Google
Nice, clean restaurant...friendly staff. Went with the Traditional Lamb Gyro (cooked for 5 hours and shredded). The pita and ingredients were fresh - my only complaint is the shredded lamb was pretty lacking in flavor. I tried to fix this with some lemon juice and pepper - nope. The feta fries were tasty - well seasoned, crispy, would order again. Looking forward to trying some other item on their menu.

Google
Their chicken was juicy and seasoned, fries were PERFECTLY crisped and the pita was fresh and delicious! It's a very nice clean restaurant with fresh pretty flowers. The 2 ladies are very sweet and friendly. Definitely will be going back again!

What a treat to have in our neighborhood! Now, I must admit, my significant other is a huge Greek/Mediterranean food fan, so my review may be skewed by his influence. We’ve visited this place twice and both times were terrific. The staff is awesome and atmosphere perfect. The food is simple great and consistently good. So far, I’ve tried their chicken kabobs plate with rice and the gyro. Everything has great flavor and they don’t skimp on the portion size (I always have to bring home leftovers). Oh, the Pita bread… whoop that is some good stuff! If you’re looking for a great place for some Greek food… you won’t be disappointed.

Google
We loved the Souvlaki plate, both the chicken and beef, one order comes with pita bread and salad and you get to choose one extra side, the rice pilaf is a must, so tasty! My son had the gyro plate, which he didn’t like much, it also comes w/ the same sides as the Souvlaki plate. For our dessert, we had the Baklava ice cream, it’s so yummy!!! The resto is clean and well maintained plus the servers were warm and very friendly! However, I was waiting for a free skewer since we ordered an entree, (promo) just don’t know how that works.

Google
I ordered the beef tenderloin souvlaki plate with rice and it was very good. We also ordered the gyro, but it had a little too much feta so we may ask for lighter next time. I would definitely give this place a try!

Google
First time here and food was delicious. I'm not a Geek food specialist, but I have had Greek food before. I ordered the Gyro and Hummus Appetizer. Although the food was good, I spent $20 on 2 items. 😬 was not expecting to pay that much. The hummus was very creamy, and the Gyro did have a lot of feta, but it didn't bother me. I would definitely come here when I'm feeling Greek food and want to splurge.

Google
I changed my review from 4-star to 2-star after coming here a second time. I reiterate my original review that the portion sizes are laughable. Almost $9 for a side of "feta" fries. (Pictured) The food was well prepared and delicious. My wife and I really liked the eggplant and pita bread. However, the prices are quite high for the portion sizes. We spent $67 for a salald, chicken soulvaki, and two appetizers. I'm glad we tried it, but we'll stick to our regular greek place that gives more food for the price.

Google
The food is delicious! Well worth the money! The service is great too.

Yelp
This place is amazing!! Everything I have tried has been delicious. Juicy meat and wonderful dips. Oh and the service was great . The young woman at the front, even though not a meat eater, recommended the perfect meal with a smile. Very kind and welcoming. I will be returning!

Yelp
Since my wife has food allergies, I called ahead to ask if they marinate the proteins in yogurt (some Mediterranean food spots do this). I was told that they don't. Within two minutes of calling, I received a call back from the same person who said that the chicken has milk in the recipe. That is AMAZING customer service. Just for that one move I would give them five stars because it seems that top-notch, quality service is very rare these days. Thank you for that! So, we went in and ordered two steak souvlaki plates. My wife's was minus the tzatziki sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. It was sitting on a bed of rice that was also perfectly cooked. We also ordered the hummus appy. I wanted to eat everything with that hummus. It was pure deliciousness. The place was kept clean and tidy. We loved it and will be returning soon. You must try this place!

Husam A.

Yelp
Just amazing! When there with my friend on a Sunday. I tried the appetizer which comes in four dips and it was delicious! For the Entrée I got the Souvlaki plate with tenderloin. Everyone who works there was super nice! And the place looked clean and nice!

Yelp
This location is my favorite right now for Greek food. It has to be the best I've had in Roseville personally. The Great Greek gyro is awesome. Especially, when you pay extra for the steak skewer, it's worth it. The gyro meat is yummy too but, the steak skewer is where it's at. The feta fries are awesome and are above being dipped in ketchup. When I place online orders, they're always prepared timely and are ready by the time I come to the restaurant. The service is always good too. The soup is delicious and the rice pilaf is good also. The tzatziki sauce is delicious too and the pita tastes fresh. Everything is delicious!

