12 Best Rooftop Bars to Visit in Savannah, Georgia | Eater Carolinas

"One-third restaurant, club, and rooftop lounge – the Grove is a multi-level party playground on the edge of City Market. If your legs tire from dancing on the second level, head to the third-floor, open-air terrace and kick your feet up with a gallon-sized Moscow mule. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays and Sundays." - Kiki Dy

this place is great. Great view of the city on the rooftop. Bartender was excellent great personality. We had bacon wrapped shrimp. It was awesome! And I have an old-fashioned that was delicious as well. Great atmosphere or midday or happy hour would totally recommended for any age or crowd.

We decided to do an Appetizer tour in the mid afternoon and thankfully we ended up here! Outstanding service, music and cocktails! “We ate up on the rooftop patio and Mary was fun and on top of it”. The Cajun Angels were AMAZING! Charcuterie was full of delicious cheeses and meats. Headed back there tomorrow for our last Day in Savannah.

best part about this experience was the adult capri sun! definitely recommend that. our food was good but didn’t blow us away. i think id come back but try their lunch menu

The Grove Savannah rooftop was nice. While the tables were a bit lower than we preferred, the food was outstanding. We also appreciated the chance to chat with the restaurant manager, who was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our experience. Our waitress, however, was not as attentive as we would have liked, leaving us to manage on our own for the most part. Despite that, we still had an enjoyable time.

My husband and I went to The Grove for some snacks to get out of the heat. We ordered 2 waters and a charcuterie tray. The charcuterie tray was sub par. It was your general meat and cheese but in a pyramid formation. The cheese to bread/cracker ratio was not at all sufficient. It tasted okay however; it took quite a while to come out. Due to it being so hot outside the a/c was working overtime and the condensation from the pipes keeps dropping on our plate so we kept moving the plate around our area. My biggest disappointment of this place would be the staff. Our bartender was okay but you could tell her main priority was talking to the staff in the corridor behind the bar. After managing many restaurants it’s hard to see staff slacking off. Although there was not a lot of business they could have been doing side-work/ deep clean list etc. We watched multiple staff go behind the bar and make drinks for themselves without a manager in site. We also noticed a server/host sit down at the bar with a full plate of fries flirting with a server that just got on shift who was also one who made a drink for herself and we could hear her whole conversation cursing and all. Overall I will be back but just for a drink. The lack of caring from the staff is just appalling.

Great looking environment, very open and bright, but uncomfortable seating! “Booths” are very large wooden benches that are way too big when you sit, to the point where you are too far from the table. It was a U Shape, so the three of us sat around it leaving one side open, where when the next group was seated, we were open facing them and they were facing us. We then looked like one big table sitting together! Kind of weird, but we chatted with them some, wasn’t a big deal, but do not go if you want privacy. Excellent service! Our waiter was on top of it! He shared what he thought was good, even though he mentioned all the most expensive choices. He was attentive and quick, but we also didn’t require anything extra. He was very friendly. Food…. not great for the price (1 plate and water-with tax and tip- $40). IT WAS ALL COLD!!! I ordered the salmon which had a wonderful flavor, but I asked for it to be medium rare. I even said I would not be happy if it wasn’t…. and it was not MR. It was OVERCOOKED and dry. My friend ordered it too, and her piece was very thin and did not look good, so I got the better cut for sure, but was still disappointing! The potatoes too were dry and had no flavor, but I actually needed flavorless for the spicy green beans. Had I known they were spicy to begin with, fine, but it was a choking surprise. So I was thankful for the potatoes to level them out. The beans though did have a nice flavor under the spice. But they were SUPER COLD!! In fact, the entire plate was cold and dry! We didn’t have to wait long at all! The food came real quick. So much so, that It made me wonder how much of this food is precooked and prepped ahead?? Was this NOT COOKED TO ORDER???! I don’t know, and can’t make assumptions, but food was not a fav and was disappointing! -Dry and cold with good flavor!

While in Savannah last week, my wife and I stopped in for lunch. We shared an appetizer and sandwich. Our food came out quick and were both good. The highlight however, was the service. Chloe took great care of us. We're older, the heat was taking a toll on us and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and kept our waters full. Please tell her we said thank you!

Google
My first time in Savannah a couple weeks ago and this spot did not disappoint. Visited for brunch and was met with such a pleasant experience on the balcony/patio area. Our waitress Destiny was so kind and thoughtful. I wanted to order the shrimp and grits but to swap it out for salmon and she made the switch super easy for me. It was so delicious and was worth it! Great customer service! My cocktail was very refreshing!

