I purchased my semiautomatic 12ga Tokarev from Gun Vault. Good people in my opinion. I plan on utilizing this store in the future. I left feeling comfortable.

I have had a few good experiences here, and will definitely be back! Knowledgeable and friendly owner and staff. Fair prices on firearms as well as a good selection of car detailing supplies.

Who ever answers the phone is horrible n rude!!! I have had 4 weapons shipped there over the past 2 years. I never get a call updating me abt my weapons arrival, when I do call the lady is rude n very short! This will be my last, final time doing business with this company!! Mind you, it wasn’t always like this!! Fire her because she is hurting yall business!! *I never, ever leave reviews like unless I’m disrespected or ppl are just flat out rude!! *crazy thing is, I recommend this establishment to all of my battle buddy’s (vets). I’m sorry brother but she does not do your company any good service!

Bought 2 different times and 2 different guns. Asked for PMR 30. . The lady told me to order it online. The man said i will order for you right here. Nice enough, I told him i would need some advice on how to load when it came in. No problem he said. It came in, but when I picked it up the lady handed me my gun and said here you go. I said I hope it is some instructions in here to tell me how to load it etc. She tells me “You tube is your friend!” My $ will spend elsewhere..

Best place near Elgin area for firearms, great deals, parts, etc. Management is awesome always taking time for customers. Pretty great place.

First let me say this I was greeted when I walked through the door by a woman. I was unable to do a trade, so I decided to look around and possibly make a purchase. She had to take a phone call and I was The only person in the store. The was another individual,"a man" in the back, he never came out while the woman was on the phone to assist me. So I stood there and waited until she got off the phone. When she got off the phone she started playing a video on her phone about Trump. It was so loud that I couldn't think straight. I'm not sure why she did this as soon as I walked through the door but it is what it is. I am a black man. Afterwards I asked her to show me the Pacific handgun in question. at this point in time the man in the back came out look me up and down from behind did not speak or acknowledge me and then walk back in his office. I was trying to have a conversation with the woman, and was cut off repeatedly as if I wasn't even talking. She started showing me how to go through the website even after I told her multiple times that I've been on that site and that I know the firearm that I want to purchase. I even asked her I said you just going to act like I'm not talking? Her response was I quote "Oh I hear you." I was so distraught about the whole experience that I just grabbed my things and I left I didn't even purchase what I came in there get. I'mI don't hate you and I don't like you but I look at it this way just because we changed presidents don't mean you have to change your personality and how you treat people your store still located in two notch think about your community and the people that you serve. If you do this your company will thrive. I served my country I'm a handicap war veteran I really don't appreciate the response and the way I was treated at this establishment. I wasn't going to leave a review, however this is the only way to let you know what you did was wrong how I was treated was improper whether you think so or not I feel that way if you want to apologize I forgive you already there is no need just do better next time I won't be coming there anymore.

Great store & staff, I asked to have a Gun transfer done from Kentucky and these folks gave me all of the info I needed to send to the dealer. On pick up day I didn’t get a phone call to come in (my fault) I had provided my old phone number. But I called and asked about the status of the transfer and the staff indicated they tried calling but couldn’t get through to me and they were hoping I’d check in. So great operation and caring Gun clerks behind the counter. Transfer went smoothly.

We bought our guns here and were very happy with the whole experience. Everyone was helpful and nice, and honestly, we thought we'd be spending a LOT more money than we did!!

Excellent place to buy a new or used gun. Brad and Brian have a great variety in stock or they can order what you want. Open every day but Wednesday. I have purchased 7 guns since they have opened along with ammo. Best way to buy ammo is to buy in bulk...let Brad know what you want and he will search for the best deal. Much better than shopping at the big gun stores that have higher prices and cocky sales associates. I highly recommend giving this store a visit for all of your gun, gun accessories and ammo needs.
