Amazing experience at ‘The Grill’ today! The food was delicious and the service was superb! We ordered the hamburger (all the way) and a side of fries! I would highly recommend giving this place a visit! Keep up the great work guys!

You must stop at The Grill- if your on interstate 75 plan your lunch stop here. I guarantee you will love it. Super friendly and outstanding food, the secret? It's made with love. The alpha dog. This was quite possibly the best hot dog I have ever had in my life. This is one of those small locally owned restaurants that can be found along the Georgia adventure trail. It is a must stop for lunch and I could say you’re guaranteed to enjoy your food. The servers were extremely friendly and the sweet tea never stopped coming. We jeep and we eat, FloridaJeepRides thanks you for a great experience while riding the trail. In addition to the hotdog I also had the full Monty burger. So I had two entries that’s how good the food is here.

Came here on a road trip to South GA. Great food! The Burgers were very soft and fresh. The fries were also really good. The only complaint I have is they have a lunch special, but no burgers on it. It's kind of strange since it brags about it's burger. Great food and worth the stop.

After reading that The Grill was awarded “Best Burger in Georgia” by the GA Beef Board, we knew we had to give it a try. The famous Full Monte Burger—stacked with a fried egg, pimento cheese, and bacon, all made with locally sourced beef—completely lived up to the hype. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. If you're a burger fan, do yourself a favor and go try it. You won’t be disappointed!

What an absolute throwback! I can honestly say this was the best burger we've had from a seasoned and thickness standpoint! Dixie was extremely kind and attentive. She kindly removed the fries from our order as we thought it would be too much food for our ride to the beach. The price point was an A+ value as opposed to going to a franchise gut buster restaurant. I highly recommend The Grill to anyone passing through Hawkinsville. You will NOT be disappointed!

This place is an icon, a legend, and still incredibly delicious. I love the option of an egg on my burger, and the amount of french fries is awesome. Seating is tight, but people here treat other like family, so a table opens up quickly.

This place is so good that we ate here for breakfast and came back that night for supper. The food is superb. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and coffee for breakfast and it was delicious. As we were leaving, our server told us the night special was fried/grilled pork chops with two sides. That was music to my ears! My wife got the smokehouse burger and raved highly about it. Our server was excellent, kind and very personable. The place is small inside (approximately 8 tables), but being inside there gives you the VIP feels. If you're ever in Hawkinsville, you must seek this place out and see what the buzz is all about.

I came to town to try a new wing spot I’d heard about they were closed ended up getting a to go order from. The grill I heard the burgers were the best. I triple co-sign they are mounds of .. AMAZingly deliciousness 😋 so happy I ended up here. Had the bacon egg and cheese burger .. it is so simple but fresh And juicy bun just the right softness. I could have eaten two but I’ll just go back real soon.. also had the cheesecake 😋 🤤 I am a fanatic for cheesecake and have driven all the way to the ATL area for Cheesecake Factory. No more. Will get from here from now on, Even came with a side of caramel drizzled on top and it was PERFECTION. on. Even came with a cup of caramel drizzled on top and it was PERFECTION. The best burgers in Georgia! We absolutely love the Grill. They're a stable in our restaurant rotation. The Big Cheese burger is my go to and the fresh cut fries never disappoint!! If you're looking for a great meal and that old fashioned feel, then the Grill is an excellent choice.

Traveling again to get out of the wrath of hurricane Milton I came across this cute little restaurant. Had a wonderful breakfast here. Western omelette with grits and biscuits. The service was a little slow because only one person cooking. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent also. Lots of cute stuff all over the walls.

This restaurant has the best breakfast in Hawkinsville! But it's most notably awarded "best Burger in Georgia " for us hand crafted hamburgers. Must try for lunch!

Incredible!!! We love this place. The food is amazing. The staff are so friendly and fun. It's so great to see (and taste) an old fashioned burger shop. This is really a little hole in the wall, diamond in the rough. Rating was high so I thought we would try it. I'm so glad we did. The service was outstanding and the food was great. So, I went with a good ole reliable and ordered the cheese burger, fries and coleslaw. Then to end the lunch,I got an apple pie. My co-worker ordered a burger also but he got the fried cheese cake pie. Let me tell you, that $h!t was awesome. The whole thing. My apple pie reminded me of the old McDonald's apple pie but way better. Let me talk about the burger. I don't know what they did to those burgers but omg, this was the best burger I've had in a while. This was better that those designer burger places and half the price. So if you're in this area, this is a must do. You will now be sorry only sorry you didn't. I recommend highly.