Yelp
Love love love. Stopped in around 2pm and our party of 5 was able to grab drinks and food by the bar. It was exactly what we needed and were fine without being seated at a table. The drinks were cute and yummy and the food was delicious. The staff were super cute and helpful too.

Yelp
Another restaurant we've visited many times and recommended to all but this time was a flop. We went upstairs as we were just going to have a couple cocktails before dinner. There were probably 35-40 people upstairs but the bar itself was empty so we sat there. A blonde female bartender looked fully overwhelmed with whatever was happening. We looked around and no one had drinks. There was a large party in the room off to the side. We waited awhile as we could tell things were hectic. After 25 minutes, the large party decided to leave and now both bartenders and what I'm assuming was a shift manager looked flustered. The male bartender came over to apologize and get our order. Neither drink we ordered was what we were used to getting from the Grove. We waited about 20 more minutes and what I'm guessing was a bar back came out after the 2 bartenders were nowhere to be found. He chatted up the bachelorette party (5 women) that showed up and talked to us for a bit. Super friendly guy. The male bartender resurfaced, made us drinks to go, and we left. The female bartender never came back out.

Yelp
Nick and Carlos were the power team during the rain storm on Saturday 18 May!! It was pouring and they saved the day. There were so many people swarming the bar and they handled it like a pro! Also RJ Preston on the live music was incredible!! We will be back. Thank you for saving our rainy day!!!

Yelp
When we were referred to this "restaurant", we thought it was going to a bit more upscale. We were very wrong. This is more of a bar that serves food rather than a restaurant with a bar. The main floor was boring, the food was even more boring, and the options were minimal. We had Nashville Hot Chicken, and being from Nashville, I think the chef should come to Nashville to see how it is supposed to taste and be served. My wife had the shrimp burger, with zero flavor other than the lettuce and tomato, no spice, no flavor. The service was good as the young folks hustled around and kept the glasses full, but, it did not make up for the lack of flavor in the food dishes.

Yelp
Hello we went here last night : When you go to the roof top the have limited menu than the restaurant down below , you have to scan it through your camera to get the menu , if you scan through your app, you won't get the new updated menu. I saw another review saying they didn't like the music. It was explicit language. I will say I didn't hear that but I felt like the music was a little loud. The ambience is ok , it's not bad . We didn't have food, but we had drinks . Drinks were good .
google avatar

Adam C.

Yelp
The Grove came highly recommended and perhaps my expectations were just too high. Service was slow and it seemed like the server was overextended and we were not there at a peak time. The Nashville hot chicken was a filling meal. We were on the lower floor up the rooftop would be the place to go if you want better ambiance. The hostess was very accommodating in seating us which I appreciated.

Yelp
Very friendly service and great at accommodating dietary needs. Beautiful charcuterie board, enough for four people!

Yelp
We came here multiple times during our stay in Savannah and really enjoyed it! There were a lot of great drink options, and the food here is just as good! The service was great, and our waiter both times was so attentive and on top of things! I would highly recommend making a reservation if you want to sit at their roof top portion, but if you just want a fun drink at the bar, they do have a bar section on the first floor that you can walk in at anytime. I would highly recommend coming here if you're able to, such a great place to have brunch and drinks!

Yelp
A Thoughtful Reflection on The Grove Dining Experience My recent visit to The Grove left me with mixed feelings, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback to assist others in making informed choices for their dining experiences. While we were excited to celebrate my daughter's birthday, our overall impression was affected by several factors. Firstly, the establishment's physical setting didn't align with the enticing images portrayed on their website and Yelp. The three flights of stairs to reach the dining area were an unexpected inconvenience, and the rooftop, despite its potential, lacked the appeal we had anticipated. The dining area itself was notably small, with around seven tables, and the majority of space was occupied by the bar. One of the significant concerns was the choice of music. The explicit lyrics of the rap songs played were not suitable for all audiences. Despite our requests, the staff was slow to respond, and the ambiance only improved when they switched to country music. Service was another aspect that fell short of expectations. Our waitress, Destiny, seemed less attentive to our needs, and we had to repeatedly ask for essentials like condiments. The delay in food arrival, coupled with discrepancies in the orders--such as missing items on the Grove burger--contributed to a less-than-ideal dining experience. The limited brunch menu during our visit was unexpected and added to the overall sense of feeling rushed. Despite the size of our party, we had to advocate for additional tables, and the lack of a warm welcome upon our arrival made the experience less inviting. Parking, located in a nearby garage with an eight-minute walk, added an extra layer of inconvenience. The absence of a greeter at the entrance left us uncertain about where to go, contributing to a less-than-welcoming start. While we acknowledge that everyone's experience can differ, our visit to The Grove left us feeling that the level of service did not align with the price we paid. I hope this review helps others make thoughtful decisions about their dining choices, urging them to consider their preferences and expectations before opting for The Grove. Additionally, the limited and cramped dining area, along with the absence of a fire pit on the rooftop, could have enhanced the overall experience and atmosphere.