Autumn L.

Yelp
Had Greek food for the first time and it did not disappoint! Felt very light and refreshing. Food was delicious and great for lunch. Definitely not stingy with their meat but it is slightly more expensive than a typical lunch. I would mention though I didn't receive and any napkins or utensils for my meal :(

Robyn L.

Yelp
Super fast service, friendly workers and food was so good. We had a Greek Greek,, kids cheese pizza, soup and 4 dips

Joye S.

Yelp
Another "let's eat fresh and delish" dinner with My Smile. I can not say enough good about the quality of food and service. Little place but plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Who knew I would crave fries dipped in tzatziki!

Lindsey C.

Yelp
Wow!! This place is delicious! Popped in for Monday lunch. We both got a Greek salad with chicken, and then the Avgolemono soup. Both servings were large, fresh, and soooo scrumptious!! The salad was classic, with fresh ingredients. Prices are average, but the servings could definitely be a lunch and dinner type of vibe (at least, for me!) The soup was sooo good. First time trying it, I need to get it more often when I see it available! The staff was friendly and the establishment is new and clean. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Their pita wraps looked amazing too, I'll have to get that next time. Give this place a try, support local businesses!!

Yelp
Not long after being introduced to this spot during an elite experience, I found myself back here with my bestie who was visiting and loves Mediterranean food. We came on a Saturday afternoon and found a fair amount of customers there. The ambiance is modern, clean, and has comfortable indoor & outdoor seating. We ordered 2 steak tenderloin souvlaki plates, one with fries and the other with rice pilaf. Everything was so flavorful and were great portions--fresh salad with a tasty vinaigrette, well-seasoned and charred meat, soft and warm pita, tasty pilaf, really good fries. The tzatziki is a stand out, so creamy and bright, which is a perfect pairing for all your bites. My little one enjoyed all the food as well! Was tempted to get the baklava again for a sweet treat, but we already had so much food. The customer service was again so welcoming, friendly, warm, and hospitable. Took this order to go this time, and everything was packed nicely. So glad to have this place close by!

Martie D.

Yelp
This place is just great! Good portion and I get the souvlaki plate with tenderloin steak cooked to my liking and it always always hits the spot.

Yelp
I went in on Friday noon and placed my order to go. I had to wait for a while since the restaurant was busy with customers and pick up orders (around 15-20mins to get my order). One of the employees checked on me when he noticed that I hadn't get my order and luckily, the food was ready shortly after. - lamb souvlaki plate (medium well) with rice pilaf: the lamb was delicious! It was seasoned perfectly. Some of the smaller piece was cooked well done while the bigger chunks cooked perfectly medium well. The rice pilaf was super good! It was fluffy and flavorful but I was a bit disappointed that they only gave a thin layer of it. The sauce was suuuupper good! I scraped it till the last drop. - greek salad: the salad was fresh and good. The dressing was good and not too oily but it was too sour for my liking. The pita breads were awesome! It was soft, slightly toasted, and had a hint of garlic. - rice pudding: good! It was cooked perfectly (not mushy). The flavor was good and it had the perfect sweetness.

Yelp
Our daughter LOVES Greek food so we were excited to take her here! We purchased the Kid's Gyro Plate for her. This carved gyro is served with half pita, tzatziki, Classic Greek Salad, their choice of a side and a drink. She chose rice pilaf and apple Juice since they didn't serve milk and it was a nice portion! She loved everything minus the red onions in the salad which daddy gladly ate! I would recommend this business, the first restaurant opened in 2011 before ownership was taken over by 2 neighbors! They use only fresh, high quality family recipes and I loved their festive fall decor by their register! Hubby and I will definitely be returning soon for date night! SYOY! Yelp
Omg the food here was so good! I got the lamb plate, the meat was so generously portioned and rice was very flavorful. I asked medium rare and even though it was slightly over cooked, I still enjoyed very much. Baklava ice cream was BOMB!!! I'd come back for it for sure. And the baba ganoush here might be my favorite version of it so far!! Goes so well with their pita bread. Service was really good too. The people m helping me were so nice. Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
We are so excited with the amount of restaurants finally starting to pop up in west park! Unfortunately we often get TOO excited and have been disappointed with some and the quirks that come with newly opening a business. So I was reluctant to try this one so soon after opening- but boy am I glad we did!! I got the traditional gyro. It was a little too heavy on the tzatziki for me, but I'll just ask for light sauce next time. The flavor was great and it was filling. The fries are SO good- super crunchy, super flavorful. My son (who has never had gyro meat before) ate almost half my husband's gyro plate. The staff was so friendly and service was fast. They even came by and asked if we'd like to sample the soup. I'm SO glad I did! It is like comfort in a bowl- lemon, chicken and rice. It was soooo delicious. I told my husband I will be asking for that soup whenever I'm sick or just craving some comfort food. Kid approved. Parent approved. We can't wait to come back- and so close to home! Welcome to the neighborhood Great Greek!!! So happy to have you.

