The Greek Pizzeria and Gyros

We stopped into this little restaurant because we are always on the lookout for great Mediterranean food and the reviews looked great. Boy are we glad that we did. This place is a hidden gem. The food was fresh and made to order. Everything was so delicious. We would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you were curious about them - you won't regret it. Highly recommend!

In the area for business and found this place on a quick internet search. Really great, casual dinner. Food was really good with awesome pita for my gyro, great fries and a great little side salad. The best part was the staff though. One of the owners was covering the tables and she and her other server could not have been more polite and pleasant. Honestly, they made me feel like I’ve been coming here for 20 years! Great place!

My husband and I stopped in based on the other reviews. He loves pizza, and I love gyros, so it was the perfect fit. We really didn't know what to expect, but we were blown away. The food was so good and so incredibly fresh. We will definitely be returning.

Phenomenal. I’ve heard term “hidden gem” get thrown around a lot, but as other reviewers have acknowledged, it’s truly an accurate description for this place. The gyro, Greek salad, and supreme white pizza were all fantastic. The atmosphere is intriguing while still being very laidback and unassuming. This will definitely become one of our regular neighborhood spots!

Great pizza and gyros. That’s all new had this time but the quality and experience will bring us back. Food was plentiful, quick and well prepared. I had a personal Greek pizza and my wife a gyros. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the non standard soft drink options. You order at the counter and they bring out to you. Entering and exiting the parking lot is a little tricky but worth the effort.

My favorite lamb gyro wrap in the city. The lamb is so perfectly seasoned and tender, their tzatziki is lovely, and their veggies are always fresh. Spanakopita, Greek potatoes, Greek salad, baklava, all are incredible here. Somehow haven’t tried their pizza yet but I’m sure it’s good as well!

The Greek Pizzeria and Gyros in Brookhaven is a hidden gem! The ambiance takes you back to a classic arcade/retro pizza joint, complete with a few arcade games and a pinball machine that add to the fun vibe. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Now, the food — absolutely amazing! Their pizza crust is to die for — perfectly crispy, flavorful, and the ideal base for their delicious toppings. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual night out or just craving great pizza, this spot hits all the right notes. Highly recommend checking it out!

Wow. I had high expectations because of the ratings and because I love all of the Greek food that I have tried in Atlanta, but this exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the food!! The flavors, the portions, the price, and the freshness was all 10/10!! I shared a few dishes with my partner (falafel platter, a calzone, and cheese sticks) and it was so so great! Super affordable and the marinara being served warm was a pleasant surprise haha! I will be returning :)

My recent experience was on dine in. I am extremely impressed with the service. The entire wait staff were very pleasant and welcoming, great on response, greeted us, with a smile. I even noticed the cook staff to be very concentrated/proficient, and professional. My pizza was prepared in an evenly proportioned way. The ingredients were consistent, throughout the entire pizza. It was prepared and served to tantalize the taste buds! This location at Clairmont Rd/Buford Hwy is my new go to spot, for all of my pizzas. I highly recommend it to all, and rate it 100%. Simply delicious! Excellent!

They have my favorite pizza in the ATL/surrounding area. The parking is easy. Comfy seats. The soda is great. The staff are nice. Clean. It's a local small business with great quality food. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend.

Gyro!! 10/10 Service great! Overall, the restaurant was nice and clean the young lady that took my order over the phone was the same person to greet me when I walked into the establishment very friendly and upbeat. It was my first time trying this location during my lunch break and everything was very quick. The food was fresh and hot and I will be trying it again! Extremely nice staff. I came in today and had the best restaurant greeting ever. Made me feel all warm and welcome on the inside. They enjoyed walking me through the menu and made recommendations. I noticed that the art here is pretty cool and they have some throwback arcades. The inside is very spacious. I ordered two pizzas. I wanted to try the John's special and the White Pizza but you are unable to put both on the same pizza. The issue is that they use two different base sauces. Both pizzas are amazing. The artichokes in the White Pizza taste great. John's special is loaded with toppings. Everything on both pizzas taste extremely fresh. The brownies are amazing. Full of chocolate chips and flavor. This venue is on the end of a strip mall. There is plenty of parking.

