We had a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Mia was an amazing bud tender! She was very knowledgeable about the different strains and products. They have great specials. I definitely recommend stopping here. The location is very convenient being near the airport. Most people stop on the way to their hotels.

Corene was the best! Everytime we come from LA, the grove is always hands THE spot. Steals and deals always and staff always treats you like family no matter what hour you come in ( 24 hrs location ) the other store that closes at ten somtimes just got the grumpy bugs working the front. But any hour here it’s happy hour, from the security to the ID check-In to the bud tenders they were all seriously the greatest but Corene still number 1. She always got that uppity attitude after couple hours driving you’re in a sluggish mood but then you come in here and she gets you in that talking vibe and all of sudden you’re stuck between what strain for tonight’s while she recommends her favorites. Also thanks for letting you’re customers feel not so rushed while purchasing, that’s one thing where we come from those Foo’s are always rushing and never taking the time to get to know their customer’s preferences or even suggesting something they like. They just say a couple words and stare.

Amazing customer service! The budtenders are knowledgeable and actively look to save you money. Once we landed at LAS, we pre-ordered online and made a stop en route to our hotel. Our order was being prepared as we arrived and I asked the budtender what he recommended if we wanted to do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day. Vegas tip.. dont gamble on your first day. Budtender said the half oz we picked was perfect. As he's ringing us up, he days it's cheaper if you pick up another half. I'm like.. what? It's was 196 for a 1/2 and a couple prerolls. Add another 1/2 (promo deal).. it came out 180 out the door. We will def be back.

I'm glad this place is open 24/7. Flew into Vegas and landed around 12:30 am. Needed my fix so we headed straight to The Grove. Excellent and friendly service. Quick too. Highly recommend!

Close to the strip. Most chauffeur companies apparently know to bring the tourists here. They are the closest to the airport. We stopped in and they had some really good deals for the shoppers. A little bit of everything for everyone. There are some higher priced things but just ask questions and they will have the answers.

The security guard called "tank" has a real attitude and problem with paying customers. I've always come here an am a local. Maybe he was just having a bad night, however that does not excuse how this security guard acted. I should not be getting threatened for just trying to pick up weed especially from a security guard of all things. Him and a random drunk threatened to 2v1 me for just trying to park better twice when the parking lot was completely full, cars literally side by side. However the Dispo has nice people and decent concentrate that are normally on deal. I usually am a recurring customer probably not coming back after this.

My go to place across the country. Seem to sprays have my non flower preference or at the very least a suitable alternative. Seems like every location has knowledgeable staff willing to help out place your order with a smile

Mikayla was our Budtender, and she was incredibly helpful. Hubs & I had not discussed what we each wanted before our visit so I appreciated Mikayla's suggestions and patience. We never felt rushed as we asked questions. Maybe worth noting, The Grove is cash-only, and a photo ID is required to enter the showroom. This wasn't an issue for us as tourists with IDs handy & I had cash anyway. But I think cash may be a standard practice, as well as showing ID before entering. Having not previously visited a dispensary ever, I can't compare pricing. But I felt like we received a good value for the two items we purchased. The disposable pen I chose lasted for the next 10 days, and we ended up throwing it away at LAX before flying home.

Close to the Strip and the closest dispensary to the airport, which is why I guess they can charge what they do ($$$) for unsuspecting tourists. They also seem to have a kickback system to the ride share drivers, based on what was printed on my receipt, which again feeds into the high prices found here (and why my Lyft driver was so eager to take me here). Decent selection on all products, and open 24/7.

beware: too woke - the grove is a joke!!! do not tip these street hustling bud-tenders! hide your wallet the staff has sticky fingers! most ungrateful, disrespectful staff in vegas. customer service does not exist at the grove, worst purchasing experience of my life. weak overpriced products - save yourself the inconvenience and go to one of the other many dispensaries in town to get what you think your paying for.

This place will tell you one thing, then go back on their word and rip you off. I'd advise going to the other dispensary a block away, especially if you're in the transportation industry in Vegas.

Our go to place to pick up meds in Las Vegas. Close to the strip so it's not a hassle getting here. Great selection and easy to browse their display to get an idea of what you want.

I live close by so this is my "local" shop. They are open 24/7, Veteran and weekly discount make the prices just as good if not better than any other shop. Budtenders have been helpful with recommendations and are friendly. Great selection and quality.

Lame af can't order pre rolls to the airport outskirts dude there is weak af. Super unreliable, can't be trusted

Visiting from Detroit I made sure to check the reviews of the local establishments and was not impressed, but decided to give the groove a chance and I'm glad I did. The bud tender, a nice young lady made sure she was attentive to the people before us and gave us the same good customer service when it was our turn. I got the jungle cookies gold and had to put the blunt out it hit so hard. I don't know why this place has these bad reviews on their flower when it's great. The place is clean and their products are sealed so there's no overwhelming dank smell until you actually open the package. This place does not deserve the hate it's getting and coming from Michigan everyone should be happy to have a 24 hour establishment tending to your needs. Will definitely recommend to any friends I have travel out this way.