Yelp
Opa! There's a new Greek restaurant open in Roseville. Heard some good things about it so stopped by. Got the baklava for dessert which was subtly sweet and a large piece for the price. For my entree, I got one skewer of lamb and one of beef. Both were tender and flavorful but over cooked. I wanted medium rare but it was medium well. The lemon pepper potato's were delicious though and the salad was good. I would will return.

Yelp
An awesome Mediterranean food experience!! We heard about a brand new Greek Mediterranean spot that opened up and we went to try it for lunch! This new spot is off of blue oaks in Roseville! It's located in a great complex with Raleys, chipotle, sourdough and comp, and an auto zone is also opening up! Parking is pretty easy, there is plenty of spots! The Great Greek has indoor and outdoor dining! The outdoor dining is nice and very spacious with umbrellas to cover each table! Indoor is clean and modern! Okay, now to the awesome food! We ordered 2 platters! We ordered one lamb platter with fries and a salad, and a Jumbo shrimp platter with fries and a salad! Both platters were delicious. The lamb was tender and flavorful and the meat was a good size! Same with the jumbo shrimp, they were perfectly grilled! The platter also came with 4 pita breads that were warm and fresh so you can dip them in the delicious yogurt sauce. The fries came out crispy and hot which I love! The side salad was good, came with fresh tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. The best part is knowing all the food is freshly made on the spot, and it tastes fresh!! Also, you have to try the baklava Ice-cream! It's such treat and this is the only Greek spot to have this ice cream! It's so delicious, you get a mix of baklava texture mixed with the sweet ice cream with honey on top! It's a must try when you visit! Mandy and Arjun are the owners and they are extremely nice and very professional! They make sure the customers feel welcome and taken care of! I'll be definitely coming back if I visit Roseville! Great experience!

Yelp
We have a new favorite near us, with a great selection of Greek items that everyone should try. Make sure if you have a group to start with the four-dip combo of tzatziki, hummus, tirokaferti and melitzanosalata - this is huge and also fantastic, you NEED a group to share it with. We've had this a few times now, and I have a different favorite each time, all four have great and different flavors and textures. Some sampler plates like these don't have enough to a pita to go along, but that's definitely not a concern here! We are fans of both the chicken and steak souvlaki plates that come on either a bed of rice or with seasoned fries. This along with one of the salads makes a very nice meal for two to share, as all portions served are good-sized. I have also tried the falafel gyro and it is a full meal as well. Next up is to try the different gyros Don't stop at the meals, be sure to get one - or all three - of the desserts, for they do all as a sampler. The baklava is excellent, there's an amazing rice pudding and for something fun and different, a vanilla bean ice cream with honey and pieces of baklava included. All the servers are very nice, the location is clean, there's a lot to do nearby. We are not quite close enough to walk here, but we've been here four times already and plan on being here many more times.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the chicken kebab plate that I had and there was plenty of food. Also really liked the hummus and pita bread. The person taking my order was very friendly, and I appreciated how flexible they were with substitutions without additional charges.

Arnel E.

Yelp
The ambiance upon entering was fast food but spacious and clean. Walls splashed with Greek themed prints (even the bathroom). They have limited inside seating but there were plenty available on the patio. We didn't know what to order coming in as I was just curious for the novelty Baklava Ice Cream posted on Yelp. After perusing on the menu flyer that was posted outside by the door, we decided on getting two entrees with an add-on skewer and of course the ice cream. Grilled Steak Souvlaki w/ add-on Australian Lamb skewer 5/5. Medium cooked meats with side salad and rice hit our omnivore spot. The Great Greek Gyro 5/5. My kind of combination for feta, meat & veggies. Baklava Ice Cream 4/5. Not too sweet but not the taste I was wanting for. Maybe I was yearning for a hint of pistachio which it didn't deliver. I've never been to the ancient country but I've had plenty of Greek food and this is easily one of the top five for me. They have and excellent balance of tzatziki, pita, feta, meats and vegetables which just beckons for us to return. Service was friendly, fast & outstanding! A great addition to the developing West Roseville area.

