I love this place with my entire SOUL! I'd love to see a location with better hours near mission valley! 🥦🍄🥗🥘 either way, staff is way nice and also your tofu bowl is delish.

The staff was extremely friendly. They had a variation of salad options and wraps, including protein options like Chicken and Steak. The Steak is medium rare prepared so I opted for Chicken. I was able to taste sample all three soups before making a decision. Between Beef Stew, Tomato Bisque, or Chili. Overall very tasty and friendly clean environment. I'd recommend and absolutely go back again!

Food = delicious. Facility = disgusting. The wrap I had was wonderful. My sister had a salad that was great too. They have spectacular dressings! The place was a mess though. There was food and used napkins on the floor and the tables weren't wiped. The area with the drinks was sticky from spilled sodas that hadn't been cleaned up at all. The employees seemed bothered by having to prepare my food at all as well. Overall, I won't be back.

Got take out twice here now and I think it's safe to say that I'm a fan. It's a salad place so it's...well...salad. You're not going to get some awesome creative fusion gourmet created food. Just fresh healthy salads that satisfies the tummy. So far I have ordered the Spinach Salad and Caprese Salad and both were delicious. I'm surprised at the quality every time. With that said what I keep coming back to is the vegetarian chili! The chili has a great kick to it and honestly I don't even notice that it's meatless. I always have a tough time deciding where to eat for lunch and I seem to always feel that I have to settle for something "healthy" so I come to Greenspot. But every time I'm glad I did!

Ordered a Caesar salad with steak for take out through Postmates, and was very impressed with the quality for a fair price. Green fresh romaine, steak was cooked well and cut in manageable pieces. I was impressed to see the size of the salad with protein for just over 10 dollars! My only suggestion would be to include more dressing, as a tiny container wasn’t enough for the large salad. I will be ordering again for a healthy lunch.

Great place for a very healthy meal, great soups with a roll included, extensive menu, you can see how everything is prepared, moderate prices, at least 2 vegan options or make your own wraps,. Friendly staff, good portions. Dine in or take out. I love the reusable take out bags, very eco friendly. Nice!

My favorite spot in Sorrento Valley for a healthy yet hearty and tasty lunch. Extensive menu variations to make any kind of salad that you feel like. Friendly staff, and you can call in your order to beat the lunch crowd. Convenient location but busy parking lot near Qualcomm, so plan accordingly. Their servings are large and fill any takeout container you may be given.... I highly suggest that you have them toss it before packing it for takeout.

Things changed lately and not in good sense. New management? New employees? I do not see any previously employed people. On Monday went for lunch before noon when usually it is slow. Their checkout and payment station was so backed up. Kitchen was far ahead with orders. When I mentioned to the guy working on payments about slow line he said the problem is too many people came in. He did not realize he was a cause of the long line. They definitely needed a second checkout station as at the same time people were coming for takeouts. They were affected as well to the slow process. As far as food: of course my soup and and potatoes wedges were cold due to the long wait 5-8 minutes as they were prepared beforehand.
