The Gulch Tavern

Really solid food, cooked with love and care. Yeah it's tavern food, but the quality is noticeable for sure! Classic wood paneling vibes, reminds me of how the Delaware Valley was when I was a kid. If you're driving past, stop! Even if only for a very affordable soft pretzel!!!

Menu is great and the food was very good; service was very good as well; interior is very nice, seating somewhat limited as one area is completely designated for a pool table. We happened to be there during a sports game, and the overall noise level was quite loud, hard to hold a conversation; not fault of theirs, I didn't realize it was geared towards being a sports bar. Personally I prefer a more quiet enviornment. Only complaint I have is a drunk patron at the bar attempting to start a fight with another inebriated patron behind us - major turn off, and such childish behavior; I could tell it impacted other patrons around us as well. The staff attempted to shut it down but didn't really acknowledge the incident. I would still probably go back for quick lunch as the menu is quite good but have no desire to experience drunks at the bar.

I randomly stopped in hoping to find a new lunch spot, and I’m glad I did. Best burger I’ve had in a very long time. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was like a sophisticated version of a dive bar. Absolutely loved everything start to finish.

We were told up front that the power had been out and they wouldn't start cooking until 7. :00 but we stayed and gave it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised. They also had some live music. We are looking forward to going again

From the appetizers through dessert, all the food was delicious. Fried items were not greasy, French Onion soup was rich and cheesy, roast pork was some of the best I’ve ever had and the Cuban Hot Dog was a new twist on a go-to sandwich. Very impressed with the renewed interior and the seats for the high-tops were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in. I expected good things, but they overachieved here and should be a must-stop for anyone traveling in the area!

I didn't eat there but the menu looked cool. Only serve Pennsylvania beers. There was an awesome band there that night.

We saw that this place looked pretty new so we decided to try it out. The bar is a very big space (A-Frame) and clean. All the tables and chairs were new and very comfortable. I just had a hard cider and the other people in our party had a beer and iced tea. The food was delicious. We got the Korean wings, Mac n cheese with mushrooms and onions and country fried steak with mashed potatoes. The gravy was phenomenal. Everything came out hot and delicious. The server was super friendly and funny. Service was fast. Definitely a place to go back to!