This place was on my list to check out for a while. I stopped in since I was in the neighborhood. First, love the crunchy crust in the 7". The sauce and young flavors meld well together. The caveat, they don't top the pizza with cheese, so all of the pizza rounds fall everywhere when you bite into a slice. Noticing this from another posters pic, I specifically asked for my cheese on top. I had to send my pizza back bc the COOK (tall, Caucasian male) didn't read the tkt correctly, and then had the nerve to AUDIBLY complain. He lowered his voice when he saw me make eye contact during his rant. **I would hope that management read this and has a discussion with that person. ** The cashier / server was MOST kind, though, and helped me decide on a dessert to try... that and the fact that they use recyclable containers, is why I gave then 4 stars

This place has good pizza, delicious salads, and the gyros are good too. I order online usually but I've ordered inside before and it didn't take long to get my order. They're usually super accommodating and are willing to fix any issues with food/orders. Once, I ordered a personal size pizza and they fixed a medium by mistake but gave it to me anyway! The veggie pizza is packed with veggies and it made the pizza a little soggy. But it had a great flavor, just needed a knife and fork. I haven't dined in but it looks like a nice place for families. Plenty of parking and some outside seating as well.

Welp. Didn't know what to expect. Stopped by on the way home from running errands because we didn't feel like cooking. Gyro was a 10/10 for me, one of the best I've had in some time around Atlanta. The 12" Supreme white pizza was terrific. Fresh ingredients and a tasty crust. Make sure you are not adverse to heavy garlic. Village salad - haven't tried yet, but looking forward to the lemon dressing. Pile of Greek potatoes - Don't even think about it. Perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. They also have a loaded version that includes a protein. I can't wait to go back.

(yes they really are THAT good)...they're golden crispy and the razzle dazzle of fresh lemon and the herby deliciousness of the tzatziki sauce is sooo yummy. Also the pizza comes out piping hot. you can tell the ingredients are fresh, the cheese is super cheesy (you'll get a really good insta-worthy cheese pull) and the crust is divine.

I pre-ordered 4 different pizzas and greek salad for my daughter's 11th birthday party online and everything went smoothly! I even got a call just to make sure my order was correct and was able to make some slight changes a few days before my order was to be picked up. The pizzas were a huge hit! Delicious and fresh! The greek salad was also a big hit with everyone and it came with 2 different house made dressings which were both awesome as well! Highly recommend

Swarma wrap is the best! Love the fries. Pizza is excellent too. Reminds me of a college hangout. Staff is always professional and curtious.

One of my best Atlanta finds in recent memory, the Greek is a new must. We ordered delivery recently, and were blown away by the quality, taste, and freshness of its Greek pizzeria style fare. We started with their dip sampler served alongside luscious pita, with the feta dip being an absolute standout. Seriously, it's worth an order all its own. We then sampled from their fresh salads- classic Greek for her and surprisingly authentic horiatiki for me. Their personal sized pizzas- white for her and veggie for me- were simple perfection and made for a perfect add-on to our order. An all-around standout for classic Greek pizza, the Greek is a new favorite.

This place was terrible did not enjoy. It came here with my whole family because we live in the neighborhood got the pork shish kebab came out Old and Dry with no flavor. The Gyro was cooked well done like it was pre-sliced and then reheated the pizza crust was bad Will not be returning

I was there for the 1 year anniversary party. I had heard about the event through Yelp and figured we could drive an hour and give it a try. It was really good! I'm sure the sit down experience is equally great but the buffet they had for the event had some delicious options. My favorite was the Greek salad, hummus, and the spinach pie. The pizza had a good flavor but sitting out on the buffet was making it like warm. It was still good though. For dessert the baklava was delicious. The other desserts including a fruit pie had dough that was nearly raw. Overall if I was in the area I would come back

Located on Buford Highway nestled on the edge of gentrified neighborhood. Service was good. Pizza was subpar. I'm from Boston. I've grown up eating this style of pizza. This is very disappointing. Dough thickness was uneven and completely random. The cheese was spread in the same manner. One moment I'd bite into a Sicilian style... next bite might be thin as a NY style slice. I had a side salad. Possibly premade the day before. The tomatoes soft and mushy. The Greek dressing was flavorless, unseasoned and might well have been just olive oil. Very disappointing. You want good Greek? Go to Athens in Decatur.