Erly G.

Yelp
I believe this is a newly opened greek-Mediterranean cuisine. Similar to nick the greek but way better. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Space is huge. Very clean especially the bathroom as it ought to be since they're new. Located by corner blue oaks and fiddyment. We ordered the falafel pita, souvlaki plate with steak and lamb and the baklava ice cream which by the way is a must to order. It was surprisingly not super sweet and super good. You order by the counter, they give you a number and they bring the food to you. They check up on you often and they are all simply friendly. Definitely a must try place.

Mary W.

Yelp
Excited that this is open! Tried their soulavik with beef and chicken kabob on combination, delicious! The beef was better than the chicken, it was cook perfectly to medium. It is located in the new plaza at blue oaks with Raley's one. There were a lot of people eating at the restaurant. The cashier was pretty nice to explain any question you have .

Eddie D.

Yelp
This Mediterranean restaurant has a great location and a very vibrant ambiance on the inside. It is very clean and neat on the inside. They have a lot of indoor seating, as well as outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly and took their time to answer any questions we had. They were super nice and quick to provide excellent service. The food was really good. We ordered the Australian Lamb Souvlaki plate, classic Greek salad and the baklava. We also got a beef gyro on the side. The salads were very fresh and vibrant. They had a good amount of dressing and were a great starter. The Souvlaki plate was very good as well. The rice was very fluffy, perfectly cooked and not clumpy. The rice was very flavorful and delicious. The lamb had a nice char on it and was cooked to the requested temperature. The only downside to the lamb was that some pieces were tough and had a lot of connective tissue that made it hard to eat. I know that it's meat but, it could be cleaned a little better to avoid those pieces. The sauce was delicious and added a nice hint of freshness to the entire plate. The beef gyro was also delicious. The only downside to the gyro was the amount of sauce on it was too much to the point that it was very overpowering. Other than that, there was a healthy serving of beef and vegetables. The baklava dessert was delicious: sweet but not overwhelming sweet. A nice light, sweet end to the entire meal. Overall, the atmosphere, the personnel and the food was great. There are slight thing that stood out to me, but overall, it was great. We have come back a few times and always enjoy the food. The burger is a must try - very delicious!

Michelle W.

Yelp
We've been here twice now and Thee Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is my favorite Greek food place in Roseville in the past two plus years of living here. Excellent tzitzi sauce and baklava as well :) Love sitting outside where the green fields across the street are so peaceful a view to enjoy. Excellent service and kind staff. Thanks for your excellent food! Michelle