Yelp
The small plates are really small. I enjoyed the chicken sliders just wish they were a little bigger. The brussel sprouts have potential if just cooked a little longer. I would skip the guac here and the tacos. The ambiance was very nice and conveniently located

Yelp
Overall 4/5: Good vibes, awesome service. My friend and i were looking for a cute rooftop restaurant open late enough for us to dine in. We fortunately found the grove and enjoyed it very much. Drinks 4/5: I had the french twist which was awesome. French 75's are my go to always, so when i saw their own version i had to try it. loved the addition of the st germain and cucumber and mint. Excellent. My friend had the grand mule which she enjoyed as well. Food 3/5: My friend had a burger and i had the chicken tenders. There was a limited menu up top, but still good selections. The chicken tenders had good flavor, but they had a really weird texture. It melted in your mouth which is not something i typically expect in a chicken tender, so it was interesting. The fries were awesome, nice and crispy. Service 5/5: Our server was super quick and friendly. She was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our meals. Ambiance 5/5: We loved the rooftop, the weather was nice. The music was great. Loved the decor and vibes. Thank you, The Grove!

Yelp
for The Grove. For a salad that's $12+, it should be fresh veggies. I ordered the Baha salad. It's not bwaha that it was terrible. The avocados are bought already peeled and they slice the little discolored things. They looked and felt so dishonest. The chicken sandwich with bacon was flavorful, but TOUGH. The spicy chicken tacos... well.. that just shouldn't be and they weren't even spicy. Our whole experience was unruly.

Yelp
We were a group of 5 searching for a place for breakfast in Savannah and we found this place when searching Open Table. We were able to make a reservation in the next 15 minutes and the restaurant was just around the corner. There was a large bar in the main room and additional seating upstairs. We were seated in a side room with very minimal decor. Our server was Sidney and she came over to take our orders almost immediately. Two in our group wanted beverages from the bar; a mimosa and an Aperol Spritz. (Our server wasn't sure if they could make one; but it turns out they could.) The brunch menu had a few egg dishes, chicken wings, burgers, some southern dishes like "shrimp & grits" and "chicken & biscuits," and other breakfast favorites like waffles, quiche, and avocado toast. I ordered the spinach, red pepper and feta cheese quiche, ($13,) which came with a side Grove salad. The quiche was a really big piece and it was very good; although it wasn't very warm. My husband had the shrimp and sausage gravy biscuits. He dove right in, so I didn't get a photo. He said it was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. It was $15. My mother had the Belgian waffle with strawberries and cream. It was $13. The waffle was gigantic and she could only eat 1/2. My mother-in-law had the Breakfast Club sandwich and a side of fresh fruit. It was an egg, applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese on a croissant for just $11. Finally, my sister had the "Build Your Own Breakfast" which was a choice of egg, sausage or bacon, biscuits, and cheese grits or home fries. ($12). She thought it was very good. Our service was good, the food was excellent, and the prices were just right. The Grove is a great brunch option in Savannah; if I return to the city I'd like to check out the rooftop restaurant and bar next time.

Yelp
Really good rooftop bar in Savannah. The drinks are strong and well crafted. We had an appetizer there that was really good too. We will definitely be back to Savannah and may make this a stop again. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for casual rooftop bars.

Yelp
The Grove is such a cute spot for lunch or dinner. Drinks and food are amazing. Service has always been excellent. You need reservations if you have a big party! Their to-go Capri sun drinks are the best!

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick drink. Great service and rooftop bar. Ordered espresso martinis. Wasn't my favorite martini

Yelp
I love it here! One of my favorite bars in Savannah. Great location, great food with vegetarian options, excellent cocktails, fun views and great service. Everytime I have friends in town, I take them here for cocktails. Highly recommend the Grove!
google avatar

Katie W.