What a fascinating place! Who knew this spot was nestled into Buford highway. We stopped in one night with our son in a hungry frenzy and also desire to try something new. First, I'd like to applaud the staff for being super rad. You can tell these folks get along and bring a cheery atmosphere to their service which makes a difference. You order at the window similar to most pizza spots, take a number and your pizza is delivered. As the name suggests you can get both greek, pizza or greek pizza! (Natually we had to try this) so we got a half Hawaiian / Half Greek + some breadsticks to eat in and a slice of baclava cheesecake to go! I was so surprised at the size (and depth) of the pizza for the $. The slices are large and its A LOT of pizza. Almost like deep dish. One slice definitely was filling, and I couldnt eat more than two so it was nice to take some home. We recently stopped by mellow mushroom and you are getting SO much more pizza here for a lower price. It seemed like their "To Go" order cap was poppin. Keep up the good work. Happy to have this as a local stop in!

Honestly loved the food from here, I come at least twice a week because I love it that much. Sadly today was my last day coming as I've been having MANY issues with the staff and their incapability to provide decent hospitality. As a regular customer that has been coming here since they opened youd think they'd be kind and generous to those that support their business on a regular but NO they do not. I choose not to support a business that is rude to their customers. S.N: this is their sad excuse for a cucumber tomato salad. Bland and water downed. Not fresh!

I have never seen this flavor of pizza on the menu so it was only right to try it and the cashier recommended it as well. Boy it packs a punch! However with the heat is a nice balance of sweetness that kept me coming back for more bites. The atmosphere is really chill and causal with a pinball machines!!! Definitely a place I'd stop by for a quick lunch any day.

We've been here a few times and this place does not disappoint. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly. The portions are generous, the food is flavorful. There is an outside patio. There is plenty of sitting inside. The fries are so good! The salads are fresh. There are video games and a jukebox. It's family-friendly and plenty of parking available. If you get a chance stop by and give it a try. Call it in and pick it up and delivery is available. Also catering provided.

Tried this place on a whim as wanted something different on a pizZa. Food was mediocre at best for me. The pizza crust is thick but crunchy. Unfortunately dough tasted like it was sitting on a counter and reheated. The slice toppings I added wasn't enough topping to bread ratio due to the thick bread. The gyro platter comes with a salad and fries but again quality could improve in flavors and freshness.

Just what our neighborhood needed!!! I've been needed a new pizza place to try so I was ecstatic when the Greek opened its doors. You have to understand that this is a Greek style pizza so the crust and sauce will taste different than the average American pizza, and by different, I mean BETTER. The sauce has a sweetness to it that I enjoy and it tastes incredibly fresh. The dough is buttery, somehow crunchy yet soft. You can't beat Johnny's special, a fantastic combo of toppings that generously coat the pizza. It's best to eat this pizza in the restaurant to enjoy the crust at its peak perfection. The restaurant is a cozy space buzzing with great energy. There are also outdoor tables. Salads are also amazing and HUGE, featuring a variety of yummy proteins. I like the Greek Caesar with crunchy pita strips. The appetizer dip trio with fresh pita is also a standout, perfect to take to an event. I'm slowly working my way through the yummy menu and can't wait to try more goodies!

Been meaning to try this place and wish we had gone sooner! Food is delicious and staff is incredibly friendly. We got the dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), a Greek salad with chicken, and a Greek salad with falafel. The ingredients were all fresh and both the chicken and the falafel were cooked perfectly. We brought our dog and sat outside. They brought us a water bowl and treats for our pup. Highly recommend this place!!!

The Greek is incredibly clean, had a variety of options and made everything fresh to order. The staff was very friendly and it is now one of our new favorite Greek spots in town. We will definitely be coming back. They also have delicious pizza- unlike most places, it was not greasy at all, had lots of fresh toppings and the crust was to die for. Our new favorite spot for Greek food AND pizza!