Yelp
The Great Greek Mediterranean Gill is the lastest restaurant to open in the Westpark section of Roseville, CA, which is the newest section of town, that's still growing strong. As the name implies, the restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, which is a welcome addition to west Roseville, as there is no Mediterranean restaurant even close. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, islocated in The Placer at Blue Oaks strip mall, in the Westpark section of Roseville, CA. This fine restaurant enjoyed their "soft opening" back in August, and has become of favorite of west Roseillians who enjoy delicious Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. As you enter the restaurant, you'll note the cheery, modern dining room with the floor-to ceiling windows. The decor is simple, modern, comfortable and "no frills." The restaurant operates on what I refer to as a "taqueria format," in that you make your selection from the menu, pay for it, and in return, you'll receive a receipt and a number. You sit an any open table of your choosing and when your order is ready, it will be brought to you by one of the friendly staff members. The menu is posted on a video monitor above the order counter, and... naturally, online on the restaurant's website. There are no printed menus, and all to-go orders are placed online. From the "Sandwiches" section of the menu, I went with "The Great Greek Gyro," along with an order for fries. Gyros are a quintessential Greek sandwich, that are as Greek to Greece as hamburgers are to America. Along with the gyro, I went with an order of "French Fries" as a side dish. When you order a gyro, you get a choice between "Gyro Meat," which is a mixture of beef and lamb, or chicken. In keeping with my character, I went with "Gyro Meat," and I'm glad I did, as it was simply delicious! As the menu states, it's a mixture of tender, seasoned, marinated and grilled lamb and beef. Lamb has a rather strong taste - you love it or you hate it - and the seasoned beef helped to moderate the strong lamb flavor, but the meat definitely retained the strong, in my opinion delicious, taste of lamb. The lamb and beef meat combination complimented one another and it worked out well. The meat, along with the fresh Romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, diced red onion, tzatziki and feta cheese were laid out on a freshly baked Greek flatbread, which reminded me of a large, puffy Mexican flour tortilla. A gyro is known officially as a "sandwich" or a "wrap," but essentially it's a Greek taco, filled with amazing Greek ingredients. Whatever the case, the flatbread was baked to perfection, chewy, delicious, held together well, and provided a delicious foundation to this wonder sandwich. The tzatziki sauce, a creamy dip made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic and herbs, added a creamy tangy richness to this delicious sandwich. The sandwich was topped off with a generous scoop of tangy, feta cheese, which is a brined, Greek cheese made from a mixture of sheep and goat milk. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill simply "nailed" the sandwich, as all ingredients were fresh, with the meat perfectly grilled, and the veggies crisp and fresh. The tangy tzatziki sauce and feta cheese added just the right amount of "tang" with lots of Greek flavor. The meat-to-bread ratio was perfectly, and the lettuce, tomato, onion sauce and cheese made for a delicious, well-balanced sandwich. As an added bonus... this gyro is healthy! The fries were simply delicious and made for an outstanding side to the sandwich. The fries were deep fried to a rich golden brown on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside, just the way delicious fries should be cooked. The taste was amazing, as they had just enough salt, but not too much like you'll find at many of your fast food restaurants. I simply LOVED the fries! At $5.95, they had better be good, and the amazing fries didn't disappoint. The sandwich and the fries made an amazing lunch! The food is amazingly delicious and, shall we say? ... Mediterranean? The food is delicious, it's healthy, it's fresh and The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill makes an attractive alternative to the multitude of restaurants on the west side of town. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the dining room is modern, clean and comfortable. The spacious patio offers a great outdoor dining experience, along with a view of the happenings at The Placer at Blue Oaks strip mall. For amazing Greek and Mediterranean dining, choose The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, located on Blue Oaks Blvd, in Roseville, CA.

Yelp
Great new spot! The interior is clean and staff are super friendly. Outdoor seating available too. I had the pita wrap, Greek salad, and baklava and everything was delicious! Would definitely go back!

Joseph Z.

Yelp
Came here for Sunday lunch. Super chill vibes and light music playing in the background. The good thing was the music was not loud just there as white noise. Casual dining for sure, great for families and or a group. They have booths, tables, and even a nice outdoor area. The service was great everyone supper friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long to order or for food to come. The food is very tasty, fresh, and generous portions. My gyro was packed to the gills and the small salad is definitely shareable. I noticed they also have a help yourself area for condiments, napkins, and beverages absolutely love that. We will be back!

Regina V.

Yelp
Hands down best Mediterranean chicken bowl. Their chicken is cooked to perfection, flavor is on point. I also love their Taziki appetizer, chefs kiss. Don't pass up the lemon rice soup, appetizer. I could drink it all day. The hummus is also great. Lastly their hamburger is the best burger I've ever tasted. In and out, who!? The only con I would say, is their lamb gyro meat is not my favorite I've ever had. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is always clean.

Tim G.

Yelp
Really great beef and lamb gyros! Baklava is excellent also. Friendly, helpful staff. Been here twice. Excellent both times.

Lauren S.

Yelp
Great fast and healthy meal option plus a fun atmosphere with great murals and wall paintings. For a fast casual place, it is food you could easily get at a fancier sit down place. We enjoyed the lamb plate, side Greek salad, Greek salad wrap, lemon potatoes, and rice pudding. We are happy to know about this place and will be back! Healthy, quick, and great for sit down or food to go. Service was friendly as well.

Dan K.

Yelp
Fresh & delicious food, great service, and very clean ambiance. They have plenty of outdoor seating as well. Lastly, it was easy to find parking space. Will definitely revisit when I'm in the area.

Christian G.

Yelp
So good. Especially the gyro fries. The baklava is the best I've had in a long time. Definitely my favorite Mediterranean spot in town.

Tiffany B.

Yelp
The service is always friendly and prompt with the food continuously fresh and tasty. I am super sensitive to salt, and their food is nicely seasoned without being overly salty ( as many restaurants do). When I find myself looking for something quick and tasty I always come back to the Great Greek. It's yummy "fast food" that is good for you. Highly recommend

Adam B.