Yelp
This a must stop when we have friends and family in town. The adult caprisuns are always a hit and made with my favorite, Deep Eddy vodka! You can pretty much get any fruity flavor combination that you would like and they add a handful of fresh fruit to garnish. My personal favorite is strawberry lemonade or pineapple. The service is always top notch, no matter the time of day. There are multiple levels to check out including a roof top and there is often great live music on the bottom floor. We can't wait to stop in for a meal sometime soon.

Yelp
Insta vibes, perfect for a group of ten for a bachelorette party . Lots of food and drink options .

Yelp
I'm torn on how to rate this place. My gut says with all the choices in Savannah, I wouldn't choose to come back. That said, the food was good. It's Easter Sunday dinner. Had reservation. Was seated immediately. Waitress came over quickly and got our drink order. So far so good. Place is kind of drab inside. More of a cafeteria vibe than nice restaurant as the name and website imply, plain tables and tin chairs. Was hoping for a bit nicer for Easter dinner, but this was what we chose. Appetizers: Wanted Charcuterie board. Sold out. Got garlic hummus platter and Cajun Angels which are bacon wrapped shrimp with a sweet & spicy BBQ sauce. They came out very quickly. Both were excellent. But we had no utensils or napkins. Asked waitress..took along while to get them. My hands were sticky and greasy from pulling shrimp off the skewers to eat before they got cold. Again..they were delicious. Just less than ideal way to eat them. Dinner ordered. Waitress came back. They were out of garlic mashed potatoes, which was side for almost all our meals. Substituted with cheesy grits. That's ok. Go with local choice. Can get mashed potatoes anywhere. Waitress was very apologetic about menu items being out. Meals were decent, but portions were small. My salmon was tiny, overcooked and over seasoned with salt. Was supposed to come with pineapple chutney. Had to ask for it. Got a little cup of syrup with 4 tiny pieces of pineapple. Others in our party had pasta which was very good, succotash also very good. Burger was ok. Vegetable platter for vegetarian was good. Parmesan honey fries were quite tasty. We wanted dessert but opted to get that elsewhere. Again..many other area choices, didn't want to be disappointed. The small side bar with separate entrance looked like a cute intimate place to grab a drink. They had a singer/guitar player. Maybe I'd come back for that, but again with so many places to choose from I think I'd take my chances on another place.

Yelp
I went for brunch on Saturday at 2pm and loved this place. We sat upstairs at the bar and they had a dj and great atmosphere. They have a balcony but all those seats were full. The bartender was the friendliest, most upbeat bartender that I have ever had. I wish I would have gotten his name. The food was really good . They also adult Capri Sun drinks to take to go. You can really ask the bartender to make whatever you want. You can walk around Savannah with a drink in your hand.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner here! Casual atmosphere and vibe, like someone's spacious white porch. My friend loved her salmon dish (which they customized so it wasn't spicy for her). I had the Grove salad with the vinaigrette dressing, was delicious, plus a side of green beans and caramelized onions (ridiculously good), and fries (just ok). Service was relaxed but professional and friendly. Would definitely go back! Also, I'm gluten-free and the server was knowledgeable which is always appreciated.
google avatar

Marshy L.

Yelp
It's a bar and restaurant. Friendly servers, not so friendly host. We had reservations at 11 but they made us wait outside, (in the cold drizzle) until right at 11. The hostess was a touch unmoved by the circumstances. We joined their Sunday Brunch and I had the Build Your Own Breakfast- with scrambled eggs, smoked sausage (instead of applewood bacon), and home style potatoes (instead of the smoked Gouda grits), and biscuits. The cocktails were great I had the Champagne Pop which is champagne served with a popsicle inside. Nice! The rest of our party had the Belgian Waffles with Fried Chicken, my husband liked it. Also Avocado Toast, and the Chicken and biscuits. They all enjoyed their selections describing them as good choices but not excellent. Overall a good experience. Not necessarily great food. Lovely drinks. Great bartenders.
google avatar

Courtney K.

Yelp
This place is awesome for drinks! I mean you can't beat the rooftop ambiance. The bartender was the nicest and was playing the best tunes. We had some great drinks and had great views too. Perfect spot for drinks with friends or a night out with your honey. We will for sure be back to drink again!!
google avatar

Yelp
Went for a small snack on Halloween. At the rooftop was greeted by friendly staff. Had the bacon covered shrimp with homemade BBQ sauce and it was delicious paired with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Fun spot. I will go back again.