Let start with I am not a fan of delivering bad reviews. But if I am able to stop consumers from wasting their time and money on those with disappointing business and without integrity. We work to hard to be conned, scammed or not served what is presented. REVIEW! I there was a place on yelp that said so bad there's no rating. This place would be it #smh I ordered the same slice of pizza the Jewish gentleman in front of me ordered it sound delicious I stood by watching the preparation in the kitchen as I always do when facilities have an open kitchen view Ok here we Go. As I watch d who later was identified as the tattooed owner "scratch his groin area under his apron" I bout past the hell out; And he's wearing no gloves. I tapped the gentleman who orders before me to pay attention and witnessed to make sure I saw this and it was not an oasis mirage lol A couple minutes he did it again and still no gloves. The Jewish gentleman plaid it off like what's a little extra seasoning and I went off .. Ask the guy was his cameras recording and that I had witnessed the cook wearing no gloves "go under his apron and scratch his groin" the tattoos guys said it his pizza Ria and no one invited me .look around and he told the cashier to refund me... I swear I have never in all my life witnessed nor experienced this type of encounter. The only other was Pizza Hut Oreo guy digging in his nose. But scratching your groin "like when I say" scratching I mean like the clap scratching Sorry I am ruined for ever o. Pizza. I will make my own. There's no more I can add other than pure health risk nasty for a very good looking place

Not even mediocre. The pizza dough is undercooked. The toppings are undercooked. the falafel is frozen and microwaved?!? OK the tahini itself was spot on but hey, that's just a sauce topping! Instead of Coke or Pepsi, they have stubborn drinks which would be fine if their machine was not watering them down. A waste of $2.95. I don't know how he gets Riffi customers. Yes I understand what Greek pizza is supposed to be like.

The pizza selection is a little limited but what they do offer their great at itt. The calzone is my go to. They nailed the atmosphere. Retro pizzeria with a close family vibe. You feel it as you are pulling up to the restaurant.

I am a fan of a good gyro, and have tried most of the Greek restaurants in my area, but today was my first time here. I ordered the traditional gyro with a junior Greek salad, my usual go-to, and I was blown away by the quality. I love my gyro packed with veggies, and this place delivered. I plan on taking the whole family back for my birthday in a few weeks! I didn't catch the name of the cashier, but they were extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Also, the artwork was really eye-catching! I sent photos to my mythology-loving high school son and he immediately requested I buy him an Athena shirt and a hat.

A go to place for our friends who live off Dresden. Food is consistently good and comes out quickly. We usually bring our dogs and sit on their patio. Great little neighborhood spot when you get tired of the food on Dresden lol

I ordered takeout this past Friday night for the very first time. I ordered the chicken souvlaki pita, a small Greek salad, and 2 orders of baklava. The food was fresh and packed with flavor. Also, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and the restaurant was spotless. I let my friend try my sandwich and she said that it was one of the best she has ever had in the area, and she orders Greek and Mediterranean often within the Buckhead/Brookhaven area. The next day, when I asked my friend what she had a taste for, she immediately said that she wanted exactly what I had the night prior. I did not hesitate! I called and ordered dinner again on Saturday night. This time I ordered 2 chicken souvlaki gyros, which were phenomenal again, and two orders of really delicious french fries. I can't speak to any other items on the menu but if you want a great tasting chicken gyro at a great price, with great service, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Cool place! My friend recommended I try this place and it was a great experience. Variety of interesting things on the menu to try and everything I had was delicious. Love the old fashion bottled beverages and they had some top notch baked goods. Try the raspberry donut cheesecake

Foods great, the pizza is a unique style that the owner has absolutely mastered. The gyros are the best in the area. The gyro pizza is amazing you gotta try it.

Trendy local pizza spot with great options & fun atmosphere. The artistic flare of the logo & interior makes this a fresh spot & a fun change from mellow mushroom & all the basic pizza shops. Great menu, comfortable place for a dinner conversation or casual date.

I like that you can order slices. They already turn out with a little more crispy bottom. The dough kind of reminded me of Pizza Hut personal pan pizza crust. Excellent gyro topping. Salad was big and adequately Greek. Stubborn sodas are alway good. One slice was enough. Taking home the other. My ice water was freezing cold. Now to play some pinball on their machine.

Ordered Two gyro platters and a Greek salad - everything was fresh, tasty and well seasoned. I liked the fries more than the Greek potatoes, and didn't love the balsamic (too thick) but the food was good and it was ready before it was promised and well packaged. Great experience.

We always wanted a place nearby with great Greek food and now we found it! Excellent gyro platter- flavorful gyro meat, good feta and the Greek salad dressing was light and not overpowering. I'm always pleased to see beautiful red tomatoes on my salads in winter. The pizza is supposed to be delicious, next time. I saw a white pizza that looked fabulous. Side note - fun Greek mythology mural. The t-shirts, hmmm.

Stumbled upon this little pizzeria tonight! Great service, and yummy Greek pizza! Super clean nice place. We will be back