Don't go here. They'll charge you double or triple. Crap service. Crap products. No selection. You can't look at anything. They just have screens. Value is terrible and way over priced. You can get more for your money elsewhere. Me and my friends walked there from our hotel and ended up paying 90$ for one cart. Despicable to be honest. Low percentages too, not even above 90%. JUST STAY AWAY

It's one of the first dispensaries I went to in Vegas. First impression was that was a bit sketchy, but it looked good inside. They have a security guard outside. Products looked good. The cost may be high. but that seems common other dispensaries here. It's close to the UNLV campus. It's located far from the Strip, so there's not so many tourists here. The clientele seems to be mostly local. Inside there's a waiting room. The clerk will call you to the window. An employee will lead you to the back. They will go over their products. After you make a selection, you go back out and they give you your items. They also take online orders. The cost is typical of other dispensaries in Vegas. It's not cheap, but reasonable. The online ordering process is convenient, and you can go in and pick it right up.

****ZERO STARS**** The GROVE uses a third-party delivery service which my order arrived in just under seven hours when I was quoted 2 from the start. The driver finally arrived and got frustrated when I had my partial order in quarters mainly due to me being upset for the seven hour wait to prove a point, however she decided that it was not worth her time to count and literally threw the money in my face in the middle of the street (literally) while my neighbor was next to me and drove off, giving me the middle finger as she drove off. Class act. She then proceeded to text me after the incident with obscenities. Wtf. Think twice before you go to this place they do not value your business. By the way, I did speak with management (SHAME ON YOU RICKY!!) and they decided to back the third-party instead of the consumer. Great job guys!! There are so many other places to go to, but my job is not done here. I was treated like absolute dirt being a repeat client for a disgruntled, third-party delivery driver. Yuck. ***BUYER BEWARE***

I've been a regular at the The Grove for three years. I've purchased flower, gummies, chocolate, and joints and I decided to try two of their .5g Vapure disposables. They both died in just over a week. We barely used them. At the time of purchase, the staff told me to bring them back if there's any problems, so I did. Only to be told that they're done. The batteries are dead and won't charge but there is plenty of oil left. The staff told me that I could just eat it instead. That's actually crazy. You lost a regular over .5g of oil. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Nothing is worse then buying over priced, highly taxed crap weed. I bought a disposable Gelato pen. Weak AF. I also bought some GSC flower. Dry brittle with no hit. To put this In perspective I'm a guy who can barely handle 1 to 2 hits. I've just smoked a whole joint and was so pissed I came to review in hopes to save someone from falling into this trap straight from the airport

Really enjoyed this dispensary on our last trip to Las Vegas. We visited several times and the staff was always super friendly and knowledgeable. Vegas prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to but everything we purchased was of high quality. There wasn't a wait either of the times we went. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. My favorite dispensary so far in Vegas!

The staff were so disrespectful that we didn't even go past the front door. Do NOT waste your time or money with these mfs. Thrive and Releaf are my go to dispensaries in Vegas. Never cheating on my dispensaries again.

I purchased a product that was supposed to be edible capsules and the capsules had nothing in them. I called and was told I could bring the product back and it would be replaced. When I came back to the store the "manager" accused me of emptying the capsules myself like I'm some degenerate trying to scan the store. I will never shop here again.

This is the spot, really nice setup, fair prices and a variety of options. Very clean and customer service is so nice. I tried one of their pastries by Vert Unlimited. The flavor was cookies and cream, let me tell you...that cookie was so delicious. It has a green film on the bottom of it, it's edible and yes you're supposed to eat it. Lol okay now to the experience, of course everyone is different but I've never been so happy a brunch in my life! Lmao, it was nice and relaxing..don't eat too much, it is very potent. The guy told me only to eat a tenth pretty much 1 square but that was already after I ate 2 bites. So key notes here, don't peel the film on the bottom, eat a small square(if you aren't used to eating edibles), max and relax lol..you're welcome. Oh just an FYI the cookie for me was really big, I didn't finish the whole thing. One for me was enough, plus I was sharing.

This place is beyond trash. Overpriced and under delivered. Bought two 1/8ths which you can't see or smell before purchasing. The flower was dry and way below the quality you'd expect paying $100 for a quarter. The cart I bought didn't work and even though they promised it was guaranteed they refused to exchange it even though I brought it back a few hours later. Terrible quality, terrible experience.

Shop is less like an Apple Store compared to other dispos. Low key. Staff is friendly. Prices are high even with discounts.

I've bought 3 disposables here that never have enough charge for the whole cartridge. I told the lady last time that my previous two didn't finish. She told me that if it didn't have enough charge there's a 7 day guarantee. Guess what? It didn't have enough charge. I bring it back, there's clearly yellow juice in the vape. The girl working even said "yeah there's juice in that." Manager comes out and says no. Lol. Wow. That dude clearly doesn't smoke weed. That yellow substance is weed my guy. This place is wack af. Overpriced. Terrible product. Terrible people working there.

I went to buy choclates on special. I was told their was no special then the bud tender realized she was mistaken. I was sold sativa choclates and I wanted hybrid or indica. I was told they would not do an exchange. I was sold the wrong item and they wouldn't sell me what I came to buy. I would recommend staying clear of the grove. Far better dispensaries with better customer service and they actually sell you what you want.

