This place is off a major thoroughfare and not in a place known for restaurants, but you’ve got to stop in. Amazing food and beverages. Staff are nice and attentive. Recommend you come in and dine in. Atmosphere is great and music is just the right volume. The food is authentic and large portions, as well as great tasting!

This was probably my third time getting food from here, but first time dining in. Stopped by with a friend after a morning hike. Great food with quality ingredients. The tortillas on the tacos are lightly grilled. The salsas are exceptional. I would have preferred the lettuce and tomato on a side dish or optional as I don't normally eat that with enchiladas but not a big issue. There was a little wait even though it wasn't busy so maybe some chips and salsa to take the edge off. Clean restaurant with a large outdoor space that we can hopefully take advantage of with the cooler weather.

I grew up on the Southside of San Antonio and I have been searching for mexican food that can rival that in Austin. Ive been here for 13 years and I believe I have finally found it. This place has an outstanding selection of traditional Mexican faire and executes amazingly well. I had a bowl of posole and an asadsa taco. On the menu it is described as beef fajita, but it is absolutely a wonderful asada taco. The posole has an immensely rich flavor with very clean peices of pork. You can taste all of the love placed into the soup. They serve it well, accompanied by tostadas, cabbage, sliced radish, and diced onions on the side. The portion is hearty and it would make a very hungry patron even find it hard to finish. The asada taco is one of the best I've had and reminded me of my teenage years. Simple beef asada, cooked and seasoned well, with onions and cilantro. Add some lime and salsa and it's a winning combination. Couple all of this with a very attentive and welcoming staff. You guys have a customer from here on out! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Sub par food, meat was reheated way too many times, rice had no flavor and the beans were just okay. The quesso and chips absolutely sucked. Tortillas fresh from a pack and cheese out of a can. The only way this place has good reviews is from friends and family. Two stars and I'm being generous. And for the prices they charge the aumbiance isn't much better than a hole in the wall. This place is definitely a one and done. You think my review was spiteful? Instead of listening to your guests and improving, you double down and become defensive. You know everything I said was true. Good luck with your failing restaurant, I bet it won't be there in 6 months.

Food was fantastic got the breakfast tacos with eggs, avocado, white cheese and chorizo 10/10 service was so nice as well!!! Also their cucumber lemonade pineapple drink was delicious!

Refreshingly authentic Mexican cuisine. My favorite is their chilaquiles. Family friendly establishment. Large outdoor area. Generous portions. We’ve taken advantage of their catering for a party, and it was perfect. They have it all. Can’t wait to go back!

Fresh and tasty! I had the chilaquiles with pork carnitas, half & half red and green sauce, and added avocado. Chips were obviously homemade. Very nice presentation; definitely done with pride. Not inexpensive, but worth it.

Ordered the pork carnitas with corn tortillas, rice and grilled onions to go. The food was hot and flavorful. They give you lots of sides too like cilantro, salsa and pickled onions (which I love). Great price point also. The restaurant is decorated pretty cute and has plenty of outdoor seating. Highly recommend this spot.