Yelp
Opa! West Roseville's fast casual dining scene is exploding, and the Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a bright new star among the others. Staff were SO sweet, polite, and friendly. The menu is simple and has plenty to offer. Ambience is modern casual California Greek, if that's a thing. Our table tried the chicken gyro, chicken souvlaki, rice, side salad, pita, feta fries, and baklava. All of it was amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and filling. My kids roll their eyes when I complain about 'prices these days' because things sure got expensive quickly in our little corner of the world. So even though my eyebrows raised a little when I looked at the prices, the reality is that it's on par with other similar food options these days, not to mention that you get a full meal here with some of the plates (salad/side). Also, shout out to the Coca-cola fountain drinks. This summer heat ain't no joke, and I no longer take a refillable icy cold Coke Zero for granted. In summary, I'm super impressed with The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, and I'm hoping this becomes a new go-to dinner spot for my family!

K M.

Yelp
Delicious Greek gyro salad & pita dip appetizer. The facility is clean & staff are helpful with menu suggestions & professional.

Yelp
I recently dined at this Greek restaurant, and I must say, it was worth every penny! The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavors. I ordered the chicken kebab plate with rice, topped with tomatoes and red onions, and a side of tzatziki. My only complaint is that I wished there was more of that heavenly tzatziki; it's hands down some of the best I've ever tasted. My kids were equally delighted with their meals. One went for the classic cheese pizza, which was simple yet delicious - cheese and red sauce on top of a pita bread. My other child ordered the grilled cheese pita, and let me tell you, I wasn't disappointed eating his leftovers. The service was kind and attentive, making it a perfect dining experience for my family. If I was passing though town, I'd definitely remember to pop in here!

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered a to go order. The restaurant was fairly crowded for a Monday evening. Ordered a steak and shrimp plate but ended up with a chicken and shrimp plate. ..oh well, I still ate it. The shrimp were large and perfectly cooked, they were really tasty! The chicken was ok, nothing special. They gave an extra free skewer too. It came with a side dish, I opted for the rice pilaf- it was hard and try, didn't taste fresh at all. It also came with a Greek side salad- it had a very yummy dressing with it. Also a side of pita bread. My friend ordered a gyro and a side of feta fries. The meat in her gyro was very dry, she didn't care for it. The fries she said were very good. Would come back and try it again.

Victoria V.

Yelp
I ordered the gyro meat salad wrap and chicken entrée the meat was super low quality. I payed 44 dollars for sub par food. I was not able to finish my wrap due to chewing on something hard in the meat. My chicken was rubbery and I found a hair in it. The quality of ingredients is super low. I used to really like this place but I'm assuming due to costs they have lowered the quality of ingredients. It's too bad but I won't be coming back.

Yelp
Ordered deconstructed gyros to go. Meat was great day of, but wasn't awesome as leftovers. Pita bread was good, but not the best I've ever had. Casual feel here and parking is easy. Friendly service.

Yelp
Fresh and delicious! I've had the meat combo gyro a few times now and it's been great every time.

Yelp
Overall a decent stop for lunch. It is a nice, bright space inside and they have a lot of outside tables (not good with our wonderful recent rains ;-) Service at the counter was friendly and my food was brought to the table within 5 minutes, warm and fresh. The great Greek gyros plate was a decent size plate of food that could easily be split for 2 people if you aren't mega-hungry. I opted for the rice pilaf as the side, which was tasty, as was the decent-sized side salad with excellent crisp romaine lettuce, ok offseason tomatoes, great crisp mini-cuke slices, a smattering of feta cheese and a light dressing (disposed of the red onions and olives as not my thing). The gyros meat was thinly sliced and a nice portion; I thought the meat was a little dry but it had good flavor. The tzatziki sauce was a big help. It is served with 2 large pita halves, which were warm and fresh. A neighboring table's gyro pita wrap looked large and tasty. I would like to go back and try the feta fries. Overall it was very good; just feel that $16.95 is a couple of bucks pricey, but what isn't these days.

Yelp
The lemon potatoes are the best I've ever had. They're not scared to use a little seasoning- most other places the potatoes are so bland they're not worth the calories but the ones here I crave. Chicken, salmon & shrimp are fresh and flavorful. The soup has nice chunks of chicken. Really I've loved everything here I've eaten here the 4x I've visited. Only negatives really is the rice would be better as a long grain instead of short- it's very flavorful and then they put the meat on top so it's absorbing a lot. I just think a long grain would hold up better. shrimp aren't "jumbo" but they're good quality, and they ring up $1.00 more than the menu says. Also I asked the cashiers if they get to keep the tips and it got super awkward, with a "sometimes we get some of the tips" response, so I think the owners might be keeping the tips.