Yelp
this is single handily the BEST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD. i reduced one point as they don't accept vertical ids. if you get the salmon make sure to sub the green beans for the brussel sprouts THE BRUSSELSARE LIFE CHANGING I PROMISE YOU AND IM PICKY. beautiful place, definetly a bit more upscale but still not too fancy. the only reason i would give it 4 instead of 5 stars is i called to make a reservation for my friends birthday and they asked which cake we wanted. because of this i thought the cake would be comped from the bill but it was not. otherwise great place to eat dinner.

Michael W.

Yelp
We had dinner on the rooftop at the recommendation of a friend and it turned out to be a great choice. The rooftop is a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside where there is a mixture of couches and high top tables. We were having dinner so a table would be more convenient. Destiny was our server and she did a great job checking on us and ensuring we had what we needed. We had the Hudson Club and the Chipotle Shrimp Burger. Both sandwiches were delicious. We both had the honey fries, which were skinny fries with a side of jalapeño honey dressing to either drizzle or dip. They were ok. The sandwiches made up for it though. Good beer selection in cans. They support at least one local brewery which I appreciate. My wife's cocktail was very tasty too. We would eat here again!

Rebecca K.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place for brunch after being turned away by another one nearby (we didn't have a reservation and there was a really long wait). We were able to be seated right away. The food was mediocre at best. The grits were cold and disgusting. The drinks were good at least! I'm not sure if our server was just having a bad day or something, but she was honestly unhinged. She didn't write anything down, and forgot half of our meals. When one of us asked for some ketchup, she looked like she was about to lose it. The prices were great and the inside of the restaurant is cute; but based on our brunch experience, I wouldn't go back. There are better options.

Burma L.

Yelp
Yummy food and great environment! Our server was lovely and be dry attentive upstairs. Between the members of our party, we tried the chicken tenders, the grove burger, and the veggie burger. All were very good, and the chicken tenders were standout. I would definitely recommend visiting when in Savannah!
google avatar

Frank G.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, close to Market, food very good, people very nice and helpful. Reasonably priced, great Bar. When back a few times. A must stop. Frank G

Zoporia M.

Yelp
Their food is really good, also their bartenders and servers are really nice, the hostess as well. I came after brunch was over but the bartender was still really sweet and had a good attitude. I came here on the weekend at night as well and I believe there were two bartenders (male) one with long black hair and the other one wore glasses, they were both so nice and sweet! They both really made my night
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
The rooftop bar is wonderful on a hot night. They have a happy hour before 7. The drinks were excellent. I had a tequila drink with a wine float that was so good I went for seconds. Apps were OK. The honey fries are passable. The bacon wrapped shrimp are nothing special. The only pic I took was of our server, in his short shorts, showing off his tattoo of "unconditional love" in Greek. Service was great, I wish I had more useful pics.
google avatar

Bridget N.

Yelp
Came here for drinks and small plates peak happy hour with the girls. Drinks were across the board not impressive, the floor was very dirty and in general the place was grimier than expected. Rowdy/inappropriate customers next to us brought a speaker and weren't asked to stop by the staff. Food was mediocre especially for the prices. Overall not worth the hype and definitely not portrayed accurately online.
google avatar

Anadora A.

Yelp
The grove is located on congress street and it's always busy!! The plus is that they do offer reservations. The ambiance is pretty and it's definitely aesthetically pleasing! The restaurant has two floors and a rooftop as well. Both bar locations are super spacious. The cocktails are usually delicious here. I love the Moscow mules! If you can catch a seat at the rooftop it's a vibe. The service is also good. They're always pretty nice. The menu is really good for brunch! The options are creative and my favorite is the breakfast sandwich. Although they recently switched to croissants and I think it's too messy. As far as lunch and dinner the food choices are pretty basic and can be pricey for what you get. I do recommend it though! It's a fun place for brunch, a date or just to grab a cocktail and walk the city.
google avatar

Erin B.

Yelp
We went on a Friday around 6pm with a bachelorette group of 7 people. We called ahead a week before to book the reservation. I may consider calling even further ahead if you need a specific dinner time. We had great service and the food was good. You can also order a giant Moscow mule for the table which is fun for a party.
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
The burger I got was delicious! We sat on the rooftop and had an amazing view of Savannah. Would recommend and go again!
google avatar

Ali G.