The owner was super friendly did not charge me for my coffee I came back later and had one of the best cheeseburgers I've had in a long time would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Hawkinsville..I am a walking evangelist walking across the United States for the Lord my story is on google Kentucky man walking to California but I must say this was the best little hole in the wall that I've eaten at the customers were all friendly and the environment was decorated and old nostalgia and random knickknacks staff was super friendly and I rate this place a 10 out of 10 if you ever come to Hawkinsville Georgia please make sure and stop in

The place I normally eat lunch in Hawkinsville was closed when I went there Monday, so I decided to try The Grill, which I've walked past who knows how many times. Reader, I am sorry to have neglected it so often. It's a classic diner, and so being in a diner, I opted for a cheeseburger (all the way) and fries. Let me tell you, it's amazing. The cook the burgers right there on the grill, and they toast the bun as well. The fries are classic diner french fries, made fresh right there. Both burger and fries were super-tasty, and the extraordinarily friendly waitstaff kept my tea constantly full. I got a burger, fries, and a tea for only a little over seven dollars, and the quality was far better than anything you'd normally get at a fast food restaurant, while the service was remarkably quickly from a burger made from scratch. Seriously, people from Hawkinsville already know this, but if you're ever in town and want a classic diner lunch, you can't go wrong with The Grill.

Great Hamburgers , They rival that of the White diamond in kathleen ga . But they seem to have a hard time finding help to show up for work as sometimes they have to close early due to the lack of help But she seems to make it known on her businesses facebook page when she has issues and never gets to smile and say hello when you come in . I would reccomend a call in order as they do get quite crowded at times and its a small building .

The best Club Sandwich in Georgia, just one of my all time favorites in life. A small but fantastic burst of flavor in life. Highly recommend you check it out.

The Grill is everything that was ever right about old-fashioned diners. There is a surprisingly large choice of selections. The food is amazingly good with classic selections done to perfection. In addition, there are some very creative - and delicious - sandwich concoctions. The atmosphere is friendly, the waitstaff attentive, and the camaraderie of the patrons is contagious. In addition, the owners Paula and Jeff (Cornbread to everyone at The Grill) are involved full-time and tend to their customers with pride and down-home hospitality that can't be beaten. If you're in Hawkinsville, do yourself a favor and drop in. You'll be welcomed and well-fed.

My husband and I just moved to middle Georgia and were desperately looking for a really good non-chain bfast place. This is it!!! Very reasonably priced and we are stuffed

The Grill reminds me of a small grill at the general store where I grew up in Concord, VA... The people and the food did not disappoint. I could eat here every week. I also tried their chili dog. It was not as impressive as the burger and fries, but it was decent. Their dogs are boiled, my buddy said he'd rather have the dog grilled... my only criticism would be that they seem to use a store-bought chili and not a homemade recipe. That is an assumption.

Quick drop in for a burger... A local told suggested I'd go to Jo's Pizza but I'm on a dirty keto diet, so to The Grill I went. I'm glad. Had the Full Monte burger, which included an egg, bacon, and homemade pimento cheese... I'll drop back in the next time I'm in town, the service was good and the food came out quickly and just right.

Love the people and love the food! I go for lunch or breakfast and it's always good! The atmosphere it's pleasant like an old dinner. It can get busy and crowded but to me it's worth the wait, especially with the things around like the little park by the bank, or the big trees by the court house and monuments to read. Great place!

I've been twice now and was pleased both times. Very good burger and fries among other things. Simplicity is sometimes best. Also had a delish country fried steak with southern sides.

First of all, this is now called THE GRILL. We drove around a few times before we figured that out! We were driving through on our way to Atlanta and found this little spot. This was THE BEST SLAW DOG I've ever had. Grilled dogs and toasted buns. Only $1.85! Hand cut fries good but a little greasy. Delicious though. Friendly atmosphere, great service and prices that you can't beat!!! Definitely stop here if you are passing through.

Really good lunch spot. Had the burger and it did not disappoint. The slaw dog is spot on and the hand cut fries are good too. I prefer them a little crispier but the whole lot much was good and very reasonable on price. Worth the time to stop and eat.

This is the "go to" place for me at lunch time, they know us by name and what our usual is, it's hard to find places like that anymore. The building a smaller than most so get there before the lunch crowd, but it's definitely worth the wait if you don't. Also the prices are very reasonable and you never leave hungry.
