This dispensary has such great vibes from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, with a clean and sleek interior that makes the whole experience feel elevated. The layout is modern and well-organized, which makes browsing super easy. Their product selection is top-notch—everything from flower to edibles is high quality and well-curated. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations. Definitely one of my favorite spots to shop. Highly recommend checking it out!

Came up from LA for a few days and walked into the dispensary because it was conviently located directly across from my hotel. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome and got in quickly. I was helped out by a team member named Jordan and man we had a great conversation I told him what I was looking for and what I liked and he pointed me in the right direction and scored some great products some only from SF and if you know throwback SF strains hits like no other. When I come back up I will always make it a point to come to this spot. Great high quality product amazing staff and decent prices. Def make a visit if you’re in the area.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could. The products are shitty, as well as extremely overpriced. But unfortunately, that is not the worst part. Not only is everyone working here is completely incompetent and can't do their job, but they are extremely rude about it when they mess up and refuse to even attempt at making things right.

Incredible staff and customer service. From the moment I walked in, Joe the bud tender, took care of me and answered all of my questions. One of a kind experience and next time I'm back in this city, I will be visiting here again because of their service.

The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and the selection is top-notch with plenty of quality choices. Even without the lounge, they’ve kept the same great vibe and service that made me love coming here in the first place. Definitely one of the best dispensaries around in SF. Prices are the best in SOMA.

I had great service and found the staff very knowledgeable. As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted warmly, asked what I was looking for today and Ilya got what I was looking for right away, took me to the spot and went over the the pros, cons and customer reviews on the products I was interested in. Made it super easy to decide and I’m very happy with my purchase! Also went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I received great customer service from entering to leaving the store. Very clean and cool looking place too! Would highly recommend!

This dispo/ lounge is beautiful with kind, warm and welcoming staff. The owner rolled out the red carpet for my boyfriend and I, giving us free shirts and free product to try for our first time. He took us on a tour up to the lounge and we spent some time trying out the product. Just right next door is a Japanese BBQ restaurant that is very good and across the street a quaint Pub. It was perfect for a date night in the city! I cannot recommend Green Door enough you won't be disappointed!

The selection is amazing and you have an excellent value on products. The prices are very fair and they even offer a veterans discount! The futuristic robot rolling up to deliver advertising materials. This surprising and playful element gives the whole experience the impression of you walking into tomorrow. You remember this kind of detail, and more companies should be using this kind of creativity. Their merchandise is also first-rate: fashionable, relevant, and very expressive. From the images, and art to the vibes, this space was created with intention. You'll want to return here whether your interests are shopping, education, or simply exploration. The service is great. Clean dispensary and good prices. Lots of eatables. Wait staff was ok not super knowledgeable about their products and I felt that there could be more brands of flower.

I was in the city for an event, I noticed the new sign at the renovated og location. Picked up a few pre rolls before heading up to the lounge. Great hospitality definitely worth making the stop or detour.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and owner, the lounge space is so fun to hang out in. Being able to play pool and play your own music while enjoying the product is such a great experience and unlike anything I have seen coming from out of state.

Stumbled across this location on google and went based on location and reviews--I was definitely not disappointed. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, as was my salesman partner. We were warmly greeted and assisted by Eric and told him vaguely what we had in mind. Then the owner came in and chatted us up a bit, all while Eric selected exactly what we needed. They were friendly, quick and very helpful, honing in what we didn't even know we needed. My partner later mentioned (after we left the store) that he has customer service tips to bring back to his supervisor. His exact words were, "I think I just experienced a master class in customer service". If you're in the area, definitely stop in here! Because I am definitely going to next time I'm in town! Re-open and Renovated!! This is the OG of dispensaries!! Its a must-see if you're a cannabis enthusiast! The best strains in the Bay and the VIP access is worth the trip across the bridge for NorCal locals. Very hi-tech for all the techy nerds coming thru the Moscone Center for conferences. The best way to get there is to uber, walk, or pre-order on their website for quick curbside delivery (bc parking is tight). If you stay at the IC hotel just walk over across the street!