Yelp
The space is large and open with good lighting. However, I was less than enthused by the food which was oily (i feel like I got the least likely to be oily food item as well... the succotash). Our waitress was a ditz, messed up our checks and took forever and a half to actually get food and beverage orders... and it was 6 o'clock on a Wednesday. Also, the bartender was straight up rude and cold to my fiancée. Meh, wouldn't come back or recommend this location to others.
google avatar

Debra D.

Yelp
I loved the Tennessee Chicken and substituted the cheese grits for the potatoes and it was amazing! Disappointed to hear others didn't enjoy it as much as I did. For me it was such a highlight!
google avatar

Chelsea R.

Yelp
I think out of all the places we went in Savannah, this spot was our favorite. We got there during Sunday brunch, so the bar top was half full of hung over ladies-lol (been there). And us. The restaurant has 3 levels? I think? We didn't go through the front door so I didn't get a lay of the land. Anyway, the bartender was amazing! She was very attentive, and her drinks were OUTSTANDING! Everything she made was very complex and full of flavor. Sunday brunch came with live music which was great! The food was delicious. The Shrimp and Grits were so good! Good vibes, good drinks, good food, good music. Wow. We just had the BEST time here
google avatar

Matt H.

Yelp
Good food at the bar. We had great service The atmosphere was fun and light. A great stop in for brunch!

Hunter R.

Yelp
0 stars. I've never been disrespected by staff worse in my entire life. Got called ugly by a bouncer & was bombarded outside of the establishment by random men without any help from staff.
google avatar

Amber C.

Yelp
The Grove is one of my favorite places to grab a cocktail for happy hour or for brunch with the girls! It's centrally located to all the fun in downtown Savannah and can easily accommodate larger parties. Cocktail Favorites: Champagne Pop and Adult Capri Suns Fun Photo Op: Their flower wall

Yelp
I was in Savannah visiting and wanted to eat at a restaurant with a brunch selection. I searched Google and this one was one of the top results. I'm glad it did. There wasn't a wait time even though it was a Sunday afternoon. A few seats at the bar but decided to eat upstairs on the roof top. The food was really good and reasonably priced. I STRONGLY recommend the cheese grits. Probably the best I've ever had. The drinks are made perfectly as well & very nice customer service. Parking was a bit tricky but anywhere downtown would be. Ended up finding street parking about 2 blocks over. If I ever come back to Savannah I will definitely go back!
google avatar

Yelp
Yum!! Quaint set up, I bet the rooftop is awesome!! We had the shrimp appetizer yum on overload! Fresh, full of flavor and topped with watercress for a delicious end. Next the sweet potato spinach salad-oh my stars. Full of flavor, fresh greens, grilled chicken and the orange vinaigrette. My glass of tea was full :) Great service and delicious food.

Yelp
I visited Savannah during Halloween weekend and visited this place. The staff was nice. The wings were good. I enjoyed my drinks. The popsicle in my drink tasted very fresh/organic like.

Yelp
Amazing day at The Grove. Shout out to Samiya for the great table and getting us in! Amber took great care of us ....the cherry on top was the food. Chef Harvey made us the best crunchy waffle for chicken and waffles, that I have ever had. All around amazing!!!!
google avatar

Dionna L.

Yelp
I will start with i didn't get to try the food because I went at night and if they're still serving food that late they do an amazing job of making sure you don't know it and feel uncomfortable asking about it. The space is 3 levels which I was surprised by. It didn't look that big from the outside. The first floor was chill with great music. The second floor was lit with more hip/hop and rap playing and the third floor was where you go if you're hot or you're a group of lawyers who just got off work and need to unwind. It was crazy seeing the different groups on each floor. Definitely a cool night life spot that could lower their drink prices a bit my goodness.

Yelp
Bartender was hilarious, drinks were delicious & atmosphere was lively. We wanted to be on the rooftop but only the bar area was first come first serve - we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Would definitely go back.

Yelp
Both the food and service could use some help. This was one of the few places open during early afternoon so we ended up ordering chicken fingers and fries. The chicken fingers were ok but the fries tasted old & were cold, and our waitress was never available & it was kind of frustrating. It wasn't busy when we were there but i saw her on her phone in the hallway. We ended up asking someone else for help. There are too many other good places around to eat here.

Yelp
A group of us were walking around when we were drawn in to the Grove by the ENORMOUS flower wall decor at the entrance. We ended up staying for brunch and drinks on the rooftop. The shrimps and grits were delightful. Our waitress was so nice and always kept our glasses full! She also split our checks 6 ways when we asked. It can get a little bit cold indoors with the A/C on full blast, but no complaints otherwise.