My VERY FIRST experience at a legal dispensary! I was totally hyped as Nevada has legalized recreational use. This particular dispensary came highly recommended and when we arrived, we could see why! There was a line out the door to get in. I had never been through this process so this was all new to me. There was an extremely friendly "doorman" letting people in as space became available in the check-in/waiting room. Once you make it into the waiting room, you have to register with the person behind the desk/glass window. The usual - drivers licence or ID. Don't get scared - they do keep it until you meet your "budologist". As you wait in the very comfortable bench cushions and chairs, there are two very large HDTVs that scroll through the various products that The Grove offers along with their prices. This kind of gives you an opportunity to get an idea of what you want before actually entering the "store". Your "budologist" will call your name and return your ID, he or she will introduce yourself. Ours was extremely helpful and friendly, I wish I remembered everyone's names! So each budologist has their little corner of the store with displays that they can elaborate on. They are full of valuable information and are very patient - especially considering my sister and I were both newbies. The budologist takes your order and gives it to the cashier where "runners" gather your order. You get in line again to check-out and they had our order ready as soon as we got to the front! Everyone, I mean EVERYONE was amazing at The Grove. I wish I lived in Vegas so I could frequent this facility. But no worries, every time from here on out I will visit The Grove. They give you your items in a very cute and discreet purple zip package with their emblem on it. Each item has its own label that very much resembles prescription labels! It has the name, the strength, the amount, etc. You exit out the back way where, if you're not careful you'll miss it, a video machine that will take a short video of you acting silly that you can email to yourself. Pretty cool! Some info: Cash only located right by the "Fruit Loop" there is parking out front, but not very many stalls they are open 24-7 if you are a resident of Nevada, they do have a kind of rewards program I think - I didn't really look much into it they also have souvenirs (t-shirts, bags, hats) for purchase they are limited on paraphernalia but have some cheap plastic grinders

My first dispensary experience and it was awesome. Upon entrance, new customers must present an ID and wait for an associate to become available to assist. I waited for about 10 minutes until someone was ready for my group. He explained seemingly everything to us. It was an eye opening experience to people watch and learn about an up and coming industry. Highly recommend seeing a dispensary if visiting Vegas. From what I hear all of then are pretty similar and I expect the next experience to be great as well.

The Grove-Las Vegas would and should be your first choice when you land into Mccarran Airport steeping off the plane seeking out the umm you know recreational marijuana. I had no idea about this place until dropping a colleague of mines off at the airport and she wanted to make her last stop in vegas to a dispensary lol. Who would've known that a dispensary could be top notch and provide an over the top experience? When we first arrived , first thing you notice is the security guard.. you know to feel protected I guess .You must check in and provide your ID to the person behind the glass and then have a seat in the lobby waiting until your name is called. Kind of felt like a doctors office.. while waiting you can browse the menu on these two giant screens so you can go inside already having an idea of what you would like. In less than 10 minutes we were called and guided from the time we stepped in all the way until check out. For a people like my colleague and myself who knows nothing about all these different kinds of items and options this helped a lot with the experience! Now what I can say though is that you better be ready to spend some $$$ because this stuff is NOT cheap....like at all.. I'm not a regular user of this stuff so I can't say whether or not it's overpriced but I do know it's expensive. $186 later we were on our merry way! And Oh yeah and CASH ONLY!

1 Parking basically nonexistent 2 price was cheaper in the lobby menu before tax than in back room 3 71$ for 4 pre rolls after tax (outdoor) no pun intended 4 preroll ran like it was in a Marathon 5 upon breaking open trying to save the run looked like mixed with brown weed or maybe tobacco

Really poor customer service, went with a customer named Lisa, coming for the airport on the first stop. The lady at the window was very welcoming and friendly, but the male next to her was rude when told me " Next time you come here make sure you don't enter with the customer at the same time". What really concerned me was the fact that the security at the door saw us coming together and never told me nothing about it, also there isn't any posting with such reference. Left the premise feeling totally unwelcome going there, and will make sure pass along the information to everyone. The staff need to be trained properly to treat well customers overall!!!!!!

I've been spending hard earned cash at the groove dispensary for some years and the manager Benjamin Payton and the cashier girl treated me quite wrong Wrong enough for me to write this Yelp and warn the customers before you waste your time and money don't buy anything from them I never complain but this had to be told so so sorry

My husband loves this place. We always swing by when we are in Vegas. It's close to the Airport, so tell your driver to stop by on the way to check in. You have to be 21 years of age to enter. They validate your ID twice, before entry per security & again when you enter. Always fast & easy service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. They are CASH ONLY, so make sure to stop at the ATM before you get there.

The Grove Is a great and friendly environment to visit and buy from. Customer service was excellent and the prices were excellent as well.

Got into town and came here for the first stop. Very long line at midnight, but we stayed. It was a loooooong wait (got back to our hotel after 2 am) but lots of choices. Kind of pricey! If you are staying in vegas there are cheaper dispensaries we visited on the strip. Maybe since this one is by the airport it is more expensive. But very pleased with the product!