Yelp
First impressions... fresh, delicious, great service. The restaurant is bright and clean. We went straight to the register and were helped by Kiersten (spelling?). She was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Being vegetarian, we both got the Mezze plate, and shared an order of French fries. The salad was crisp, fresh, and flavorful. It had just the right amount of dressing, and did I mention how fresh and crisp it was? Much better than the average restaurant side salad! The French fries? Directly out of the fryer. Hot, crispy outside, fluffy and steaming inside. I strongly recommend having them with a side of tzatziki. The plate was good! I wouldn't say there was much authenticity, but it was yummy, and plenty of food. The spanakopita is large, made with puff pastry, and they do make the filling. The falafel looked like it was purchased, because they were little round pucks... maybe 1/2" thick and 1 1/2" in diameter. The dolmas tasted like it was also premade. The tzatziki and hummus and pita were good sides with the items on the plate. Our initial reaction to the price was that it was a little pricey. After eating, between the service and the food, not bad, considering how expensive it is to eat out these days. We will be back. Thank you, Kiersten!

Yelp
First, this is not the Classic Greek sit down spend couple hours restaurant with booths etc. It has indoor and outdoor seating, meant for getting your food in short order, sitting for 15-30 minutes tops and getting out. It's a Chipotle of Greek dining but a step up. You are not telling them how to make your meal. You just order from the menu at the register, and it's brought to the table. Done. Really good food, tasty, seems pretty authentic, they get the food out to you fast, piping hot, friendly staff. No complaints

Yelp
Absolutely yes! This is one of thee best Greek Mediterranean restaurants I've ever been to. I ordered the Souvlaki plate with the beef tenderloin and feta fries and oh my goodness the beef tenderloin was so cooked to perfection and I mean perfection. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy and not dry at all. The only con was I should have ordered extra tzatziki sauce cause that sauce is addictive. Also the salad that comes with the meal was absolutely delicious. The dressing paired was so simple but impressively tasty. My husband also enjoyed the gyro. Oh and orders are made quite quickly! Everything came out so fresh. Really great quality. The food here is like super fancy restaurant quality or would beat one lol!!

Yelp
Australian Lamb Souvlaki Plate is delicious and cooked well, juicy and well salted. Feta fries very good and fries done perfectly. We enjoy the vinaigrette side salads and the dolmas. The chicken souvlaki is moist and delicious.

Yelp
The service was excellent, nothing wrong with the staff. The place reminds more of a Greek fast food place really... so ambiance was it was ok, nothing special but they do have outside seating and self service fountain drinks. The food therefore was ok, nothing special. Some of it pre-prepared and or delivered. So what was fresh prepared was good but overall a four not a five.

Yelp
The food was very good and well portioned. The personnel was friendly and even took extra steps to help. My friends wanted to share a sandwich, they offered cutting the sandwich in half for ease.

Yelp
Having lived in globally praised cultural cuisine mecca of San Francisco Bay Area, or what it used to be before that city's recent years descension, most if not all so-called restaurants serving Greek food are at best doing a mock up version, especially if corporate owned. I tried this place early of last week. Finally, although a corporate chain, but I pronounce this spot to serve the most typical and authentic Greek cuisine in Placer County. It's menu does not include all traditional meals we equate with Greek cuisine, but it certainly provides best quality in contrast to anything else Placer County and fast food overloaded Roseville. I recommend global foodies to try this place. Among mediterranean/Greek eateries, this one dares to serve all very moist lamb gyro, though it also has other options with chicken and/or beef. Their other offerings also are redolent with well balanced seasoned and generous servings with well seasoned textures. Also try their Baklava ice cream which is unique to this restaurant as it is house made. I definitely will go back which is rare for me as I am always willing to try most restaurants at least once, but never return if the food fails to excite my palate, and if service is indifferent. My prediction is that this west part of Roseville may actually draw more menu unique restaurants than most other parts of Roseville with sparse regional exceptions. My advice as a cosmopolitant foodie and former food columnist from San Francisco, run from any place which stuffs French fries and dry beef with minimum lamb meat strips in each of their gyros, a shortcut to hustle quantity at higher price. This place sells quality and good portions.
