent the pic along with the receipt to them and heard nothing. It's unfortunate and needless to say, could have been better. I will go back to Warm Springs location since my order would have been right, even if it's farther.

For 3 years this has been our go-to restaurant for good Greek plates, but in the past few months we've seen a definite change in the food prep, and the dishes have been very inconsistent. Chicken kabobs that are pre-cooked and then reheated when ordered, so they're dry and tough, and undercooked shrimp kabobs have repeatedly happened. We no longer see the mangers that were always there, and kitchen staff is not the same, and that's the problem. I saw the female cook today just tossing to-go orders onto to pick-up self, and it wasn't busy. Counter staff is very polite, and try to make things right when problems are brought to their attention, but they're not the ones cooking. Sometimes things happen, so we gave it 3 more tries, but sadly we probably won't be comming back.

10/10 experience. When I walked in I was greeted by a smile from the staff ready to take my order. My server was Dylan and he was great. The food was delicious, no complaints! I will be coming back again soon!

I always see this place so busy during the mornings and lunch times and decided to try this place out for lunch one Saturday. It wasn't too busy, maybe like 3-4 groups dining in. Service was fast and easy! We opted for the Gyro Plate and choice of Feta Fries and it also came with a side salad, all for $18-19 (before tax). I didn't expect much from the portion or the taste of it, I don't usually seek out Mediterranean or Greek food often so I didn't know much about it. The plate came out and it was a very large portion of food. My boyfriend and I shared that one plate with the salad and were full! The gyro was soft and meaty and flavor was definitely there that went well with the hummus and pita bread. The feta fries were delicious, probably my favorite. So crispy and hot with that cheesy topping that was delicious with the fries. We will definitely come back here again for any Greek food cravings! The restaurant is very spacious and open. They have window view seatings so it's nice to eat with a view. :) Also good for large parties and families with plenty of tables and seats!

I usually get The Great Greek Rice Bowl with an added steak skewer. They cook the steak to your liking. This dish is like having a little bit of the whole food pyramid in one sitting. Today I tried chicken and it did not disappoint. Their meats are packed with flavor. The cashiers are always very welcoming and professional. Thanks!

This place is still solid 5 stars for me. Don't come as often as I'd like due to higher food prices, but when I do I'm glad to see the food quality and portion size not going down! Ordered take out last night and my food was awaiting me upon my arrival. Got home and enjoyed my Greek rice bowl with gyro meat immensely. Thank goodness I was hungry because I'm not sure if I would have finished otherwise. Thanks Great Greek for staying consistent when allot of other establishments are not!

I come here all the time, the food is amazing today was the WORST service I ever received from this place. I ordered a rice bowl with no olives, the cashier (tall man in red shirt) instead of putting no olives put no garbonzo beans which I caught before the order was made and it was corrected. There were little to no tomatoes so I asked if I could have a side of tomatoes. The cashier said no and he'd have to remake my entire bowl rather than just giving me a side of tomatoes. I decided to just get a refund because I didn't think my request for a side of tomatoes that come on the bowl was a big ask, I could've even paid more for the tomatoes if that was the issue. The cashier gave me incorrect change to begin with and because the change was seven cents short he couldn't give me back my $20 bill I paid with because his drawer would be short but that was the exact amount of change he gave me. As I'm leaving the store, I dropped my debit card inside the store and the cashier came out to bring me my debit card which I appreciate, what I didn't appreciate is that once I started waking back to grab my debit card from him he placed it on top of a random persons car and went back into the restaurant leaving me to explain the this random person why I'm walking up to their car to get my debit card that was placed on their hood by the cashier. I got my debit card and thank God the person was understanding and didn't give me too much trouble about walking up to their car. That was extremely unprofessional and I'm just very disappointed in this service as a whole. Never had this kind of issue before here but after today it looks like if I want to enjoy my favorite place to eat I'll have to drive to the blue diamond location instead of across the street from my house on st rose parkway.

For lunch one day, my coworkers suggested Greek food. We had been to a different location of The Great Greek, but they wanted to try this one. You can find The Great Greek in the rapidly-growing West Henderson. The restaurant has a Mediterranean feel and has a giant logo on the wall. Orders are taken from the counter, where their menu is located on the wall behind. I have not had a lot of Greek food in my life, I just know I like souvlaki and do not like gyros. I went with the Steak Tenderloin Souvlaki and sprung for the feta fries. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the food came out. In addition to the main components, it included pita bread and a sauce. The feta fries were excellent and the star of the plate. The Steak Tenderloin Souvlaki was only ok. The meat was a bit undercooked and lacked flavor. For the price, I was expecting a bit more bang for my buck. Overall, the food was good, not great. I would be willing to give it another try though.

This location used to be very on top of things but has really gone down hill...went to order the lamb burger and they were out of the spring mix, we asked if they could just make it with lettuce which they did, my order was a small Greek salad with the dressing on the side which they did but then left off the lemon, pepperoncini pepper and olives. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered but the portion was much smaller than normal. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics.

I've come here multiple times and the food is always delicious. The seating area is pretty big inside and it's modern and very clean here. You can order online which is nice, or if you walk in and place an order it doesn't take too long. They offer deserts here as well and have a kids menu. Their tzatziki is sooo delicious I could eat a whole bucket of it!! Lol jk. I ordered the chicken gyro, it's delicious and comes with red onion, lettuce, tomatoes & feta cheese. The feta fries are nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, seasoned perfectly. I also got a side of rice pilaf & it's flavorful as well. This is my go to Greek food spot and located on st rose, so easy to get to. Been coming here since they've opened, and will continue to!

I've been going to this place regularly but on New Year's Day I ordered my usual not knowing they weren't open. They process my order and then hours later claimed I picked it up. I know initially this is my fault because I didn't call them prior to ordering on Google. I've call the business multiple times. The first time they said their manager wasn't in. The second time they said they couldn't find the order. The third time they said only the regional manager can give me a refund and they're not available. I don't understand how they can take my money and not give me anything back and give me the run around for a couple salads. Just give me my food or my money back. Is that too much to ask for?
